Second time staying at the hotel. Staff as friendly and as helpful as ever. OK, so it’s more Holiday Inn than Ritz Carlton in positioning, but a great place to stay. Will definitely stay again.

Great property. Didn't know what to expect in a \"5 Star\" hotel in Vietnam, but overall, it was good.

Staff is great, very helpful, respectful and friendly. Much more attentive and personalized service than pretty much any hotel in the U.S.

Gorgeous lobby. Told me my room wasn't ready, (which I find suspicious since I never saw or heard another person on my floor the entire week), so I had a decent lunch at the restaurant. Bellhop took my luggage to my room and showed me the property.

Room is good. Quite large, had an actual kitchen. Hot when I arrived but the air conditioning was very good. Sparsely furnished. Bed was bad, very hard. TV hard to use. WiFi is spotty.

Pool was nice. Not deep, but perfect temp. Wish there was a hot tub. Never found pool towels. Tried the massage place (legit) next to the pool last evening I was there, amazing service for stupid cheap.

Breakfast buffet in Tastes was interesting. Not much usual Western breakfast stuff, but usually had a few things to make it worthwhile to stop in each morning.

They exchanged currency at the front desk for no fee (if over $20). Pretty particular about having nice bills without tears, though.

Not much to see in the area. Across the street are some great restaurants (steakhouse, sushi, pizza) with much better food than Tastes. Convenience store in the corner of the hotel has lots of beer, liquor and drinks.

Overall, a good place to stay if you have business in New City. Way better than I was expecting.

Nice hotel, terrible location and garbage staff. Only hotel in Vietnam that wouldn't allow my girlfriend to stay with me. Made the nonrefundable room worthless to me. This hotel is also in the middle of nowhere.

Amazing Hotel

I was blown away by this hotel. First off, it is very beautifully-designed throughout. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel special. Check-in was hassle-free. The apartment hotel was extremely clean with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The area is so quite and peaceful. The gym and infinity pool at night especially are so relaxing. The highlight of my trip was the restaurant which has great service and the best Western food and cocktails in the area. I would love to stay here again!

A bit worn down and could need a touch up. Some rooms are with very small bathrooms. Curtains can’t keep the morning sun out. Hard mattresses. Otherwise an ok hotel with good facilities and nice restaurants nearby.

普通的公寓房

Check in和入住的地方不一樣，差幾個街口，但還鑰匙只要放住的房子信箱就好了，行李多和帶小孩要注意。
另外，訂雙床房是二張5尺大床，但4人住肯定迫，3人住還可，床架比床褥大，經常撞到好危險，廁所極細，但房間有另一個洗面盤算ok, 廁所沖涼洗手盤漏水嚴重!!成廁所都濕，床被感覺不太乾淨，身會痕。

Frühstück sehr gut bis auf eine Kleinigkeit, dass es keine Joghurt- oder Quarkspeise gab. Apartzimmer sehr geräumig mit eigener Küche, allerdings kein Besteck und Kochtöpfe vorhanden. Mikrowelle vorhanden. Im Schfafzimmer neben dem Bett kein Ausschaltknopf für Zimmerlicht vorhanden.
