Very odd experience. I have travelled the world extensively and never stayed somewhere that itemizes literally everything in your room with a price tag even the mattress!?
They tried to accuse my kids of breaking a plastic soap bottle which we never used as we brought all our own toiletries. Before you check out they triple check everything. I can only assume they have had some less versed travelers stay with them.
Either way not a welcoming or comfortable feeling staying there. I Would not recommend families stay there.
Some staff were nicer than others.

Hoi An Rosemary Boutique Hotel & Spa

Our stay at the Rosemary Hoi A was nothing short of amazing. Front of house, Phuong was the most accommodating and accessible hotel manager we have ever encountered. And her staff were all outstanding. Nice pool, clean quiet rooms, comprehensive breakfast menu and nice lunch and dinner menu. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hoi An.

Out of our whole Vietnam trip, this hotel was definitely our favourite. The beds were extremely comfortable and made us feel like we were in our own bedrooms. The food was splendid, with endless choices for breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making conversations with us and making us feel very welcomed. Not a single staff made us feel un-welcomed, they were all equally really kind. Neatness is one of our top priority, and this hotel definitely ticked all the boxes. Honestly wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Wonderful stay here with my partner. The hotel is clean, well kept, great staff. The shuttle to and from hoi an city is just great. The rental bikes are a bonus, my partner & I loved biking around the city. The breakfast buffet was insane and just so many option to choose from. Thank you rosemary for taking such great care of us.

Decent family stay

Hotel is amazing, beautiful decor, clean, great service.. breakfast is decent considering its Hoi An.. my daughter slipped and hurt herself in the pool because of slippery tiles they use have razor sharp edges, becareful. Ordered a cocktail and within 2 sips a fly fell in, they didn't seem to care at all - must be the norm here.. be vigilant with your food peeps.
Was hard to catch a taxi back to hotel from old town cause the trip was too short (2kms), only about 40k VND.. overall a good stay.. I won't be back to Hoi An though- overpriced, overcrowded, tourist trap with scammers about.

Hotel looks nice and it's clean. The staff is really nice and wonderful but it's near a construction site and its noise from 8 in the morning.
The hotel is also renovating the roof top.
the biggest complaint comes from pool.
there is a lot of children and people using it but it's to close to the rooms so it's not possible to sleep from 6 in 5he morning.

We loved staying here. Great location and staff. The hotel prices for transportation were much higher than what you can get for a taxi, but that's our only complaint. Make sure you take a bicycle ride around town!

I can’t say enough about this hotel. The room and the staff were both wonderful. The pool is great. It’s a quick bike ride into old town Hoi An but just far enough that it is quiet and calm on the street near the hotel. I had an excellent massage and they helped me book a trip to Cham Islands. If I return to Hoi An I will stay here again, and I recommend that you do stay here as well!

Rosemary hotel experience was great. Staffs were very nice and friendly. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good enough amazing shuttle bus service to go to old town and AnBang beach. Because this reasoning I would highly recommend and I would stay here again!

Loved our stay at Hoi An Rosemary Boutique Hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and very pretty. For the price we paid, we were amazed by the loveliness of the rooms which far exceeded our expectations. Great value for money. The breakfast buffet spread was generous. Slightly away from the Old Quarter but they do have a free shuttle (every 2 hours or so) which is just a 5-7 minute ride away from the city centre (they also have bicycles available). I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay overall. It was a nice relaxing stay after a long week of travelling and touring. The room could have been cleaner, it was dusty and on first arrival, the floor have sand. The tea cups was not washed properly and it doesnt appear that the tea cups gets qashed every day after our use because the tea pot and the cups was left with tea in them. Apart from this, everything else was great and i would stay here again. The shuttle bus to the old town and the free bikes for use are a plus.

Had an awesome time in Hoi An!

Stayed here for four nights and we were surprised with the service and standards! The staff was really friendly and quick. We had the idea that they are doing multiple room service checks per day. The shuttle bus to the beach/center is convenient but a taxi/Grab is around VND 30k so we were not completely dependent on the shuttle.

Definitely recommended!

It was a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were friendly and most of them spoke good English. They were very caring about our plans and would recommend local trips for us. The swimming pool was really nice, and enjoying breakfast by the pool was very relaxing. However, the hotel is a bit far from the old town (main part of Hoi An). It was about half an hour walk away - but with lots of cafes on the way. The hotel also provided bicycles for the guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Rosemary and would definitely recommend it - especially for the price and superb service!

An amazing stay at a beautiful hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at tye Rosemary. We even extended for another night, and would have happily stayed longer if time permited.

Our room was spacious and very well decorated. Brand new, very clean and a comfortable bed. The bathroom itself was also very big and modern.

The staff was helpful and accommodating, always eager to help. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.

It's a bit out of town, 15-20 minute walk to the center, but they have a free shuttle bus through out the day (both ways), and frre bikes for the guests. A taxi is only a couple of dollars if needed.

The only fault I could find is that there is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom, only curtains. A very odd and sometimes uncomfortable choice made by the designer.

Nice Hotel & Friendly Staff

Hoi An Rosemary Boutique Hotel was as pictured. The staff were friendly (specifically, front desk - An, dining room - Hang, and guest services manager - Sam). The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The shuttle service was convenient and timely. I also booked a private transfer from the airport and the driver was timely and friendly. I would recommend the hotel to solo travelers, couples, and families alike. Not that there is construction on another property nearby, so depending on you room, it can be very loud beginning at 7 AM. However, the staff graciously offered to move rooms for me to minimize the noise. If this is a concern, mention it when you check-in.

