I stayed in VIP2 - an apartment for nine days. I have been coming to Da Nang for longer stays for a few years - this is the best for my needs of all the many places I have stayed. I had a separate bedroom from the kitchen, full sized fridge and stove. The location is perfect, on a quiet side lane just one block back from the beach with easy beach access and Highlander coffee on the corner. No noise issues. The shared open lounge room at the entrance to the hotel was a great place to work or chill and had a microwave. The cleaners were exceptional, even cleaning my personal dishes (they shouldn’t have!). I will probably stay longer next year.

This might be the first time I've written a bad review for a hotel. I usually don't expect much except for cleanliness and things to work. The first room I got shower flooded after just a few minutes of shower. The shower head was not properly attached. The second room had the same issues in the bathroom and did not have a mirror. The room lights flickered. The laundry service lost a piece of clothing. You can hear every little noise from outside. The staff did what they could to help so I have nothing bad to say about the service. But overall the hotel is in very poor condition. I booked for one week and left after the first night. The best part of the stay was checking out.

Just a blah place. Biggest concern is that the air conditioning only works when the keycard is inserted upon entering room, thus the room gets hot & takes time & energy to recool

A very good hotel!! We stayed here for about a month the bed is very comfortable and big! Big fluffy blanket too! The shower was amazing, stayed warm for a long time! The staff were also very nice! I will absolutely be staying here again and will highly recommend anyone to stay here its a nice peaceful area, quiet. There was a nice big desk very useful, big closet, the fridge didnt work but i had no reason to really use it everything else made my stay

It is a nice location, the hotel is nice and looks clean. To be honest I didnt even spend the night because the dorm size is ridiculous. I had a bed on top and I was trying to unpack standing up between the 4 beds as there is barely enough space for the suitcase. So I had to take my suitcase out in the hallway to make it easier. I asked if they had something better but they told me no so I moved out

small rooms but super close to the beach. I would comeback here but I don't recommend for someone who wants a nice and relaxing place to stay, this hotel is perfect if you just a place to sleep and shower. Worth the price tho.

Place is very close to beach and location is very very good. Room kind of smelled when we walked in and the service was kind of slow when it came to extra towels and things we needed. Some furniture was mildly damaged when we reached and AC broke. Overall, the hotel was still serviceable and worked for my 2 day trip with my friends since beds and bathroom was good.

The room we booked was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The area was quite and there are a lots of coffee shops across the street. The staff were all excellent and very helpful. A 5 minute walk gets you to the beach where there are lots of restaurants. All up a great place to stay

I recently stayed at this charming hotel, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel’s location is absolutely unbeatable – just a short walk to the beautiful beach, which was perfect for early morning strolls and sunset views.

Chambre à 300 mettre de la plage, idéalement placé cependant, la chambre est vétuste il faudrait un bon coup de rénovation. Les placards sont cassés, la TV ne marche pas, les murs sont sales, la douche est bouchée.
Pour 20€ la nuit je m’attendais à mieux surtout au Vietnam.
Malgré cela la gentillesse du personnel relève la note

スタッフの方は笑顔でとても感じが良かったです。海沿いの道の一本手前です。部屋が広くないので、荷物を広げにくいのは承知しておいた方がいいです。シャワー温冷調節は大丈夫ですが、排水口が詰まっていてすぐに水が溢れてしまうところだけ何とかならないかな💦という感じでした。濡れたマットやタオルは、掃除で取り替えてくれました。

ホテルの受付に小さい売店がある。24時間空いているので、必要になれば外に出ず購入できるのが嬉しい。1階にシェアのシャワールーム兼トイレがある。チェックアウトした後でも荷物も預かってもらえて、汗をかいたらシャワーを浴びることができる。暑い所なので助かります。休憩所もあります。部屋に関しては、タオルとバスタオルは提供されませんでした。簡単な調理器具などがあります。電気ケトル、IHクッキングヒーターと部屋内に台所があります。水と紅茶コーヒー無料で数個置いています。停電は2回起きました。直ぐに直りましたが。

夜中に到着して寝るだけだったので凄くきれいな訳じゃないけど安いしgoodです。
