Kitchen had everything needed for a family of 4 in the one bedroom villa. Bed was a little sunken and pillows were not comfortable to me. I didnt like the bathtub jacuzzi, feels gross to even shower in. Property had 5 pools and some hot tubs (shared with 2 or 3 other hotels which wasn’t an issue since we didn’t go during spring break). Good for everyone - little ones to adults. We went during spring and the pools were cold. I asked the front desk if any of the pools were heated or temperature controlled and they said all of them were. I have to 100% disagree with that. Hot tubs were hot at least. Our bedroom window didn’t fully close from the sides. It was like the window didn’t fit the framing. So it got hot in the bedroom during the day. Breakfast not included but they have some simple options on the property for snacks or lunch. Also didn’t waste our time with the timeshare presentation based on reviews I previously read so I suggest skipping it as well. It was an ok stay overall.

First of all the room that was advertised was not the room that we received the room that we received was raggedy and all the furniture was old. It smelt like smoke. The sheets were stained. There was mold in the shower and in the Jacuzzi hot tub. The only thing that was decent was the pool areas. It’s a shame that you Hotels.com and this corporation has to scam poor people to take their last when they just want to have a vacation with their family and enjoy a little luxury.

I had to speak to a timeshare representative before getting my parking pass after checking in with the front desk staff, but simply declined the complimentary breakfast invite and was on my way. I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom that had full kitchen, washer and dryer, and jacuzzi tub. It was a nice place! I Would stay here again!

The unit we had was convenient and met the needs of our family. Overall it was clean and comfortable. Some herbal updates could be done to the property.
The biggest complaint was the mini gold and equipment rentals across the road. Our kids wanted to play mini golf but they required an adult to leave their ID with the rental place to get equipment. We were staying at the resort and were wearing the brackets. I refused to leave my ID with a stranger so we couldn’t use the mini gold and activity area. They need to have a better process.

Great price for the location and amenities. Bar at pool was nice for drinks and great food. A few maintenance issues, but they were addressed within an hour. Would recommend asking for room not facing the expressway loud in evenings. People smoking and vaping on balconies shouldn't be allowed as it enters the rooms above. Smoking at pools isn't allowed, but not monitored so several were smoking by the pool.

The staff are so friendly and helpful ! Ask for Natalya she is wonderful. Even the travel agents can help you with different opportunities shout-out to Nick ! They are located next to water parks and tiki bars , Walmart , and a delicious Puerto Rican restaurant called Tropica Mofongo top notch food! My family and I will be back !

As a previous guest, I expected fair to moderate stay/service. I should have went with the reviews. My stay was met with disruption morning and night of individuals above. I have children, this was unacceptable. Daily contact with staff; a request for a new room I was met with no recourse. On the last day all they were willing to do was give an hour more for checkout. I requested at minimum a night refund, have communicated several times with manager Claudia-still no additional followup. The room was not cleaned completely! Parking for handicap was used by other vehicles not displaying valid permit. Property security or front desk did nothing. At this point this entire stay deserves a full refund! I have been patient but the lack of care for the customers/owners is truly unacceptable. Please don’t come on here property management with the same comment of “we are sorry” do something about it! Make it right.

This was a good property and room for the price. Our 2 bdr.condo was much better than I was expecting. Very clean. Very nice. The pools were small but very nice. Not many loungers available but it was not overly crowded so it was not hard to get one. I will stay here again if I need some extra days in Kissimmee.

The Good: The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a fantastic area with access to a lot of different attractions, restaurants, and stores.

The hotel offers a lot of activities (for a fee) and the pool was fantastic.

The Not-So-Good: Expedia didn’t mention that there was a $150 deposit at check-in.

Upon arrival, we were notified that all of Kissimmee was without internet/cable, so we had no TV the first night.

The beds were old and extremely hard.

For the price, it was a good deal though.

The suite was dirty and smelled slightly moldy. The master bedroom toilet had an issue when flushed the tank kept filling. The water was shut off one day. And the next day the internet and phone service was off. The one bedroom suites air-conditioning was not working. They kept us in the same room for 1 more night after being aware that the ac wasn't working on the second night i literally had to request tobe change on the second night because they planned on leaving us another night at 78 degrees even with the balcony door.which we shouldn't have to leave the doors open to get fresh air.

When we first arrived the building outside was a little run down, however the villa itself was really nice. A little dated inside but very clean and well appointed. We even had a private patio which I was very excited about. It had everything we needed for the week - paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. the pools were TOP NOTCH. We enjoyed hours and hours at the pools. The resort was literally 5 mins from sooo many stores and amenities. Disney, old town, mideivel times, universal were all within 15 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

MB tub leaked into the MB. Staff repaired it .Added small blowers for the carpet that swished as you walked in it. Myself mother and son who has CP was told no other rooms we're avaliable. My mother is on a cane. The other bathroom had a lock on the staff could unlock. My son has to touch,open and go into every room. He can't help doing that. We asked they leave the key,so we could control that. They refused. The internet was out for about 12 or so hours. It was not pleasant. The pool area was great. I will end on a positive.

