This hotel was a real let down,
We booked on some reviews and photos from websites etc - the photos are NOTHING like the hotel.
The pool at the time of our visit had 3 lounges, absolutely no pool service (food or drink) no swim up pool bar, the videos that run constantly through your room and hotel are very misleading. Hotel amentities need a lot of work.

We were at this hotel during Tet, pool closed at 4pm, short staffed due to holidays, and the town was basically closed
Think this hotel is suited more to families than couples, shame we didn't get to experience more, thinking it was just bad timing on our part.

Property is beautiful. The breakfast is amazing! Kim at front desk is SUPER helpful and helped us plan our day of adventures.
The hotel is also a very short walk to the beach!
The spa at the hotel is also worth visiting!

This hotel is about 5mins walk from the beach, nothing much around the hotel except a few coffee bar and seafood restaurants. The hotel/room is clean and the buffet breakfast has a large selection of food. Given its price, i would rate this hotel a 4/5.

Very nice hotel with very attentive and polite service !
My family enjoyed swimming in the roof top bar and enjoyed our afternoon tea here with spectacular views !
Breakfast was delicious, offered a wide range of international food! Yum!

The staff here are all so nice and friendly!! They are all so helpful. The location is pretty good as well. It is close to the beach and convenience stores! The pool is pretty nice too and there is a pool bar. They serve fresh juices with are actually made of real fruit! The rooms are clean and neat. The beds are comfy. Just maybe changing the “sitting area/lobby” on the room floors would make it better. And leaving the lights on!! And it would be better having some more key cards. I would definitely come here again!

Liked it so much we came back!

My partner and I stayed here twice within a week; the first was two nights, arriving 22/02/18, the second for one night, 01/03/18. Both stays were excellent. Everything from the staff, the hotel itself, the location and breakfast buffet was perfect.
Both times we had a beautiful ocean view room, overlooking the swimming pool.
We enjoyed very much the EXTENSIVE breakfast buffet, being able to sample many breakfast items we in North America would not be familiar with. Excellent!
The staff went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay superb. Everyone recognized us on our return and treated us like returning friends. The front desk staff, from Miss Phuong, Miss Thoa, Mr Khanh and Mr Tuan Anh were professional, kind and keen to help us with anything we needed. The staff in the breakfast room were very polite and efficient; of particular note was Miss Minh Thao, who was very sweet and made sure our coffee cups were always full. The young woman playing the traditional stringed musical instrument was a very nice surprise. Thank you everyone!
The hotel was VERY busy with Korean bus tours, so perhaps that is why we, being independent travellers, received much attention; perhaps why the Skybar, with it's spectacular ocean and city view, and the pool areas were fairly quiet (although the pool, being unheated, was fairly cold).
Overall we had a most impressive stay and we would both HIGHLY recommend the Royal Lotus to others.

Amazing place. Totally exceeded our expectations. Had our first family trip since me and my brother got married and moved out of the house. Brought our mother along together with the kids, and they had fun. The kids loved it and wanted to come back again for holiday:)

Walking distance to the beach.

Stayed over 9 different hotels during the 3 weeks in Vietnam. Royal lotus is clean and staff are pleasant to deal with. However guests seems to be going out of hotels instead of using hotel amenities. Don't get us wrong as hotel is clean and room is decent. But when looking next door to other hotels and the swimming pools and bars are busy with people. We extending 2 more nights and moved to risemount next door and it was a different vibe and seem to enjoy it more. Overall what we learnt from all hotels we have stayed at that there will be pros and cons regardless of hotel. But as long as you find things to enjoy it's the main point of the holiday. Writing this review and currently in Japan majority will complain about room size but it's the norm over here.

The hotel is new and well-equipted, yet i don't recommend it to solo traveler. When i was at the front door with my 2 luggages, the employee who was at the door saw me; we quickly exchanged a gaze and he instantly looked away. I know they were busy with group travelers, but leaving me alone with my bulky belongings and not asking anything is unprofessional. There were 3 receptionist that night, 1 was busy, yet the other 2 seemed avoiding my eyes until i told them i want to check into my room... Overall i don't have any other issue; my room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good, but next time when i go to Da Nang, i might pick another hotel since i didn't feel welcomed here.

