Staff were fine. Breakfast was ok but as far away from British as you would expect. Aussie Bistro Down the road shows sports. My Wife used the Nail bar directly opposite and rated it.

Our overall experience has been alright not terrible however there are some areas that could have been better.

Let start with the shower designed, it was quite odd where the shower was half covered and water was spilling everywhere. Going to the toilet was inconvenient because the toilet is connected to shower so the floor was always wet. The hot water was never consistent it would be hot and cold every 5 seconds.

Laundry service was okay but upon proper examination, clothes were still soiled. I would give this service 3/5 but smelled good and wrinkles were taken care of.

All in all, staffed are extremely helpful and friendly. They helped carried our luggage to our room and made sure we were taken care of.

Nice, spacious rooms with good amenities (towels, bathroom necessities, hairdryer etc). Walkable distance from the beach and some nice restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Unfortunately, our stay left us a bit shaken as on the 2nd and last night, we were awoken at 2.30am from loud screaming and crying from a neighbouring room which went on for at least half an hour. We tried calling reception (which we understood to be 24/7) multiple times during this period only for the phone to ring but remain unanswered. We were very concerned. The next morning, sleep-deprived, we reported this to the reception and were informed that the staff handling the night shift was busy with a late night check in and hence not able to respond to the calls to the reception. This explanation is also concerning, as it is evident that there is no contingency or back up plan for when a staff needs to be away from the desk at night, and if there is an emergency in one of the rooms. For instance, there could have been call forwarding of reception calls to the staff's mobile phone.

It's a pity because other than this incident we could have had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Very inexpensive and clean. The hotel even offered a free breakfast buffet. It’s walkable to hundreds of restaurants. It’s also a 15-minute walk to the beach.

I recently stayed at the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel, and the experience was excellent. The guest relation team (GiGi and Nancy) had done an amazing job with checking in with guests everyday to make sure that their service meets all satisfaction. I appreciate that they asked me for feedbacks so that the hotel can work on improving their service. No other hotels have ever done that before. Their breakfast buffet is another plus. There are many many options to choose from, and all the dishes are delicious. We often opted in to have breakfast outside, but we had to eat their breakfast everyday because it’s so good!! I highly highly recommend you to stay with the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel if you have plan to stay in Da Nang because their rate is very affordable and their staff is super attentive to ensure you have the best experience while staying at the hotel.

Excellent service by all staff members from front desk to housekeeping. Nhi, the manager and Gigi the guest manager even took the time to greet us and see if we had any concerns with our stay. Breakfast options were expansive including sweet, savoury and fresh fruit/salad options. I was disappointed with my choice to stay here at all.
Very convenient to the beach, fire dragon bridge, markets and endless relaxation and beauty shops. Convenience store and laundry also very close by.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel.
Helena, Nancy, Giselle and their team of staff were super-friendly and went above and beyond what we expected, and really spoiled us. They were so attentive to ensure everything was perfect for our time in Da Nang.

The room was cleaned every day and the bed was really comfortable. It was quiet and we slept very well.

The hotel is located about eight-minute walk from My Khe beach and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby to suit every budget and taste, including Japanese, Korean, local and Western foods.

The breakfast was excellent and offered a big selection of dishes so there was something for everyone.

The rooftop swimming pool was great for cooling down on a hot day and the massage we had in the spa was amazing.

The rooms were mostly clean. Beds were good and there were the usual amenities of a table and TV in the room. The bathroom needed minor repairs as the hand held showerheads and hose leaked.

Bathroom is open concept with an open door separating the bathroom from the rest of the suite. A glass pane separated the shower area from the toilet.

My stay was nothing short of AMAZING. From the front desk staff, Tracy, to the guest relations team, Nhi Nancy and Gigi, I was given the best hospitality in Da Nang. The food is superb and the location is ideal. Extremely walkable area, safe and in the midst of everything you need. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The room is clean and comfortable. The air-conditioned worked exceptionally well, which was much appreciated after a day in the sun. My massage was exceptional, so much so that I went back a second time! I enjoyed my stay at Grand Sunrise Boutique and will gladly stay there again when in Da Nang. The service and accommodation cant be beat! At a cost that is affordable.

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I asked them for food recommendations and they always gave the tastiest ones! They were also super helpful with helping us book taxis when we couldn’t find any cars available on grab and were knowledgeable about all the events and peak traffic hours so that we were well informed when going out. The room was gorgeous and we loved our view and the spaciousness of the room. I definitely will be coming here again on my next trip to Vietnam!

