We had to use a flashlight to find our room as all outside lighting was off. Then the switch beside the entry door didn't turn any light on. This was followed by discovering the TV facedown on the dresser.
The helpful staff gave us a different room and it was also in need of repair. The floorboards were actually breaking apart and we were tracking debris from that all over the room. The bathtub faucet ran constantly and the spray had completely soaked the bathmat.
The beds were fine and had clean linen and towels were also clean.
The staff was very helpful but obviously facing issues keeping maintenance done.

The in-the-room spa/jacuzzi was a completely different one than shown in the photo. It was very poor quality and most of the floor in the room was water damaged.

In fact, the picture on your website shows an entirely different room. It was extremely disappointing and disgusting.

I like the front desk guy. He was very nice and very helpful. The parking was easy. The Jacuzzi was great. It just needs to be updated. fix the floor. I almost tripped over that piece that was broken a few times. I’d hate to see someone get hurt all in all was a good day thank you. Very noisy all night long and didn’t sleep much.

The potholes were deep and large, the brokendown RV on blocks was a prominent feature of the parking lot. The floor of the room was sticky. The top cover of the bed was stained (I hope permanently) and our room was graced with a direct beam of the parking lot light that was as bright as the sun, and we had no clothes pins to firmly close the drapes.

Parking is a joke. The rooms are hodge posted together. The hot tub room is laughable. The “hot tub” is a big bathtub with whirlpools the water came out brown and the jet covers popped off. The mirrors around the hot tub were broken and shattered the steps were high and it was pretty dangerous.

They are making an effort on to property. Power washing occurred for hours, hopefully in an effort to future paint job? Room had damaged door trim, hopefully fixed in the future. The beds are comfortable, but on squeaky metal frames. Spot lights glared all night, black out curtains mostly helped.

There is no pool here, for the last night of my stay i paid online when I went down to the office they told me that Expedia has not been paying them for the guests that paid online and I would have to pay them directly if I wanted to stay. I explained that I would not be able to do that as I had already paid Expedia for the stay. He told me in this case they would make an exception but only for this one time. Why aren't they getting paid Expedia? I will say to anyone wanting to book here to please select the pay at the property option. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled by the property. Do better Expedia!

Absolutely Disgusting. When we arrived, I needed to use the restroom. The toilet had bodily fluids all over it and human waste inside of it. The shower was also dirty. When I went to put my things in the dresser, there was fuzzy mold on the drawer. When I turned the heater on, it pumped the room full of mold smell. It was late and we just needed a place to sleep so we slept on top of the covers with no heat. Would recommend this place to no one. I would have been better off sleeping in my car and finding a gas station to use the restroom. Ive had a cough for three days since.

The room was pretty ran down , there was cracks in the floor the tub was dirty , the shower looked dirty, and there was blood stains on the sheets and one of the pillow cases. The room just wasn’t very clean at all. And it looked very cheaply fixed or remodeled, for $120 a night I would think it would have been alot better. It was quiet and private so that was nice.

Place is really out dated, the door did not seal fully could see light coming in from around the door.
The shower was bad. Very short as in i am 6 foot and it was hitting me below the arm pits. The shower head sprayed water all over so i had to put a washcloth on it to keep it from soaking the floor.
Bathroom was too small maybe 24 sq ft.

Will not stay here again

I didn't sleep well because my sinuses were really bothering me. Thought the room looked clean, there must have been dust or animal dander on the bedspeard because I was congested and wheezing by morning. I was looking forward to taking a hot bath in the tub, but there was no plug for the tub. I ended up showering, and my clean feet were dirty by the time I walked from the bathroom to my clothes on the bed. My guess is that the floor was swept, but not mopped. I had booked two nights, but only stayed for one of them.

This Hotel is maybe a half a step up from a motel 6. Pictures look much better than the actual room. Cheap upgrades. Paint over damaged walls and new laminate over very uneven floors. Insanely bright lights outside all the rooms, which wouldn’t be bad, but the blackout curtains are in no way sufficient to block out the brightness. So you will not be sleeping in a dark room. The bed was ok, but it sits on a cheap metal frame. The bathroom was tiny, which was also a huge disappointment because we were led to believe we were getting a room with a hot tub. The tv was a good size and the channel options were fairly good. If you’re someone just looking for a bed and can sleep anywhere, there are probably a lot worse places in Aberdeen. However, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The young lady in the hotel lobby was friendly.

My friends room had a leaking refrigerator, a missing smoke alarm and a sketchy hind on the door that looked like it got broken into before. They even gave us a room that we didn’t even book online. The hotel is next to a correction center. The service was terrible. It was different to even try to get a full refund. I was able to but my fiends weren’t able to.

