I am very impressed with everything this hotel has to offer, location is perfect. The staff, especially our sweet Kathy who took care of us like Queens. Breakfast is outstanding, coffee yummy … the rooms are very clean and beds are very cozy! OK … maybe the rooster outside was annoying at first but then he made me giggle. Such is life in this sweet town.

Our stay at the Grand Sunrise Hotel in Hoi An was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is quite new (around two years old) and it truly shows. The property is in excellent condition, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. Some of the best sleep we had during our entire trip.

We were warmly welcomed by Amy and Luna, who were both exceptional. They were genuinely kind, attentive, and always happy to help. They gave us great recommendations, including an excellent tailor in Hoi An and fun activities to do in the area, which made our stay even more special.

We stayed for four nights, and breakfast quickly became my husband’s favorite part of the trip. The selection was fantastic, fresh, and delicious every single morning. It was clear a lot of care goes into it.

On one of the hottest days, relaxing by the pool was an absolute treat. The staff was always nearby, bringing us drinks and making sure we were comfortable without ever being intrusive. The level of attentiveness and kindness from the entire team truly stood out.

Overall, this hotel made our time in Hoi An unforgettable. Wonderful staff, beautiful and clean facilities, amazing breakfast, and a very relaxing atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

A hotel is just a hotel especially one far away from a fave destination - old town. However, the reception supervisor Lily made a difference to the stay and was the source of customer delight.

If there was a “6-Star” rating, this hotel would be worthy.
From the warm welcome upon check-in to the incredibly friendly staff, you feel at home right away.
The lobby and dining area are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well-decorated.
The food is fabulous, especially the buffet breakfast and the dinner menu offers a wide variety of choices, including vegetarian options.
The spa services were enjoyable, especially the steam room and sauna after a long day of walking around town.
With special thanks to Luna, Jay and all of the staff, we had an unforgettable experience and hope to visit again in the future.

This is one of the best hotels I have even been in, and I travel regularly for work. The rooms are glorious and the bathtub has my heart forever.

The breakfast buffet is delicious. There was a great variety of local cuisine and western style dishes. The fresh fruit and selection of teas make for a lovely start to the day.

The spa was amazing. My partner and I both got massages and they got a manicure pedicure treatment that was glorious and so well done. I have not moved this well in literal years.

The real shine here is the staff. Everyone was lovely and gracious, from the front desk staff to the bell hops, to the bar staff at the pool was so lovely and accommodating. They even brought out a cake and sang for my partners birthday!

A deep thank you from us to the whole staff, and most especially my gal Ame, who made our stay a truly magical experience. This was our first time in Vietnam, but it will not be our last. I look forward to returning to see these fantastic folks and enjoying all of the amazing local food.

Do yourself a favor and book this place. You will not regret it!

My husband and I recently stayed at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An, and the experience was superb from start to finish. Luna checked us in with incredible patience and warmth, and she continued to take great care of us throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile at breakfast and making sure we had everything we needed.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide range of options that catered to guests from all over the world also allowing us to explore Vietnamese cuisine. The entire staff was consistently warm and inviting, contributing to a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.

Our room was delightful, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a round bed. It took a little time to get used to, but we eventually grew to appreciate it and found it comfortable and unique.

Overall, a wonderful stay with attentive service and thoughtful touches. We highly recommend Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An for couples and travelers seeking a relaxing, well-appointed retreat with genuinely caring staff.

We stayed here for 14 nights in August, it was excellent.

The location was quiet & calm yet only 5-7 minutes away from the beach or city centre by free shuttle or Grab. Plenty of restaurants, cafes or mini-marts a few metres away on the same street.

We both found that the staff always went out of their ways to help us with everything.

Tom, Luna & Nguyen are really great & were always helpful. I wish I could remember more names, all were fantastic.

But our absolute favourite was Kathy. She was brilliant.

We would definitely stay again, and are already planning on returning.

To the Hotel Spa Staff at Breathe thank you for the most sensational massages and facials. You have converted my husband from a person who did not want to have any to wanting them. Can, Vy, Sarah as well as the other staff, the treatments we received were first class.

Overall 5 star rating is not enough for this hotel. My one suggestion would be that the shuttle bus made more frequent trips in and out of Old Town

Me and my wife stayed here during our 1st wedding anniversary trip to Vietnam. The staff were all super friendly and helpful but Kathy really went the extra mile.
From check in she congratulated us and went out of her way to offer useful information about the area and the hotel which was much appreciated.
Every time she saw us she made sure to say hello and ask what we had been up to and what we had planned next.
She is an absolute credit to the hotel and made our stay really comfortable and memorable.
The hotel itself is stunning and the room was amazing.
The location is great, just outside of Hoi An so a 5min Grab ride which is very cheap, or about a 20min walk so it’s nearby without the noise and crowds. Also the hotel has multiple free shuttles every day into and out of Hoi An so can’t fault the service.
Breakfast was excellent with great quality food and choice.
We loved our complimentary foot massage in the spa and both pools are great for a relaxing dip and a few drinks, especially during 241 happy hour.
All in all we couldn’t be happier with our time at the Grand Sunrise Palace. Would highly recommend.

