We got a friendly and efficient reception. Unfortunately, that proved to be the only good aspect of our stay. We received an email the day before arrival telling us that we should check in at the neighbouring Ibis hotel due to work on the Novotel reception. There was no mention of extensive work going on in the restaurant/bar area. I have no idea whether the restaurant was even open as signage directed you in to what looked like building work. Contrast this with another hotel on our trip where far more minor work was going on that had no effect on our stay. However, we received three messages prior to our stay informing us of work being carried out. I feel that we should have received far more pre stay information regarding the work and should have received it much earlier than the day before arrival. Our room looked dated and in need of a complete overhaul. It was far below the standard we’ve experienced at other Novotels. Very disappointing.

Decent hotel though nothing to write home about.

Perfectly pleasant hotel, decent rooms, lacking much character but it's a chain hotel. Pool area a bit uninspiring. Good staff, a little pricey for what it is. Good access to the main highway, airport, town and beaches. Ideal as a business stop over.

we booked to stay at your perpignan hotel and when we arrived in perpignan we were told we were at the wrong hotel as we should be at the riversalts hotel but i wasnt given this details so it took over 3.45 hours to find the right hotel

Favourite overnight stop

This is very convenient for travel to and from Spain. The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant food is of good standard. The menu is in line with other Novotels but we have always found this hotel has provided better food than others.
The reception staff were very helpful in finding us another hotel for our journey through France .

Great location whilst travelling

Whilst travelling between 2 family homes in France and Spain, we find this hotel to be exactly right. Just inside France, most of our journey complete with easy access to the motorway. Just off the peaje or the N road. With a restaurant on site or another just around the corner. The rooms are always comfortable and clean and with 2 small children, the pull out sofa allows us all to sleep in the same room, comfortably.

Nice hotel outside Perpignan

The hotel is located outside Perpignan which was fine as I was visiting Fortresse de Salses and other nearby sights. The service was excellent and the staff friendly. The restaurant served nice meals, both dinner and breakfast. My room was very comfortable and quiet. The only \"negative\" thing I can think of is that the surrounding neighbourhood is not very interesting but this was not an issue at all for me and the extreme easy access by car to the hotel more than compensated for this.

The room was good but the hallway carpet and the one in the room were well past needing replacement. The CEO of Accor would not care to stay here!

Okay for a quick overnight

We traveled during the off season so the hotel was pretty sad looking but it is okay for a quick overnight stop. The breakfast was quote nice and the hotel staff is pleasant. We found a nice place for dinner in one of coastal towns nearby. Not luxury be any means but for a quick stop it works.

Ok for making way to Spain with family

The hotel was well situated. Did not look as in photos and the rooms were old and tired. However, having sad that, it was what we needed as a family with two little girls making our way to Spain.

Located right on the dual carriageway , about 8 miles North of Perpignan and miles from the nearest beach, so unsuitable for those without a car. Would only be suitable for business, not holiday, due to location. The only hotel we stayed at during out two week holiday which charged for wifi connection and expensive at that. Plenty of hotels and bars in the area offering free wifi access.

Op doorreis vanuit Spanje naar NL was dit een goed gekozen pleisterplaats. Meteen naast peage keuze uit wel 20 hotels. Ik koos voor Novotel vanwege goede eerdere ervaringen. Ze stelden niet teleur. Het enige onhandige vond ik douchen in een badkuip met een douchescherm tot halverwege het bad. Dan alles nat, zeker met die geweldige waterstraal! Maar uiteindelijk is dat het probleem van housekeeping.

Altijd verzorgd en een goede service

We waren dit jaar veel te vroeg onze rit was beter verlopen , we kwamen om 10:30 aan en we hebben direct een kamer gekregen ,
Omdat er nog een familie kamer vrij was die al of nog proper was.
Wat we super vonden want we waren wel moe!

Een dikke pluim voor het mooie en vernieuwde zwembad,
En ze zijn nog volop aan het veranderen !
Wij gaan er nu al een 3 tal jaar en zullen er jaarlijks 2 keer blijven gaan!
Bedankt voor de goede zorgen,
Ons zien jullie nog veel terug komen

franchement très bon hôtel, pas très loin de l’entrée de l’autoroute. Le personnel était professionnel et serviable. La chambre était propre. Bref on a passé une très bonne nuit bien reposante avec un très bon petit déjeuner avant de prendre la route. Bref Merci à toute l’équipe du Novotel de Perpignan.

La chambre est triste et la salle de bain est d'époque.
Distributeur de savon vide....
Si vous prenez une douche, il faudra éponger ensuite.
La piscine n'est pas chauffée.
Le petit déjeuner est basique. Machine jus d'orange défectueuse.
Sinon l'ensemble est correct.

Nous sommes arrives a 13h avant d'aller au marché de Noël. La réceptionniste (peu aimable) nous a donné une clef : arrivée dans la chambre cela sentait le vomi. La femme de chambre a ouvert la fenêtre donnant sur parking pour aèrer. Quand nous sommes revenus à 22h la fenêtre etait toujours ouverte heureusement que notre valise etait toujours là. Le veilleur de nuit nous a changé de chambre : malheureusement il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude pour la douche ( en hiver )

Climatisation non fonctionnelle, pas de produit d’hygiène dans la salle de bain sauf gel douche et shampoing, sèche cheveux d’appoint loin du standing du Novotel
Pas de peignoir en chambre, pas de chausson
1 simple bouteille d’eau dans le mini bar … Television minuscule
Bref très déçu de ce Novotel qui est égal à l’ibis localisé dans le même bâtiment (nous avons pu comparer les chambres car un couple dans une chambre de l’ibis rouge)

Attention petit déjeuner en commun avec les clients de l’ibis tout comme la piscine

Rent och fräscht även om det kändes som både rummet och badrummet behövde en uppdatering.

Vi blev imponerade över hur man planerat frukosten med förberedda brickor och en liten egen tång som man använde för att ta t ex bröd.

Maten var bra, vi använde oss av roomservice.

Hunden uppskattade gräsmattorna när hon skulle göra sitt.

Bon séjour avec vue sur les Pyrénées

Établissement avec un protocole sanitaire covid19 bien mis en place notamment pour la piscine (distanciation et désinfection). Belle vue sur les Pyrénées depuis la chambre. Hôtel isolé dans une zone non piétonne mais à proximité de l'autoroute et d'un grand centre commercial. Dommage que l'hôtel ne dispose pas d'une salle de fitness. Bon séjour dans cet hôtel qui permet de rayonner dans la région.

Dålig service!

Vi blev upplysta att vi kom 3 minuter för tidigt till restaurangen och ombads vänta. Personalen upplevdes som otrevliga och ointresserade. Efter avslutad måltid blev vi Debiterade för vår måltid trots att den ingick i vårt rumspris, vilket de visste då vi hade lämnar vår voucher till dem när vi kom till restaurangen. När vi bad att få se notan från restaurangen och upptäckte felet blev vi bemötta med en liten ursäkt och en stor suck från personalen. Har alltid gillat Novotel, men i fortsättningen kommer inte välja Novotel.

Vi måtte haste ut av Spania pga Covid 19 spredning og booket dette hotellet «on the go.» Vi traff godt. God standard og hyggelig betjening. Rolig og avslappet atmosfære. 9km kjøring inn til sentrum var i lengste laget. Men for et opphold når en reiser gjennom Europa med bil var dette et godt alternativ.