Staff was really nice. I liked the convenience store they have. Our floor was \"sweating\" making it slick. The shower was so dirty we opted to use a wet towel and wipe off instead. Toilet was incredibly small for some reason? Beds were comfortable enough. King size was a plus. However, i was sweating all night due to the plastic sheets. It is what it is. A cheap hotel. We got exactly what we wanted out of this, a place to stay. Only really disappointing thing was the dirty shower and we only had 1 towel. Im sure we could have asked for another one but we decided to wait until we got home.

Not a happy experience. I paid $80.00 for the room which was a great price through Expedia. Once I got there I asked for a room on the lower level to help with unloading equipment, and the day clerk asked me to return at 3:00, because check-in was at 3:00, unless I wanted to pay an extra $50.00. It was 1:30, so I decided to return after 3:00. The clerk said there should be 3 downstairs rooms available when I returned and that she’d make sure to have a room for me. At no time did she tell me a downstairs room would cost an “additional” $160. When I arrived at 3:30 another clerk was there and she knew nothing about having a room for me downstairs, and she wasn’t sure there were any rooms in the lower level available but she would check with housekeeping. Yes, one was available but I would be charged an additional $160. The rooms available for $80.00 were only upstairs, which they had already reserved for me. So, I took the upstairs room and lugged all my equipment up and down because there’s no elevator. The TV didn’t work properly and management was unable to fix it. The sink backed up. The beds had noisy plastic protective sheets. The outfacing window curtains didn’t close all the way. And the shower head was literally on n the side of the tub and not attached so we could not take showers before leaving. The stay was dreadful and I won’t stay again.

Spuder webs inside and outside of rooms and fails to read special requests at reservation. If weren't convenient to my reason for being in Aberdeen, I'd not stay. Get this, some other local hotels are less clean.

The location is convenient and they have a store connected to the lobby. Water pressure was the best I have ever had in a hotel room. However, our room was not cleaned at all the week we were there. The floor was dirty the first night we got there and I had to put socks on to keep my feet from turning black. The smoke detector was sitting on the AC/Heating unit and didn't have batteries in it. The shower head was at best was way below neck level for anyone above 5'4\". The front door didn't close all the way unless you forced it shut.

A spacious room

It was a very spacious room. There was 4 of us and we fit perfect. The only reason why I’m not giving a 5 star is because they’re wasn’t enough towels, toilet paper and you could tell they just cleaned it to clean and have some one take over the room. Other than that the service was great, the store was convenient and the water pressure for the shower was great!

Quiet place to stay, room was pretty sound proof, tv worked great, and bed was comfy. However, when I got to my room there was no toilet paper which was an issue due to just driving three hours, needing to use the toilet, and not discovering it until it was too late. Fortunately, there was tissue paper in the other room which I had to get with my pants down and the curtains were still wide open because I just got there. There was also a wad of soap with long hair attached to it in the shower drain which was gross and when I said something about it, they didn't offer to clean it out for me. They did say that they'd talk to housekeeping about it and gave me two rolls of toilet paper. Made me gag having to fish out the used wad of soap with a tissue so the tub wouldn't fill with water when I showered knowing that it was on someone else's body parts and likely private area along with long hair hanging off. They should've came up to the room and cleaned it out but since they weren't housekeeping, they didn't offer to. Lastly. All their listings show that all the rooms come with a private hot tub and when I tried to let them know about it, they didn't bother to listen nor let me show them online what I was talking about and said abruptly, that they can't change my booking. Not having a hot tub wasn't the issue. The pics didn't show one so I thought there might not be one but the listing did say that there was one and when I looked again, all the listings show it.

Terrible place dirty rooms, tweakers staying with nasty dogs locked in a car all day. Won't give refunds of you want to leave. No cleaning the room at all while i was there. 2 dirty bath towels for several days. The shower head was so low it hit me in the chest. The door handle on tje batjroom waa broken everything jad peeling paint and broken bits pn walls. Holes on the corner of the bathroom wall and floors. Switched us rooms and then charged us a higher price even though it was a different room entirely. This is a family run place that they live at and pretend they cant get ahold of the manager. These are not good people. Dont stay here it's not safe, they will rip you off and its full of drug people.

Awful..upon check in, the person behind the counter had no idea what to do. A girl came over to help him. She seems to know the system but so hard to understand her. Everything is extremely old and worn out, toilet, bathroom are disgusting. The wall is painted in mud color and that doesn’t help. Also very noisy. One of the neighbors was shouting and cursing at his poor dog in the middle of the night and early morning!!!!! We reserved for two nights but left after one night because we couldn’t dare to have shower!! No toiletries . Room light was off except a few lamps. We paid almost $300/night and it wasn’t cheap. To be fair, the room price on their website was $90/night so it might be Expedia problems for upselling the awful place. We will never stay there ever again.
