The hotel is a bit different from how it’s advertised but our room was really good with amazing views!
The breakfast is average and the pool area is average, however the beach is just across the road and is amazing!
The location of the hotel is really good.
Be careful not to stain/mark/break anything as you will get charged.
Overall the hotel was what we needed but we would stay in another hotel next time with a bit more luxury.

Breakfast buffet was amazing! Staff all very friendly. Room stayed cool. Beware of taking from the mini bar/snacks, we were dismayed upon checkout by how expensive it was. Access to beach is just across the boulevard (no hotels are beachfront unless you go further South). Plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. Pool area is very nice, although a bit of noise from the street.

this was the best hotel so far in Vietnam. Not crowded. They served breakfast and quick lunch time coffee, tea, and snacks. Pool area was great like a resort in Cancun, Mexico. Staff members were great. Hotel bed was excellent and did not make any noise and very soft. Walk in shower and tub. Ocean view was great. They also provided a nice SUV to the airport when we departed for free. Highly recommended.

I left. The noise is next level. There are beach clubs across the street. The noise is so loud I could see the glass in the balcony vibrating. There are also bars with loud music behind the hotel. They have virtually no soundproofing in the rooms. You also have traffic noise and I had kids running up and down the corridor yelling. If you are in Da Nang to party this might be the place for you. If you’re not then consider somewhere else.

The hotel itself is fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great - right opposite My Khee beach. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfy. We only had one issue with the room on the first night and it was sorted straight away. BUT if you want a rest and relaxation holiday this isn’t the place. The pool is lovely but it is at the front of the hotel, right next to main road (imagine traffic and horns etc). There is currently construction happening next door, which continues until late at night, hallway noise can be loud and echoey. And the clubbing noise from across the road felt like it was in our room!
So if you want a budget friendly, great location and great staffed hotel this is an ok pick.

Sound proof is terrible. Can hear people noisy outside of the room hallway. Also very lound music from beach party organized by hotel was a nightmare. Especially I was resting in hotel during daytime.
+ Staffs:
House keeper staffs are very bad. Even it has overstaffs. Happened twice that they forgot clearup glasses and trash can. In contrast, restaurant staffs are working so hard due to staff shortage leading to poor service such as empty shelves of silverware due to no ones available to fill up.
+ Lobby is hot unless standing in front of standing air conditioner as central AC broken.
Spa shower has no hot water.
+ Front desk manager is preoccupied with computer works causing unfriendly greeting and interacting with check-in guests

Staff and room were good , but this hotel is not as is advertised on the Expedia site or its own site, it is unfinished so only the small half of hotel is used, there is no roof pool , and no bars inside, they are all closed. The pool area is nice but the pool bar is there but with no drinks, all drinks have to come from the beach bar across the road, breakfast area is small but it’s ok. Unless when it’s busy gets a bit lacking in areas. States it has a private beach , which it isn’t because anyone on the beach can use the sunbeds as no one supervises the area it’s basically a free for all , and hotel guests are not a priority there so if your down early you will miss out on a towel and a bed. All in all it’s was ok , but far from what’s advertised on the website and the hotels website.

Holiday Beach Hotel Da Nang, is located in a good location. Not a far drive from the main shopping area, it also has stores, shops and massage parlor within walking distance. Its Across the street from the beach, the hotel has a section for their guests to use. Theres an underground subway or tunnel to go to the beach if you are uncomfortable crossing the roads. The hotel offers snack/tea time in the late afternoon. The pool is spacious
and was opened. However the hotel looks like its not fully completed. Overall, the hotel is clean, convenient and cozy . I would stay at the hotel again when i come back to Da Nang.

We chose this hotel because it had multiple rooms available and we wanted a place along the beach. But it's a bit outdated with a whole building not even being used and a bit rundown looking from the outside. The room was fine. The ocean view windows need cleaning and were very dusty or salty. The breakfast was a bit minimal as far as options. Overall we wished we had chosen a different hotel.

Overall the hotel was good. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered was good and offered a variety of local and western foods. The staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of downsides.... it is right on a busy road so it was a bit noisy at night so if you're sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs. The room lacked storage space. Only 2 hangers in the closet and there wasn't any proper bureau or drawers for storing clothing and minimal areas for hanging used towels and such. At least in our room, it seemed like there was a lot of wasted space where a bureau or wall hooks could have been placed.

First vist to Vietnam. After a 4 day stay in Hanoi then on to Danang for the remaining time my arrival check in @ Holiday Beach Hotel was excellent. The front desk was very professional . My room Jr. Suite 10th floor just perfect with ocean view. Breakfast do not miss and includes a lunch between 2pm to 4pm. Just to mention some staff Manager Mrs. An Operation Manager Dang. And my applause to all the staff that made my stay very comfortable. I plan to return next year and Holiday Beach is my choice. Thank You all. J Leon.

