A gecko and other insects were able to get inside my room. They were harmless but that doesn’t make it acceptable. Each morning I was awaken by a leaf blower before 8am. My understanding is that this type of work should not begin before 8 am.

It was just a one night trip to Comala. The hotel is perfect located. In walking distance to the plaza, restaurants. And it has a great outdoor sitting area right at a small river. We would definitely staying there again should we go back to this not so touristy small town.

Very reasonable and a great location, generally all the staff were great, but check-in was not good. We had to walk up a 3-tier spiral staircase proceeded by the receptionist who did not assist at all with our luggage. He was not very welcoming and was not happy that we were paying in cash.

El hotel está bien ubicado conforme al tamaño de Comala, puedes ir a cualquier lugar ya sea caminando o en auto por el lugar en donde está. Solo que, le falta agua caliente, no te dan papel para el baño suficiente y la alberca no está disponible todo el tiempo. El personal es atento y amable. Las instalaciones aunque no son de alto lujo, son buenas y están muy limpias.

En general muy bien, aire acondicionado muy bueno, servicio de televisión con aplicaciones para entretenimiento, muy cerca del Comalón, prácticamente sólo atraviesas la calle y ahí está, por eso nos gusta el hotel y como a 4 cuadras del centro. Le falta mantenimiento al baño, el lavabo se tapó en cuanto lo usamos.

Esta muy bien ubicado, no me gustaron dos cosas:
1.- La alberca realmente es un chapoteadero para niños
2.- Al tener un servicio de restaurante al aire libre, hacen mucho ruido desde muy temprano, como por ejemplo el uso de la licuadora desde las 7 am
Creo que son los únicos puntos que no fueron de mi agrado.
