The hotel charged me 2 millionVND for \" broken electric kettle \" .
Its broke the top cover already when i check in.
I dont care about it and just use it as is but finally the staff claimed that i iam damaged it.

The Mira Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. All of the staff are friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and spacious. I had an issue and the front desk staff went above and beyond to accomodate me. I will definitely be back anytime I stay in the area.

Overall is ok, just that I am disgusted with a used condom on the room which I had just checked in on the first day. Isn't it supposed to be 5 stars hotel and I booked business room. This i believe shouldn't be happening. On my last day they offered me for a free upgrade to my next trip but I think I won't be back.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 weeks. I had very few issues and they were taken care of immediately. I’m planning on returning in December and will definitely stay there again. Housekeeping staff was amazing!!!!

From the moment we checked in we were treated like we were the most important guests in the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. The choices for breakfast were incredible. Lots of fresh fruit, light fare, heavier dishes, multi-national. Just terrific. If I had any issues during my stay, they were addressed immediately by the staff. My only complaint, and not the hotel’s fault, is that the street is very noisy with lots of honking.

Don’t pay for upgrades as they don’t honour it

Paid for an upgraded deluxe room and was given a standard room. Called the reception and they didn’t understand much English and so gave up complaining as it was really late.
The bath leaked when having a shower so the floor got wet and slippery.

I recently stayed at The Mira Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally nice and attentive, making my stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was also a highlight—delicious and varied, catering to different tastes.

However, I did encounter one issue that was disappointing. The body lotion provided in our room had hair inside it, which was quite off-putting. For a 5-star hotel, I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. It's unfortunate, as it detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay. I hope they address this in the future, as I would love to return.

From the first time we walked into the door, the staff seemed professional and well trained. The room was fantastic with a great selection of channels in English. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower was awesome. The complimentary buffet was great.

A Not So 5-Star Hotel

The room has a bad stench on entrance, constant disconnection to network of television, dusty room reeking of cigarette smell and bad attitude of receptionists to top it off. Thankfully the hotel is located on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh to obtain its high commendations as compared to the surrounding accomodations, else it deserves no more than a 4 star.

Location was great. It’s a beautiful property or could be a beautiful property. It’s just too run down with poor management, not fitting to be a 5 star hotel. The hallway carpet was dark, dirty, old, and smelly. Evidence of smoking was everywhere despite signs saying “no smoking “. The beds were hard and pillows were crummy. The bathroom was small with old shower curtain, although we had a room looking out to the pool. It felt like they didn’t keep the building cool enough with air conditioner.
Breakfast was so so as I didn’t think they served good quality food.
This is supposed to be the best hotel in Binh Duong.
Well, we will go to BD regularly for business. Perhaps we will stay at Becamex hotel in the new city Bình Duong.

On sat August 11 at 11-12 pm reception staffs all standing (4-5 staffs) but even did not asked if I need to check in or not. I had to wait in lobby while those staff girls chat with other male Chinese or Korean customers. They ignored me for more than 20 minutes. At checked out I already paid the whole packet with 2 adults and 1 child with Expedia (included exta guest fee $25.45) . However , on August 12 around 10 am, at check out, They charged me 450000dong for the child . I told them I already paid to Expedia . The manager (Trung )had to fix the bill. This was bad service of this 5 stars hotel.

Nice 5 star hotel. Great pool and gym nice rooms. Short notice stay and overall very good. Only dissappointment was the room allocated air con was stuck on 28. Aftee trying to fix midnight they changed room. Asked me what temp and i said 22. It was then stuck on 22 for my 2 day stay.
Breakfast foom also hot but lobby good temp. Other than that nice place.

SOME staff members of this hotel strictly enforce the old, out-dated, rules that an expatriate CANNOT stay in the same room with a Vietnamese of different sex. I went there to visit my older sister, I didn't want to stay at her home, and they would not allow her to stay in my room which had 2 beds without a marriage license. Wake up, people!!!

Nice place!

Once I got past them having given my room away the first night, it was a great stay. We finally came to an understanding about 30 minutes later, that they would upgrade me to a Suite for the first night. The gym could use a better treadmill, but other than that, it is a nice, clean hotel and being located in Binh Duong it eliminates a lot of the drive time from the hotel to the factories vs. staying in downtown HCMC.

This hotel is too far away from Ho Chi Minh City.

I am very disappointed with Expedia. The Website user interface is slow and poor. I booked my ticket to Ho Chi Minh airport via Expedia. At the same time, I also took up the hotel package offered by Expedia but the hotel offer was too far away from the city despite what I have indicated clearly \"hotel in Ho Chi Minh\" during the search, end up the Expedia inconvenient me entire trip and I have to pay much more for my taxi fare. I promise myself that I will not use Expedia service again nor I will recommend to any of my business associate.

Nice hotel, but about 30Km away from Saigon

we booked this room because it popped up as a 5star hotel located in Ho Chi Minh(and vicinity). I guess the \"and vicinity\" means 30Km away. It costed us about $800KVND (35US) to get there from the airport. once we check in, we get a call from the desk saying that we need to switch rooms tomorrow. They say that another guest wants our current room for tomorrow and we have to move. on the day of the move, our new room wasn't ready and they wanted us to leave the hotel for a few hours and come back to a new room. My girlfriend is sick so she doesn't want to leave. It was such a terrible ordeal.. but The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms have extremely comfortable beds, a nice TV and a clean bathroom with a peeper window. The pool and sauna were very clean and the breakfast buffet was great.

Deceitful staff and service

I was upgraded to a suite and the room was spacious and nothing to complain about. However I was very disappointed at the hotel management and staff for their dishonesty.
They provided 2 little bottle of water for free in the room, and two big bottles of water with charge. However, there were 4 middle size of water that were not marked with price or listed in the bar menu. I took them and thought they were free. When I checked out, the front desk told me the water was not free. In addition, they requested me to pay for the laundry bag I took from the room, which no price was marked for. The front desk said “ I know there were no prices listed, but you must pay for them.” Even though the hotel is cheap as 4 star hotel, there are many hidden charges that the hotel is trying to take advantages of their guests, which reflects how lack of honesty and integrity of this hotel.

整體來說是個不錯的飯店

飯店隔壁就是賣場, 方便於生活用品的採買, 房間的空間也很大很舒適, 整體的居住條件跟價值來說還是不錯的, 唯一美中不足的就是一打開房門就聞到潮濕的霉臭味, 即使打開空調後依舊存在, 不知是否是因為房間老舊或是過於潮濕的關係, 若這方面可以改進的話就太好了
