I chose Sea Queen Hotel Da Nang based on the listing and reviews on Expedia, which made the hotel appear welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, the actual experience was very disappointing.
The main issue was the unfriendly and rude behavior of the staff, especially the kitchen/breakfast attendant. During breakfast, the staff member was impatient, unwelcoming, and spoke in a rude tone. It felt uncomfortable and completely lacking in basic hospitality. Simple interactions felt like an inconvenience to them.
Because this hotel was promoted positively on Expedia, my expectations were much higher. Sadly, the staff attitude—particularly in the breakfast area—did not match what was advertised or expected from a hotel listed on a major booking platform.
Management seriously needs to improve staff training, especially for guest-facing roles. I would not recommend this hotel unless service standards improve significantly.

A great hotel with fantastic staff.I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I stepped in to the hotel.My room great and on the 9th floor which meant I had a great view over the city which lit up at night.A 2 minute walk to the wonderful my kye beach which you could see from the amazing rooftop pool.Have a drink one evening up there by the pool and watch the sun go down and see the fantastic pool and city light up,amazing.The buffet breakfast was very good to and catered for all nationalites with its wide choice of foods.All the staff were fantastic but I must mention lilly,mary and kim who really made that extra effort to make sure you were ok every time they saw you and very helpful with places to go and see.Ba na hills and the golden bridge are a must do while you are there.Just 40 minutes by taxi and a amazing cable car ride up to the place high up on the hills overlooking da nang.Also the dragon bridge at night and the lady budda staue overlooking the bay to is a must see.

Queen Finger Hotel is excellent place to stay with family. They provide us family room which is tidy & clean. The hotel staff is polite and helpful. Beach is 10 min walking from hotel. The roof top swimming pool is excellent. The breakfast is plentiful but lack of vegetarian dishes. However, one or two Indian restaurant is nearby so we won't face any issue. Altogether, I have excellent stay here and surely recommend to fellow travelers.

Very central location to beach and great food! The infinity pool was wonderful with outstanding views. Tahi working at the bar is a delite. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Room was comfortable and everything we needed. Mini fridge could have been colder. We didn’t address the situation, so no knock for that. We would stay again.

We got transferred to another hotel when we booked for the Queens finger were not to impressed that we got transferred to another hotel without being informed. Not happy with Hotels.com.au won’t do any future bookings with them they are robotic to deal with any don’t have any customer focused service.
Queens finger were fantastic they transferred us to our next accommodation courtesy due to muck up with being transferred.

Lovely Hotel in a great neighborhood.

The hotel is in a very cool neighborhood and just two blocks from the beach. The infinity pool is small and it has a great view of Danang. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Taxis are inexpensive. You can't beat the price and the breakfast is great. I would definitely return to this hotel.

As I travel Viet Nam, I have learned to only book places for a few days just in case you don't like it. I did the same when I book my stay at the Queen's Finger. After staying there one night, I decided to book the rest of my stay in Danang totaling about a 3 week stay at this hotel. Everything about this hotel is nice. I love sitting outside and enjoying the view of Danang City from the pool. The breakfast buffet is nice with great service. The staff is first class and friendly. Everyone I've come in contact with are very nice and polite. One staff member that stands out, for me, is Julia (Huyen). She is always smiling and greets me with such warmness when I went to have my breakfast. It is truly a great way to start the day. My trip was extended because I caught a horrible flu. The staff learned of my sickness and sent Ginger/lime/honey to my room. I didn't want to touch anything so at the buffet they would help me with getting food. I appreciate staff members like Aria for helping me with this. I truly appreciated everyone I came into contact with and the hotel was such a nice place to spend a long time at. That said, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a 3 Star but you get 5 Star service

Awesome Stay in Da Nang!

