Very friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff, my room was available earlier than official check-in time at no additional cost. Room was spacious and bright, bed very comfortable with high quality linen. Located in a nice area with a pedestrian zone and many restaurants.

The room and the view were gorgeous, and overall it is still a fairly new place. The public areas a pretty basic and the breakfast buffet was a bit of letdown considering the price, very basic.

Perfect accommodation for business travel, generous size room with all the essential amenities and a perfect breakfast included in the room rate. Unfortunately the fitness suite was closed due to covid restrictions, but the sauna, which overlooks the riverside, was available and was exceptionally good value and most highly recommended. The surrounding fish market area has plenty of good seafood bars and restaurants. I would definitely book this hotel again if staying in Bremerhaven.

Very quiet area right on the waterway.

Right on the water! Very nice area ! You have AC but does not work well enough. Had to open window the European way but rain caused us to shut. Staff was very attentive & excellent hot buffet included in the price with local favorites.

When you are in Germany.

This hotel was great, we got in very late, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. The only littlle thing was the TV was 99 percent in German. But that is to be expected when you are in Germany.

Wonderful reliable hotel!

I had to send my daughters luggage ahead to her hotel as well as important documents for a 3 month semester at sea journey out of Germany. I was worried about safety of the bag but it was signed for and kept safe and delivered to my daughter in her arrival. So grateful they took care of her and her luggage.

Great experience. Windows open all the way...love the salty air of a port city. Room is very modern and updated. Breakfast area was large, clean, and the food was amazing to start the day.

Nice, clean, modern hotel. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and a good amount of free parking spots at the hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and multilingual. The front desk is open 24/7 and your check-in is good until 2330. The beds are typical European style. If you have to have a sheet under your duvet, bring your own. There is free unlimited wifi that is fast enough to watch shows online and video chat. There is a sauna available for a small additional charge as well as a couple of cardio machines. The front desk runs the bar so you can access it whenever you like. There is no room service or lunch/dinner available at the hotel. Breakfast, however, is amazing. It's included with your stay. It's American and European buffet style breakfast with a wide variety of foods and beverages in a nice restaurant. The shower is also very nice. Don't forget your adapters for non-euro devices!

Excellent hotel in Bremerhaven

We needed a hotel to spend a night as we were picking up our car that was shipped to Bremerhaven harbor and we we chose the Best Western. We were not disappointed at all - the staff was very friendly, the rooms clean and modern and the breakfast buffet (included in our rate) was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody needing a place to stay in Bremerhaven.

Worth Every Penny

This hotel is fantastic for the price. The staff speaks English and the rooms are pretty great. If you want the sauna/gym access you have to pay a little extra (€7 per person). The gym consists of 2 ellipticals, 1 stationary bike, and a bowflex type piece of equipment. It's in walking distance to several food places and a little shopping area. There's also a Sixt rental place literally right next door. If you're picking up a car from the seaport it's about a €15 cab ride from the hotel, and they'll call a cab for you. There's a bar on the main floor with very reasonable prices. The free breakfast is amazing. It's a full breakfast buffet style in the restaurant on the 1st floor. I would also like to recommend the Natusch restaurant. You get a free aperitif with the flyer from the hotel. It was delicious with great service (in English). Everyone was very friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong staying here!

Certainly the best Best Western I have stayed at. Nice design and clean. Right by the river, so if you reserve a river view room, you get a nice view. The restaurant also overlooks the river and it's a great way to start with breakfast. Just a few steps walk to a string of nice restaurants for lunch and dinner.

Nahe des Fischereihafens und an der Weser. Zimmer mit Riesen Scheiben und Blick auf das Wasser. Und gegenüber lag ein wrackortungs Schiff was die ganze Nacht beleuchtet war und die Maschine laufen ließ sodass schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht möglich war.

