Because the cashier named Helen misunderstood me and assumed I was staying another day, she didn't tell me that if I checked out past 1:00 I would be charged $8 00,000 for a stay until 6:00 p.m. . The numbers don't add up. It could have easily been dropped especially because it was her fault and her misunderstanding and her stubbornness to solve the situation

The rooms were very clean but outdated. We were happy with the connecting rooms as well as the big window that opened to show the lively street below. There was an ocean view but this hotel would not be considered beachfront. It’s two streets away from the beach.
A few main issues that detracted from the overall experience: the breakfast was mediocre at best; housekeeping came by daily around 8:30am; and the tiny elevators sometimes forced you to have an extended wait when trying to come or go.

Alani Hotel truly impressed me with their amazing hospitality. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable—I slept like a baby! Just a heads-up: the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear noisy neighbors. I had an issue and the staff handled it very quickly, which I really appreciated.

The staff was excellent. Especially the guys at the front door as they were very polite and helpful and always happy. The front desk staff were also very accommodating and helped me with everything that I needed. The rooms clean, shower hot and comfortable bed. Lots of English movie channels too. The pool is great, but the exercise room has a bike that does not work well and could be replaced and it could just use some dumbbells of good quality. I would stay here again for certain.

We started with the economy room and it was smaller than what it seemed on the picture, also there are smoked windows in the living room and the bathroom, the description says they have blackout curtains when in fact there were no curtains on the windows at all and therefore sun poured in at sun rise and taking an afternoon nap was impossible. The breakfast buffet was truly horrid and we ended up going out for coffee and pastries every morning. We ended upgrading to the partial sea view room and it was nicer but the room and bed were even smaller than the economy room. We upgraded a second time and that room was great. Beautiful view, large living space and great bathroom. In conclusion, while the rest of the hotel seems more like a hostel if you can afford the beach view room and avoid the buffet, it’ll be an ok experience.

ALANI hotel staff were very nice and helpful at all times. Seaview room was nice although I think aircon in room will need replacing if you were to come in hottest time of year. Rooftop pool does the job.There is a live music bar across the road, lots of restaurants and massages nearby. Danang beach is only a few minutes walk. Overall I enjoyed my time at the ALANI hotel and would recommend to fellow travellers.

We spent three lovely days at Alani Hotel & Spa Danang. Every member of staff was polite, helpful, and truly accommodating. A big thank you to everyone—especially Danish, who remembered our names and always greeted us with a smile and friendly conversation.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was great, and the rooftop pool was also a highlight. I would honestly recommend staying there to anyone thinking of visiting Danang.

The view of the ocean here is incredible with a great sports bar across the street. Good breakfast included and wonderfully sweet staff. The air conditioning only works if you are in the room as you have to put your key card in. It takes about 10 minutes to fully start working so in the June heat it was quite sweaty.

We had booked Balcony with Sea view room & extra bed for our child, we didn't get any extra bed, beds are queen size, not even king so 3 people cannot sleep, even though paid a decent amount of extra bed, I had to sleep on the floor, I was given only a blanket to use it as a mattress, didn't even get a spare single mattress, there is no way in this world this can be considered a 4 star hotel, with their service I wouldn't even call it a 3 star.... They don't even have a refund policy.

We just spent a week at the Alani during our stay in Da Nang and it was excellent. They aren’t the fanciest rooms, but the location and proximity to the beach and night activity makes it a great choice on a budget. Worth every penny.
I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone stopping in Da Nang. The only complaint I had was that our mattress appeared to be two smaller mattresses pushed together, and that was a bit hard on the back. Minor stuff!

So I ended up in a room with NO window at all. And the hotel name is “Alani Seaview”? Sure, if you go to 13 floor to the bar, there is a very nice view. But not from my room.
I recommend this hotel but caution that if you get the middle room, it will be like a prison cell. So make sure you pay for a costlier room to make sure you don’t have this bad experience.