Our 6 nights stay last Feb 5-11 in Queen’s Finger Hotel were very good.Weeere given a free pick up from airport to hotel.Our room was always clean upon returning from our tour.The two ladies Miss Lilly and Miss Aria were so accommodating with our needs.Our breakfast buffet is very satisfying.It is we’re we encountered for the first time a small green apple fruit but tastes like a pear.We love it.The WiFi is available automatic everywhere inside the hotel.We don’t have to use password.We will not hesitate to come in this hotel.And surely we will recommend it to our friends.

Really enjoyable stay at this hotel can't really find much fault in it for the money we paid. 5 mins from the beach and a couple of really nice places to eat. Although it's quite far from the city centre. The only negative I would have is that there's a rooftop bar at the hotel but the 3 times I went to get a drink there nobody was there serving. Other than that a really good hotel. With fantastic views from the rooftop pool.

Was ok, not special. Surprised to be the only non-Asian staying at the hotel. Easy to walk to the beach, but general area full of vacant lots, trash, cranes/building. As mentioned, room seemed smaller because of odd partition. Staff pleasant, though some struggle with English. Went to rooftop pool/bar. Nice view. No bartender, even when requested, so I left. Price ok. I would stay some place else next time.

3 girls travel to Da Nang and Hoi An. Hotel arranged the higher floors for us. The air conditioners is very noisy and the engineer was off on sat. So we requested to change room. Seems ok. When we took the shower , the water leak from the shower room out to toilet. The glass shower area cannot stop the water to leak. So we request the extra towel to put on the floor. The room size is quite small for 3 bed rooms. But people in hotel is very nice. Especially the reception girl, I forgot to ask the name. She help me to arrange car pick up from the Hoi An hotel. And introduce delicious beef noodle restaurant. The breakfast is quite lot of choice. I will consider to stay again. The hotel close to beach and have free shuttle electric car after 4 pm.

Enjoyed our stay at Queens Finger Hotel very much. Excellent value, clean and comfortable. Staff were worked at a pace but remained excellent hosts. Roof top pool a nice bonus for views, evening drinks and a dip. Great quality and taste in the restaurant - rice noodles with home made fish sauce for brekky a new favourite.

Amazing hotel and staff for an amazing price!

The hotel was well presented, very clean and modern, the staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. Though the room (1 queen and 1 single) was small it was very comfortable and clean, the double shower was great! We really liked the buffet breakfast with a good variety each morning and with the option to order cooked eggs however you liked it. The breakfast/restaurant (floor 2) was very spacious and well layed out. Like the other hotel staff, the restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly, with a couple who could speak english very well (but we talked to her in Vietnamese anyway). We will definitely stay at the Queen's Finger next time we are in Da Nang! The experience was way above the bargain price we paid per night!

Awesome hotel!\n

This hotel is just awesome. The roof deck swimming pool is like a mini-Marina Bay Sands. The buffet breakfast was really good. The rooms are clean. Our room location was perfect on the 10th floor, with a great view of the sea on the east and the city in the north. It was simply awesome.

The staff are very kind and helpful. They are such wonderful people.Our stay was was simply wonderful!

We only stayed for one night while transiting through the airport but it was a very comfortable stay. We received a free upgrade and the room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. The rooftop pool is really cool and a nice treat in the middle of tiring travel days. The staff was great and very kind. It's fairly close to the airport as well. Our only complaint is that we ordered room service because we were exhausted and it was raining outside and they didn't really have anyone who spoke English to take the order. Consequently, we got totally different things than we ordered but it was served hot, with a smile, and it was perfectly suitable for us so we just ate it anyway. We would definitely go back and we recommend this hotel.

Brilliant budget hotel with rooftop pool.

The crowning jewel of The Queen's Finger is definitely it's roof top which includes a bar, seating, a small L shaped infinity pool and unobstructed views over the Han River and Ba Na Hills. The sunsets are spectacular... definitely take your camera or just sip a cocktail and enjoy the sight. The staff play, at volume, annoying pop music through their phones, meaning you are also privvy to every notification ping they receive. However, they will turn it down or off if asked.

