Cozy place, the room may be a bit small for couples. They gave a free upgrade as there were not many people staying there. There is no pool and only a small selection of options for breakfast. The partner hotel, Sofiana Suite is 700m away and has a small little pool that guests from this hotel can access. It is on the roof and has a nice view but the place there is a bit dirty.

Sofia Suite Hotel has a free airport transport and one free massage session which is a nice bonus. The hotel is walkable distance to the beach but cannot view the beach. Motorcycles could be a bit noisy downstairs as well as food vendors.

Really great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are also very spacious despite it being a small hotel. Its extremely convenient as its just a 7mins walk to the beach and a 12mins drive to the airport. Only to improve is maybe the hotel breakfast.

Great views from our room 702 of the city and mountains. We stayed on a Sunday night and it was a little noisy from the restaurant nearby that’s open til 3a. When we checked in around 10:30p, our Expedia reservation didn’t show in the system and the front desk agent said they were sold out, which was not true as there was a family suite which he wouldn’t offer it to us at the same rate as the double room we booked which is understandable. So we kept urging him to find us a room because it was late after a late flight that was delayed and we just wanted to sleep. He finally gives us a room and it was nice. The next morning we had the breakfast buffet that was offered, which was an okay spread - soups, rice, rice cake, fruit, juice, coffee. One of the employees must’ve assumed I didn’t understand Vietnamese because she was saying to her coworker that she’s counted 3 times (he said it was twice which was the correct count) that I’ve gone up to the buffet. When we left, I thanked them in Vietnamese and said a few courtesies and the female employee turned red and muttered under her breath and mask that she couldn’t believe what she did. She didn’t apologize to me, probably too embarrassed. Anyway, I found it amusing, though other guests in my situation would’ve found it rude.

We actual switched to their newer sister hotel about 900 meters from the Sofia; Sofiana My Khe Hotel & Spa.

The Hotel Staff provided world class service from arrival to departure. We were extremely impressed with the Sofiana Team; from the date of booking to our departure.

The front desk staff (includes the hotel porter's), spa staff, restaurant staff and pool staff all consistantly provided impressive customer friendly service. Even the housekeeping staff were responsive to our particular travel needs. We have never experienced a more robust caring, courteous and professional staff in over 27 years of traveling abroad.

Early arrival but greeted with a welcoming drink and friendly chat. Within minutes shown tho our room where a personalised welcome note was waiting. The room was very small but comfortable. All staff wee warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet varied daily. And was more than adequate.

Had a great experience staying at this hotel. Best stay I’ve had in my travels. Has been recently renovated. Service was excellent. Staff courteous and helpful. Great conversations with the Manager and Concierge ( ( Nguyen Duc Trung). Breakfast was varied and well prepared. They have great Chefs here.Room was modern and clean, with a great bathroom. Many English channels on cable. Really good value for the money. Could not recommend this place enough. Would definitely stay here in the future!

Comfortable hotel in close proximity to the beach. Staff extremely attentive, overwhelmingly so, but I suppose that's better than the opposite. Breakfast spread was satisfactory. Room was clean and beds comfortable... in fact, the deluxe \"twin\" room actually had full size beds! Overall, good stay for a great price.

The staff is absolutely terrific -- they were far and away the highlight of the hotel. I don't think I've met a more welcoming or helpful group.

Breakfast had a nice variety of choices that changed daily.

The hotel has a nice location near the beach and many restaurants.

Minor nits: the AC in my room was underpowered compared to other places I've stayed in SE Asia, and the wi-fi would cut out from time to time.

We stayed in August for 4 nights, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Received a warm and friendly welcome and any questions we had were answered with enthusiasm. Rooms clean, tidy and good value for money. Sometimes a little noisy in the morning due to staff attending their cleaning duties (however this wasn’t overly early 9am ish so we needed to be up anyway for breakfast ). Good breakfast choice and we ate once in the restaurant for a meal which was excellent. There were Spa facilities available however we didn’t use them. Good location, near to beach, taxis into town or tourist sites are easily available either by asking at the front desk or sourcing yourself whilst out and about. We would certainly stay here again should we visit DaNang.

We only stayed one night and I wish we could have stayed longer. Staff was super friendly, room was stylish and comfy, and it's an easy walk to the beach. If you look closely at the walls and curtains, you'll find some minor wear and tear but the hotel was wonderful.

This is an awesome property to stay at. Everything from the staff to the food is amazing. Our room was smallish but not in a bad way. Beautiful bathroom with a seperate shower area. Also has a small balcony which is nice if you're a smoker. I highly recommend staying here. Also has a full service bar and restaurant on the second floor. Elevator's as well. We will return here.

