Overall the staff is great and the hotel is fine for Vietnam and for the price point, but directly across the street is a building going up so it is just 7am-7pm the sounds of banging and angle grinders. I know this is not the hotels fault at all, but nonetheless I just would not stay here again because of that. It is obnoxious.

The location is good, & staff was helpful in getting me a motorbike etc but all in all I just couldn’t take another day hearing angle grinders. This is a big problem in all of da nang, so just be ready for it no matter where you stay.

Very average with possibly a view towards poor condition hotel.
Huge benefit is the location of you want to be close to the beach and at a walkable distance to any food or drink place. This is the most touristy area, but still fairly well isolated at night to get good sleep.
Everything in our room was very tired and worn down.
The bathroom furniture and toilet were close to ready for replacement.
It is kind of you get what you pay for.
Probably the property was much nicer years ago.
The staff members were great and helped us with suggestions as well as laundry and good communication!

While the staff were very nice, the hotel was very dated and our bathroom had significant mold on the shower curtain and the floor of the bathroom. There was also a pipe coming out of the bathroom wall dripping water onto the floor by the drain. The hotel also has no restaurant even though it's included in the description of amenities. I think it may have been fine 10 years ago but the building has not been maintained and feels more like a hostel than a hotel.

The cleaning of the room was none existent, they come in and change the towels. I stayed 6 days not once was the room vacuumed or sweep, there are stains all over. The staff try very hard to be helpful but some needs to monitor cleaning. The hotel is older but you can see was once very nice room layout idea and size are very good, maintenance and cleaning.

I have travelled extensively for years and the reception staff at this hotel are probably the best I have ever seen!! SO gracious with excellent , genuine caring service . The chambermaids took care of me whenever I needed it . The Hotel’s location is a two minute walk from the beach . All the streets & alleys in and around the area are vibrant and have everything you need from numerous dining options , street food , luxurious spa next-door,and Pharmacy… it’s not a question of if I return, but when.

Room was a little dusty the first night until the next day they cleaned seemed to be lots of bed bugs. Maybe room was unused for a while. Note, can be a noisy area in the late evening but close to the beach. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The rooms were not the same as the photos shown on the website, which was really disappointing. The toilet looked old and rotted, and the overall place felt quite spooky and poorly maintained. It was also very noisy at night because other establishments nearby were loud, and the sound carried straight into our room, making it hard to rest.

The only positive thing about our stay was the staff — they were very nice, polite, and helpful.

Overall, the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and accuracy of their online photos.

The first room they put us in was mouldy and musty, and not very clean either. They did upgrade us to a far far superior room if I had been reading them based on the second room, it would be a five star review. Unfortunately, that was not my initial experience so I’m rating it based on any travellers potential travel scenario. They need to clean this place up, do some painting and maintenance and improve the ventilation on those inside rooms. To be honest, even in the better suite we had to clean some mould which involved purchasing vinegar. Not something I wanna do on my vacation.

The hotel was fabulous, I really enjoyed the pool for doing my morning laps, it was very clean and nice. The staff were outsatanding, I found every member of the team would go above and beyond helping in anyway they could. If by some chance they didn’t have the information I needed they would figure it out and get back to me. Everyone including the doorman would help me learn a new phrase in Vietnamese every day. There truly is no better place to stay when in Da Nang. Plus only a 2 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants and stores within walking distance. Hands down the best team of employees I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in a hotel stay.

We were picked up at Danang Airport by one of their drivers.We were late in but the driver was there, big welcoming smile, cold bottle of water, and refreshing towels, to take us to the hotel.
