The hotel was located in a great area near restaurants and shopping. It was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and we had no problem communicating with anyone, even though we speak very little German. Would highly recommend the Nordsee.

Beds were as hard as the floor. Need a top sheet as it’s too hot in the rooms for a comforter. Only some rooms have AC. Our safe wouldn’t open w all of our important belongings. They had to bring in someone to break it open. Our keys didn’t work for our room on the last day. And again, the beds. Awful. But staff was very kind. Breakfast would be pretty decent for those not vegan.

The Nordsee hotel, clean, breakfast was outstanding, the internet was poor quality in my room but worked will in the lobby. My room was over the kitchen and heard and smelled everything coming out form there. The hotel is located close to many activities. I would stay there but not in the same room as this trip.

The hotel and its staff were amazingly helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. As far as amenities go I'd rate it at a European 3.5-4 stars. Definitely a great location and would definitely stay again.

Excellent location !! Bremerhaven is a very walkable city and hotel convenient to harbor, Auswandererhaus, Klimahaus, restaurants and other attractions. The included breakfast was outstanding - Kaffe, the best Brotchen mit Butter, Ruhrei, etc. Loved our room overlooking the square.
Hotel staff was superb, especially Babita and Jackie who made us feel most welcome during our first time visit to Bremerhaven.
Will go back. Thank you Nordsee Hotel for a memorable visit!

Breakfast was PERFECTION!
The hotel is attached to a quaint little cafe that serves excellent pastries and lattes and is eight in the middle of the square. The beds were nice, the hotel was very clean and updated, and the staff courtesy and demeanor was superior.
There is no AC, and it's quite noisy outside so I was a tad uncomfortable from the room being warm and not being able to open the windows. Overall, I loved my stay.

Great Location

Stayed here for 1 night while traveling on business, this was also my first time to Bremerhaven. The hotel staff is very friendly, and check-in was quick. They offer parking for a small charge behind the hotel. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also great. I would highly recommend staying a this hotel.

Das Hotel bietet eine hervorragende Ausgangslage zur Erkundung von Bremerhaven, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar sind. Das Hotel selbst wurde vor etwa zwei Jahren renoviert und präsentiert sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Unser Familienzimmer war großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück, bezogen von der angrenzenden Bäckerei, bot eine sehr gute Auswahl und Qualität. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Matratze war sehr hart, aber auf Nachfrage habe ich einen Topper erhalten und dann war es sehr bequem.
Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Einziger Makel: einer der beiden Fahrstühle war außer Betrieb, so dass man zu bestimmten Zeiten recht lange warten musste.

I did enjoy a short stay in the hotel next to the columbus center. The check in was fast and staff is very friendly and helpful. Die Businesszimmer kosten nur 10EUR mehr - uns das sind sie m.E. Wert. Die Größe, die Boxspringbetten, die Einrichtung, die Funktion aller Gegenstände usw. - alles i.A.
Wichtig ist, dass die Gäste, die sich morgens an die Rezeption wenden mit einem strahlenden \"Guten Morgen!\" angesprochen werden - das fehlte ein wenig. Und ... der Speck, der ja häufig zum Rührei genommen wird, war entschieden zu dunkel, also etwas verbrannt. Aber das ist stöhnen auf ganz hohem Niveau. Ansonsten: Alles prima!

Zimmer war groß genug für 1 Person. Kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden und Bad war modern. Leider keine wirkliche Klimafunktion für den Sommer, sondern nur Gebläsefunktion. Parkplätze für 7 Euro die Nacht akzeptabel als Kosten. Würde wieder kommen. Preislich mit 268 Euro für 2 Nächte p.P. leicht erhöht.

Der Aufenthalt war an sich super - sauber, freundlich, gutes Frühstück. Das einzige was etwas störte, waren die Betten. An sich auch bequem, allerdings waren es zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten die auseinander gerollt sind, wenn man sich in die Mitte gelegt hat. Sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Vorallem die super Lage ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr von Vorteil!