The facilities were great. Only thing we didn’t like was having our arm twisted to attend one of their promotional vacation presentations. They wouldn’t give us our parking pass until we agreed to attend one and they made us pay $50 to reserve our spot, even though it was advertised as a free meal. In theory they would have given us the $50 back if we’d attended the meal, but we had already told them we weren’t interested and we didn’t have to change our own plans for our vacation time just to attend their 90-minute presentation which I’m sure would have included being pressured into buying one of their packages. It’s not what we cane for…we just wanted to relax!

Staff were very nice. Pool area was not bad aswell. The landscape and other outdoor areas need addressed. We had a two bedroom in the 5002 building first floor. The exterior of that building is in need of some updating. The room was musty, we had to sweep the floors as they looked like they were missed when cleaning. Rooms also need a deep clean and updating . All and all it served its purpose for our two night hold over but I can not see our entire family spending a weeks vacation here when there’s so many more option in this general area that are up to date and have better options

Check in was rough, staff was not accommodating to checking in before 4pm regardless if rooms were ready. The room they originally had us in had to be switched bc it wasnt ready. They have seperare areas and pools. Hotel itself is run down, elevator had broken wood and flooring. The only kept up places were the pools. would not stay again.

The entire sleeping areas or condos is in desperate need of renovations. Most of the furniture is extremely warm and show it’s age. It was hard to tell if it was dirty or clean because there were just so much scratches damage everywhere. We changed room three times and looked at as five other units. All had some kind of water damage especially in one building let me finally found bug in our kitchen and one in our bed. We told them we were checking out and we were good to another resort, which was good in their renovated area Silver Bay. I do not recommend staying here until they have closed the resort take care of the water damage and issues and done renovation to the condo, beautiful views however, from some of the building on the maintenance and cleaning and other stuff really did try to help, but it was beyond their control

My boyfriend and I just stayed here for a few nights and overall it was an okay experience, but not quite what we expected. The biggest disappointment was that the room looked very different from the photos online. The pictures made it seem much more updated and modern than what we actually got, so it honestly felt a bit like we were “catfished” when we walked in.

That said, there were definitely some positives. The pool area was really nice and probably the highlight of the stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever we interacted with them.

The room itself was reasonably clean, but it felt a bit outdated compared to the listing photos. Nothing was terrible, but it just didn’t match the expectations set when booking.

Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re mainly planning to use the pool and spend most of your time out exploring Orlando. Just be aware that the rooms may not look like the photos advertised.

The stay was very pleasant! My kids had a very uncomfortable mattress on the pull out sofa, which was a little better after I requested they change it but not much. Wouldn't recommend an adult sleep on it. Other than that it was great- all appliances worked and they have fun activities like crafts and movies by the pool! The food at both cafes was so good, and very reasonably priced. We were disappointed that the zip lines were closed but that's not a big deal. Overall great and would definitely stay there again!

This was more like a cheap motel. Awful smell, moldy tub, malfunctioning lights, oversized nasty furniture that blocked the doors from opening to the closet and bathroom, people smoking weed in the parking lot, springy bed, not at all as pictured. The kids play area (main reason we booked) closed until further notice. Wifi didnt work. Asked to switch rooms, told no. Said they would send maintenance, never did. Expedia was no help either. Very dissatisfied.

A fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room space.

The staff were polite and professional, heads up... when you collect your parking permit, you will be "invited" to a breakfast TIME SHARE seminar.

Price, location, cleanliness, amenities, and staff all score excellent.

Highly recommend for anyone wanting or needing that, unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool or fitness center, however they both were great! Customer service/staff was exceptional. Jacuzzi didn’t work. TV wasn’t connected to the internet. Water had a foul septic smell. I couldn’t use it for drinking or cooking. Carpet was grimy and filthy. My socks turned black from walking on that carpet. Room was cold, dark and dingy. All appliances and furniture were at least two decades old.
On top of that, amenities are listed incorrectly. There was no playground.

We had a wonderful experience at Calypso Cay! We experienced a few record cold nights in the 20s and 30s and the tiki bar and hot tubs were still open for us northerners. The room was cozy and exceptionally well equipped With pots, pans, and even a pizza pan. They provided ample paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and bath and pool towels. There was no housekeeping, but we were fine with that and the office provided any needed supplies. We had to ask maintenance once to look at our jetted tub, which they did right away and we had fully functional tub the whole week. We will be returning, thank

We specifically asked for a balcony room and didn’t get one. When we spoke to front desk they gave us a new room with a porch and still no balcony. On top of that the room looked nothing as pictured when we were reserving, they lied and tried to tell us all the rooms were booked but we saw a bunch of empty rooms with balconies that no one was staying in. Definitely will not book with them ever again one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
