Front desk staff Giang, Trang and Nhi was professional and helpful. I had forgotten my key card a few times and they were able to get me back into my rooms.

Bell boys was helpful in watching over my golf clubs and bags while I waited for transportation.

Hotel was fine and great location. Breakfast buffet was a 3 out of 5. Don’t go during Lunar New Year week - the hotel is overbooked and hoards of people flow out of 6 elevators to have breakfast. Coffee in the breakfast cafeteria is really bad.

The check in and check out was not good. Front desk staff were not pleasant. They seemed unhappy to be working there and it showed in their interactions with me and our party. The hotel caters to a lot of tour groups and it’s chaos in the lobby when the bus drops off the large groups. I think staff is overwhelmed and are just going through the motion. They look like they do not want to be there.

This hotel is listed as a 5 stars. It was the 5th hotel we stayed at during our long trip in Vietnam. Service there was the worse and the facilities appear dated. It’s dark in much of the hotel, especially the common space. The hotel is at best a 3 star hotel. We had an executive room. Great ocean view but the carpet in the room was worn and dated.

Our stay included breakfast. It’s chaos there as well as there were no staff to greet us, so we found our own table. There was only one employee working the floor and the tables were not cleared for the next guest. Food was as terrible so we decided to eat out for the remainder of our trip.

In short, the only thing good about the hotel is its location across from the beach. Nothing else about the hotel is worth mentioning.

I cannot recommend this place. It’s the only hotel in my journey that I would not return to.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Manage your expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. The location is amazing and the price was affordable. I enjoyed breakfast every morning with the medium size selection of Vietnamese food options. The front desk staff does their best to accommodate all guest despite the language barrier. Here are my cons: the lobby is always hot, the elevators are extremely hot, and the gym is hot. I feel like the hotel is trying to conserve energy or save money so the AC doesn’t work in these areas. People smoked in the hallways (or their rooms and you could smell it in the hallways) on two separate occasions. When they say breakfast ends at 0930 they are serious, they even turn the AC off at 0930 in the breakfast area. I called the front desk from a local number asking to be transferred to a room in the hotel and I was hung up on multiple times. When I confronted them in person about the situation they apologized and said they were busy. Would I stay there again, probably not, but I did enjoy the walkability and proximity to EVERYTHING including the beach. Very safe neighborhood with plenty of taxis and Grab services in the front of the hotel.

Very good hotel but starting to wear out. They don’t like using the AC in common areas gets quite warm. Great position opposite the beach. Shops, restaurants nearby. Time to up their game to remain competitive at their price. Look around for just as good but cheaper.

The place is surrounded with restaurants. Walk distanace to the beach.
I don't like the hotel is hot in most area inside the hotel. In the hallway, elevator, waiting area create very uncomfortable. I think they did not turn on the A/C. I opt in for buffet breakfast, they don't a lot of selection and it not that good. For 5 star hotel is expect more.
I will not book this place again or recommend.

This hotel is a group tour destination. Two crowded, elevator is frustrating, breakfast is for mass serving style, the area is with traffic congestion. Only good thing is the wide open ocean view from the room and kind staffs.

Rooms look old and have not been updated for a long time. Breakfast buffet gets very crowded and the quality of food is not great.

The hotel is overall very crowded with many group tours from Korea and Vietnamese travelers. They walk around in the lobby & ride elevators shirtless and dripping wet trunks from swimming in the beach which makes the hotel seem very trashy.

An ocean view room was awesome.
A swimming pool on the 6th floor was also great, but there is no shallow pool, so I needed a life vest. The room that I stayed was relatively good, but I think they constructed with bad designs, especially around the bath tub, mis-designed slop for water out, on the result of that, it has mold at some area and more imperfections than normal wear.

The room is spacious, clean and with stunning view of the sea. The staffs are very friendly in helping booking local tours. The buffet breakfast is tasty and with good variety. The only complain is that they prepare fired eggs and omelets in dining area and produce a lot of smoke.

Good thing 1. Booked seaview room. It is true! Bad Things. 1. My booking show check in available @1200 They have no reason but reject my check in @1300 2. Hotel lobby like a market that so noise and crowd. Kids are running there. 3.No air con in lobby @1pm but at lease 32C hot noon time 4. Water drop from ceiling to floor. Near the reception left head side. 5.Room's toilet won't flush. 6. Bathtub water go slowly after shower. I need to call technician to fix it all. 7. Toilet ceiling fan & Air Con very dusty. Changed room is needed ! 8. Can't breakfast there. Restaurant are noise & crowd. Dropped food everywhere. Smoking place just outside restaurant 9. I open bottle wine in roof top bar but there are no snack even a peanuts.(even i said will pay) 10. Slow elevator. 11. Water footprint everywhere even inside elevator.