This hotel is one of the best experiences we’ve ever had on our many travels. This is essentially because of the brilliant, friendly, smiling, courteous staff that work there.
To Gigi, Lyna, Hailey, Nancy, Helena and Mr Huong (on the 10th floor) we can’t thank you enough. Also to the guys on the ground floor👍.
We were offered our own special breakfast options ( which we didn’t even actually request) but happened anyway. We were also offered afternoon tea😂 My wife wasn’t feeling well at one point which the staff noticed and hot ginger tea appeared out of nowhere. Nothing was too much trouble. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.

We were very happy with our decision to stay here from Day 1. The staff, Gigi, Lyna, Nancy, Nhi, and Helena, went out of their way to make sure we were happy, and had everything we needed. Gigi always wanted to make sure we had the kind of food we wanted to eat at their FREE Breakfast Buffet. The Buffet is located on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the city. My Wife and I got a Full Body Massage at the Hotel Spa, while our 8 year old daughter was getting a Foot Massage. The hotel is very close to Da Nang Beach, with lots of shopping and places to eat within walking distance. If you need to go farther, you can take a Grab Car at an extremely low rate compared to what we’re used to, and they always arrive within 5 minutes.
I definitely recommend the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

We extended the stay in Sunrise hotel 4 more nights, as we really liked the place. The price to quality ratio is really great. We really enjoyed the pool on the top floor which felt like a private one as people are rarely there. It also had some nice sea view. The breakfast was great for the price. We enjoyed scrambled eggs and omelettes, fruit and juices every day, it always had a fair selection of food and some food varied daily, which was good. We stayed in a room with two beds and it worked very well for us. The room wasn't too big but it was enough for us. The staff were always nice and helpful. It's less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants. We would recommend staying in Sunrise hotel!

ダナン最終日、遅いフライトだった為、リゾートホテルチェックアウト後に、子供達をしっかりとお昼寝させる為に利用しました。フライトまでのデイユーズでしたが、一泊料金を払っても、値段がお手頃だったので良かったです。部屋は日本のビジネスホテル並みのサイズですが、綺麗に清掃してあり、しっかり仮眠できて良かったです。ただホテル近くにカラオケ屋があるのか、その音が少しうるさかったのと、ホテル内のプールが使えない事が残念でした。ホテル内に併設のSPAもあるので、子供達が昼寝している間に夫婦で交代でマッサージを受けましたが、カラオケの騒音の為リラックスは充分にはできませんでした。徒歩圏内に人気のシーフードのレストランやお土産屋さんもあるので最終日のショートステイには良かったです。

The staff was amazing, Gigi, Leena, and Luquin were mostly who I dealt with and I would now consider them friends as they made my stay ultra positive and fun as they were very professional and cared about my stay at their hotel and city. Even the other staff who I hardly saw were awesome as well, not one negative thing to say. It’s a few blocks from the beach but it was still close to the water and the area was safe with lots of food around. The only reason I gave 4/5 on the property is that the gym was very small with very limited equipment.

Second time staying in this hotel, & am happy to stay again on any future visits to Da Nang. Staff are lovely & very friendly. Hotel is in a very convenient location for the beach, & a number of excellent dining options. Breakfast is a basic buffet but good. Rooms (single room last time, 3-bed room this time) are very compact, but very clean & comfortable. Pool is clean & cold, but photo-trickery make it look much bigger than it really is ;) A good place to stay, especially at the excellent rates offered.

The property was in excellent location. There were many good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The facilities at the hotel had all the services that a guest may request. And Sally the manager was right on for service and any needs of hotel guests. Thank you James

Pros and Cons

Pros: Very modern and clean compared to many other hotels the same price. Excellent value for the money. Customer service was superb.
Cons: i would reconsider the spa packages. I've been to many and this one was unorganized. I had to ask many questions in order to figure out what to do and in what order. The body scrub which was a type of mud bath was fine in the same bed you will get a massage on which i thought was unsanitary. They used an airplane pillow (most likely used by many other people) as a face and head rest instead of disposable paper towels which was also unsanitary.

Staff is helpful. She help me booked the car to ba na hills and hoi an which cheaper than booked in grab.
But for the breakfast buffet, the food was cool and the staff did not serve you proactively.
The room is clean. But little bit stink from toilet. It can solved by open a window.
In conclusion, this hotel is value for money. Around $100 for 2 nights with breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights. Excellent location. I arrived early for check in and walked a couple blocks to the beach. The morning breakfast buffet is great. In my room was a handwritten card addressed to me welcoming me. Ordering a cocktail from the rooftop pool was easy and priced reasonably. If you can’t make it to the fire-breathing dragon bridge, try looking the direction of bridge Saturday and Sunday nights at 9:pm from the 10th floor window next to buffet table.
