The girls on the counter were lovely and helpful and that was the best part of this hotel. The WiFi is very weak and would cut out. The pool had tiles coming up and the wooden slates around the pool felt dangerous. We went to the pool one day at 11 am and it was full of leafs and bugs etc showing it hadn’t been cleaned, and we were there for an hour and a half but no one came to the pool bar for us to order drinks, no point having a pool bar if no one works it. It is a very noisy hotel as sound travels from other guests rooms. Good location but will not stay here again.

Very pleasant staff, nice rooms, lots of options in breakfast buffet, great location across from the beach. There is a nice pool overlooking the beach so it’s very nice view overall. Walking distance to a restaurant called Diner 66 that has western options (mashed potatoes and gravy!). The beach walk is beautiful as well. We rented scooters through the hotel so it was simple to arrange plus they helped arrange transportation to the airport and then from Hanoi airport to Ha Long. I am glad we stayed at Serene Hotel for our 7 night stay.

Toilet leaking. TV system is backdated need to use 2 remote control. The room is not soundproof, can hear the sound outside. Location is good. Just opposite the beach. But, there is no good restaurant beside the hotel.

Ocean front location, plenty of room in a family suite. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of fresh fruits and variety of food. The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom design was bad where water would filled up the floor after every shower. That was the only bad thing about this hotel. Otherwise, everything was great. Also note, there is construction going on at the hotel next door so there isn’t pretty view on the right side of the hotel.

Avoid so much better elsewhere in this price point

This was bye far the worst hotel I stayed in through out my trip through vietnam. I stayed in another 10 hotels this trip all around the same price point and this hotel failed to deliver. From reception staff very little English all they won't to tell you is you get fined for smoking and eating dureen fruit in your room. The room was terrible drawings over the walls mould on the walls no shower glass in the bathroom so water goes all through the bathroom. Breakfast food boring not very well presented staff lazy. Spend your money else where

We stayed on 11th floor and a lot of the time the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. 1 night the cigarette smokes came into our room as well. Breakfast could be better with more variety from day to day. Good beach front but be careful crossing the busy road. High price for massage so we did not use. Gift shop was reasonable price.

Lovely hotel across from the beach

Big rooms with a nice bath and a great view of the beach. The staff were very helpful with everything. We hired scooters from the hotel which was a great way to get around. The weather wasn't great when we were there so we didn't get the take advantage of the great beach or the pool. The only downside was the beds were very very hard. It was like sleeping on a cardboard box. Other than that it was a great stay.

Extremely underwhelming experience

It is fair to say that the Serene Danang is \"on the beach\", but if you are expecting a Thailand-esque beach trip, I'm afraid to say that this won't be found here.

The area around the hotel is undergoing intense construction and development. In 5-10 years, it may be an excellent experience, but the surroundings make for an extremely unpleasant stay. There are a handful of restaurants within a 20-30 minute walking distance and none of these are particularly attractive. In the end, we ate in the least-worst looking one. Construction has left the area untidy and unattractive, though I wouldn't say that it is dirty per se.

The Serene front desk staff are pleasant, though don't communicate very well in English. The hotel told us they would keep our passports in lieu of a deposit. When we said we would rather put a charge on our credit cards (as is more common?), they said their credit card machine was broken. However, upon reading other reviews, it seems that the passport method is standard practice at the hotel.

The room is clean enough, with all the basics expected of a 4-star hotel, but the experience is just that - basic. There is a gym in the hotel and a swimming pool; the pool is tiny and overlooks construction, the gym just a small dark room with a multi-station and a couple treadmills.

Decent if you are just passing through, but otherwise better to spend more to stay in the city or at a resort.

Hotel in midst of construction site

This is a new hotel and looked lovely when we booked several months ago. However, it is now surrounded on 3 sides by construction of huge buildings. The pool is unusable because of falling debris; the rooftop bar is closed because of the building works. There is no outside space. Our room promised a sea view but the windows were caked by the cement and dirt from the building site and we could only see it by opening the window - but then the noise from the site meant we closed it again. The building works continued through the night. At the moment the whole sea front at Danang is being developed. Recommend that people check carefully before they book this hotel or any other. We would never have booked this hotel had we known. If we hadn't paid in advance we would have left. The staff are apologetic but there is little they can do.

Hotel was fairly new. The area is still being built up. Construction going on everywhere. At the momment it is out of the way of everything. We had to cab it everywhere. They're only thing it was very relaxing. The staff pretend they know how to speak English, but don't be fooled, they just agree with what you ask. They have no idea what you are saying. Food was good. Give it ten years and it will improve, but for now stay in Hoi An.

