Where you want to stay in Da Nang

A fantastic stay. Staff are terrific as is the breakfast buffet. Room had everything that I could want and the bed was comfortable with a mattress topper. Situated within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, in the hustle and bustle, but the hotel itself is quiet. The Risemount is my new home in Da Nang

이 호텔에 머무는 것은 매우 행복한 일이었습니다. 직원들이 친절했고 특히 TRAN 이르는 직원은 너 무 친절하게 모든것을 해주어서 감사했습니다. 호텔의 여로 장점이 있지만 무엇보다 샤워기 필터를 한국식으로 미리 설치해 놓은 것이 마음에 들었어요. 저는 피부가 민감해서 샤워기필터를 가지고 다니는데(한국사람은 다 아는 다이소 제품) 이곳 호텔에는 미리 설치가 되어 있어서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 세심한 배려에 호텔의 마인드를 느낄수 있어요

Average Stay with Room for Improvement

Feb 2024: Great location with an average stay. We felt that it was slightly overpriced. The hotel itself has a charming and photogenic appearance, closely resembling the pictures online.

We booked a Jr Suite, but were disappointed to find that it lacked a separate living room and office, which are typically expected in such accommodations. Instead, there was only a large chair that accommodates just one and a half persons. Additionally, we encountered issues with several outlets in the room, even after using the hotel's adapter. The bathroom door, constructed with wooden slats, lacks privacy as it allows visibility through them, and the water from the faucet stinks. Furthermore, the restriction of only two bottles of water per day necessitated additional purchases.

While the breakfast provided was acceptable, it did not live up to the deliciousness mentioned in other reviews.

Despite these shortcomings, we appreciated the prompt resolution of an issue with our AC unit during the night. The staff upgraded us to a larger room, which was a gesture we valued.

Positives:
Big, comfy beds in a clean room.
Restocked with water bottles each day.
Power shower and a long, sunken bath.
Wide range of choice at breakfast. Food was tasty and replenished regularly.
Great location to beach (10min walk away), shops, bars, restaurants etc.
Lots of multilingual TV channels for down time. Even a TV set up in the lobby showing World Cup fixtures!
Helpful staff aided us in renting a scooter, making it very easy and stress free.
Room came with a 200k drinks voucher which we used at the bar. Good variety of alcohoic and non-alcoholic options.
Happy hour prices very competitive.
One pleasant afternoon tea was included with the room rate.

Negatives:
Constant music at front of property can be heard through rooms.
Noisy sports centre behind property, constant use of tannoy system is disruptive as early as 7am in the morning.
Downstairs pool was out of service for 3 days due to private pool parties.
Upstairs pool lacked music, a bar and service.
Staff jet washed the patio in front of our room at midnight, which was particularly inconsiderate.
Randomly at breakfast another guest left a bag of rubbish on the seat opposite me. I know this has nothing to do woth the hotel, but it was certainly disgusting. Another customer sat on our patio chairs to pose for pictures without asking. Again, nothing to do with the hotel, but staff didn't do much to prevent these things from happening. It was a bit like a free for all.

Amazing stay, nothing to fault.
Location was close to shops, food and easy to travel in and out of.
Food and drinks at the hotel was great, we even had their special Friday Live Seafood BBQ outdoors with live music.
Two choices of pools to swim in, bonus!
Overall amazing stay, we had the Duplex room, which was very clean, huge and more than enjoyable. Two very large rooms and a living and kitchen area, best for 2 couples of friends!
Thanks for the enjoyable stay!
(Special note to the hotel staff at reception, they helped with booking activities, cars, transfers and everything in between, thanks for the amazing service!)

It was an amazing experience for us. The service was great, although not all the staff understood English, they were helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. There was a range of choices - Vietnamese or western, and they offered authentic Vietnamese coffee too! Lovely hotel, would definitely recommend it.

The resort is located right at the main road which leads to the beach. However, nearby the resort, the selection of shops or coffee houses or eateries are not great..Read about the resort reviews of the poor soundproof.. they are real. We were lucky to be away from the restaurant side hence no draggy tables /chairs but yet, we could hear loud music ,playing from the roof bar.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Great pool view. Service was adequate. Check in was slow. The major negative was we were on the 3rd floor. The 4th floor is where 6:00 am breakfast news starts. I could hear tables being moved, a woman in heals walking everywhere. Just avoid the 3rd floor and your stat will be awesome.

