This hotel deserves 10/10 rate for the excellent service, location, price, views, breakfast, cleanliness, and above all the staff. What makes this hotel great is the staff especially mentioned Frankie. I took the ferry from Malta to Gozo and I arrived late straight from the airport. I failed to message Frankie about my expected arrival. Frankie waited for me patiently and this was almost 11pm. The reception is not 24 hours. He waited for me and greeted me with a smile, helped me with my luggage, took me to my room (top floor penthouse) and left after checking me in. The next day he greeted me with a huge smile and gave me some suggestions on how to get around by bus. He is very knowledgeable. He is very attentive and he is quick to respond to your inquiries. He helped me with dinner reservation and camino day trip, assisted me with bolt for transport and food delivery, and willingly drove me to the harbour (not once but twice) because bolt seemed to be difficult or in demand. On my departure, he drove me to the harbour, handed me breakfast takeaway packed neatly, and wished me bon voyage. He exceeds guest's expectations. I see how he treats every guest with the same respect and kindness. He is definitely an asset why the rating is consistently high. Read people's reviews and compliments about the receptionist- all praise for Frankie. Everything about this hotel is excellent. If you want a comfortable and quality stay, this is the one. Our mini break at Quaint Boutique Hotel Nadur Gozo was amazing. We really enjoyed the serenity of the location. Also highly recommend receptionist , a young lad from Fontana. Frank was very professional and super helpful. Thanks alot. Very clean room and very spacious.

Fabulous stay

Our stay was fabulous.
On arrival our hottub was already set up for us after a long journey.

We stayed 10 nights as a family of four and had a very pleasant stay.The rooms were nice and clean.Breakfast being included in the price was well appreciated.Frankie gave us good tips on where to go based on weather,waves etc.He always greeted us with a smile and made our day, going out of his way to deliver us a screwdiver to help repair a phone.In conclusion, we did not regret staying there and would choose it again.

What a wonderful hotel

This little hotel in the heart of Nadur was amazing. Downstairs there is a lovely restaurant and surrounding are local amenities. Our stay here was exceptional! The hotel itself was clean and quirky, the room was a perfect size and had everything we needed, and the staff are exceptional. Housecleaning was excellent, and the receptionist was a very lovely man who helped us at every moment he could!

Perfect place for us.

Perfect hotel for our needs. I have some mobility issues so having a lift was a big plus. Also, the desk clerk brought our bags up and down. The included breakfast options were more varied than most places and prepared to order rather than from a buffet. The location was perfect for me because I was there for a family visit and my family is from Nadur. The rooftop view was lovely. The only thing I would make people aware of is that light sleepers may have an issue with the church bells which ring all night and more so in the very early morning. Some rooms are probably quieter than others in that respect. I will give an extra compliment to the young desk clerk. He was very hospitable.

Enjoyable stay, some room for improvement

There were 6 of us in all and we stayed for 3 nights in a double room and a duplex room. Both were clean and comfortable and had all necessary amenities. AC could be adjusted and was very efficient. The staircase in the duplex room was circular and very small. Attention had to paid when taking it, especially when sleepy. Would not recommend for families with small kids or elderly. The breakfast was rather good but lacked low fat options. It was a set menu and did not have an option for bread and hams/cheese but only cooked breakfast, poached eggs or omelette or waffles. However, on the last day when we asked for a ham/cheese toast, our request was acceeded to.There were days when low fat yogurt was not available for all 4 adults or not available at all. On one occasion we were served an overripe banana as fruit. We were disappointed that we had to choose only 1 beverage, be it coffee/tea or water/ juice. We believe that, as happens in other places, at breakfast, juice should be available in addition to a hot drink. We have also seen that although rooms were very clean, at times cluster could be seen in common areas, most notably at the main entrance where the restaurant tables from the previous night had not yet been cleared by morning. Gas cylinders with cleaning cloths over them, also made the entrance look shabby. The young man at reception was always very friendly and helpful. Although there was some room for improvement, especially in breakfast, we had an enjoyable stay.

Excellent Boutique Hotel

We stayed here for 3 nights. Highly recommended :)

We had a comfort room with jacuzzi bath which was very relaxing. Room was always clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

Breakfast was very good. We had self service Continental Breakfast and than optional from English Breakfast/Pancakes/Omlette/Eggs & Bacon.

We also tried 'The Fat Rabbit' Restaurant and 'Del Capo Pizzeria' which both are part of the Hotel Building. Food was delicious with very good price.

The only drawback is that the parish church is next to this hotel and every hour the church bells ring, but we got used to this.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this Boutique Hotel and will surely visit again.

Nadur is a wonderful small town with excellent restaurants. The hotel is in the center of town and the staff were very helpful. The only drawback proved to be the bells from the cathedral next door. The locals are probably inured to them but for us they interrupted sleep from early in the morning, around 5:00, seeming to ring once every 15 minutes. In some ways charming but still ... that aside the hotel is a most pleasant place to stay.

Conveniently situated, clean room with fridge and TV. Excellent breakfast & lift very useful for heavy suitcases. Staff were very cheerful & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, including helping me access flight details in order to check in when I was having great difficulty.

Smart boutique hotel in centre of lively village

Great location in the centre of the village located on the highest point on Gozo. The hotel is on the edge of the small village square with a couple of brilliant restaurants. Views of both north and south coasts from the penthouse suites. A good hotel for a Gozo holiday; would be great with a higher quality breakfast offering and improved bathrooms.

