The hotel is very dumpy. They advertised a shuttle to the airport, but when I checked in they said they couldn't give me a ride. Stay away. There are gobs of better hotels in Danang.

When we arrived at the hotel Jan 24,2026 around 11:15 PM. I was in pain due to a twisted and swollen ankle from an accident at the airport. The staff on duty immediately noticed my condition, asked if I was okay, and assisted us right away. They even advised us to go to the emergency hospital for proper treatment. The two male staff members were very caring and helpful. Truly thankful for their kindness and concern.
Highly recommended.

The hotel was lovely. Really friendly staff. We've just visited and the pool was very quiet and we mainly had it to ourselves. Not sure if this is due to time of year. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is very deep though even the smaller one.

The facilities and staff are really nice. Our visit coincided with the worst rain and flooding in thirty years but the staff worked so hard to keep normalcy. We attended a wedding reception held there as well. The food and service was really great!

Save cash, stay elsewhere

The hotel was extremely overpriced compared to similar hotels in Da Nang. For USD 30 there are better places.
None of the amenities advertised were available, as advertised. Pool closed several hours before posted schedule, it was cold, and jacuzzi had been drained. Spa was closed. Shops were closed.
Local area not good for walking, few places to eat and like the rest of Da Nang, not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
Even considering that Tet is a terrible time to travel in Vietnam, as everything is closed, there are many better places to stay.

Ok... Stay 1 night as a stopover.

I only stayed for one night. I had a free tour with my.booking but the receptionist couldn't give me any details about it so I did not get to use the tour. I spent the morning at the pool but had to listen to the lifeguards phones until they decided to take a nap in the gym.

As I already made a comment to the site when checked in, I was not happy that my room was not ready even it was the check in time that I was told when I booked. I really needed to rest after the long journey then being told that if I want to rest then pay for another room. I did not have a choice as I was exhausted. In the end I paid extra when checked out!!! Also I was not happy with the shower room. If I knew it has authentic Vietnamese shower style then could have been avoided!

Friendly staff, really tried their best to help us out, even with the language difficulty. Buffet was really good, front desk setup several tours for us for a great experience in Da Nang. Gym equipment is old and wireless access points are dated, so don't plan on doing too much work.

Great hotel with character and history

We wanted a good hotel close to the airport for an early flight to Macau. This was a great choice only a few minutes away from the airport and next door to an amazing Military Museum that was heaps bigger and better than the one in Saigon. A short walk from the Accor Mercure which had members 2 for 1 dining and a cheap taxi ride to see the flaming Dragon bridge blowing fire at 9pm. Da Nang was fabulous and so much better than Saigon. We will go back to Da Nang and we recommend the Eden Plaza. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast great too.

Cigarette smell was awful

Staff were nice and room was of a good size. However, the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and room was repulsive. We had to have the windows open and A/C on max the entire time in an attempt to rid the smell. Very loud construction noise throughout the hotel complex. Definitely not up to its self rated 4 star. Regret staying here.

NICE ENOUGH HOTEL

The location is a little out of the way for most tourists. There are very limited eating choices without taking a taxi or walking for a while. The pool is clean and comfortable, the free breakfast is a plus but mostly Asian items except for eggs and pastries. There is a museum next door that is very interesting. Most of the guest seem to be Asian and middle class. The WiFi is a on again off again and sometime not at all system. The staff all try really hard to understand and meet your needs.

Very Nice Staff but Mildew was a killer.

Although the staff was extremely friendly, very gracious and accommodating the deal breaker for me was the horrible mildew smell I found in my room and any other room they showed me. I was going to spend many nights, but I could not stand it. I felt ill from it. I got a refund and went elsewhere.

Arrived after a long flight from Australia with pre arranged pickup from Hotel waiting for us as arranged. Hotel in excellent position close to airport.Easy smooth check in and excellent service provided by all staff. Plenty of breakfast options and excellent cafe at the front of the complex. Pool was sparkling clean and manned at all times. Spoke to the manager who assisted us in every way helping us with transport and any other information we requested. Overall the Eden Plaza gave us professional service at all times and i would have no hesitation in booking again.

When i arrived at the hotel they tried to downgrade my room and give me a standard room until i said i had paid for a deluxe room, only after complaining did they give me the correct room.
The hotel was nice, but when i got to my room the tv, safe, clock, phone and scales were not working. after reporting this on the third time to reception eventually the tv worked but nothing else.
When you arrive in your room everything should be working.
Also the room was dusty, i felt that the staff only changed towels, made bed and refilled toiletries, but no cleaning as such was done. Inside the wardrobe you would not want to put your clothes because of the dust.

Eden Plaza suited me for a place to stay before an early morning flight. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and clean. The restaurant wasn't busy and many items on the menu were unavailable. I missed the breakfast but was impressed with the breakfast box given to me.

highly helpful, English speaking staffs.