The staff at The Queen's Finger are it's second jewel. Extremely attentive customer service and always with a smile. On arriving I was given a free upgrade to a suite and when I enquired about a late checkout this was also given free of charge. They made me feel very special and looked after.

The room was of a good standard and clean. Comfy beds, functioning AC, tea/coffee, fridge, safe etc. The premium TV channels in English didn't work, so no movie before bed or morning news. The bathroom included a shower/tub combo which was a bonus, although not enough hot water for a bath.

The breakfast buffet was presented well, but unappealing in choice and quality with a lot of very greasy dishes. The waiting staff were also overly attentive to the point of being annoying. They need to learn when a guest wants to chat during their breakfast and when they don't.

Great location with lots of funky bars/cafes and 5-10 mins. to the beach.

Overall a great budget hotel.... i'd definitely recommend it.

A Jewel in Da Nang

Stayed her for 6 days and we loved it. The staff was very attentive and the area provided us with everything that we hoped for...great food, easy access to the beach and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city to avoid the noise but a short drive away ( $3 taxi ride) if so desired. The rooftop pool was the best with service to match. The best view in town!!! The breakfast buffet was good with staff always available to help. The front desk staff (especially Windy) was top notch, helped us out with everything. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked in again when were turn to Vietnam at month's end

少し古いホテルでは有るがこの価格で朝食ビュッフェがついて毎日清掃とタオル交換があり、とてもコスパのいいホテルです。
屋上のプールはとても深く大人向けのプールと言えます。
近くには美味しいレストランが沢山あり、違うホテルに移動したあともこの周りのレストランを利用していました。
スタッフの方もとてもフレンドリーで気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。

Comfortable and compact hotel close to surfing and everything else. Its possible to get a free bike from the hotel and drive to Banana Hills. Da Nang is most likely one of the best holiday cities in Southeast-Asia. Theres lots of things to do compared to its size and the weather is not too hot.

很棒的旅館

飯店位子很棒很安靜，早餐是吃到飽，我們住了五天，美中不足是菜色都一樣。入住中最不滿意是-乾濕分離的淋浴間，防水條沒做好底旁會漏水，弄得整間浴室都濕掉。

飯店隔壁有一家很便宜租摩托車店，一天是100K越南盾，租越久越便宜。對面有一家便利超商，飯店那條街上也有很多按摩店，離海灘也很近，走路5-8分鐘就到了，機能很方便。

頂樓的無邊際游泳池剛好可以看到夕陽，有時間記得去體驗一下。

Hotel nähe Strand, Zimmer sauber, geräumig. Der Dachpool, unser Hauptbuchungsgrund :) , genial, tolle Aussicht, mit kleiner \"Terasseninsel\" und Cocktailbar. Tagsüber zum entspannen und verweilen und abends um Da Nang bei Nacht leuchten zu sehn.

Everything was ok. Female staffs were great.
But male staffs were unkind.
I checked in late. Two men were sleeping on the couch.
Waking them up, they looked unhappy.
And there is a guy with big black glasses. He looks very serious all the time. On the rooftop I said hi to him. He said \"take off your sandles\" instead of saying hi back.
I felt awful. This hotel should put up the sign about sandles. I wouldn't visit this hotel again because of that guy.

Wonderful experience!

It was such a wonderful experience there. It is waking distance from the my khe beach and 2 minutes walk from the ngon villa.
The skyview pool is nice.
And the nicest thing is that the staff there are very nice and kind hearted. It was my birthday and they prepared a birthday cake for me just because the staff check on my birthday date when doing a copy of my passport! And the other staff also know this and say happy birthday to me with friendly smiles everywhere.
Will recommend to all friends and here to you all.

너무나 아름다운 루프탑 수영장, 그리고 친절한 스텝들...