Little things make a difference

The hotel has a lot of potential, it is modern, clean and lovely staff but it is positioned on an enormous coastal building site at the moment. We counted endless tower block hotels going up. This one 2 blocks from the sea and a nice walk for watching fishermen in their huge coricle style boats, but nothing else close by of interest. The pool, our main reason for choosing it, was closed, for building work and we had no warning having booked a long time ago. We were tired and once clean and cool we decided not to go out for dinner as it entailed a sticky walk again. We had an appalling meal in the hotel with steamed chicken so tough I could not chew through it and cold rice and would have faired much better in a street cafe or one of the many live seafood restaurants along the shore. We were accompanied by two lovely singers but we felt very awkward as we were the only people eating! The coffee at breakfast was cold, and a lot of the amazing choice of food had been there ages and was dried out, it was only 9 am. The Vietnamese food was better than the more European things.
Our room had a partition door to the one next door and we could hear every conversation, even the person at the end of the phone when our neighbour was talking! They went to bed at a reasonable time so we were able to sleep but they were talking loudly again by 6 am.
We discussed these things with the duty manager who gave us a free personal car to the door of our next hotel in Hoi An in recompense.

Nice hotel with excellent staff and 5 minute walk to My Khe beach. Close to lots of seafood. The breakfast is really good and staff go out of their way to try to accommodate. Would definitely stay here again. Scooter rental coast about $100k dong per day but you can scoot over to Marble Mountain in 10 minutes

Great Stay in Royal Lotus!

Everything about the Royal Lotus Hotel was absolutely great. Starting from the amazing and indefinite choice of the breakfast buffet and tasty food in their restaurant, to the excellent room service and house-keeping, cute little Kids Club, great swimming pool, and very cozy SKY BAR with live music. And the most appreciated from our side was the customer service and understanding of the hotel's Duty Manager when our daughter got high fever.
The hotel is perfect, you just have to choose the right season (from Mar - Oct) to visit Danang and enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Overall OK hotel in good location

The hotel is very new and modern. The pool, the sky bar and breakfast are great. The view in the rooms is awesome, no matter what direction you are facing. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a classic room with twin beds. The room was very small. Sound-proofing was horrible! We could hear every move from the two rooms next to us. I would only give it a three-star considering the price at which we booked the room.

Great hotel!

I would def recommend this hotel! Friendly staff and great room has brought me a perfect service with reasonable price.
Its located with the airport and also easy to go to anywhere for travel.
The free breakfast was also nice and the free wifi was way faster than the other hotels I've been in Vietnam!

Great location for a little tired hotel

Good hotel. But like everything on hotel portals, all images are photoshopped. The rooms are nice, good beds. A little worn down. We had an executive suite with a terrace. Terrace was completely trashed. Loose tiles and no furniture.
Breakfast buffet is good and all staff are serviceminded.
Please note that if you book a room for 4 people, they will not put in extra beds without a huge fee, so you will need to sleep 2 adults and 2 children in one kingsize bed.
Hotel has a perfect location. 500meters from the beach and the area has a lot of restaurants and so on.
Pool is ok but not heated.

今回で3回目の宿泊になります。
以前にお世話になったスタッフさんからも声をかけられたり、笑顔をむけられ、とても嬉しい気持ちになりました。
同じコメントになりますが、朝食の充実度、プールの広さ、海までの距離（途中のアイスクリーム屋さんの10Kのソフトが美味しい！）、周囲にレストランやコンビニが多い、、、コストパフォーマンスは本当に良いと思います。

This is my second time stay at Loyal Lotus Danang. I really had great stay again. I want to thank all the staff members for my comfortable stay.

As I mentioned before, the breakfast is great, I especially enjoyed the variety of tropical fruits, such as lychee, passion fruit, dragon fruit, longan, pineapple, watermelon, etc..

They are not all served daily, but served as 3 or 4 kinds of fruits depending on the day. The chef will also cook eggs and serve Pho for you. Those are very tasty.

As for the gym, the running machines, the bike, and some machines were changed to new ones.

I will Definitely stay again at Loyal Lotus Danang and I’m looking forward to seeing you again!