A brand new hotel in Hoi An

It is a brand new hotel and still doing minor touch-ups. So it was not the best time to stay in this hotel for our family. The best part was the hotel provided new and good bicycles for cycling around Hoi An. In general, the services and breakfast need improvement to match with this beautiful and newly built hotel.

ホテル自体はよかったですが、宿泊のタイミングが悪かったせいか、12/31に泊まった時、夜中の12：15までディスコ並の大音量で新年パティを開催されていました。
パティが終わるまで全く休むことができませんでした。
最悪の宿泊体験になりました。

このホテルを予約する時、イベントあるかを事前に確認することをおすすめします。

自分は、2度もこんなひどいホテルを泊まりたいと思いません。

첫날부터 GLORIA(글로리아)의 따뜻한 환영과 마지막까지 친절한 서비스 너무 좋았습니다. 아이들과의 호이안 가족여행에서 머문곳. 조식, 수영장, 셔틀버스, 자전거 대여 등 모두 만족 스러웠어요. 구름이 많이 낀 날은 수영장 물이 차갑게 느껴지지만 아이들은 아주 신나게 놀았답니다. 다음에 호이안 갈때는 이곳에 다시 머물고 싶어요.

가격대비 좋았던 호텔 !

전반적인 평가는 나쁘지 않았다 가격대비 괜찮았다. 하지만 청소시간이 맘대로였다. 점심쯤 청소를 하러왔으나 우리가 안나가있고 방에있어서 30분뒤에 나갈꺼라고 그때 해달라고 했는데 다놀고 저녁에 들어왔더니 그때 청소를 하고있었다.우리가 들어왔을때 급하게 하고 가느랴 제대로 청소가 이루어 지지 않았다. 다른건 나쁘지 않았다 수영장도 깨끗하고 벌레도 한마리 본적 없었다.

아름다운 시골경치를 가진 현대적 감각의 안락한 호텔

일단 처음 리셉션 하던 미아양이 나의 실수로 룸을 잘못 예약했음을 말고 문제 해결을 위해 룸 멉그레이드에 감사했어요! 그리고 다음 날 일정을 묻더니 내가 다음 날 오후에 다낭 공항으로 갈꺼라고 했더니, 전 날 다낭에서 그 곳 호텔까지의 그랩 경비를 물은 후에 비슷하게 맞추이 주어 공항까지 저렴하게 잘 가도록 예약해준 것 감사해요!
조식 식사도 만족스러었고요, 시설도 좋았어요!
단지 욕조 시설에 남자 면도기가 없어서 당황했어요!
그리고 다음날 수지 양이 미소지역과 선셋크루즈 예약과 호텔 맛사지를 예약해주어 편안히 시간을 보낼 수 있었어요! 모두들 김사합니다!

部屋も清潔で居心地が良かったです。
お掃除も丁寧にされていましたが、トイレットペーパーの補充が必要されていなかったことが残念。
日本人がほとんどいなかったので、かえって良かった。プールに監視係のような方が配置されていたらよかったかなー、他の宿泊者の方のマナーが気になりました。また来たいです(^-^)

我選了家庭房，有三張床，仔女很开心，有自己的床及浴室，我就覺得主人房小了一点。但房間很靚很乾淨。仔女很滿意個泳池，雖不算大，但勝在有bb池及人不算多。有免費車去古城及沙灘。早餐食物剛好，職員很有善，以这價錢超值。

バスサービスの本数が１時間に一回ぐらいあればもっと便利だった。事前の予約ではなくホテルのルームキー提示とかが便利です。

Vi boede 5 nætter på Rosmary Hotel. Venligt personale, flotte værelser (vi havde udsigt til poolen). Men der er lidt lydt. Hotellet var igang med at istandsætte oppe på loftet og samtidig var nabogrunden igang med at bygge et nyt hotel. Det gav støj. Superb morgenmad. Taxa til/fra old town koster ca 40.000. Hotellet har bus til både strand og old town som du gratis kan benytte dig af. Det fungerede godt. Stranden var god og ren. Vi spiste en enkelt gang på hotellet til aften. Rimelig pris og god kvalitet😊 vi vil gerne anbefale hotellet. Brug receptionen som gerne hjælper. Særlig hilsen til Gloria😉

친절하며 조식이 럭셔리 하지는 않았지만, 맛있고 정성이 담겨서 좋았음.
객실도 가성비 짱이고 조망도 환상적임. 수압 장난아니게 쌤. 소음은 그냥 이런류의 호텔들의 평균보다 조금 나은 정도.

주의: 호텔 내의 스파! 전문 상주인력이 하는 것이 아니라, 신청하면 20분 뒤 다시오라고 하고 그 사이에 주변에서 누군가를 부르는 듯. 와이프를 맡은 분은 손끝이 엄청 거칠다고 함. 다른 직업이 있으신 듯... 스파는 완전비추.

간단팁: 객실내의 미니바에서 생수 작은병은 무료인데, 500미리 정도의 물은 하나당 1250원 하는 고가임. 베트남물가대비 엄청 바가지.

위의 두가지만 조심하면 너무 좋은 시간들이었고, 다음에 또 갈 예정