Guter Standart nicht aufs Spiel setzen

Leider werden die Kaffetassen und Trinkgläser vom Zimmer durch die Reinigungskraft im Waschbecken vom Bad/WC gespühlt. Mit welchem Lappen getrocknet? Unsauber und geht von der Hygiene her gar nicht. Eine Spühlmaschiene ist ja im Hotel vorhanden. Die Zimmerreinigung alle 4 Tage ist zu wenig. Man spart bloss das Personal und leistet so keinen Beitrag an den Umweltschutz, wie das begründet wird. Das Frühstück ist Hervorragend, Personal sehr freundlich

En fait je n'ai pas séjourné dans l'hôtel malgré la réservation, car les informations portées sur le site hotels.com étaient fausses. L'emplacement (ville) de l'hôtel ne correspondait pas avec mon besoin. Je m'en suis aperçu en arrivant sur place, donc je suis reparti sans entrer et ai cherché un autre hôtel proche de mon besoin. Het hotel heeft een mooie ligging aan de rand van het water. Gratis parkeerplaatsen en een rustige ligging. Een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Er was geen appelsap (voor onze kinderen), maar werd op verzoek gebracht (zonder extra kosten). Op loopafstand zitten diverse restaurants, een bakker en de vvv/informatiepunt (daar kun je ook fietsen huren). Het centrum (havenwelten) is 5-10 minuten rijden met de auto. Kamer schoonmaak 1x per 4 dagen, maar wel elke dag handdoeken wisselen en afval opruimen. Helemaal prima.

Fint hotell, sköna sängar, bra frukost. Perfekt med gratis parkering intill hotellet. Lugnt område, kändes tryggt. Tyvärr brist på restauranger nära, men det fanns två som kändes ok och var öppna på kvällen. Ac tog lång tid innan rummet blev svalt.

Dette er IKKE et 4**** hotel

Det var en oplevelse ud over det sædvanlige (det skal siges vi er rejsevandt), det mest positive var morgenbuffet og personale i restauranten, det var en god og mangfoldig morgenbuffet med smilende og hjælpsom personale.

Vi havde 3 overnatninger, der er kun rengøring hver 4. dag på hotellet, der skulle dog være daglig skift af de ønskede håndklæder, men dette skete først efter vi klagede over det ikke skete, her blev jeg så mødt af sur personale i receptionen, som lige kunne fortælle dette nok var en forglemmelse, ikke engang en undskyldning blev der plads til.

Vi fik heller ikke det værelse vi havde bestilt, men et mindre, der dog hedder det samme som det vi havde bestilt, men det havde kun et enkelt vindue med havudsigt, som desuden var fyldt med store måge ekskrementer, ulækkert.

Selv midt på dagen var hotelgangen faktisk mørklagt så vi dårlig kunne se om der lå noget på gulvet.

Vi vil aldrig komme tilbage hertil.

Ich hatte eine super Zeit! Tolles modernes Hotel mit mega Aussicht! Leider musste ich immer mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt fahren, aber hat nicht groß gestört! Das Frühstück war absolut der Hammer! Ich werde definitiv nochmal herkommen!

Es ist ein Hotel mit besonderer Lage direkt am Fischereihafen 1. Der Blick aus den Zimmern ist auf die Schiffe im Fischereihafen ohne jede Behinderung, sogar vom Bett aus möglich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es mehrere Restaurants. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut sortiert.

Super gelegen direkt am Wasser bis zum Zentrum sind es ca 2.9 Kilometer zu Fuß .komisch fand ich das im hotel nur alle vier Tage das Zimmer gereinigt werden sollte angeblich wegen Nachhaltigkeit .Ich habe mein Zimmer jeden Tag reinigen lassen was auch kein Problem war ,da ich das von einem hotel so erwarte .das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit

Die Rezeption rief mich 1 Stunde vor Eintreffen an, um mir mitzuteilen dass meine Bestätigte Buchung nicht klappt. Sie hätten nur noch die Sweet frei und die würde ich nicht bekommen!
Sie machten dann einen Downgreat in ein anderes Hôtel ohne Ausgleich. Die Antwort auf meine Fragen war nur ich solle froh sein überhaupt ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Ich habe im Jahr über 150 Hotelübernachtungen, aber sowas ist mir noch nie passiert. Fehler können passieren aber ich erwarte dann eine Lösung und nicht einen Anruf wo mir erklärt wird, was alles nicht geht.