We stayed for two nights, we were happy with the location as it is very convenient to restaurants and cafes, but the stay was a bit restless due to the very poor sound proofing walls and floor. You can literally hear everyone walking or talking outside your room. The drainage of the shower was really bad, it will flood if you take a bath longer than 5 mins.

From the first day we arrived, we were impressed by how wonderful the hote staff were. The concierge are always watchful of what happens around the hotel. Our receptionist Lan patiently assisted us when arranging our taxi from the Hotel to Ba na hills and Hoi An. The waiters are beyond lovely. Nga from the restaurant was so also great when sharing information about Danang. Everyone working at the hotel is efficient and kind.

The resort remains new and clean. The place very comfortable and pleasant at first sight. Every staff we met in the resort puts on a smile and are very courteous. However only a few able to converse in simple English at the front desk reception. The bed is room is soft and not firm enough for sleeping comfort. As for the resort location, it is not too far from the beach and seafood galore fronting the street and is within walking distance. Overall everyone in the family enjoyed the stay!

8 of us stayed at the risemount for 7 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We had a room overlooking the pool, which was bright and airy. Both pools were a pleasure to swim in. The breakfast. choice was excellent, something for everyone. The staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, warm and helpful. The free mini bar was an added bonus and the spa massage invigorating. Would highly recommend

Overall a very pleasant experience. Staffs in the hotel are definitely the strongest asset, especially the checkin staff Miss Lan. She went above and beyond her duty by organizing our day trips to Hoi An and Hue, from transportation to recommendation of restaurants and things to do. She is always courteous and genuine, probably one of the best hotel staffs I've ever met.
Regarding the room, our family stayed in the duplex residence. It's very spacious and overall nicely finished. However, there are 2 things which definitely need to improve on right away. First, there're few fixed windows and bathroom glass wall have no curtains. So there's no way to black out the room for sleep and we're forced to wake up everyday at sunrise. Secondly, sound proofing is close to none. Very loud PA from the military compound next door broadcasts everyday at 5am and 730am. We could even hear the footsteps from outside. Other than that, the hotel is beautifully furnished and presents good value.

Fantastic hotel with everything needed!

Hotel was lovely with all facilities. Breakfast was great with a wide section of choices. The hotel met all our needs especially as we were travelling with our 1 year old. We felt very relaxed and staff were all great! Location was good for the beach and also to local shops, restaurants etc.

Will be back again!

Staff were amazing, greeted my family and I ever morning and throughout the day! The resorts facilities were great, two amazing pools plus a gym what more could you ask for! Our room was clean with a beautiful spacious bathroom whilst the food at the restaurant was excellent such high standards! Reception was great, guided us with all the info we needed to know to tour Da Nang best spots. The resort was close to the beach about a 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone as my family and I will certainly be back :)

Nice, new hotel

The free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is nice. The driver was pleasant. This hotel is walking distance to the public beach. My kids and I stayed 2 nights and only slept in the room. The room is a good size. Everything is clean and new. It rained so we did not get to use the swimming pool. the kid's playroom is small and adequate. Breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay here again.

Vi bodde på hotellet i 2 uker (2 voksne og 2 barn). Kunne trengt oppgradering av hotellet da det ikke tilsvarer 5 stjerners. Men allikevel så føler vi at oppholdet har vært fantastisk da servicen på denne hotellet er verdt mer enn de 5 stjernene. Frokosten var tilpasset for folk flest. Noe er veldig godt og noe ikke sånn er det bare. Barna synes bassenget var fantastisk. De stengte bassenget kl 19.00 og ikke 21.00. Med god grunn da det er alt for lytt i rommene og man kan nesten høre alt fra det andre rommet og utenfor. Vi bodde rett ved bassenget og superfint når man har barn. Dersom man får tildelt rommet i høyere etasjer så vil det nok være mindre bråk. Alt i alt var vi fornøyde og barna hadde et fantastisk opphold.

無料でアップグレードして下さった。部屋は普通。部屋もサービスも5つ星ホテルのクオリティではなく、4つ星か、せいせい4.5星レベル。快適という程ではない。ただ、トイレとバスルームがちゃんとそれぞれドアがあり、天井まで区切られているのは良い。
シャワーは最初は熱いが、どんどんぬるくなる。
バルコニーのドアの閉め方が分からなかったので、スタッフを呼んだが、とても態度が悪い。何度も乱暴に部屋のベルを鳴らし、酔っ払いのような私服の男性スタッフが来て、嫌だった。
1階のプールは小さいが、リゾート感がある。
ホテル自体は、海から遠い。コストパフォーマンスも別に良くない。
ダナンは、もっと良いホテルが沢山あるので、ここは一度泊まれば十分。