From check in to check out the stay the service was beyond special. Lily went out of her way to see to our needs. Tom in the restaurant was very accommodating and helpful. The best hotel in Vietnam and I will definitely recommend.

We had an incredible stay at the Grand Sunrise Palace Hotel in Hoi An. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our visit.

A special thank you to Ame, the Guest Services Manager, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. She made sure every detail of our stay was perfect and gave us great local tips to enhance our visit.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. We loved the comfortable bed and the modern amenities—it really felt like a luxurious retreat.

Breakfast each morning was fantastic with a wide selection of fresh, delicious options catering to all tastes.

On our departure, Koi, our driver, made our journey to the airport smooth and stress-free. He was punctual, professional, and very kind—a wonderful end to a great trip.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Family Getaway with a Touch of Luxury

The hotel was amazing,luxurious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ame for the extra friendly service, it really made our stay even more enjoyable. Our six-year-old daughter loved the play area in the restaurant, which gave us the chance to relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. A truly refreshing and memorable stay.

Overall, this property was great, but it does feel a bit on the older side. I noticed a smell coming from the vent when the AC was turned on, and one night, I had to leave the balcony door open. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. The staff could be a bit more attentive—less time on personal phones during check-in would improve the experience. That said, for the price and convenience, the hotel isn’t a bad choice.

The best breakfast buffet we had so far from the other two places we stayed at. The restaurant food in the hotel was AMAZING! We ended up eating at the hotel restaurant our last 2 days after finding out the food in the restaurant tasted WAY BETTER than outside food. All the staff is very helpful and try their best to understand. We brought some fruits from outside to the lobby and the staff was so nice by offering to cut and bring the fruits to us. Hoi An night market is 14 mins drive and the Hoi An old town is only 7 mins from the hotel. The hotel offers shuttle ride to and from Hoi An old town at no cost. I wish the property was bigger and have more things to do after 9pm. After 9pm the place is very quiet. Overall 9.5!!! Love it!

Hi this was excellent hotel. Staff are friendly and always there to help. When we arrived we were greeted by Jay and his team and they went out there way to make comfortable arranged travel arrangements for us booked restaurants and also organised Taxis. Breakfast was good and a special vegetarian menu if you are vegetarian. Nancy was excellent as well she always looked after us well.
I would highly recommend this hotel and staff. Spa was excellent as well.

The best

It was honestly the best hotel experience we have ever had! The staff were friendly, the food was good, the spa treatments were to die for and the rooms were stunning.

Nancy is very friendly and helpful. I had a bad fall at Old Town due to slippery ground. Nancy recommended local ointment White Tiger balm to apply. It helped in reducing some pain.

Staff from housekeeping to bellboys are all very personable and helpful, especially Lily whom we could Whatspp-text for info and massage bookings, and also Nancy who is very hospitable.

In-house massage was one of the best I’ve had that we had daily appointments!

10-15 mins drive to Ancient Town, 10-15 mins drive to Hoi A Memories Land, 30 mins drive to VinWonders, 5 mins walk to local market.

Highly recommended for a cozy and comfortable stay in Hoi An!

We stayed in one of the Presidential suite rooms. The amenities were very nice, including the welcoming gifts of food and wine in the room, many certificates for discounts on dining and services, the spa pool in the suite, and a second en-suite bathroom.

Ame, in charge of Guest Relations, was always quick to anticipate our needs. She looked after us, making sure we took advantage of services and discounts for things. She was a real professional, but also a genuinely sweet and friendly person.

All around it was a five star experience.

The club resort is located only 1 km from the heart of Hoi An and 3 km from An Bang beach. On one side is the main road of Cua Dai which runs from the little town to the white sand beach with the same name, and on the other side is a branch of the large De Vong River.

The resort is built in the special style of the town's ancient houses giving the impression of a village in harmony with its very natural landscape, buildings with clay-tile roofs, decorated with round and rectangular Chinese lanterns. Furthermore, guests are sure to enjoy visiting the 200-year-old ancient house in a Vietnamese countryside style, which offers the opportunity to discover the traditional way of making rice noodle (pho) and pancakes right in the resort.
