I did not get any VIP upgrades. Staffs are not friendly and disengaged. The only staff I can talk to is Cuong at the restaurant. Facility is ok if you just need a room to crash. I would rate it as a 3 star facility and not higher.

Rosamia is a very good property. We had a family suite with 2bedrooms & 2.5 bath. It was very spacious with comfortable beds. The staff service was excellent and prompt. Shout out the affordable spa with excellent massages. Morning breakfast buffets was great with many choices. The coconut coffee is a must try.

Pros:
- Friendly staff, especially the English speaking gentleman at the reception and the doormen who always rushed to hold the door for us.
- Right next to the beach. The pool is also a nice alternative when it's too hot or rainy.
- Reasonable breakfast buffet. Could be better but for the price I couldn't complain.
- A lot of restaurants nearby that cater to international tourists.

Cons:
- Housekeeping didn't clean the room or toilet thoroughly.
- Wifi router was above the room entrance and the signal didn't reach the corners and far end of the room.
- TV was laggy and didn't have many options.
- DON'T STAY ON THE 23TH FLOOR IF YOU'RE A LIGHT SLEEPER. There's a bar on the 24th floor which has music on until 12am even when there's nobody. You can hear everything from your room.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Our room was spacious, clean and nice. It was cleaned properly every day. Their breakfast was also quite good and there was a good choice of food every morning.
The only bad thing was about spa. We went there for a massage but it wasn't very professional. The massager was sick but didn't put on a face mask. I ended up caught a bad flu from her and have been sick for a week. The massage technique wasn't very good either.
Overall the hotel is great. Just skip the spa.

Everything is superior!
Only complaint is the noise because we were on a floor with what must have been a large Korean family in multiple rooms. Kids and everyone constantly going between rooms, doors always slamming, loud talking, etc... started early morning 5am and went on after midnight.
When the room doors do not close all the way there is a constant \"beeping\" noise to alert you... well, everyone kept their doors open so the beeping never stopped. Truly disturbing and maddening!

Hadde høye forventninger pga 5 sterner, men det er nok en stund siden.
Rommet var dårlig rengjort, så både støv og flekker langs kantene, vinduene fulle i merker. Det er lytt både i fra gaten og i fra gangen, så ikke lett å få blund på øyet etter kl6.
Det som var positivt var at sengetøy virket rent ut, men sengene var harde og hodeputene som en murstein.
Frokosten var god, og afternoon tea var veldig flott.
Svømmebassenget er under tak og absolutt ikke noen opplevelse om en ønsker å få sol på kroppen.

Pit-stop style 1 night stay

Hotel just opposite the beach. Facilities are good, but we do not use it as only pit-syop style 1 night stay. Quality of the afternoon tea can be improve. Breakfast spread are good, but can invest some espresso cup, so dinners can enjoy hot espresso rather than it cold fast due to contain in big cappuccino / latter mug. Coffee quality is good thought.

My room shower drainage’s slow, and water spill out to dry bathroom area.

前台小姐服務態度非常好，用中文英文溝通都沒問題，遇有問題都會用心協助，這樣的價錢環境算是可以接受，房間空間都舒適，其實每天都早出晚歸也不會要求太高，我兒子生日還可以告知他們安排蛋糕，不過蛋糕質素就一般，但也不可期望太高，畢竟是免費的，早餐算是一般，希望可以改善，總括我一家四口住一個房間空間也可以接受，暑假期間每天港幣大約750一天性價不錯。

スタッフの方々の対応がとても良かった。また、ホテルのロビーの電飾が明るくて、外出先から帰ってきたときに明るいロビーを見てとても安心できた。
不満な点は、1泊目にバスローブを1着使用したが翌日に補充されず、2泊目は残り1着を使用し、3泊目は1着しか補充されず、4泊目でようやく2着補充されたところ。(2人1部屋で4泊)
あと、エレベーターが3基しかなく、朝食時は大変混雑してなかなか乗ることが出来なかった。

綺麗で良い施設。オーシャンビューはオススメ。朝食美味しい。
海が近く行きやすい。またホテルの外にシャワーとタオルがあるので、綺麗にした後にホテルに入ることが可能。
繁華街にも近く、買い物も行きやすい。

唯一の欠点は冷蔵庫が全く冷えないこと。
小さな欠点であり、全体的に大満足。

진짜 와방 좋음요 다낭 미케비치 호텔 찾고 계시다면 여기 추천해요! 다른 호텔 후기보면 시끄럽다고 하는 분도 있던데 22층 배정받아서 그런지 소음 1도 없었습다 조식도 맛있었고 수영장도 좋았고 무엇보다 바다뷰 크~ 바다뷰로 가세요 모두! (스위트룸 이용했습니다!) 다음에도 다낭 여행하면 여기로 다시 갈 것 같아요! 아잇 사진이 안올라가서 아쉬운데 아침에 일출 보는 것도 너무 멋졌어요!

미케비치 앞에 있어서 바다뷰가 좋았고 객실은 넓고 쾌적. 조금 올드하지만 그래도 편했습니다. 욕실의 샤워 물세기 아주 훌륭했고 직원들 서비스가 좋았답니다. 무료 조식뷔페 아주 좋았고 무료 에프터눈티도 좋았답니다. 단지 단체가 많아서 조금 불편했지만 그외에 다 만족했답니다.