4泊利用しました。概ね問題なく快適でしたが、3泊目の夜にホテルに戻ったら、鍵のロックが破損して床に落ちていました。
恐らく清掃の際に破損していたのだと思いますが、チェックアウトの際に修理代を請求されました。1500円ほどでしたので支払いはしましたが、上記理由を手続きスタッフに説明したにも関わらず、修理費用を請求してくる姿勢は変わらずでした。
ただ、その場にいたスタッフ全員が何度も申し訳なさそうに謝るので、もういいかな。という妥協で支払いしました。
その他はとても素晴らしいホテルだったと思います。

덕분에 편안한 다낭 시내 여행이었습니다

아이들 포함 5명이 2박 숙박했습니다. 본 건물이 아닌 측면(?) 건물 2층이었는데 짐을 들고 옮기는게 큰 일이었습니다. 물론 짐은 다 들고 옮겨주셨습니다. 숙소는 깔끔하고 침구도 좋았는데 샤워실의 물 배수가 잘 되지 않았습니다. 조식포함이었는데 본 건물의 4층에서 여러가지 음식으로 아침을 든든하게 먹을수 있었습니다. 또한 서빙해주시는 분들과 매니저분들이 매우 친절하셨습니다. 일행 중 숙박일과 생일이 겹치는 날이 있었는데 생일 축하노래도 틀어주고 함께 축하해주셨습니다. 위치도 공항도 가깝고 근처관광지도 가까워서 그랩도 잘 잡히고 편안하게 여행했습니다

다낭 첫여행 리조트 라이즈마운트 만족하고갑니다!

8/4~8/8일까지 라이즈마운트 리조트에 묵었습니다
해변도 도보 10분내 거리이고 리조트 주위에
소규모마트,로컬슈퍼,ATM,카페등 편의시설이있어
편했습니다 리조트 직원분들 모두 친절하셨고
가끔 필요한물품 있어 매니져님께 톡하면 바로 처리해
주셨습니다 수영장도 아이들 놀기에 충분하나 4층인
조식식당층 수영장은 내부공사중이라 닫아놨네요
조식은 간단히 먹을만합니다 조식은 조식이지 호텔뷔페가 아니니까요^^ 겨울여행도 다낭으로 생각중인데
다낭으로 온다면 또 올겁니다 라이즈마운트!ㅎ

근무하시는 분들의 친절함 정말 좋았습니다. 그리고 조식도 다양한 음식이 많아서 아침부터 기분좋게 해주었네요. 객실내 쇼파 등의 먼지 등이 정리가 되지 않은 부분은 아쉬웠습니다. 가족여행에는 좋은 곳이라고 생각합니다.

親子５人で２ベッドルームの部屋を利用。下がリビングとキッチン、上に寝室と２つのバスルームというメゾネット形式の部屋でした。広くて清潔なお部屋で、部屋の中に階段がある！と子どもたちが大喜び。
２カ所プールがあり、２カ所はフロントを通り抜けた中庭。我が家は利用しませんでしたが、いつもきれいに掃除されていて快適そうでした。プールの脇に小さいですがおもちゃのあるキッズルームがあります。
朝食バイキングは洋食寄りですがベトナム料理や和風・中華風もあり。パンコーナーが充実しているのと、小さなパンケーキが用意されているので子どもたちに大好評でした。もちろんあたたかいフォーや目玉焼き・オムレツ等卵料理の提供も。
立地は普通の街中なので、海辺をリゾートをイメージしているとびっくりするかも。１２月で海水浴の予定は全くなかったのでいいのですが……。ダナン中心部までは毎回タクシーを利用しました。

산토리니 같은 깔끔한 호텔

도착하면 산토리니에 온 기분. 룸컨디션 좋아요. 욕실 사이가 좀 아쉬웠고 물이 좀 시원하게 잘 안나왔어요. 근처 미케비치 가깝고 맛집들이 많아요. 수영장은 아이이들과 놀기 좋았어요. 조식은 그냥 평범한것 같지만 신랑은 좋았다네요. 주변에 음악소리 쿵짝쿵짝 끊임없이 들렸지만 노이즈는 아니네요.