Wir waren 2 Tage im zuge einer Radtour in diesem Hotel. Super Hotel,sauber,sehr schönes Zimmer, helles Bad,super leckere Brötchen zum Frühstück, nix zu meckern.
Verstehe nicht das das Hotel nur 3 Sterne hat von mir bekäme es 4,5 Sterne. Das einzige was zu beanstanden wäre im Frühstücksraum die Sauberkeit der kaffeekannen und der Abfallbehälter. Die könnten mal erneuert werden. Jederzeit wieder,gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

フロントに1人しかいなくて、チェックインの際に電話がかかってくるとチェックイン手続きを中断して電話に出てしまうのは如何なものか。
1人しかいないのは解るが、電話に出て待たせることに対して一言詫びるくらいのことができないものなのか。
白人の客に対しても同じように対応するのだろうか。
フロントのチェックイン時の対応は、ホテルの印象に大きな影響を与えます。

Non mi era mai capitato che facessero pagare un bebè di un mese, che tra l'altro dormiva nella carrozzina, 28€ a notte.
Poi la cosa che per essere rifatti la stanza, bisogna avvisare il giorno prima la reception è pure alquanto inusuale per la categoria di hotel.

Tolle Lage in der Innenstadt, guter Startpunkt um Bremerhaven zu erkunden. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, daran könnte sich die Frühstückcrew nochmal ein Beispiel nehmen. Highlight beim reichhaltigen Frühstück sind eindeutig die Brötchen, aber 45 Minuten Zeit bis zur nächsten \"Schicht\" sind im Urlaub viel zu wenig, um das Frühstück zu genießen.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer in der ersten Etage. Betten und Zimmer insgesamt gut. Was mir etwas gefehlt hat, waren normale Vorhänge. Man kann von draußen problemlos ins Zimmer schauen und muss deswegen zum Umziehen immer ins Bad oder die Verdunklungsvorhänge zuziehen. Frühstück super Auswahl, immer alles nachgefüllt und sehr lecker. Geparkt haben wir auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz direkt um die Ecke für 4 EUR pro Tag. Fußläufig viel leckere Restaurants und kurzer Weg zu den Museen.

Ein schönes ruhiges Hotel, im Zentrum von Bremerhaven. Der Hafen und die Museen schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer sauber, modern und neu eingerichtet. Aber, das man für ein Kleinkind, das im Bett drr Eltern schläft, keine Handtücher extra braucht und beim Frühstück ein halbes Brötchen gegessen hat, noch 25€ extra verlangt, ist eine Unverschämtheit.Sehr schade.

Dårlig service men godt hotel

Vi havde booker ad 2 omgange da vi tilføj en ekstra nat og sendt en mail for at få bekræftet alt var ok med de 2 værelser og bedt om at få dem tæt på hinanden. Næste eftermiddag blev vi bedt om at skifte værelse uden forudgående varsel på en meget lidt serviceminded måde. Da vi påpegede dette var de meget ubehagelige og på i gen måde undskyldende specielt en enkelt medarbejder der ikke burde arbejde i den branche.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, und das Buffet Frühstück auch sehr lecker.

Beim Parking haben wir ein Mal kein Platz gefunden, aber ein paar Stunden später haben wir umparken können. Ich habe mich mehr Platz, nasse Handtücher und Kleider aufzuhängen, erwünscht. Vielleicht wäre Wäscheständer zum ausleihen eine Idee?

Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise super. Angefangen beim sehr freundlichen Empfang und dem super schnellen Check-In über ein super Frühstücksangebot, guten Stellplätzen für das Auto (Parkplatz außen oder Tiefgarage), einem ausreichend grosen Zimmer, welches sehr sauber und in einem modernen Zustand ist. Beim Check Out bestand sogar auf Nachfrage die Möglichkeit, das Auto auf dem Parkplatz stehen zu lassen und den Tag noch einmal effektiv zu nutzen. Wir werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen
