Large hotel with large beautiful swimming pool. Apartment was spacious, bed large and comfortable and excellent cleaning service. Breakfast buffet is excellent, but people are the best part of this hotel. I felt welcome and taken care of at all times.

I stayed with my family for 5 nights. The first night, there was a really heavy rain which caused a huge issue to the elevator. It took half day for the elevator to be fixed. My room was at level 15. I had to climb 15 floors up and down to purchase water and lunch for family. I understand this was nobody's fault but accident, so I have no complaint about the issue. The second night, my husband was showering in our room, and the water stopped running. My husband had to go downstair to talk to receptionist. The receptionist apologized to my husband, explained that heavy rain caused issue to the pumping system, and asked him to shower in the bathroom of the hotel's gym. I am quite speechless with this hotel at this point.

On our check out day, they told us they could not find a small towel in our room. Therefore, they had to charge us for the small towel and a broken hanger. If there is a department that handles complaint for hotels in Vietnam, I for sure will file a complaint. For all the hassles that we experienced, we got no compensation. On the other hand, we had to pay for the broken hanger and the towel which they could not find. Since we were rushing to the airport, we had no time to talk to the manager. We just paid and left. With the way you guys are doing business, good luck to you and your future clients!

Overall experience stayed here is very good! Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. Staffs are willing to help and nice. Room is clean. Many restaurants around. Massage and salon nearby.

Aeon Mall is recommended to go for grocery,around 15 mins away.

Middleclass hotel for a good price

A real state hotel, where the staff is so unflexable. We booked 22 rooms the last few weeks, but a late checkout for one room untill 4 was only possible if i would pay full fare. We will stay in the Mira hotel next time. Never stay on the top floor, it is to hot.The price was good, so what am i talking about. Lol

Fantastic stay

I have recently moved to the area and needed a weekend of relaxation. I wasn't disappointed! The room was a studio style room- extremely comfortable , spacious and clean. Staff were lovely and very attentive . The pool area was fantastic and all meals delicious. I'll definitely stay again 😄

Overall stay was ok with good breakfast, clean room, nice location and fast check in but internet is very lousy and the worst that I ever had in hotel.
Late check out request was not accommodating and result was varies from different hotel staff.
Grinding job was performed on the hallway and full of dust without and precaution and considering the hotel guest while walking passed through.

Becamex pockets the taxes charged.

Becamex hotel charges us extra for taxes but when I asked for the vat invoice for this \"taxes\" they refuse to issue and make so much fuss. Finally after the intervention of hotels.com, they reluctantly issue but for half the amount. Hotels.com should demand that Becamex hotel not charge for taxes if they are unwilling to issue the vat invoice to proof the taxes paid. Becamex is pocketing the taxes \"paid\". I don't have issues at other hotels I have booked in Vietnam.

Not recommended Becamex htl & Hotels.com to anyone

Do not stay at this hotel because of the policy of this hotel does not allow a male foreigner share in one room with a female Vietnamese citizen without a marriage certificate.

Hotels.com is responsible for this happen because it website did not display the hotel policy or importance message like the Booking.com or Agoda does.

I have contacted the Becamex hotel and been told that hotel policy has been give it to all hotel accommodation website to display it policy when advertising .

This is hotels.com fault that do not display hotel policy or importance message when advertised on your website

I am looking for a reimbursement from hotels.com
And so far I do not have any answer from hotels.com yet

Outstanding breakfast

All the staff is helpful and the premises are extremely well maintained and clean. Next trip to Saigon will be the only place to stay. Breakfast is included and was outstanding with a large selection of well prepared dishes. Our stay was memorable. The pool is outstanding. I can't say enough about this hotel.

Hotel 1 hour drive from Ho Chi Mihn City

The hotel advertises that all rooms have stovetops and kitchens - they do not. If you do get a room with a stove top - they will not less you use it without paying extra for the gas used - they also do not provide you with any basic facilities - telling you that you can get room service so you don't need to cook in the room... the whole point of having the kitchen is generally to use it... was initially put in a room without sink etc - and when I asked why - I was told that you had to put that as a special request - when it says its standard you don't expect to have to ask for it... nice swimming pool and clean hotel, breakfast was rather awful. Hotel is no where near Ho Chi Mihn City - and should not be listed as such - it is 1 hour drive away - which cost about £14 each way - if I had known that I would not have stayed here. Nothing touristy around at all, and quite a noisy area. When I asked if I could be refunded two nights stay so that I could stay somewhere with facilities I had expected I was told no refund would be given. The gym was extremely disappointing - no free weights - and the cardio machines were not in good working order. Overall not impressed. Would not stay here again.

Very good

Stayed here for two nights to meet our son who lives in Vietnam. A late check in was very smooth and all staff very helpful and polite. Facilities are very good especially the large swimming pool which was always empty! Breakfast had plenty of choice. Enjoyed our short time here.

It was an apartment complex more than than a hotel which was wonderful. If i had time i would have cooked and use the kitchen more often. Breakfast was good. Loved the fresh juice. Also have enjoyed the pool a lot after a long day meetings it was a perfect way to end my days in the pool cooling down and relaxing.

Only one thing i was bit disappointed with the hotel service was that they didn't wake me up for the morning call service for my flight before heading to the airport so i woke up an hour late and I almost late for my flight but likely the awesome driver made it on time for me.

Overall stay was good.

Becamex - Good location!

Good location. 5 or 6 restaurants just opposite the hotel. A department store just across the left street. I like this hotel more than The Mira but Mira's breakfast choices are more than Becamex.

基本的には施設のメンテナンスもスタッフの対応も満足。ただし、朝食をとったレストランについてはほぼ最悪。サラダバー周辺に小バエのような虫が多数飛んでいるのに誰も何もしない。それもホテルのシニアスタッフらしき人物が３名もそのレストラン内に座って話している状態で。ちょっと信じられない。今まで何度も利用してきたが、このレストランについてはもう最低レベルで、実際どんな食べ物が提供されているのかも疑わしく思うレベル。気に入っているホテルだけに非常に残念。

Das letzte mal das ich dort war

War nicht das erste mal das ich dort war. Preis - Leistung ist sicher sehr gut.
Hatte für 2 Personen gebucht, da ich beim letzten Aufenthalt eine Frau kennengelernt hatte, keine Chance das eine Lokale Frau, wenn Sie nicht mit derjenigen Person verheiratet ist, einzuchecken. Policy von Vietnam!!?? Okay, für 2 gebucht, bezahlt, einer hat übernachtet. Desweiteren Raucherzimmer gebucht, nicht bekommen. Dann kam genannte Frau gegen Mittag zu mir, wurde am Lift aufgehalten, durfte nicht mit. Erlaubt ist, bis 22:00 jemand mitzunehmen. Hatte ihre ID Card nicht dabei. Wollte sich nur schnell im Zimmer umziehen.
Reklamierte dann, bekam ein upgrade auf Junior Suite mit rauchen. 2. Tag in der Junior Suite, fehlte auf einmal ein Handtuch - ja, fiel mir am Morgen auch auf, als ich geduscht habe, benutzte das zweite. Wurde mir in Rechnung gestellt!!?? Einfach eine Frechheit, vermute, Zimmermädchen hat das gebrauchte mitgenommen, und nicht ersetzt.Für etwas was ich nicht verschuldet habe, naja, was solls. Auf alle Fälle sollte hier etwas mehr international gestaltet werden, auch Kommunikationsprobleme ohne Ende, fast niemand spricht englisch - Bei Bestellungen bekommt man was anderes, sogar mit Fingerzeig auf die Karte. Da muss dringend was gemacht werden. Der Pool ist sauber, jedoch die Plastikplatten am Boden splittern extrem ab, Verletzungsgefahr. Werde nicht mehr dorthin kommen, schade.
