On the last day, there was a miscommunication as we had asked for an additional night and paid upon requesting it but when trying to check out they were trying to charge me again. I had to show both receipts one from Expedia and one from the actual hotel. I lost an uber driver due to having to wait to resolve the issue. This room also does not come with a fridge or ac in units.

Hotel was below average. When we first checked in we got 1/4 rooms we booked the other 3 were the wrong rooms. One of the rooms smelled like sewage. We went down and told them and they argued and gave us another room. However, the next time we go to the lobby they told us they cleaned the initial room and that we would have to move back in because another party needed the room we were placed in. All they did was spray some cleaning solution to mask the smell. We told them no and they argued again. Fast forward to the next day. Once again they told us we had to move back into the sewage room and we told them no and they were about to make us move into there until we told them we are going to leave. Overall terrible stay, customer service, and cleanliness. Never going back!

I arrived at the hotel and checked in. Check in was fast. I went to room and the room smelled like moisture. I checked the room and found water running down the wall and mold. I went to the lobby to complain and the receptionist told she would call the manager. The manager said they are not giving me my money back. I left the hotel

I liked that the hotel is on walking distance of the centrum of Bogota.
What I didn't like is the neighboorhood.Lots of homeless people walking near the hotel. My sheets weren't changed for the whole week. I saw a stain on the first the and it remained like that for a whole week. They did clean the room everyday and made the bed. The shower hose was broken and it wasn't fixed, I even mentioned this to the hotel staff. Breakfast is poor. No variation, everyday the same and with little choice.

The Jail Hotel

They should call this the Jail Hotel, because the front door stays locked. You have to ask permission and give your room number if you want to leave. You have to wait on the worker to walk around and let you out. If you want back in, hopefully the worker isn't busy doing something or you'll just be standing there waiting. You have to wait until they walk around the desk to come let you in regardless.

Other than that, the windows are very thin. Cold room. Lots of street noise. Not sleep-walker friendly either; you could easily fall out of the window to your death. No sort of safety features.

The toilet seat is a woman's dream. It won't stay up. It's purposely designed that way. You have to hold it up with your hand.

The water pressure is very inconsistent and never very good. What use is a fancy massage head without the pressure to make it effective?

They told me the reason that refrigerators in the room were advertised, but there were none is due to Covid. I'm all about Covid precautions, but that doesn't make any sense.

There is no heat, and not even a fan! Mind-boggling at the price they want. I'd still never return if this place were a quarter of the price.

The carpet is very old. The bed is either very old, or just of poor quality. Worst hotel bed I've ever slept in. Deep valley forms. I didn't get much sleep b/c of the bed, cold, & street noise.

All this, & I paid extra for a \"superior\" room.

There's more wrong with this place, but out of characters.

Hotel stay was good. The staff could not speak much english, only one staff member.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing everyday the same and bread not so fresh. The area was walking distance from the main areas and supermarkets.

Excellent staff.

We enjoyed the Expo Suites for a weekend in Bogota. The accommodations are as expected in the price range. The staff is what made our stay excellent. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and clearly took pride in delivering a comfortable stay.

Great for a 1 night Stay

Conveniently located near parque 93 with upscale bars and restaurants including starbucks. Easy to find Breton Hill clearly marked on the building outside. Tiny rooms. Big bed and very comfortable. Tiny bathrooms. Noisy room because the breakfast ladies were making a noise a 5.30 in the morning and their area was right next to iur room. The balcony outside our window is theirs and hey chat to each other and on their cell phones at 6 am which will wake tou up if tou get our room. Tip. Ask for a room away from the kitchen. Other than that i would say this hotel which is the 2nd floor of an apartment building is very nice and modern and for the prive i wouls definitely recommend for 1 night.

I usually don't care about minibars in rooms, but it is critical to have some snacks around if you get in to a hotel late at night and really don't want to (or can' because too late) go out looking for food. My room had nothing in it (an unplugged empty fridge), so not much help on that. But the room was spacious, modern, bed was good, location in general seemed good, reasonable rate. I don't really know the city but the next day it seemed that this was convenient for transportation purposes, had some restaurants etc nearby. It was not crowded when I was there so don't know if it would be quiet or not when full, but I was comfortable on this one-night stay.

No Wifi, terrible shower, but great employees

No Wifi on four of the ten days there, was very frustrating. The shower is also terrible, goes from scalding hot to freezing cold every 20 seconds, for the entire trip. The free breakfast was great, the room was very clean, and the employees were very sweet and kind. Great neighborhood. If they fix the Wifi and the shower, then I would love to stay again. Otherwise, you can easily find somewhere else much cheaper (with better amenities) in the same section of town.

Excelente todo, la verdad pense en regresar al mismo hotel en viajes a Bogota futuros. No tuve ningun detalle HASTA que me complicaron mucho antes de mi check out.
Me querian detener de salir sino pagaba 20mil COP de un consumo, mas yo nunca me negue a pagar, el problema fue que no servia su terminal para cobros con tarjeta y por la ridicula cantidad de 20mil me hicieron hacer “circo, maroma y teatro”; afortunadamente y con la ayuda del recepcionista (S.) y mi conductor de Uber al aeropuerto pude entregar el dinero en efectivo.

Desafortunadamente cuando ingresamos a hacer el check-in en el hotel a las 13 horas nos comentaron que no había habitaciones porque estaba limpiando las todas ya que salieron bastantes personas lo cual no fue cierto al cuarto para las 3 que era el check-in solicité a ver si ya tenían una habitación y me dijeron que me tenían que cobrar un early check-in con un costo de $90,000 colombianos el cual no estaba yo de acuerdo porque pues lo que quería nada más era sacarme dinero y no tuvieron ninguna flexibilidad para poder entregarme una habitación que ya tenían disponible fueron muy estrictos en sus horarios para el check-in una vez que hago yo el check-in nos empezamos a topar con cosas desafortunadas donde estaban arreglando todo el hotel el piso completamente destrozado no se puede pasar por las escaleras el cual genera un riesgo bastante alto porque si llega a suceder algo no podemos cruzar las escaleras y no podemos bajar por el elevador el cual también pues vimos la habitación no tan limpia y varias situaciones que que pasaron en el hotel como la limpieza en las cortinas como se muestra en las fotos

Foi uma boa estadia, mas com alguns pormenores. Chegamos a noite no hotel e percebi que as fronhas de alguns travesseiros nao foram trocadas, pois cheiravam a suor ( algumas que estavam limpas tinham cheiro de produto de limpeza). Na manhã seguinte pedi à camareira que trocasse ao menos as fronhas e fui atendida. O quarto é bastante espaçoso para 4 pessoas, mas o banheiro é minúsculo. Durante nossa estadia faltou água por um dia inteiro e disseram que foi problema na bomba d'água, mas não nos foi oferecido nada de cortesia, além de desculpas. Os colchões eram muito firmes para nosso gosto. No geral, tem boa localização, café da manhã gostoso, mas regrado, quartos grandes e banheiros pequenos. A equipe é nota 10.

Excelente el trato y la atención del del personal, la habitación muy limpia. Lo que no me gustó fue que al llegar, la recepción olía a comida porque hay mesas del restaurante ahí con gente comiendo y no había nadie, tuve que esperar como 20 minutos para que me dieran habitación . Tampoco me gustó la ubicación, 30 minutos a la Candelaria caminando. No tienen servicio al cuarto de alimentos y llegué en la noche por lo que amablemente me pidieron algo de comer a un lugar cercano. Sugiero que esto se cambie.