Ok hotel, but construction is a problem

This is a medium-quality hotel. It's perfectly ok. But there are two massive construction projects on either side which means: it's hard to walk anywhere (sidewalks are covered in hoses, mud, parked vehicles); there can be loud noises; it's depressingly ugly; and the hotel rooftop is closed. For now I'd advise guests to stay elsewhere. In a few years it will be much better.

While the weather could have been better during our 3 night stay, we at least had our stay at Serene to make up for our experience in Da Nang. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really, other than the weather, no complaints at all. I'd definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel with a great staff to work with. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Da Nang. The staff will help you with all your needs make you feel very comfortable. You will not be disappointed when staying at this facility. The owner was very nice to accommodate my needs during my stay there. Room was very nice and rightvacross the road from the beach. Not really much around the hotel, you need to walk to find good restaurants. Lots of families staying who were very loud at all hours especially at the pool. Also lots of construction in the area. While this is not the hotel's fault, it made relaxing at the hotel pool near impossible.

Amazing stay at Serene Hotel!

We stayed at the Serene hotel for 4 nights. The room was very clean as was the entire hotel. We had a wonderful view of the sea and the boardwalk from our 2 huge windows. Staff were very friendly and even saw on my passport that it was my birthday and sang Happy Birthday and gave me a cake! The breakfast buffet consists of western and Vietnamese food and there were several options to choose from. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Da Nang for the cleanliness, atmosphere, food, location, and staff.

日中はほんど部屋で過ごさなかったので、あまり気になりませんでしたが、エレベーターがちょっと遅いのと、冷蔵庫が冷風機付きの保冷庫だったが少し残念かと。

オーシャンフロンのファミリースイートを利用。目の前のビーチを望む眺めは最高。いつまでも見ていたい。
ビーチは道路を渡ればすぐで、朝夕を除けばプライベートビーチのように楽しめた。
朝食もおいしく品数も多い。もう少しメニューの変化があればもっとよかった。
スタッフの方も親切で、観光地までの生き方や手配の仕方など詳しく教えてくれた。娘が携帯をタクシーに置き忘れ途方に暮れていた時も真剣に対処してくれて、携帯が戻ってきた時は本当にうれしかった。感謝しております。
また、利用したいホテルです。

부모님 모시고 가족 여행 다녀왔습니다. 아침 10시쯤 도착이어서 빠른 체크인을 사전에 부탁드렸었는데 여행철이라 손님이 많아서 그런지 도착시간엔 못했지만 최대한 편의 봐주셔서 오후 1시에 방에 들어 갈 수 있게 해주셨습니다. 직원분들 상당히 친절하십니다. 제 짧은 영어에도 정말 친절하게 최대한 잘 설명해주시려고 하시는 모습에 감동.. 벨보이 분들은 영어를 잘 못하십니다ㅜㅜ 공항에서 호텔 오는 택시비 결제 때문에 기사님이랑 이야기 해야하는데 기사님이 영어를 못하셔서 짐 가지러 오시는 벨보이분에게 부탁드렸는데 그 분도 못하셔서 결국 파파고 깔아서 해결했어요.. 부모님께서 탁 트인 뷰 좋아하셔서 바다 전망으로 예약했고 혹시 모를 도로 소음 때문에 최대한 고층으로 달라고 부탁했더니 11층으로 배정받았습니다. 높이가 있다보니 침대에 앉거나 누워서는 하늘만 보입니다 창 앞에 가서 서면 바다 보이는데, 창틀이 있긴 하지만 그래도 통유리 뷰가 최고입니다. 방은 에어컨도 잘 되고 매일 매일 키핑도 잘 되었습니다. 다만 매트리스 커버에 잉크 자국 비슷한 자국이 있었는데 호텔에 있는 내내 바꿔주시진 않더라고요. 크게 거슬리는 부분은 아니었습니다. 수영장 되게 별로일줄 알았는데 (진짜 아무도 안 쓸 줄 알았어요) 생각보다 괜찮았습니다. 일정 마치고 밤에 와서 종종 갔는데, 인피니티 풀 까진 아니지만 그래도 밤바다 보면서 하는 수영 좋았습니다. 아아 그리고 조식은 맛있었습니다. 하루 하루 배 부르게 먹었던 것 같아요. 물론 퀄은 바깥 맛집 수준은 아니지만 반미, 분짜, 스프링롤, 째 등등 있습니다. 좋은 점인지 안 좋은 점인지 모르겠는데 조식 먹는 곳이 막 고급지진 않아서 아침에 일어나서 눈 밤 쯤뜬 상태로 잠옷 입고 내려가서 먹어도 됩니다.

