Front desk person at evening check in was unwelcoming. A/C in room didn’t work. Reported it as soon as I found out. Property was not full, could have offered another room but didn’t. Maintenance guy knocked on door at 9:45pm, after a long day of driving and hiking we just wanted to go to sleep. Checked out next morning at 7:00am after deciding to go elsewhere. Morning front desk gal was friendlier, told me to take it up with Expedia for a refund. When Expedia called property the would not refund the 2nd night stay. Would not recommend this property. Rooms could use some updating and had a musty smell to it. For the price I paid I was very disappointed.

I abandoned my nonrefundable room because it was so gross. The flip lever lock was seemingly ripped off the door. I asked the staff about the man living in a school bus on the road adjacent to the parking lot and he said “oh yea, he’s a regular nothing to worry about.” The grounds were filthy which indicated to me the cleanliness of the room I did not stay in.

When we arrived in the room there were no cups but the front desk person was helpful in getting them to us. He also lent us an iron so we could press the clothes that we brought to wear at a formal occasion. The hotel looked like it had see better days and the room was clean but sloppily painted

Just ok. Clean and decent. Laughed when I realized the interior paint scheme was ketchup and mustard. Poor WiFi. Between two of the busiest streets in Port Angeles: NB and SB highway 101 so expect noise. Fair amount of homeless activity in the area. Well located to other things, NP, wharf, shopping, all within a short drive. Plenty of good food choices within 5 minutes drive.

The room was satisfactory but there was some trash in the room when we checked in. The direct tv wasn't working properly and the wifi password they gave me didnt work. When i asked about it they said it was probably because they were so full.

Our room wasn't ready when we came to check in so they gave us another room. The bath fan was stuck running with no knob to turn it off. The bathroom door wouldn't close. They gave us another room. The toilet ran off and on continually, I had to take a waste basket from the previous room, the coffee maker and microwave both didn't work. The staff at the desk were ok.

My husband and I were running behind for check-in due to taking our kiddos to the irrigation festival fireworks. The gentleman who was running the front desk was amazing and communicated with us. We arrived just before 11pm when they were supposed to close the front desk, but he was more than willing to stay later and even figure out how to mark us as a late check-in if we were past 11:30pm. Definitely will stay again if needed.

It was extremely loud well past midnight from neighbors with loud music plus a leaf blower in the parking lot at 9 pm. Also a dog was barking for hours. Items didn’t work well in the unit like the shower. The nightstands are falling forward and items slide right off. The shower curtain is too small. It was miserable the entire time. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is between 2 busy roads so getting in and out you want to make sure you leave the parking lot on the right side. When checking in, was told \"dont stain the towels\", thought that was odd until we got in the room and saw the sign for what not to use their towels on. Also, there are signs outside and in the room saying they are not responsible for stollen or damaged items, with all the signs I did not feel comfortable leaving any of our stuff in the room while we were out sightseeing. There was a reason it was cheaper priced.

It was middle weekday. No one was really at the property so there was a lot of availability. They gave me some second floor back room. The first
Floor rooms appeared available. It was a minor convenience thing. Room was clean. Water was hot. It’ll do if you just need a place to crash for the night.

Checked in on an exceptionally crappy weather day into a room that felt like a nice warm hug. Actual coffee pot (not single cup size!!!) with actual Folgers coffee. Bathroom was pleasantly spotlessly clean. Hot water was hot, cold water was cold. Bed was soft but had some firmness to it.

Felt like home away from home.

The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use some touch-ups with the caulking, but the shower/bathtub and toilet were clean. There is a door seperating them from the sink area which is convenient for privicy. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room which is nice to have, although the fridge doesn't have a freezer. We didn't see very much of the staff during out stay, but they were pleasant and courteous while we were checking in. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay especially considering the price point.

This may not “look” like a good place to stay but let me you… it is clean and well staffed. The people are very thoughtful and kind. If you forget to grab plastic ware to eat something in your room there are plastic ware in the lobby. Pets are allowed for a small fee. If you use a travel app you’ll find very reasonable prices.

The desk man really helped out saved the day by letting us check in late which was super awesome amazing but the housekeeping could be more attentive there was a bunch of gunk in the corners and edges of the room and nightstands. Also the coffee maker had stale food pieces in it and the heat took a while to kick in and the glass covering the small table was very dusty between the surfaces. The couch arm had a decent sized burn hole in it but there isn't much they can do for that

We arrived to a room with dirt marks all of walls, doors, and tables. Our bed had no blanket or comforters on it- only a sheet for us to use in the middle of January. When we asked the front desk for a blanket, we were told they only had sheets. I slept with a towel as a blanket lol.

Lots of parking and close to our room door. Overall the facility was nice and clean but the hot tub was not functioning which was disappointing. No biggie though. Our only real negative was the front desk staff. When I called ahead of our check in, the woman on the phone didn’t seem to want to help me, was short and ignored my question, it seemed, to make a point that I was bothering her. Then when we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk didn’t say hello, but greeted us with, “Reservation?” and “Name?” Not very welcoming, but I wouldn’t have thought as much of it if the first representative wasn’t so rude. I think the front desk staff could work on their friendliness and helpfulness - this is what most travelers come to expect from hotels, as it is literally the hospitality business.

Last resort. The bathroom was dirty, we did not use the comforter or blanket but went to Walmart and bought a fleece blanket instead. The air conditioner wouldn't work; they knew it but came up and did something to make it come on. It's either off or on. No adjustment to the temperature.

The lining of one of the window curtains had chunks out of it so light came through the holes. We considered making a 👀.

There's not a restaurant on property.

The internet is unusable. It constantly stops working. This hotel has known about this issue for many years based on the numerous complaints from customers. You pay good money to be able to use amenities listed and you count on those amenities for work related needs, when the internet does not work it is more than just an inconvenience, it can be detrimental to your job. The hotel should not list wifi as an amenity until they do something to fix this ongoing issue. As I write this review I have lost internet connection several times; simply unacceptable!