Staffs were very kind and considerate. They all spoke enough English to communicate without any problem.
I loved the receptionists and door man as they were SO MUCH helpful!
Also the guy at the massage shop was really kind. When I talked about how things were overpriced for tourists, he even gave his contact saying I could ask for help if I get into troubles. I think that's very sweet of him to do so.

The part I didn't like was the noise from vacuum machining hallway in the morning.
It really bothered my sleep and I was awaken by it.
But when I asked to stop the noise, they immediately did and I was happy with their response and consideration.

Overall, I had good experience at this place and would recommend it to my friend.

Enjoyed my 1 night stay at the Eden Plaza Da Nang. The hotel is well maintained and there appears to be expansion going on to the facilities. The rooms are fairly spacious and clean. The morning breakfast buffet is great! I would definitely stay there again!

Hotel has excellent facilities, but due to the laziness of the Manager and some of the staff was disappointing. Hotel pool was a good size but tiles needed a good clean and pool water needed cleaning daily. Restaurant breakfast not too bad but fruit should be cooled, again, lazy staff not refilling drinks etc. Evening restaurant appalling. One menu for the whole of restaurant and most of the al a carte items 'not available'. Complaints to the Manager fell on deaf ears. He should be sacked and is a disgrace. Would suggest they put the bellboy Bia on a management course as he was so helpful and knowledgeable. The best member of staff, nothing too much trouble. Facilities in hotel could be so much better if the Manager actually cared. They advertised a free shuttle service to the beach but the manager denied it when asked. It was removed from the web site the next day. There is a bar at the pool and in the lobby but the bar pool is never open and the lobby bar looks closed unless you physically enter it. Manager said it served fast food i.e. peanuts but when asked, the bar said they did not serve snacks. The hotel could be so much better but is a missed opportunity on every level.

At the tour desk they had only one brochure and it was in Vietnamese. air conditioning did not work but the english speaking bellman brought a fan that did the job. Breakfast was fine. not a hotel for a tourist the does not speak Vietnamese.

Around Eden plaza there are plenty of nice places to eat and walking distances to the river and the magnificent bridges that light up at night.

Very clean & comfortable BUT pricey extras!

Overall, the hotel stay was good but difficult to communicate with the lack of English speaking staff. For the most part, we were able to get by but the staff had to come up to our room quite often to communicate in person, rather than on the phone when we tried to order room service etc. The laundry services were exponentially expensive compared to going somewhere else in the city to do laundry by the kg. If you do decide to do laundry make sure you use the quantity list in your room to mark down each item you choose to wash as we failed to do this and they charged us over $50 US dollars for such a small quantity of clothing. We tried to communicate that half of what was noted on the list afterwards, was not accurate but that was extremely difficult to communicate and paid the bill anyway. The food at breakfast was mediocre for a 4 star restaurant and the dinner also, not anything to talk about. They do try their best to please their customers and are very kind but almost too much when they stand there waiting for you to order and stand around close by when you are eating...it felt uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay here all though it was only one night. Bao (not sure of the spelling) was awesome and gave us a book of his city to review and suggested a really nice restaurant. Vi (tour desk lady) helped us out to contact the airline and get our flights rerouted when our flight was cancelled 2 hrs before leaving for the airport. Would stay here again if we come back to Danang. Pool was nice and quite to relax

Prinzipiell macht das Hotel von außen einen recht guten Eindruck, bis man das Zimmer betritt. Dieses war zwar geräumig und sah eigentlich auch ganz gut aus, allerdings kam einem gleich ein sehr modriger Geruch entgegen. Sobald man allerdings genauer hinsieht, bemerkt man einige Mängel. Die Dusche und das Waschbecken waren voller Schimmel. Daraufhin kam nur die Badewanne in Frage. Nach einem stressigen und durchschwitzten Tag wurde diese eingelassen und prompt hat sich ein kleiner See im Badezimmer gebildet, da die Wanne undicht war.
Das Frühstück war leider auch eher eine Enttäuschung. Die Auswahl war recht groß, jedoch waren die angebotenen Früchte und Co vollkommen geschmacksneutral und wirkten, als wären sie schon vor 3 Tagen geschnitten und bis dahin im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt worden.
Das einzig Positive an dem Hotel war das Personal, welches stets sehr bemüht und überaus höflich war.

Summa summarum leider ein Fehlgriff. In einem 4 Sterne Hotel sollte zumindest die Sauberkeit passen.

