The hotel has their own brand of gin, aquevitt, etc. We bought both. During our stay We visited the Kimahouse that was located in walking distance. Highly recommended. Our room was very nice, clean with comfortable beds.

I frequent the Bremerhaven area for work. I have stayed in many hotels in the area. But once I stayed in this hotel it changed my mind about trying different hotels in the area. The staff here is great and very friendly. They really made my stay a pleasant one. The hotel is located in a very safe area and parking is available. The location is great walking distance from shopping area and restaurants

Fabulous hotel! Best breakfast we've had in Europe! Beautiful well appointed room! Wonderful pillows, however the bed was very hard! Pool was wonderful but be aware that we had an experience where 3 males were swimming and using the sauna in the nude! For this old American lady it was an eye opener! (Pun intended)! Staff was wonderful and inviting and love cation was great! The restaurant is top notch and we had our best dinner here! We have been traveling for 2 weeks and staying in many cities, this by far a very bright highlight of our trip!

The condition of this hotel was first rate. The lobby, the hallways, the pool area all terrific. But I seriously thought they forgot the mattress and I was just sleeping on the box springs. To top it off they gave me a room overlooking the construction project across the road. Not the hotels fault there is construction. Nice neighborhood and easily walk-able.

Hidden Gem with Beautiful Water Views
This is a delightful small hotel situated in a scenic country area with a lovely water view. In the center of Ruegen it is convenient to every thing, including the National Park and many bike trails. The food served in the restaurant is excellent. It serves everything but mittagessen but the evening meals are quite substantial. It has a bright modern look inside done I white and yellow. We were very comfortable here for three days. I was not feeling well when I arrived and the proprietress who speaks good English made me a special broth soup and brought it to my room. It is very near Bergen a town where you can get business and health needs met. It does not have the busy-ness of the beach towns like Baabe and Binz. You will enjoy relaxing on the quiet hillside with your water view in the same \"strandkorbs\" found on the beaches. You can also take all your meals on the large terrace if you prefer.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, and the restaurant was the best place I found to eat in the whole city. Location of the hotel is very good in terms of being near the main square and the principal shopping area. Only slight issue was that the lighting in the room itself was a little dark. Otherwise, a great deal for the price and definitely recommended.

Although the room was absurdly small, it was reasonably clean. What I loved about this hotel was the central location to the harbor area. Also, although the wi-fi cost 4 euro, it worked well in my room, which is something I can't say for ANY of the other hotels I stayed in in Germany.

Hotel is in a back street but is very quiet because of that. All the staff were extremely friendly and efficient and it was a joy to stay there.
The Restaurant was excellent and unfortunately I didnt have time to try the pool and spa.
Room was modern with most of the usual comforts, it didnt however have tea / coffee facilities in the room (there is coffee available free in reception) nor any of the usual small shampoo / conditioner etc bottles in the bathroom (it has large bottles of shower gel attached to the wall in the shower). The shower was above the bubble jetted bath.

Der 1.Eindruck ist umwerfend. Der Empfang sehr freundlich und es wird auf Wünsche eingegangen. Der Wellnessbereich sorgt für Entspannung. Das Frühstück ist traumhaft, besonders durch das Ambiente! Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, mit 2 größeren Koffern konnte man sich kaum noch bewegen. Zimmer zudem heiß, keine Klimaanlage. Die Matratze war hart. Morgens wurden ab 8:30 Uhr offenbar Bauarbeiten im Haus ausgeführt mit Bohren und Hämmern.
Das Frühstück war ok, aber nichts Besonderes.

Wir trafen ausschließlich auf sehr aufmerksames und nettes Personal, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Frühstück sehr gut. Nachdem wir uns in der ersten Nacht durch Straßenlärm (Busse und laute Automusik Freitagnachts) gestört fühlten, bekamen wir ein ruhigeres Zimmer. Sehr zuvorkommend und wirklich zu empfehlen.

Gutes Hotel mit tollem Service
Das Hotel selber ist innen sehr schön. Das Personal perfekt - egal ob am Empfang, beim Frühstück oder beim Abendessen - immer sehr freundlich und kompetent. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer auf der Straßenseite und mussten - da keine Klimaanlage - mit offenen Fester schlafen. Das wurde dann ab 6 Uhr morgens recht laut. Das Essen im Restaurant wurde in unseren Augen dem selbst auferlegten Anspruch nicht ganz gerecht - schade. Leckere Weine und ausgesuchte Spirituosen haben mehr als entschädigt.