최악. 방 안에 있음에도 불구하고 다른 사람들이 방문을 열고 들어오는 호텔

가족여행으로 이틀 투숙하였는데 이틀 모두 밤늦게 호텔 방문이 다른 사람에 의해 열렸습니다.

첫날에 가족 모두가 자고 있는동안 방키로 문을 여는 소리가 들렸고 잠결에 보니 직원분이 손님 캐리어를 들고 들어왔다가 후다닥 뛰쳐나가는것을 봤습니다. 다음날 아침 호텔 카운터에 말씀을 드려서 주의를 부탁드린다고 말씀을 드렸는데도,

다음날 똑같이 방문이 열리고 다른 투숙객분께서 문을 여시고 저희를 보고 당황스러워하시면서 죄송하다고 문을 닫고 나가셨습니다

청결이나 주위환경,오션뷰,조식 이런 부분들은 좋을수도 있고 안좋을수도 있는 부분이라 그러려니 하지만 투숙객의 안전과 사생활이 위협을 당하는 그런 곳은 사용하심에 주의를 하시라고 긴 글을 남깁니다

帰りの飛行機が夜中の為、違うヴィラをチェックアウト後にチェックインしました。

到着時間が早かったにも関わらず、部屋に案内して頂きました。

部屋に若干の生乾き臭がありましたが、十分なお部屋でした。
ビーチも目の前ですし、プールもキレイですからいいホテルです。

朝食もよかったです。
パーシャルオーシャンビューだと、隣のホテルビューだと思いますので、オーシャンビューにして正解でした。

특히 Hung와 nhi의 서비스가 너무 좋았고, 한국어를 공부하는 등 투숙객을 너무 편안하게 해주었습니다.

とても良かったです。
言語の不慣れな私にも充分聞き取れる早さで話してくれてチェックイン、チェックアウト共にスムーズに行えました。
部屋の清潔さも申し分ありません。
バスルームの水捌けが悪く床がかなり濡れてしまいましたが、他の部分と加味すれば満足いくレベルだと思います。

세레나의 아쉬운 몇가지

내가 호텔 규정을 말하는건 잘못된지 알지만 체크아웃 시 가족 직원들 챙기다 보니 내가 샤워할 시간이 모자라 1시간 채크아웃이 늦었다 첨에 방값에 30프로를 좀있다 바주는듯 20프로를 내란다 2일동안 20방정도 사용했는데 방 하나 1시간 늦은건 도움줄수있지않나?? 아쉬운 부분이다
이건 호텔규정이니 더는 말할수 없지만 아쉬웠다. 전에 다낭왔을때 주변의 호텔에선 먼저 천천히 처리하고 나보고 레이트체아웃 하라 하는곳도 있었지만 방이 세레나보다 작아 이번에 선택을 이곳에 했는데 조금은 아쉬운 부분이다.
직원의 유도리있는 대처능력이 모자란다.

하나 더 욕실의 욕조에서 샤워를 하면 물이 욕조 테두리 골을타고 바닥으로 다 흐른다
샤워커튼을 치는건 물이 밖으로 나가지 못하게 하기위함인데 소용없다
그럼 샤워하고 나와서 바닥에 깔아논 타올을 디딜때 다젓은 타올때문에 기분이 안좋다 꼭 개선해야할 부분이고

또 낮에는 로비의 호텔문을 열어놓고 있는다 불필요한 전기 공급을 줄이려 하는것이겠지만 미케비치 앞 주변 다른 호텔도 그런가??
아니다 열어논곳은 안보였다..
내가 지나친 서비스를 바라는건 아닌지 모르겠으나 나름 아쉬운 몇가지를 적어보았다

추천합니다 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

무엇보다 전망이 너무너무너무 좋은 호텔!! 정말 객실에 들어서서 커튼을 걷는 순간 막혔던 속이 확 뚫리는 느낌이였습니다. 정말 전망은 너무너무 좋네요. 시간상 호텔 수영장에 들어가보진 못했지만 수영장에서 보는 전망도 정말 끝내주더라고요! 그리고 무엇보다 직원분들이 정말 친절하십니다! 또 객실도 생각보다 넓어서 좋았습니다! 다만 와이파이가 잘 안되는 단점이 있었습니다. 연결은 되는데 자꾸 끊기더라고요... 그것만 제외하면 정말 좋은 호텔입니다!