해변, 먹거리등 근접성은 좋았습니다.
방의 상태나 청결도 괜찮았습니다.
단지 조식 부분은 많이 만족스럽지 못합니다.
8박을 숙박했는데 조식 내용이 한번도 변경된 적이 없었습니다.
가성비 대비해도 많이 떨어집니다.
2~3박정도 숙박이 적당할듯.

I really had a very good stay at Royal Lotus Hotel Danang. All staff members are very kind and always smiling. I felt very comfortable.
Breakfast is very nice, a lot of salads, fruits, side dishes, and also chefs cook pho, eggs, etc, a lot of variety foods… Those are very delicious.

今回、1人旅として、5000円代で朝食付き、プール付き、冷蔵庫付き、ポット付き、ビーチまで徒歩圏内、で探しました。
追加としまして、朝食のサラダバーとフルーツバー、前方と後方で種類が微妙に違うのがあるので、両方チェックお勧めします。
ミニバーですが、冷蔵庫奥に冷却するのがあるので、飲み物は既存の物は手前におくなり、出して、奥に入れるのお勧めします。
冷凍機能はありません。ポットはありました。
プールは20メートルぐらいあるので、十分泳ぐことが可能です。
最初、1010号室に泊まっていたのですが、工事するとのことで、スイートの1312に泊まらせてまらえました。広いベランダがあり、
景色も良いので、こちらもよかったです。
全て、自分の希望していた通りのホテルでしたし、期待を超えていました。
余談ですが、帰路のダナン空港で忘れ物に気が付いた時も、空港までバイク便で届けていただきました。
本当にまた次回も泊まりたいと思います。ありがとうございました！

部屋は、アップグレードしてくれてスイートルームにしてくれて、リビングでとてもゆっくり出来ました。
プールもあまり人がいなく、子供達も楽しんで泳いでました。フットマッサージをしたいとスタッフに行った所、お店まで案内までしてくれて凄く親切でした。そこのフットマッサージが最高過ぎて満足！

해안가 도보 10분거리 ..

한국 단체 여행객이 많이오고 조식에 김치가 제공되어 어른들이 좋아 하실 만 하네요.
수영장에 유아풀이 따로 있는데 초등학생이 놀기에 살짝 부족하지만 어른 풀은 수심이 깊게 시작해서 유아풀을 이용해 넘어야야 하네요..

まず空港からのタクシーでの過剰な支払いに対し、フロントに相談したところ、タクシー会社の謝罪と返金まで、面倒を見てくれました。
接客はいつもにこやかで丁寧なスタッフばかりです。
プールはとても綺麗で落ち着けます。
少し韓国の方が多く、リゾート感は薄れましたが、満足してします。
とにかくホスピタリティを大事にするホテルで快適に過ごせると思います。

엄마랑 둘이 다녀왔어요. 워낙 그랩이 잘 형성되어 있어서 교통엔 불편함을 못느꼈고 주변에 마트나 맛집 등이 많이 있어요. 가까이에 미케비치도 있어서 가볍게 놀기도 좋아요. 시설도 굉장히 좋고 대부분 영어가 능통해서 의사소통에도 문제 없었고 스위트룸으로 업그레이드도 해줬어요! 수영장도 깔끔했고 주변 소음문제도 없었습니다. 10점 만점에 5억점 주고 싶네요 ㅎㅎ

員工的態度很好，非常滿意，不過設施要改善，有些殘破，朋友房間有小昆蟲，最後要換房。自助早餐很美味，每天有點不同，很不錯！

모든면에서 만족스러웠습니다. 모든 직원들이 다 친절하고 룸컨디션도 좋고 조식도 종류가 다양하고 신선했습니다. 호이안 3박 일정후 다시 예약하여 묵을 예정입니다.

