This hotel was conveniently located near the Keikyu Kamata Station making it easy to get to from the airport and to other parts of Tokyo. The room was small but clean (except for the stain I found on the curtain which wasn’t that big of a deal for me), breakfast options were good, the staff was friendly and spoke enough English that it wasn’t a problem getting help, and the neighborhood was quiet. Donkii and 7-elevens nearby making it easy for last minute souvenir shopping and late night snacks. There was also a shopping arcade nearby that offered many dining options if you don’t want to go too far. I took a taxi back to Haneda when I left because of all my heavy luggage and that only cost around $20 USD. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would stay here again.

Decent hotel a few stations away from Haneda

Overall my stay was good: close to Keikyu station & Haneda airport, reasonable price and clean room. My friend, however says he had to pay more than 3X of the rate I paid for a smaller room for the weekend (2 days after my stay)!!

I found the room lighting very dark - so dark I couldn't see my face well when doing a make-up. Breakfast was a big disappointment - very few choices and types of dishes they offer weren't that good. Coffee/latte was good, though. They need a better signage outside the building. I didn't see anything (unless I overlooked) and it wasn't easy to be found.

Although it's close to the Keikyu statio, it's a bit far from all the actions on the other side of JR station, but still within walking distance (15-20 mins).

This was a stop over close to the airport to return home. The hotel location is ideal, a short one stop ride on the Keikyu line to Haneda terminal 3. The check in staff English wasn’t too good, but was able to get sorted and they tried to accommodate as much as possible which is appreciated. Surrounding by rooms were a little noisy, so this is something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

A Hidden Gem in Kamata / Tokyo

When I come to Tokyo I prefer to stay in Kamata for convenience from Haneda Airport as well as traveling to Tokyo / Yokohama.

This is the 3rd hotel I have stayed at in Kamata, and although the other 2 are also highly rated, this is by far the best hotel here that I have found so far.

Reasons:

1) You can exit via rampways and escalators directly from Keikyu Kamata Station with luggage and it is a few minute walk to the hotel. VERY convenient location.

2) Since it is tucked away in a side street away from the station, it is actually located in a quiet, residential area. This means it is very QUIET compared to most hotels in the area which are either close to the train tracks or heavily populated streets. Although it is in a residential area, there are two convenience stores within a one minute distance!

3) The rooms are extremely clean, functional, and quiet. They aren't the biggest of rooms, but they are big enough to feel comfortable. Especially liked how clean the entire building, including the bathrooms were.

4) The breakfast was awesome! Lots of variety but well worth the extra yen!

5) As in most hotels of this size, the staff is minimal, but they were very friendly. I even forgot a valuable charger after I checked out and I was allowed access to my room to get my charger back without question,

Overall, it is hard to find such a cozy place in a quiet residential yet convenient part of Tokyo!

It's a 3 minute walk from Keikyu Kamata Station so it's really easy to go between Haneda and the major hub, Shinagawa. The neighborhood is super cute and quiet. The staff were always very helpful and there are so many amenities plus a little cafe on the first floor. Would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient location on the Keikyu Line from Haneda Airport. A short walk to the hotel from the train station. There’s lovely staff at the hotel and the breakfast is great. Japanese buffet style with a good variety of meat, fish, veg, rice, miso, salad, yoghurt. An added bonus is complementary hot drinks until midnight for guests.

Some address info was missing upon check-in and the staff called the room phone at around 9pm to get the missing info. This should have been checked at check-in. I was not impressed as I could have been sleeping already for my early morning flight, which was the point of booking a hotel like this in middle of nowhere.

The bed layout is a bit odd as there is no walking space between the bed and the tv. As such if you will like to access the walking space that is near the window, you will have to climb onto the bed in order to access that space. The cafe area is big and conducive if you need to study or work. There is coffee all day. 2-3 min walk to keikyu kamata station. 1 min walk to 7-11.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way to the UK. The room was small (but that's standard for Tokyo), but comfortable, and had everything we needed. They had also provided pyjamas and slippers, which was a lovely touch.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning, and thought it was good value, with a mix of Japanese and Western dishes.
The café area is great, as you can help yourself to coffee, teas, hot chocolate etc any time before midnight. We liked to have a before bed drink at the end of each day!

There is a microwave to heat up food, which is great if you're keeping meal costs down, and buying a meal from 7Eleven or the like. (The ready meals from convenience stores are great quality.)

There is a laundry, so you can do your washing if you need / want to, for a small price. However, the machines are self-dosing washer and dryer combos, and the dryer function is not great. Our clothes were still damp at the end of the cycle, however we hung them up around our room overnight, and they were completely dry by morning.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Honestly can’t think of anything negative to comment on. Maybe just that there wasn’t enough umbrellas available but that is very very minor. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very good. Just across the train station and with many restaurants and convenient stores around. One thing to keep in mind when reserving: ADULTS in this hotel are considered KIDS 6 years and older!!! If you want to travel with kids, they do not have small beds, each kid will have its own bed. Kids below 6 years old will sleep in same bed with parent (a full size bed). Besides that, the hotel was excellent!

Beautiful hidden Hotel very close to the train station, buses, and cabs. Surrounding area is beautiful, but be prepared to use google translate if you do not speak the local language. I’ll stay here anytime we are in Tokyo Area. The main reason is convenience. It’s located 10 mins by train from Haneda. It takes less than 5 mins from the train platform to the hotel lobby. Access to tokyo by taking s short walk to kamata station snd use the JR line or take a train from Keikyu Kamata to shinagawa station and go anywhere from there. Breakfast at the hotel is good and Stores and restaurants near hotel.

Only con: 1500yen breakfast has small selection of food. Very basic Japanese selection and one kind of bread. no fruits, no eggs. I’d recommend getting your own from convenience store nearby.

We loved this Hotel. So convenient to the Station and many eateries within 5 mins.
The staff was always ready to help all non speaking Japan visitors. We love the large area in the lobby where you can talk or eat with your friends. Many business visitors use it to do their computer work. We didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel buffet but many travelers did. We would recommend this hotel to our friends
