The Automated check in terminal was off.
The nigh watchman was impolite, and if he eventually turned on the Terminal, was repeatedly rude and even turned agressive to the point I considered leaving the facility.

Good hotel to stay for one night while heading further south. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. Wouldn't want to stay for longer though, definitely lacks the holiday kind feel - room was on the small side, not cleaned to a high standard though sheets were perfect. Recommend while passing through to go somewhere else.

Tres déçu de mon expérience dans votre établissement. Malheureusement les chambres sont plus que petites on se marche dessus. Pour un couple avec un petit bébé. Impossible de circuler dans la chambre. De plus je tiens à vous faire remarquer que dans un lit parapluie on met un matelas or ici vous donnez la possibilité d’avoir un lit parapluie pour faire dormir un bébé mais sans matelas la honte. La salle de bain est plus que médiocre c’est pire que dans un f1. Le wc est bientôt dans la douche ainsi que le lavabo. Je ne comprends pas non plus pourquoi aucunes porte de douche est mise à part un morceau qui sépare le lavabo. Enfin bref … le ridicule ne tue pas mais bon ça a bien tué mon séjour.

C'est la pire expérience que j'ai vécu : après avoir refusé de payer à l'automate la chambre que j'avais réservée et déjà payée en ligne (paiement débité), l'agent de sécurité m'a dit d'aller dormir ailleurs et qu'il refuse de me laisser accéder de nouveau à l'automate

Quand nous sommes entrés dans notre chambre, avec les codes donnés à l'accueil, la chambre était déjà occupée... Nous avons dormi dans la voiture... après plus d'une heure à essayer de joindre quelq'un (que ce soit hotels.com ou B and B)
Hôtels.com ne nous a pas trouvé une solution de remplacement ou loin de la ville et cela après plus d'une heure de \"tchat\"
Pourquoi deux clients sur la même chambre ? Erreur humaine : la personne à l'accueil à notre arrivée a pris la réservation au \"prénom\" et pas au nom de famille... nous étions deux avec le même prénom et nous avons eu la même chambre.
alors, c'est une erreur humaine doublée d'une erreur système car comment le système informatique peut-il ne pas bloquer pour éviter de donner à deux clients les mêmes codes d'accès et la même chambre ?
Nous avons tenté de joindre quelqu'un, sans succès. Il parait qu'il y a un appel d'urgence à l'extérieur de l'hôtel... mais nous étions dedans ! Et un bouton ou une information DANS l'hôtel serait un minimum. Pourquoi deux clients sur la même chambre ? Erreur humaine : la personne à l'accueil à notre arrivée a pris la réservation au \"prénom\" et pas au nom de famille... nous étions deux avec le même prénom et nous avons eu la même chambre.
alors, c'est une erreur humaine doublée d'une erreur système car comment le système informatique peut-il ne pas bloquer pour éviter de donner à deux clients les mêmes codes d'accès et la même chambre ?
Nous avons tenté de joindre quelqu'un, sans succès. Il parait qu'il y a un appel d'urgence à l'extérieur de l'hôtel... mais nous étions dedans ! Et un bouton ou une information DANS l'hôtel serait un minimum. L'hôtel es de qualité, rien a redire. Toutefois un problème subsiste, lorsque nous arrivons hors des horaires d'ouverture. La confirmation de réservation ne contient pas le code pour accéder à la réservation via la caisse automatique. Il faut donc appelé le service a distance de BNB... une amélioration pourrais être envisager sur ce point je pense

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Das Zimmer war für 2 Leute mit 2 großen Koffern gerade noch ausreichend, aber dafür war es sauber und das Bett war auch bequem. Es gab keinen Zimmerservice während des Aufenthalts (3 Nächte), was wohl eine Sparmaßnahme ist, da auf Grund von Corona der Umsatz eingebrochen ist. Frische Handtücher /Bettzeug hätte man aber selber am Empfang abholen können. Der Duschkopf konnte nicht in Kopfhöhe festgemacht werden (zumindest haben wir es nicht geschafft).
Das Frühstück war leider recht minimalistisch, aber ausreichend. Parkplätze waren sehr viele vorhanden (Großes Gelände auf dem wohl überall geparkt werden durfte). Morgens hat man den Verkehr gehört, nachts war es ruhig.
Bei Anreise am Sonntagnachmittag sollte beachtet werden, dass kein Supermarkt in der Nähe geöffnet hat.
Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir gut zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Étape pendant notre voyage en vacances, l'hôtel est bien situé sur la N102. Bien insonorisé. Le plus est l'enregistrement par borne, pas de soucis d'heure d'arrivée et d'accueil fermé.
Du coup, il n'y a pas trop de contact avec le personnel, ce qui est bien ou pas bien selon la situation actuelle.