This is my first visit to the country of Vietnam. Started in Hanoi then meet a friend in Danang. He had chosen this hotel for his stay and what an exceptional choice. I have the junior suite with ocean view. Room is perfect. The hotel staffing just awesome. Check in was smooth and had my room assigned in minutes. I have met the staff during my stay and must give them my kudos . To name a few Ny, Chi,Hien,Uyen ,Iciet. Breakfast I recommend not missing. And then mid afternoon sandwiches and desserts are served for hotel guests in lobby. Walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Would recommend for family and friends or anyone visiting Danang to consider Holiday Beach Hotel.

Very good stay. A bit south of the main beach area (still on the beach, and a very good beach). Don’t miss the 4 or 5 streets to the west of the hotel. Many small restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and massage shops. Nice walkway along the beach with additional bars and small shops.

Of particular importance is the staff. They couldn’t do enough for us! Particularly the desk staff; Ny, Chi, and Hien. I will most definitely be back! Staff very knowledgeable about the area and activities.

Original plan was for one night because my regular hotel was full. Wound up spending the entire four days there.

The staffs on the front desk like :Quyen, Chi , Long and Uyen are vey friendly and pleasant smiles, even from the doorbell. They also carry most knowledge to help us to get around the city in Da Nang
Great breakfast with wide selection of foods. The table and utensils are ver clean.
The location is excellent close to the airport. The front view is amazing.

Beautiful hotel. We booked Deluxe queen room and room has side beach view. Very comfortable and firm bed plus great pillows. Shower is really good and amazing sink tap (although uses to much water). Room size is a bit small but it’s clearly stated so it was expected and not an issue at all if you are tidy. Beautiful breakfast and very helpful staffs. Great they have underground passage instead of crossing the street to get to the beach. You get to use their beach chair as well. Very beautiful clean beach.

Hotel is close to restaurants and not far from Han market.

They also send me an email to offer pick up service. We didn’t need it as we can from another city.

One thing though, they don’t have currency exchange facility.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a lovely hotel. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. The view from my room was nothing but beautiful beach in my favorite neighborhood in Danang and I didn't even have an expensive room. Breakfast was more than adequate and the staff there was very attentive. I booked a week at the Holiday Beach at the beginning of my trip to Vietnam and returned twice more over the course of my three week trip because I was so pleased with my time at the hotel. I will come back next year.

After much searching decided to stay at this hotel as it was the only one on the famous beach that had free sun beds and umbrellas-free beach towels also available .
The location was good on the main strip in danang with many restaurants walking distance. The hotel is oppostie the famous beach, which is clean and beautiful. Please note many many hotels are in the area.
The hotel itself is going through renovation but this doesn't interrupt your stay also around the hotel There is some work in the area but it didn't disturb us. There is a still a rooftop pool which is small but does the job. The pool on the ground floor is under renovation as the second part of the hotel Is.
The gym ie very basic has some weights and machines.
The spa next door is expensive.
The breakfast is fine usual egg station, cereal and Asian options available. The fresh fruit was good.
The staff were all helpful and friendly towards me and my family.
We booked the queen bedroom which was quite small but had lovely view of the ocean.
The a/c worked well which is important for the heat in vietnam. Good water pressure in the room.
Overall me and the family enjoyed our stay given the location of the hotel which was opposite the beach- crossing busy road. The overall finish of the room was clean and modern.
This is not a European style hotel like the big brands but it has a good standard in terms of design.

The room was spacious with a partial sea view. Try to get a room which has a full view of the beach, which is clean and where you can undertake a range of water sports. The hotel is well kept and clean. The main pool is closed due to construction work although this appears to be on hold as there was no work being done during our stay. Don't let this put you off as certainly had no impact on our stay. Close to a wide range of bars and restaurants. The outstanding feature of this place is the staff who could nt do enough to ensure that we had a great time. Ask for local restaurant recommendations.

The hotel is situated at a convenient location with many traffic passing by so please don’t choose it if you are an easy-awaken person. You could hear the vehicles passing-by on the road behind the hotel windows and the hotel guests talking in the corridor behind the hotel room. It is quite noisy.
The toilet and bathroom are separated by semi-see thru partitions. The interior design of the hotel room is weird. However, the bed is comfy and clean.
The room rate is cheap with breakfast. The restaurant, Aloha, provides a reasonable variety of food. Don’t expect the food too much. It’s a fair deal.
The hotel staff is helpful and cheerful. My Khe Beach is just across the road by subway.
On the whole, the staff deserves 4 out of 5 stars. The hotel food and facilities are 3.5 out of stars. In fact, it’s what you pay what you get.

Very nice hotel across the road from China Beach. Well run, clean hotel with good buffet breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Partial view rooms have a good view of the beach. Nice in room shower and bath. An addition is being added to hotel which is not invasive but puts the main pool out of use. There is a roof top pool and the beach with free longes is great but this may be an issue to some. Good value for what you get.

Excellent hotel with staff that are there to make your stay a pleasant one. Location is perfect on the beach, central to everything in the area. Wonderful value, clean, great quality place. Breakfast is excellent for the price. I would no doubt stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Da Nang. As I’ve said, the staff are wonderful, and that really put it over the edge for me. Just wonderful, helpful and happy people. Oh, and for once the beds were just amazing, like back home.

