They gave me a room that was not the one chosen, in the photos and prices clearly there was a much larger room with Tina, I chose that one regardless of what was worth a little more, because I wanted to be comfortable. they offered me another room that did not compare with what was requested, there was another room a little better but they told me that they would charge me a surplus which seemed unfair. I asked why the room I requested was not available and it was allegedly occupied by them same owners. I would have liked to have a refund since I only stayed one night,
Also they gave me a small towel that looked like hands towel, the TV was on, but I had no signal. The people who attended me kind but in the final I was not satisfied with the service, There were too many mistakes. so I hope they can improve for the future, and update the right pictures of a room and make sure is it or not available