전체적 으로 분위기도 너무 좋고 가족 여행와서 너무 잘쉬다가
가내요 리조트 호텔 청결도 엄청 좋고 깔끔합니다 룸 서비스도
너무 좋구요 불편하거나 하면 친절하게 도와주시고 설명해주셔서
너무 좋았습니다 대체적으로 의사소통은 영어로 해야 하구요
소통에 큰 문제는 없었습니다 간혹 말이 안통하면 번역기 하면
소통되구요 개선이나 바램이라면 호탤에 한국어 소통이 되시는분이 있으시면 하는 바램 입니다 건물도 너무 이쁘고 너무 좋아요
호탤 조식은 대체적으로 무난하고 맛도 좋았구요 음식 맛있었습니다
다낭가면 다음에 또 오고싶은곳 이에요 추천합니다

다낭에 두번째 여행이었습니다
조식은 정말 맛있구요
주변엔 도로가 바로 앞에 있어서
공기가 좋진 않았습니다
매연때문에 셋다 목이 아파서

Should have better option for same price

The interior design is good. Overall cleanliness is acceptable. However, the wifi connection is poor, can't even load one web page. We contacted the staffs for help but didn't improve at all.

The staffs are generally friendly and polite but not too helpful. We were told breakfast would be served on 4/F on arrival and then it was served on 1/F on the next day! We later found out that they had event on 4/F, so they temperately served on 1/F. Not a big deal to go where for breakfast but definitely not a good impression as they could just tell us clearly on arrival.

In addition, they threw away my friend's shoe bag and couldn't be found. While we were check out, they told us we have used the bottle of water in mini bar which we actually didn't. We tried to explain but didn't work. Given that not a big amount of money so we paid to settle. Again, this is not a good experience.

수영장4층은 아이들에게 놀기 안성맞춤. 구명조끼 구비. 다만 시끄러운게 단점. 1층 수영장을 독점해서 쓸수 없었고 시끄러웠는데 업그레이드해줌. 직원들 친절함. 메니저께서 친절했음. 영어를 직원들이 잘하는 편이었음.레스토랑 와인들이 칠링이 전혀 안되있음. 무료셔틀은 1일전 예약해야함. 공항에서 호텔까지 09:45/16:00/18:00 호텔에서 공항까지 09:15/15:00/18:00. 시내랑도 가까운편이고 근처 vinmart와 ATM있음

호텔이 너무 돈만 밝힌다는 느낌이 많이 들었다.
어찌보면 추가 서비스를 요구하면 돈을 더 달라는게 당연한것일수도 있지만.
우리가 휴향지로 가면 호텔들에서 업그레이드나 조식등 이런저런거로 잘해줄꺼 같은데
이용하지도 안았는데 요금청구하고 그래서 기분이 별로었음

좋음

다낭에서 이틀동안 묵었는데 좋았어요 깨끗하고 로비 사람들도 친절했어요. 저희는 벌레도 못 봤고 에어컨도 잘 나오고요 ㅎㅎ 화장실이 블라인드를 내려야 하긴하지만.. 서로 안보면 되니까요ㅋㅎ 수영장도 좋았지만 락스 냄새가 좀 나여..ㅠ 그래도 위치는 미케비치까지 걸어서 5-10분 안으로 계속 직진만하면 비치 나와요! 잘 쉬다 갑니다~! thank you❤️

ジュニアスイートバルコニープールビュー (Twin)に大人２名、子供２名で泊まりました。部屋も広く地中海風のインテリアで可愛いかったです。深夜に到着だったので、空港までお迎えをリクエストしたら、豪華な車でお迎えに来てくれました。(2万ドン）部屋に着いた早々、日本から持っていったコンセントの変換プラグの種類を間違えて差し込んでしまい、ヒューズを飛ばしてしまいましたが、すぐに対応して頂けました。食事やツアーの予約をフロントでお願いしたり、いろんな要望にも親切に対応してくれました。１Fのプール前の部屋だったので、出入りも楽でプールから濡れたままでも部屋に直行できるので、子連れには助かりました。ホテルの前にランドリーもある小さな商店でビールやお菓子を購入して、ランドリーも１kg100円ほどで利用できて便利でした。夜もプールに入れるので、子供はプールバーでジュースを飲んで喜んでました。このホテルにして正解でした。

솔직히 평들이 좋아서 그거보고 예약햇는데 너무실망하고 왓습니다 조식도별로 직원들의 친절두 별로
수영장만 아이들이좋아한거 말곤 없네요
이틀다른데서 숙박하고 2틀을 라이즈마운트에있었는데 라이즈마운트가 더 비쌋지만 먼저묵은 숙소보다 모든면에서 별로라고 느끼고왔습니다 추천 안해요