The room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. Fabulous water pressure in the shower and nice large bathtub. Across the street from the beach which was nice but, right on a main street so if your room isn’t up high ... it was very loud which kept us up late and woke us early from traffic noise. Very disappointed that the pool and building was under construction and repair which left is unuseable .... they should have mentioned that at the time we made our reservation.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They helped us with everything from calling a taxi to finding a pharmacy to giving us some band-aids. The air-con was broke when we got into our room so they upgraded us to the ocean view studio suite for the rest of our trip! That was really nice. Unfortunately, the pool outside the hotel and half the hotel is under construction, otherwise we would have rated it higher for the facilities. The beach front is super nice and the free towels were great. Tons of food and spa options around the hotel so we really enjoyed discovering something new every day!

My boyfriend and I stayed 6 nights at the Holiday Beach hotel. Everything was great: the room was comfortable and we enjoyed the view on the ocean. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and always smiling! The breakfast was delicious and offered really good Vietnamese food! The location is also great! The only thing was we couldn’t get a proper WiFi connection from the 12th floor but except for that everything was perfect! We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a great location. Right across the street from the beach. The room had a comfortable bed. The staff was fantastic and helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. The bathroom area was nice. Here is what I would have liked. A small desk to do some work on. It was hard to find an outlet outside the sink, finally found one but I had to move the mattress. My main concern was that it was impossible to find and maintain a comfortable water temperature in the shower. However, with all that being said, I would return here when I go back to DaNang.

It’s good. The room was so clean and they provide a free bisket everyday. The aisle was so noisy, so I can here what other people said outside of my room. Breakfast was fantastic!!! Staff were so nice and kind. They really tried to help me whenever I asked something. One thing that I felt inconvenience was the roof top pool. It’s too tiny to enjoy and it seemed like a bathtub.

Nice location

The principal issue experienced during the stay was the unruly behaviour of the junior guests - children acting outside parental guidance - taking items from the breakfast buffet - handling the food then returning it to the buffet. Sneezing across the buffet was another noticeable pastime- not admonished by the parents - and sometimes carried out by the parents.
I think hotel management have some responsibility in attempting eradicate these hideous behaviours

The hotel photo is cheating

The hotel photo is cheating because the large right side of the hotel is still under construction, that means the hotel is tiny and the proper large swimming pool is still under construction. There is only a tiny swimming pool is like a kid's pool on the roof. The only good thing about the hotel which is close to the beach and the staff are excellent!

Had high expectations for this hotel after reading the reviews and was excited for our stay however i was let down. The beach was great and enjoyed the pool as the hotel was quiet so there was never many people around however that was the only positives. The staff didn’t seem interested and barely acknowledged us, they weren’t welcoming and the staff on the pool level were more interested in their phones. I’m sure for the price there are better options elsewhere

Relaxation trip in Da Nang

3rd time we came back in 2 years. Good n convenient location (approx. 10 mins away from airport). Their own bar in the beach across the road. And nearly opened spa house by the Hotel group. Staff is very friendly and their services are awesome!

Many good restaurants, cafe, spa shops near hotel within walking distance, and also convenient to good out.

Modern Hotel and Friendly Staff

My family of 3 stayed here for 5 nights. I originally booked the Deluxe Room but when we got there it was way too small for our family. We had 3 luggages and one baby stroller and there wasn't enough room to walk around. We upgraded to the Jr Suite and everything was just perfect. It was a good splurge. The staff made the transition smoothly even though we checked in at 11pm on a Vietnamese Tet New Year Eve. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very small room, the bed is the whole room, breakfast varied options, staff is nice, very close to beach w/ sun chairs and beach towels. Should cost +/- 100K dong from airport to hotel, hotel transport expensive!

My One Night In Holiday Beach Danang Hotel

Rooms are smaller in reality than what is pictured. Construction of another building nearby, hence if you plan to sleep during the day, i do not recommend. Sleep during the night is OK.

Beach is just across the road from the hotel. Very convenient if you plan to catch some rays of the sun! Beach are clean as well but not very shaded.

Not a nice place to stay

Next building was under renovation, they started drilling early in the morning around 8 oclock. Not much choices in breakfast. Small pool at roof as the big one at ground was closed. A lot of gamblers visited at 15th floor. Small room not worth to stay. Probably not stay again. Anyway, thanks for the transport arrangement to Han Market and Hoi An.

Unhappy Experience

The staff let other groups to sit in my table even though I reserved for my family but they are on the way from hotel room, and eventually we separated in three tables for six.
This is not comfortable and not enjoy breakfast with others that we don’t know each other.

False advertising about the room capacity. Listed as a room for up to 3 guests, however, upon arrival was charged additional fees for having 3 people in the room. Also, the hotel considers anyone over 11 years of age is an adult and thus I could not share a room with my two minor children. Horrible policy especially considering safety of our children is every parents first priority.

Nice Hotel with Poker Club

Nice hotel on the beach with great value ... grab a coffee across the street and watch the waves. Poker club on the top floor with tournaments at 2:30 PM daily. Made some new friends there. Construction next door but it was minor for me.