Contacted hotel 1 day before that we were arriving 1 day late, so changed from 2nights to 1. I didn't expect any compensation, but they kindly offered free airport pickup/dropoff so I took up the dropoff offer. Thu Diem and other staff were friendly and helpful with my questions like recommending when/where to be for the dragon bridge show. The room was small studio like but felt clean and comfortable with modern design. There's not much other than the beach around, but it was convenient to take the taxi like anywhere else in Vietnam.

Great stay with 2 families

Our stay was excellent. I travelled with my family with 2 small kids and my brother’s family with 1 kid. Our room was large enough for us and was clean. The breakfast that was included was excellent. One of my favourite pho even though I’ve eaten at lots of other restaurants, the staff was good at English and was able to help whenever we asked for it. The distance for the beach was short and could walk there with the kids with no issue. Thanks Sofia Hotel!

Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
I had a Deluxe room, it was cozy and comfortable. However, room size was just good for one person to stay in comfortably.
Location is about 5 mins to the beach, many seafood restaurants nearby.
The coffee, it was the best served coffee (tasted like Saigon Coffee) at breakfast during my stay at Danang and Hoi An. We stayed at 3 different hotels including Sofia Suite Hotel.
The lady restaurant Manager was friendly and polite all the time.
More manpower at breakfast is suggested as there were only two staff sharing the load of frying eggs, cooking noodles, replenishing food, clearing/cleaning tables after guests had left the dining area. I requested for the refill of the coffee but it never came and I didn't want to wait so I left.

Pleasant stay and affordable price

I stayed with my wife on this hotel for 2 nights, everything went fine. Our room (deluxe double room) had a small balcony where it’s allowed to smoke (just on the balcony area and not inside the room).

Pros: clean and comfortable room; kind and helpful staff - specially Anna (or Anh ? Don’t know the right spelling of her name) from the front desk; affordable price (I took advantage of promotion on a booking website and paid around AUD 40); they helped me to book a transfer on a van to Hoi An for VND 110,000 per person (one way).

Cons: the buffet breakfast doesn’t have too much western options, it has more eastern style food, I would suggest a better balance between western and eastern options.

The location is good, just a few minutes walking to Da Nang beach, you can also find convenience stores around the area, there is also a good laundry located about 10 minutes from the hotel (Green laundry), I left my clothes there to be washed and paid VND 20,000 per kg, the clothes were really well washed and with a good smell (cheaper option than using the hotel laundry).

I would definitely recommend this hotel !

Excellent Management for Crisis

This hotel is new. The bed and breakfast is impressive. We stayed for two nights. Unluckily we met two hardware problem. At the first night, the hot wafer bump was broken and at the next night, the elevator was down. But hotel staff successfully managed this crisis and let me feel relieved. Finally, the manager escorted us to the airport. We will stay in this hotel again next time.

I came back to Sofia Suite for the second time because of their iced coffee, honestly. I really enjoyed staying at Sofia Suite. I can notice that they are trying to improve. They don't give you a welcoming drink, but welcoming fruit, cake, and drink. Even better! It was delicious. The staff, especially the receptionist, are super friendly and eager to help even to the point pressing the elevator button and wait until it arrives. The room is not as big as expected, but was enough for myself. It's a superb hotel for the price you pay.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett zum Beispiel Wendy , die Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage und das Zimmer war recht sauber . Das essen dort haben wir nicht Probiert, da es viele Restaurants in der Nähe gab.Mir jedoch nicht gefallen ,dass die Stoffsessel und das Sofa recht dreckig waren , wahrscheinlich vom Sand .

とても快適に過ごすことができました。シングルのお部屋で申し込みましたが、キングサイズベッド2台のお部屋にアップグレードしてくれてビックリ！広々でした！！お部屋のテレビで日本のNHKが映ったので、朝ドラも見られました♪
ビーチへも徒歩圏内、レストランもスパも徒歩圏内に多数、夜も安全でした。
ホテルの真裏のフルマートでお値打ちなお土産も購入できました。
スタッフさん達もフレンドリーで親切でした。もしまたダナンを訪ねることが出来たら、またココに泊まるかも！

スタッフの方がすごく丁寧でした。事前にメールのやり取りをしましたが、とてもスムーズでした。朝食も毎日少しずつ違うものがあり、とても美味しかったです。夜は暗くして寝る派なのですが、読書灯が壊れていて消せなかったのが残念でした。
シングルツインで予約しましたが、クィーンサイズベット２つの部屋で、寝心地最高でした。

The staff were very courteous. We exchanged emails in advance and things went very smoothly. Breakfast was very delicious with something different each day. I like to sleep in the dark at night, but unfortunately the reading light was broken and I couldn't turn it off.
I made a reservation for a single twin, but the room had two queen size beds and was super comfortable.

