Easy check in with a kiosk, luggage storage and lockers available in the lobby if you arrive early for check in or have a later flight. Vending machines in the lobby as well as a vacuum sealer machine for luggage items. We booked for the airport shuttle but didn’t realize there’s only select times it operates and only one luggage per person. We had to book a taxi instead but it was close enough to the airport that it wasn’t a big deal.

The room was ver clean and spacious. The lobby was such a laugh, I loved it! Also they are very strict about check in time, which is exactly at 3pm. So if you arrive early they do have free luggage storage in the lobby. Free shuttle to and from the airport as well! Also, pretty neat, if you need more room in your luggage, you can use the air decompression machine for only 300¥

It was run by robots. If you're introverted, it's definitely for you.
Location wasn't bad, a quick walk to the metro where you can go back into Tokyo or ride to the Terminal.

About that...

They only have a shuttle to the airport at 2 areas of the day, morning and late evening.
If your flight is in between, you're SOL.

However, they also have free luggage storage which is clutch if you wanna grab some last minute anime and head back after you checked out.

All in all...a great place!

Hotel in good location near the airport and handy to be close to a 7/11. Novelty check in with the dinosaurs which my kids liked. Room was ok for 4, not the biggest and one bed which appeared to be a sofa bed was not comfortable and the pillows weren't the comfiest either. However we slept ok and the breakfast was tasty. Very handy to have a free shuttle bus to the airport. Staff we met at breakfast were friendly.

Fun themed reception area, very clean rooms and the airport shuttle is very convenient. Nice local neighborhood that’s pleasant to walk thru on your way to the train station.

Check in/check out process was a little clunky but the staff was quick to help.

There were 4 of us that stayed here overnight when we arrived at the Haneda Airport as it was close to the airport and had a shuttle pick-up.
The shuttle pick-up (location & times) at the airport was not very clear as we found out that there were only set pick-up times in the morning and evening..
It was a good thing that when we arrived late that there was a shuttle coming soon.
One thing we noticed was that the shuttle driver did not assist with any loading or unloading of any of our baggages
The check-in was all done at the counter with no actual person there.
The room was clean & decent.
There were limited eating places in the area as a lot of places were already closing.
The breakfast in the cafe was good and had a good selection.
This hotel was okay for 1 night… but, would recommend another place for extended stays.

Very unique hotel, with a front desk staffed by robot dinosaurs. Check-in was fast and easy. If you get there before check-in time, they have an area where you can secure your suitcase with cable locks, as well as storage lockers for smaller items. They offer a free shuttle to Haneda Airport, and it is an easy walk from the Otorii station.

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff was very helpful and they helped me throughout the time I was there (due to some unfortunate circumstances). The area is very nice, lots of options around the area for food. Extremely close to the train station and was convenient to move around.

Overall, I would come back again the next time I am in Japan!

A clean hotel room but HOW is there no instant coffee in the rooms? Yes, there is coffee in the breakfast but coffee should be provided in each room. This is the first hotel I’ve been to in Japan that’s missing coffee in the room. Please consider instant coffee for every room.

Very efficient hotel for quick transport to the Haneda airport. Properly itself is a little dated but seemed as clean as it could be. Had to book day-of due to a travel issue so we were limited to the smallest room. The room was incredibly small, however, was not lacking in function. Device charging, lights, tv (projector), micro-fridge, etc. were all available. Only concern was the free airport shuttle; only 1 bus with limited space. We were 15 minutes early and the bus was full. Ended up taking a taxi while subway was still a very viable option.

It’s in a quiet area, not along a busy street but you can walk to the busy street within 3 minutes. There’s a train stop nearby (4 minutes of walking). They cleaned our room daily and were nice and tidy!

Good hotel with a couple of issues

The check in was not without issues and we had to call for a human to help us check in correctly. The facilities in the room were great. I appreciated the reading light, air conditioning and projector/tv etc. The only real issue was that both bathrooms in my son's and my bedroom had a horrible smell of bad drains! My daughter's bathroom didn't have a bad smell. The shuttle bus however was a great asset. The hotel was very conveniently sited for the airport, but there was also a subway station within 10 minutes walk.

Nice hotel, a short train ride from central Tokyo.

Great hotel, very near Otorri station. The area is quiet with nice amenities, whilst being only a short (and cheap) subway ride to the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas.
The hotel is clean and well maintained. We had a great nights sleep throughout our stay and visited some small local restaurants in the area, which were wonderful.
The shuttle bus to and from Haneda worked well for us too.
We would recommend this as a great budget hotel.

I reserved a room for 2 at this property a month ago, and chose the option to pay at the hotel. Expedia website made no reference there was a per person charge, it was for a room charge.
When I was checking in at the hotel, I was informed I needed to pay per person for a tiny room with no meals attached. It was double the price for a 3 night stay that totaled $516 to stay at a very basic hotel. I also booked the hotel, due to the shuttle service to Haneda Airport. Upon check out, I understood the shuttle service did not operate after 11:00am and restarted 7:00pm. As a result, we need to incur an additional taxi charge to go to the airport.
I am a world traveler, I would never recommend this hotel.