Nice hotel on the beach in Da Nang

This hotel is locating right in front of the beach with lots of local water sport activities. There are public volleyball courts on the beach as well. The facilities are nice, but there is no hotel beach chair and umbrella available. The breakfast is good and the service is great by everyone.

Nice hotel that needs a bit of polish to be luxury

There is good and not so good at this hotel. Upper floors lack water pressure, but the view somewhat makes up for the water. I am on the 37th floor and the view from our corner suite is spectacular.

The hotel is not 100 percent. The elevators are horrible. I've asked them for chairs to be put in the elevators as a full ride up to 37 can take 8 minutes. The elevators are not programmed properly and the banks are not synchronized. I almost moved to a lower floor but the wife wants the view.

There is a lack of food around the hotel is a problem. We usually take a GRAB car and go shopping. The morning buffet is good and has a decent variety. Cleanliness of the staff is an issue in the restaurant. They don't exactly clean the table well between settings.

The pool is nice, but the water is cloudy. Pool staff tries to enforce the rules and keep it clean. It's an expensive hotel when compared with others nearby. There is construction on both sides of the hotel.

WIFI has been stellar throughout the hotel and in the room. Cleaning staff thorough and pleasant.

There are many minuses but most of them are small annoyances that do add up sometimes.

Wow, the room is beautiful, and thats where it ends.... this was the worst hotel experience of our life. The utter incompetence of the staff, the complete lack of training, the constant chaos... this is absolutely the worst hotel in the world, and very expensive for the trouble as well. So you know, its not Vietnam, cause Marvelous Hotel in Hanoi, and Essence Hotel in Hoi An are both wonderful and excellent in every way. Amazing staff at both of these Vietnam Hotels, it truly is just this awful terrible Muong Thanh

Great new hotel with terrible food

This hotel is brand-spanking new in an area that is about as tourist-friendly as it gets. It feels like they are still working out many of the kinks, but overall the stay was fabulous. The pool is amazing has a fantastic view of the beach/mountains/lady Buddha. The definite area this hotel is lacking in is the food. When I stayed here room service was almost non-existent. There are about 5 items, mostly pho and fried rice. The free breakfast buffet seems vast at first glance, but the items offered are more lunch (sushi, chinese food) and everything was cold. Most days we ended up eating eggs, fruit, and yogurt. Not bad, but if you are staying longer than a couple days it gets old. The service was A+++.

ビーチタオルが無いので濡れたまま部屋に戻る事になります。何回も聞いたがビーチタオルの貸出しは無いと言う。予想だが持って帰る奴が多いからだろうと思う。プールのタオルも少しでもプールから離れるとタオルを置いて行けと言われる。
あとは、朝食の果物が貧弱なのと卵の焼き方が雑過ぎ。
シャワーのお湯は温めだけど何とか我慢出来るレベル。ロケーションの良さに助けられてる感じ。
全体的にもう少し頑張れば良いホテルになると思う。

房間的枕頭套有沒洗乾淨遺留下來的血痕，免費提供的礦泉水是同牌子350ml的，不是500ml的礦泉水，一瓶雖然只要100萬越南盾，但有混搖視聽的感覺！免費早餐我們7點去吃吃到8點，食材都沒有補上，光溜溜的食物盤，有8部電梯，沒有管控，光等電梯時間就要10分鐘，冷氣不冷，叫客房服務來修，等30分鐘以上！

3. 호텔 룸서비스는 비싼 편인데 그만큼 맛은 못합니다. 4. 환전 및 무료 짐보관 다 가능하고 직원들이 친절합니다.
5. 조식은 날마다 조금씩 메뉴가 바뀌는데 먹을만합니다.
6. 비치 바로 앞이라 비치에서 물놀이하고 호텔가서 바로 씻을수 있고, 오션뷰 너무 좋습니다. 아침에는 눈부심 주의

Eigentlich ein sehr tolles Hotel aber....

Ich habe einen sonderwunsch gehabt welche zurückbestätigt wurde jedoch nicht ausgeführt wurde....

Ausserdem war die Toilette nicht wirklich toll... Sie hat nur jedes zweite mal das ganze Geschäft heruntergeschluckt und hat keinen modernen Eindruck hinterlassen...

Genauso die Duche... Da ist das Wasser nur so herausgetropft.... Leider...

Das Internet hat in unserem Raum eine recht geringe Abdeckung/ Signalstärke gehabt...

Der Muong Thanh Burger welcher als \"Signiture Food\" aufgeführt wurde war leider nicht verfügbar...
Die Kommunikation über Ebookers chat war recht langsam... Teilweise bis zu 2 Tage auf eine Antwort gewartet...

Das Essen war grundsätzlich sehr gut...
Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit...
Hotel war in einem guten und sauberem Zustand...

Eigentlich fast alles top...

Trotzdem hat es für mich nur ca. 4.6 Sterne verdient...