매우 훌륭한 숙소라고 적극 칭찬하고싶다
직원들이 반갑게 맞이하고 아침식사도 가지수에 걸맞게 알차게 준비되어 있었으며 아주 좋았다
무엇보다 패밀리 룸에 트윈베드 2개 더블베드1개 총 3개가 있어 3명의 여행객들이 숙박하기에 매우 편리했다
미케비치도 적당한 거리에 있어 도보이동이 가능한 호텔이었다

방이 좀 작긴 하지만 전혀 불편함은 없었어요. 조식 쌀국수 진짜 맛있으니 꼭 드세요! 짐도 잘 보관해주시고, 마지막날 그랩 불렀는데, 우리는 로비에 기다리라하고 직접 나가셔서 그랩차 찾아주시는 친절함~~
걸어서 미케비치, 공차, 마사지샵 다 갈수 있고, 근처에 맛있는 식당도 많아요~
다음에 다낭가면 또 가고 싶다는 생각이 들 정도로 좋았고, 친구에게 추천했는데 친구가 가는날에 방이 없다해서 매우 아쉬웠어요. 암튼 완전 완전 추천합니다!

티비는 모뎀탓이라고 나오는 시간보다 꺼져있는 시간이 더많음.

I went here in my summer vacation with my mom. The hotel condition was good and the worker were all kind so much. When we go out and came back , they always gave us kind “hello”. And the breakfast was good. The noodle, we can every morning. And we got the massage(premium one)was so goood, and very comfortable, you dont need to go outside, the massage room also is wonderful and their skill were excellent!

★3ランクですが、部屋はとても清潔でホスピタリティに溢れたとても素晴らしいホテルです。朝食のフォーは市内で食べた他のレストランよりもおいしかったです。
ホテル到着は深夜3時頃ですが笑顔で出迎えてくれて、ウェルカムフルーツとジュースを頂きました。殆どのスタッフがきれいな英語を話すのでコミュニケーションも問題無しです。
一つ一つのサービスは他のホテルで受けるそれと同じ内容かもしれません。ですがここのスタッフはただサービスの供給者というだけでなく目の前に立っている人とコミュニケーションをします。思いやりがあり、心遣いを感じられる温かいコミュニケーションです。
特に一人旅の旅行者にはオススメです。

少しだけ改善点、というかこれがあればいいなと感じたもの：
施設内プール（ミーケビーチまで徒歩圏内ですが、交通量が多く、横断歩道の信号がないので結構億劫でした。あと暑い。ホテル内にプールがあれば寛げたかな、と思います。）
施設内スパのマッサージは普通のクオリティでした。料金は市内のスパと同じくらいなので不満はないですが、ここのレベルを上げればホテル自体の評価も上がると思います。

Sofia Suite Hotel hotel was so comfortable.

The hotel was reasonable price and staffs are very kind. And room, bathroom, breakfast were good. Buit wifi was too slow to I can't use internet.

시내 중심이라 이동거리 짧아서 좋구요.
미케비치 해변 걸어서 5분?
종류가 많지는 않지만 조식도 좋았어요

The staff of this hotel were exceptional. They were so friendly, helpful and made us feel like home. I have stayed in many hotels, but never have I experienced such hospitality. Also the location of the hotel was good, close to beach and nice restaurants.

值得再入住的酒店

位置方便，坐車由機埸到洒店只需15分鐘，步行至美溪沙灘只需5分鐘，另外洒店附近已有很多海鮮店，越南傳统餐廳和超市，可以話位置極佳。還有要讚酒店職員，服務態度好nice,英語可溝通，每位員工都好用心。還有要值得讚係早餐，雖品種不多，但質素挺好，特别係早餐的越南牛肉湯河，总之，我住在sofia的4晚，感覺非常好，若再有機會到岘港，必再入住此酒店

조식이 쌀국수 맛집임.ㅎㅎ

호텔근처에 로컬 맛집들이 많아서 좋아요. 직원들도 친절하고 룸도 괜찮았어요. 그리고 조식 쌀국수 정말 맛있어요.

이번 여행으로 다낭을 6번 정도 다녀오게 되었네요
후기를 처음 써 봅니다.
호텔직원의 친절함에 감동하였습니다.
음식 또한 만족하였으며 가성비로 따지면 최고이지 않나 생각해 봅니다.

Wonderful stay at Sofia Suite Hotel

Sofia Suite Hotel Da Nang was a very pleasant place to stay for me and my family. Every staff was very kind and the room was clean. We loved all the food at the restaurant too but I wish they had more Vietnamese traditional food!
I'd definitely stay here again if I had a chance to come back :)

강추합니다. 최고였어요!

가성비로 최고라고 생각합니다.. 직원들도 친절하시고.. 아침조식의 쌀국수도 닭고기 육수라 다른곳보다도 한국적인 맛이 많았습니다. 지내는 동안 불편함 하나 없이 너무 잘해주셨고 미케비치가 가까워서 좋았네요. 다음에 또 다낭에 가게되도 이용할 생각입니다.