미케비치 해변에서 도보 5분 거리의 정말 멋진 숙소입니다. 베트남 여행을 5번 정도 다녀봤지만 스텝들이 이렇게 친절한 적은 없었던 것 같습니다. 그리고 룸 컨디션 역시 정말 깨끗하고 좋았으며, 조식 역시 4성급, 5성급 호텔과 비교해서 뒤지지 않는 컬리티였습니다. 특히 옥상에 있는 루프탑 바랑 수영장은 최고였습니다. 아름다운 야경을 보면서 칵테일 한잔 너무 낭만적이고 황홀했습니다.
인근에 버거블로스랑 저렴하면서 서비스 좋은 마사지샵도 있고, 간단하게 식사할 수 있는 로컬 음식점도 많아서 좋았습니다. 다음에 다낭오게되면 반드시 퀸스핑거 호텔에 숙박하고 싶습니다.

호텔에서의 생활은 good 이었다.
그러나 귀국하는날 호텔에서 pick up 택시를 불러줬는데
택시기사 운전난폭,신경질,그리고 중요한건 다낭국제공항에 국내선에서 내려줌. 짐들고 다시 국제선으로 걸어서감.

특이한 수영장

직원친절하고 위치도적당하고 수영장은 작지만 특이한 분위기로 좋았습니다 하지만 바나힐 가는 택시 예약해주고 카톡으로 연락 하라햇는데 기사는 카톡이 없다고 해서 결국 두시간을 기다리는 해프닝 암튼 이거빼고는 갠찮앗습니다

최악인 숙소... 종잇장 같은 외벽에 최악의 방음상태..,7층임에도 불구하고 바로 옆에서 울리는 듯한 오토바이 경적소리...,와 노래방이 있는지 음치들의 향연.... 적어도 베트남 현지시간으로11시까지는 시끄럽습니다.

スタッフの方たちがとても優しくて、話しやすかったです。シャワールームとトイレのドアの隙間から水がトイレへと流れてしまってタオルがびしょびしょになってしまいましたが、他の設備はとても清潔で綺麗でよかったです。みんな笑顔が素敵でした。

최고의 위치, 해변과 도시를 동시에 볼 수 있는 Queen's Finger 좋네요.

에어서울 지연출발로 공항에서 호텔까지 픽업신청 날아갈뻔 했는데, 늦게까지 기다려주신 기사님 덕분에 편하게 호텔 도착했습니다. 높이 평가되던 호텔이기에 직접 가서 눈으로 보니, 5성급 서비스는 기대하기 어렵지만, 조식, 친절함은 단연 최고네요.^^ 특히 조식 별로 맛없다고 했는데, 향신료 맛 거의 안나고 무료조식 치고는 훌륭한 퀄리티 입니다. 쌀국수 맛집이네요.^^
특히 LiLy 지배인님 한국말 잘하시고, 친절하셔서 너무 감사드립니다. 또한 옥상에 있는 인피니티풀은 어린이들 조심해야 합니다. 중간에 깊어집니다. 다음에 다낭가면 또 들릴 예정입니다. 감사합니다.

수영장 좋음 : 크기는 작음. 그러나 밤에 앉아서 발은 물에 넣고 맥주한잔하며 다낭 야경보며 하루를 마감하긴 좋음. 수영장 깊어서 1.6미터까지 있음
체크인시에 여권을 호텔에서 보관을 요청하는게 좀 그렇슴. 그리고 지상 -로비 까지 계단이라 좀 별로임.
벨보이가 가방들어주긴하나.. 좀 그렇슴
로비 직원은 한국말 잘해서 좋음.
방은 침구에서 모래가 좀 느껴짐.. 모아보니 꾀 많음.
방청소 제대로 안하는거임. 화장실 보통임. 많이 미끄러움 .