해변 바로 앞에 호텔이 있고, 공항에서 택시로 금방입니다. 또한 다낭시내와 호이안까지 가는데 좋은 위치라고 생각합니다.
조식은 메뉴가 매일 조금씩 바뀌지만, 먹을 것은 정해져 있었습니다.
좀 더 다양한 메뉴가 있었으면 했고, 룸상태나, 직원, 청결 등 모두 면에서 만족했습니다. 수영장은 이용하지 않았습니다~

ビーチに近いコスパのよいホテル

基本的に部屋は清潔で、何も問題なく、3泊快適に過ごせました。シャトルはないので、市街に行くときには毎回タクシーを使いましたが、エントランスを出るとすぐタクシーは捕まります。街まで300～500円程度で行けます。ビーチも近く、エントランスのところに、砂を洗い流す水道も用意してくれていたので、そのままエレベーターに乗って5階のプールにも移動できました。朝食ビュッフェも十分な種類があり、コスパとしてはサイコーです。
しいて不満な点をあげるならば、Wi-Fiが不安定だったところと、フロントの対応が事務的だったことくらいです。

불친절하고 시끄러운 호텔

불친절했고 어른 2명, 아이3명을 예약해서 투룸을 받았고 그대로 예약증이 되어있었는데 추가요금으로 25000원을 더 받았습니다. 4명이 쓰는 방이라며 추가요금을 내라고 하더군요. 바나힐의 머큐어프렌치빌리지는 어른 4명으로 예약하고 갔는데도 아이요금 추가 없고 잘 받아주던데 8박9일 모든 호텔이 정말 친절하고 아무 트러블도 없었는데 여기만 유독 딴지를 걸었습니다. 직원들도 친절하지 않고 특히 베트남사람들은 친절한데 베트남사람이 아닌것같은 분들이 있었는데 그 분들은 친절하지 않더군요. 방음도 전혀 안되고 옆방 중국분들 너무 시끄러워 잘 때 힘들었구요.
아무튼 추천하고 싶지는 않습니다. 다만 장점은 바로 앞이 미케비치라는 점입니다. 저도 그것때문에 예약했는데 가족들에게 한마디 들었습니다.TT

좀 실망한 호텔

오션뷰는 해변이 바로 보이나 창문이 잘 안 닦여져 있고 창이 크지는 않아 아쉬움.
조식은 정말 최악이었으며 중국인들 입맛에 맞는 메뉴만 있음
인근에 해변가 외에는 갈 데가 없음.
직원들 친절도는 그냥 그랬음.

가성비 좋은 호텔

바다가 바로 보이는 전망은 정말 좋습니다. 청결도도 좋은 편이구요. 조식도 좋은편입니다. 다만 문 열어주는 친구가 자꾸 \"붐붐\" 이러면서 변태마사지 받으러 왔냐고 물어볼정도로 귀찮게 하네요. 그리고 바로옆의 5성급 호텔 루프탑바를 이용하기 편합니다. 위치는 오히려 시내중심이 더 좋을겁니다. 주변에서 편하게 구매할만한 곳은 없네요.

전체적으로봣을때는

일단 친절하게 문을열어주시던 남자분은 2일동안 정말 친근하게 대해주었고 체크인할때 안내해주시던 언니는 말이 잘안통해도 센스있고 친절하게 대해주셧다. 하지만 오후부터는 다른 분이 계셧고 정말 짜증이 날정도로 불친절햇다. 드라이크리닝 서비스를 받고 싶어서 말했는데 짧은 영어로 밖에 하지못하는 내가 잘못인지 왜그렇게 표정에서 짜증이 나있는지 알길이없다. 하루종일 여행을 망친기분이었다. 방호수를 아는데 왜 굳이 맨끝 윗방이냐고 물어본거지? 그것부터가 알길이없다.

Några dagar i Da Nang

Dom slog alla våra förväntningar. När vi valde hotell så ville vi ha en bra hotell med pool nära stranden. Vid incheckningen blev vi uppgraderade till en minisvit högst upp med utsikt över havet. Frukosten får fem av fem Vietnamesiska solar av mig. Jag tror att dom flesta hittar något dom gillar i den buffen. Till och med kaffet var riktigt bra.