청결,친절,조식,수영장 모든면에서 최애고♥

미케비치랑 가까워서 너무 좋았어요. 멀었다면 바다에서놀고 숙소갈때 택시를이용해야되는데 모래랑 바닷물때문에 힘들었을꺼에요.ㅜ 가까워서 너무 다행이였고요.숙소랑 은행이랑 멀지않아서 환전도 굿!(걸어서 10분도 안걸려용!)
직원분들도 다 친절하시고 넘넘 최고에요. 영어를 너무 못하는 저랑 남자친구 때문에 고생하셨을텐데 한결같이 친철하게 설명해주셔서 너무감사해요 ㅜㅜ 단점을 말하자면 단하나! 방음은...그점빼고는 넘 다 좋았어요!!! 조식도 다양하고맛도 최고에요 ㅎㅎ 수용장 도 짱짱이였어요! 넓고 어린이들 놀수있는 풀과 성인 놀수있는 풀장이 나눠져있어 더좋았어요 ㅎ그리고 객실은 시티뷰 장난아니에요!!고층으로 시티뷰 방 잡아보세요!!!정말 후회없는 여행이 되실꺼에요 ㅎㅎ 저희는 13층이였는데 너무너무 행복했어요♥(※☞이 호텔에 한국인 여행객들은 가족단위 여행객들이랑 어르신들 단체 분들이 많아요~그래서 조식먹을때 ..한국인 어르신분들 덕분에.. 좀 불쾌하고 불편한 일들이 좀 많았는데요..그런 점을 싫어하시는 젊은분들은 조금 생각해보시는게 좋을듯합니다.)

소음빼고 다 좋음.

15층에 투숙했는데 16층이 스카이바여서 그런지 저녁11시가 되야 층간소음이 안들립니다
그리고 새벽 체크인을 한 옆방 투숙객의 잡소리 다들립니다 심지어 이들은 다음날 문을 열어둔채 흡연을 했다는.......참고로 금연구역이였습니다
또한 택시, 오토바이 할 것 없이 경적을 울리기 때문에 밤 늦게까지 경적소리 계속 들립니다.
다시 말씀드리지만 16층 건물에 15층에 투숙했습니다
소음에 예민하신 분들은 비추합니다. 소음이외에 직원분들은 모두 친절하시고 딱히 흠잡을 곳이 없습니다

완전 짱 좋아요!!

호텔에 메일을 보내면 연락이 늦는 경우가
대부분이라고 하던데 메일도 보내는대로
바로 받아보았어요.
그래서 내가 원하는걸 다 들어주었고
늦은 체크인이였는데도 불구하고
사람은 항시 대기였어요. (의외로 호텔예약하고 늦는 경우 자고 있는 호텔 사람들이 많더라구요!
제 친구는 호텔 문까지 닫겨있었다는....)
제방은 샤워기에 물도 콸콸
또 로얄 로터스에 근무하는 Khanh 이라는 친구는
영어를 잘 못하는 나에게
번역기를 돌리고 글자를 써서 보여주고
소통하려고 해주었어요! 완전 대박!!
또 음식점도 소개시켜주었고
맛있는 커피집까지...
매우 친철했어요.
또 웃는 모습이 귀엽답니다.
ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
미소가 예쁜 친구였어요.
보고있는 사람 기분 좋을정도로!!!
조식을 먹지않은 저에게
조식당에 데려가서 소개도 시켜주었고
제가 먹을수 있는것과 맛있는것을 알려주었어요.
(고수랑 향채 또 베트남음식을 그렇게 좋아하지않아 조식은 신청하고도 잘 안먹는 저도 완전 잘먹을정도였답니다.)
다른 호텔리어도 친절했지만
그 중에서 khank가 제일...
제가 가서 좋아할것만 같은 곳만 소개 시켜주어서
가서 완전 즐겁게 즐기다가 왔어요!!!
베트남가면 살빠져서 오는데...
이번에는 살이 쪄서 돌아왔다는 ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ헝

아! 이 말을 빼먹을뻔 했는데
생일날도 아니고 다가오는 생일을 맞이하여
여행을 왔다고 했는데 Khanh은 저에게 잊지못할
추억을 선물해주었어요.
케이크와 사진 선물 생일축하노래
진짜 완전 감동받아서 눈물까지 흘렸잖아요. 저

이런 호텔 이런 직원이 또 어디있겠어요.
다낭을 4번이나 여행갔는데
이렇게 행복한 여행은 처음 이였어요.
이렇게 친철한 호텔 직원도 처음 이구요!
다 Khanh 덕분이예요.

다음에 또 다낭을 여행한다면
나는 묻지도 따지지도 않고
무조건 로얄로터스에서 숙박을 할거예요.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되어 있습니다.
조식에 쌀국수에 벌레가 있어서 불쾌했는데 체크아웃시 매니져께서 그일에 대해 이야기 듣고 마무리 서비스를 잘해주셔서 매우 만족합니다.