사실 수영장이 멋져서 가본곳.
주변에 걸어서 한식집 베트남 식당 커피숍 로컬이 많아서 좋앗음

하프데이로 지냈던 호텔이었는데 직원 분들 정말 친절하십니다.
한국어도 곧잘 하시는 직원분도 계셔서 재미있었구요,
새벽비행기로 오다보니 조식을 못 먹었는데 미리 말하니 빵하고 간단히 먹을 수 있는 것들을 챙겨주시기까지 해서 좋았네요.

주변에 걸어서 조금만 나가면 미케해변도 있고 밥집들도 많으니 참고하세요.

미케비치 근처에 위치하였으며, 다낭 시내까지 차로 약 15분정도 걸립니다. 호텔 루프탑수영장은 굉장히 잘되 있으면 저녁에 보는 야경이 압권입니다. 시설 또한 깨끗하며 직원들이 매우 친절하여 다음에 다낭을 방문한다면 한번더 이용할 용의가 있습니다.

가족룸에서 3일 숙박함
직원은 친절하고 외출시마다 어디가냐 재미있었냐 물어봐줌 해산물씨푸드먹겠냐고 홍보만 안했어도 더 좋았을텐데 ㅠㅠ
3일 묵었는데 시트,이불 한번도 안갈아줌 시트는 4개 방향으로 돌려가며 교묘히 얼룩 감춤
뽑아쓰는 화장지 체크 아웃할때까지 1개로 버팀
루프탑 수영장은 생각보다 작았지만 경치는 좋았음

절대 시원한건 상상할수 없는 냉장고 입니다

직원들과 영어 소통 살짝 불편 했습니다. 복도에서 두리안 냄새가 너무 심하게 나서 이틀동안 불편했고 분명 4인 조식 무료로 알고 갔는데 아이가 11세라는 이유로 조식 1일차 100,000동씩 2번 지불했습니다.
호텔스 닷컴과 통화 하면서 미리 알았던 내용이라서 당황스럽진 않았는데 그래도 몰랐으면 기분 나빴을것 같습니다. 호텔스닷컴에서 영수증 보내주면 환불해 주기로 했는데 이런적이 처음이라 불편했습니다.
그리고 냉장고가 투명하고 이쁘긴한테 냉장고로써 기능은 빵점입니다. 차갑지 않아요. 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.

루프탑 수영장에서 놀기 좋아요. 먹을거 사와서 먹어도 되고 야경도 예쁜데 테이블이 많진 않아요. 직원들도 굉장히 친절합니다. 싱글베드 2개 있는 방 예약했는데 패밀리룸?으로 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 그리고 체크아웃할때 귀여운 파우치?지갑? 주셨는데 기념도 되고 남은 일정동안 요긴하게 썼습니다. 대신 수압이 약하고 찬물이 나오다가도 미지근한 물이 나왔어요. 냉장고도 미지근합니다. 조식은 그냥 그래요. 전체적으로 만족합니다.

위치는 그냥.... 어차피 그랩싸니까 그냥 그랩타고 다녔습니다. 바로 앞에 마트있고요. 수영장은 조그마한데 타일사이에 녹때가 껴있어서 기분은 좀 그랬어요. 수영하고 수영복을 말릴수있냐고 리셉션에 물어보니 남자분이 그냥 없다고만하더라고요. 다음날 체크아웃할때 물어보니 한국말 잘하시는 여성분은 근처에 빨래해주는데 있다고하더라고요. 어제 남성분이 그 얘기를 해줬으면 수영복이 축축한채로 가진않았을텐데 아쉬워요. 방은 햇빛도 잘들고 좋았어요. 깨끗했고 근데 슬리퍼가 쪼리던데 방을 쓰는 모든사람이 쓰는것 같아서 그냥 제가 가져간거 신었어요. 룸컨디션은 좋아요. 조식도 괜찮았어요. 한국분들 가시면 좀 조용히는 아니더라도 시끄럽게는 안하셨으면 ... 조식때 특히 가족단위분들 누구부르고 그러는데 너무 시끄러웠어요. 한 두팀이 아니었던...