시설과 직원들의 서비스도 너무너무 좋고 잘쉬엇습니다!! 주위엔 관광지는 없어도 저렴한택시덕분에 근처에 택시타고 이동하는데 5분거리면 다가서 부담도 없지만 4박을 연속 이용햇는데 다녀온뒤에 청소상태가 별로라 매일 프론트에 전화해서 샴푸좀 주라는등 요청해야됫고 침대시트는 정리만 해주고 갈아주짐 않는거같앗습니다ㅜ 아침에 잇던 이물질이 밤에 도착햇을때도 그대로더라구오ㅠ

Bon hôtel mais a besoin de rénovations

Nous avions une grande chambre avec une grande salle de bain (baignoire et douche) bien équipée : clim, peignoirs, balance, mouchoirs, bouilloire, papier et stylo, tongs. Notre chambre donnait sur la route donc bruyante car on entendait les voitures et les klaxons dès 5h du matin. De l’autre côté, c’est calme.
Le buffet du matin est varié mais surtout asiatique : une douzaine de plats salés, fruits, cornflakes, œufs à la demande.
Le lit faisait mal au dos, le ménage mal fait : il restait des cheveux dans la salle de bain, il y avait une tâche sur la cuvette des toilettes, elles l’ont nettoyée seulement 3-4 jours après.
Les joints de la douche étaient noires.
La piscine est très sympa, il y a très peu de monde, les serviettes de piscine sont à disposition.

방 두개 널찍하니 넘 좋더라구요.방에 미리 에어컨 켜져 있어서 정말 좋았습니다.
근처에 로컬 쌀국수집이 있어서 좋긴한데, 다른 식당이 없어서 그건 불편했어요.
체인 커피숍 하나는 있어요.
공항에서 5분 거리라 위치도 좋았습니다

piscine dangereuse avec du marbre au sol hyper glissant , deux blessée en une après midi , 3 h30 pour pouvoir manger les plats arrivai au comptes gouttes , aucune personne parlant l anglais , nous étions 14 personnes , 14 personnes déçus

방과 수영장은 최고 화장실 수압은 최악

화장실 물이 잘 안내려가고, 샤워기가 콸콸 잘 안나오는 것 빼고는 만족합니다. 카톡으로 계속 먼저 문자해주시고 편안하기 도와줬어요. 과잉친절이다 싶을 정도로 너무 신경써줘서 잘 쉬다왔어요.

룸컨디션은 괜찮았는데 다낭 시내에 위치해 주변에 정말 아무것도 볼게 없고 그 흔한 맛사지가게 하나없어 답답했어요ㅠ리조트내 맛사지도 없고ㅠ 중국 단체 관광으로 저렴하게 오는 리조트인듯요....한강근처나 미케비치근처로 잡을껄 하고 후회했네요... 딱하나 공항이 5분거리라는거는 괜찮았어요~

택시는 잘 불러줌

물이잘안나오네요

호텔 은비교적깨끗한편이고
조식도 괜찮아요
다만 물이 잘안나오고 변기도 잘안내려가요
투룸에 화장실두갠데 둘다샤워하면 하나는
거의안나오네요 변기는 소변도 잘안내려가서 두번 이상 누른듯 그리고 물은 기본 4병 이외에 냉장고안 물도
돈을받더군요 물값받는곳은 처음이었네요

시내랑 가까운 호텔 찾으신다면~

조식도 훌륭하고, 투룸에 욕실2개라 좋고, 바로옆이 전쟁기념관이라 내려다볼수있고~^^ 밤에 시내야경도 볼수있어서 좋은데요~~~거실쪽 에어컨이 넘 약해요ㅠㅠ

편안하게 잘있다왔어요

직원들 친절합니다 객실에 수압이 약하고 처음에 녹물이 한참나오더군요 그리고 첫날 욕실 변기청소가 안되어 있었고 샤워 수전이 자꾸분리되어 떨어졌습니다 와이파이가 약해서 포켓와이파이로 계속사용했습니다 수영장 헬스장등 편의시설을 유용하게 잘이용했습니다 조식도 즐기만했습니다

택시 잡아주는 청년 말고는 불친절 지저분!!!

으아아아아....
그전에 호이안에 묵었던 숙소와 너무너무 비교!!!
화장실을 락스로 청소 하고 싶었음
바닥이 노랗게 물이 들어있고 너무너무 지저분해서 소름끼침
직원들은 로봇들같고 감정이 없어보임
무표정 친절이라고는 없음
밥먹는데 내가 중국 여행을 온 기분,,,, 중국사람이 대부분 몇몇 한국인 끝
조식에 오믈렛 쌀국수 만들어주는 사람들만 친절하고 나머지는 정말 별로
위치는 그냥저냥 나쁘진 않지만
다시는 가고 싶지는 않음

다만 호텔 앞에 택시 잡아주는 청년이 착하고 친절함
팁을 못드려서 계속 마음에 남음...ㅠㅠ
그분 아니였으면 택시 기사가 내돈을 팁까지 주고 잔돈만 조금 달라고 했는데 다 받을라고 했으나
호텔 택시 잡아주는 청년이 나를 살렸음 ㅠㅠ