Fabulous small boutique hotel. In a beautiful building, and fabulous location. Located in small square with family run small supermarket, amazing restaurant below (the fat rabbit) food was amazing and so reasonable!!
Room was modern, really lovely, we had room 3 which had mezzanine floor and spiral staircase. Beds were super comfy. Bathroom just in need of bit of attention, grouting and edges of bath could do with deep clean/ new grout just to freshen.
On a plus tho we would highly recommend, kids loved the jacuzzi bath with lights, and breakfast was delicious!!
Thanks so much we enjoyed our stay!!! Great base for exploring the Gozo island. We will definitely return.

Pro: Right in the center of Nadur. Easy to find. Small shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Historic building, completely renovated. Large room with a small balcony. View of the old church. New furniture. Relatively comfortable. The breakfast was already included in the price. The staff were helpful.

Cons: The center of Nadur was closed during our stay. Buses were widely re-routed. This destroyed all trip plans. All of Gozo's attractions are far from Nadur. Right next to the hotel was a village feast. Noise. Day and night. I slept only three hours. The soundproofing of the room was very bad. The breakfast basic and not professional. The decor did not really fit the character of the old hotel.

The room was immaculate, decorated in a modern style, and located in a beautiful old building next to the church. Staff were wonderful, going out of their way to assist us. Breakfast was delicious, with the cook preparing our eggs to order. We enjoyed getting to eat at our choice of the indoor or outdoor tables. We had dinner at the restaurant and truly enjoyed that as well. The location was in an interesting area and convenient--right across from a local market as well as being close to a pharmacy, the town square, and the bus stops.

The hotel is beautiful, an old style building with a modern interior. We loved our room, we had all we could need. Very comfortable bed and pillows with really nice bed linen. Service with a smile and clean throughout. Easy parking and good location. Good breakfast across the road from hotel with a choice of cooked or continental. We had dinner at The fat rabbit on the ground floor and it was delicious. It was quiet and relaxing. We will definately return to Quaint and will also recommend it to friends and family

Lovely boutique hotel

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. Its definitely worth staying at this hotel. The only downfall was the WIFI signal - as it was too low from our room, and at times it kept disconnecting; but other than that, everything was perfect. Will visit again!

The Quaint in Nadur is fantastic. Excellent location right behind the church and main square of Nadur. Room 2 was large, clean and spacious. Staff were very professional, accommodating and informative. The hotel is a 10 minute bus ride to San Blas beach and 15 minute bus ride to Rambla bay and the ferry terminal. Bus stops are very close to the hotel. Amazing cafe - Andria is twenty metres from the hotel, Excellent Pizzeria - Rabokk is fifty metres from the hotel. You can walk about 200 metres from the hotel and enjoy a spectacular view of Malta and Comino.

We had the most amazing stay at this boutique hotel. The staff were so friendly and unbelievable helpful. They went out of their way to be of help. We went to a great little restaurant next door called Anthony’s which was fab and definitely worth a meal if your not wanting to travel. It was really fantastic to stay, relax and really switch off. Thank you for making out stay in Gozo so fantastic!!!

Staff very friendly - make you sure you contact them 24 hours in advance using their website to arrange check-in. Incredibly clean. Little balcony to overlook the town, very close to the main bus stop... Several small places in town to eat or get groceries... Easy bus ride to Victoria or back to the ferry.... Two thumbs up.

Lovely modern hotel

We had a good stay at this modern, clean boutique hotel on a village square location. The bus stops were a short walk with hourly buses to Victoria & to the ferry.
The welcome we received was very friendly & efficient & the room was excellent, clean, modern & comfortable with wide-ranging views over the island from the wrap-around balcony.
Nadur was very quiet on our afternoon arrival with no shops open & nobody on the streets, but the shops did open later in the afternoon. There were several restaurant choices nearby, including The Fat Rabbit below the hotel, where we enjoyed a couple of meals. There was also a market on the square in front of the cathedral on one day.

The Quaint, stylish and comfortable.

We really liked the Quaint. It is a new \"boutique\" hotel in the centre of Nadur. It is easily accessible from the Malta ferry and a relaxing base for exploring the coastal paths, beautiful secluded beaches and historical sights of the capital Victoria. We also really enjoyed the relaxed family atmosphere in the Fat Rabbit restaurant underneath the hotel where we went for breakfast and really tasty evening meals. There are also a number of other bars and restaurants nearby on the main square.

Have to give 5* even with 2 issues for me

I stay in a few hotels & This is only based on my room (7). This is a very well presented hotel. Outstanding value for money. Amazing comfy bed nice fixtures & fittings. My only issues were that no matter how careful you are when showing the water gets all over the floor due to no shower screen so you have to mop up the floor with towels after (had baths the next two mornings) The other was the toilet sits too high I'm 5'11 and found that you cannot sit and relax!!! If I was 6'2+ then I'm sure this would not be a problem. Would highly recommend this hotel & if they fit a shower screen & maybe put a little step for the toilet then would say it was perfect

Stayed at The Quaint in November 2015 with my wife and our 2 year old son. Shaun was very helpful even when he was not present at the hotel he was just a phone call away. the room was very spacious and clean the mattress and pillows were memory type and the bed was super comfortable. windows were double glazed thus making the room very quite and peaceful. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

Astonishing hotel, great location, fine food!

The Quaint hotel is very newly renovated and has some fantastic facilities. Our Balcony had the most stunning view over Gozo, across to Comino and down Malta the Maltese coast.
One small issue is that the hotel is located right next door to a Church, very light sleepers may be disrupted by the bells which start quite early in the morning.
The thing that really marked this hotel out from others was the Fat Rabbit (a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel.) Supper or Lunch, the food was beautiful. The fresh pasta was a real treat.
