Our stay at TMS Hotel in Da Nang was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. Their friendliness and genuine care made a lasting impression on us.

We stayed for 11 nights, and throughout our entire visit the team went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They were always cheerful, attentive, and incredibly helpful. By the end of our stay, we no longer felt like guests — we felt like part of the family.

We are especially grateful to the staff who took the time to teach us a little about Vietnamese culture and even some of the language. Those small moments meant so much to us and made our experience even more special.

The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, with so many delicious options to enjoy. We also loved the spa — it was relaxing, professional, and a wonderful way to unwind during our stay.

This visit is something we will remember forever, and we owe so much of that to the wonderful people at TMS Hotel. Thank you for making our time in Da Nang feel like home.

We are already looking forward to our next visit — hopefully very soon.

Okay I’ll start by saying the location is one of the best across the road from the beach and all the restaurants, bars and shopping are very close by.

Now about the hotel it’s self, the rooms are soo big it’s almost like a self contained apartment I just couldn’t believe the size of it.

The staff are soo friendly the 15 days me and my friends were there we never saw any staff member not being welcoming, polite or helpful and even when I had an issue that was resolved very quickly and efficiently it was nothing major just my room fridge was not cold enough do they replaced it.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough you will not regret staying here at all and as you my fellow travellers you will know it is quality from the time you step into the hotel.

We were treated like royalty upon arrival. The hotel is located in a great area right across from the beach and surrounded by wonderful dining options. Our room was impeccable with a clean bathroom, a giant comfortable bed and a great view of the city from our balcony. The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of international and local dishes with a wonderful view of the beach.
In all, we enjoyed our stay in the wonderful hotel.

TMS Hotel was so great, I chose to rebook for my second trip to Da Nang! My first day was less than a year ago. I really enjoyed the professionalism of the hotel and its staff. You’re greeted with complementary butterfly pea iced tea and a personal front desk staff to guide you through checking in. The grounds of the hotel are well kept, clean and modern. The room is way more spacious than I’d expected the first trip. They upgraded our room from city view to partial Sea view due to ongoing construction without additional. The pool is absolutely stunning, appearing to drop off into the sea.For the area, I would definitely give this hotel five stars. I would also stay here at third time and recommend to friends and family in a heartbeat.

TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach is an excellent place to stay. The buffet breakfast is genuinely outstanding — huge variety, fresh, and easily one of the highlights of the stay. Rooms are very clean, modern, and well maintained, with housekeeping doing a great job every day. The staff are a real standout: always smiling, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being over the top. Location is spot on — close to the beach, cafés, restaurants, and everything you’d want within easy walking distance. Comfortable, well-run, and great value. Would happily stay again.

Room was okay: spacious but the handheld shower head broke into two pieces as soon as we picked it up and the temperature fluctuated despite the thermostat being set on freezing, so it was too warm for sleeping. Not enough vegan options at breakfast so we skipped it some days, even though it was included. Rooftop cocktails weren’t great but reasonably priced during happy hour.

What really stood out for us was the staff and customer service. All the staff we interacted with during our two night stay were courteous and showed genuine care. The views both from our room and the restaurants were also super nice. The noodle super at Brekky was really delicious. They also serve freshly made coffee which was a real point of difference.

While the hotel was rated as 5 star, we don’t believe it is up to the international 5 star standard. We stayed in a 5 star international hotel chain before our stayed in TMS, the differences were very noticeable for the decoration, quality of bedding, sheets, towels, furniture and other amenities. I would say it is more of a 4 star hotel. As long as you have the right expectations, then you’d enjoy your stay there.

TMS Hotel Danang Beach is a gem! Spent 6 nights here and it was the perfect relaxing getaway.
Location: Unbeatable—directly opposite the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang and Hoi An.
Room: Ocean View was incredible.
Staff: 5-star service! Professional and welcoming.
We truly felt at home and consider this the best hotel we've stayed at in Vietnam. Highly recommended and we will be back! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I stayed at TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach in October with friends and loved my stay there! TMS was communicative and helpful from the time of booking. They picked us up from the airport and it was so comfortable and the driver was so sweet to protect us from the rain. Check in was great. My room was so big, clean, pretty, new, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The restaurant upstairs with the view was tasty... loved the banh xeo! I wish we stayed there longer. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great and the pool was closed. I'll definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to visit Danang again!

The best Pain au chocolati ever had, very good service durring breakfast. We were stuck in sapa so we checked in next day. Nothing offered for the day we lost, but i guess it is not their fault. Very good location in front of the beach. Only thing we had is minor noise coming from below if you want to sleep early around 9.00 you may find it hard. If you are tired you will definetly flgo to sleep. If we come back to Da nang we will definetly come back to this hotel.

The hotel 10/10 the room size, is humongous.
Had partial sea view but could full see the whole coast line. Staff so friendly & polite, couldn't ask for anything more. Breakfast was good, pool great, chill out spots a gym/spa. Everything you need. I shall be returning....

However, my room faced ongoing construction, and the insulation wasn’t strong enough to block out noise from the hallways and the room above. Music from across the beach also played past midnight, which affected sleep quality. Overall, while the service was nice, the property does not fully reflect a 5-star experience.

I'm also grateful for how well they took care of us during breakfast. We were traveling in a large group and with a baby. The staff, especially Mr. Phuoc, paid close attention to our needs and made arrangements so we could sit together. He even provided us with a table with a sofa seat so our little one had space to roll around comfortably.

We stayed there for nearly two weeks and had a wonderful experience.

Decent hotel. Sound proofing is bad though and not recommended for light sleepers as you can hear the noise and the music from the club at the beach.
Service wise is overall good but an incident with the hotel left a bad taste in the tongue. Hotel does not deliver on it's promise on what was communicated during check in.

This property is fire. It’s definitely the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The service was impeccable. The staffs were amazing, courteous and helpful. The dining was great especially complimentary breakfast was to die for, so many options and food choices. The Infiniti pool was really nice. The rooms we’ve paid for was amazing and worth the price. From the moment I reached TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach, the staff welcomed me with a flower lei and a complimentary drink. The best thing was its efficient check-in process, which left me thoroughly impressed.
The hotel is in a prime location, close major attractions, bars, restaurants and the beach. which is right across the street. Great for my morning walks.
Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
The staff at TMS were fantastic. From the GM to the wait staff to housekeeping… exceptional hospitality, great attitude, helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy.
Overall, I had a great experience at the TMS Hotel and looking forward to staying there again on my next visit to Da Nang. Very highly recommended.

This was an amazing hotel. 10/10 across the board.
Breakfast buffet best selection and taste.
Staff was the sweetest and booked my car service, my day trip to sun world.
Beach is literally across the street.
The hotel did a fireworks show it had the whole city watching.
The dragon bridge is about a 10 minutes ride in a grab but because it such a big deal it will take you 25 mins to get there. You can see the dragons butt from the bar.
The room service 10/10.
We did a 4 course dinner from the restaurant and that was a 10/10.
I have a lot of food allergies (seafood, eggs, flour, wheat, seeds and more) the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything I ate was not cross contamination. 10/10.

When I travel around the world I will definitely be looking to see if this hotel is available in that country.
