The room was clean, and I had a great time. It wasnt too far from shibuya, shinjuku, or tokyo, and the Kamata area is very clean and quiet
I will definitely recommend, and i would stay here again in the future

I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely book here again if im in town. Its very convient to the station and local shops and resturants. The ataff was amazing and welcoming. The room was much bigger than expected. The tub was phenomenal and help soak away any pain from being out all day. They even had a late check out option available which i used and wasnt mad at the price. They even held my luggage until I had to leave for my flight. Also the language barrier wasnt an issue i speak a little japanese and they spoke excellent english to the point there wasnt any misunderstandings. Thank yall so much for being so sweet if you only understood how much I needed that. 💚

While the location of this hotel was great and the staff were consistently friendly, the lack of cleanliness made for a disappointing stay.
The room was frankly poorly maintained. I found hair in several spots throughout the bathroom and, most disturbingly, on my pillow. The desk chair and curtains were visibly stained, and a patch of wallpaper was missing from the wall. To make matters worse, on our second day, a pipe under the bathroom sink began to leak.
The shower curtain also had noticeable stains; while the staff was kind enough to replace it once we pointed it out, these are issues that should be addressed before a guest checks in. Although this is an affordable hotel, a low price point shouldn't excuse a lack of basic hygiene. I appreciated the friendly service, but I wouldn't stay here again given the current state of the rooms.

Room: thin walls, can hear people outside the apartment and within the apartment halls. Very comfortable beds.

The room smelled of mold. On our last day of the last hour, I finally found the source of the mold on the ceiling of the vicinity. If mold problem is fixed, I would give this hotel 8/10 but alas, it is 2/10.

During our trip we stayed at 5 hotels this one overall I would rate the lowest score . It was one of the noisiest hotels not from outside it was in . We were on the 5 th floor you would hear cabinets slamming all hours . They offer generic nothing for breakfast they have enough out for 20 people .

My first time in Japan, 7 minute walk to Kamata Train Station and about 15-20 minutes from airport (depending when you’re traveling during the day/night). Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, a bit small but that’s just standard in Japan, my first room I got when I checked in the A/C was only blowing cold air next to the entrance where the vent is but it didn’t blow any at the bed so I was sweating the first night but I called the front desk in the middle of the night and they moved me to a way better room and that has the A/C facing towards the bed and blowing/circulating throughout the whole room. Absolutely loved the staff’s prompt response and positive attitude. Laundry is on the 7th floor and the detergent is built in the washer so no need to worry about buying any, they also have the ice machine and drinks vending machine in that room. They have a very light pastry breakfast options with yogurt, juice, milk, coffee, tea and water.

Other than that, it was an amazing 8 night stay. Food and stores are all within 1-5 minutes walk. I will be choosing this hotel again in the future, also I extended my checkout time to 2pm which is 1,000 yen per hour but if you stay past 4 hours it’s a full 1 night room and tax charge but 1,000 yen per hour is a steal for a late checkout fee!!! Checkout is at 11am but I extended it to 2pm for $20.32USD. Loved it! Thank you so much for making my stay comfortable and amazing!!

東京のホテルって部屋が狭いんですね。

羽田にフライトの到着が遅れたので電車がなくなり、やむを得ず一泊しました。羽田からタクシーで
深夜料金になり3500円でした。最寄駅はJR蒲田駅で徒歩４分です。とても狭い部屋でしたが、機能的に作られていました。バスルームに浴槽はなくシャワーのみでした。バスルームは清潔で新しかった。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープは普通に使えるものでした。バスタオルはしっかりしたもので使い心地がよかった。
アメニティが弱く綿棒、ティシュペーパーが見当たらなかった。冷蔵庫は開け方が分からず使えなかった。
湯沸かしポットはあるが、ティーバッグ、インスタントコーヒーはなかった。セーフティボックスは小さな棚から引き出すタイプで、使い方がわからず難儀しました。簡単な朝食つきとのことでしたが、本当に簡素でしたのでヨーグルトだけいただきました。
ベッドは布団がふかふかでよく眠れました。フロントの対応は親切で感じが良かったです。

The location was pretty good! Very convenient access to the Keihin Tohoku line [light blue (JK) line of JR] East allows easy transfer to other lines. At first, I was worried about taking a bath, but how this process works - is \"as designed\". The room size is perfect and had no issues with luggage space. My only observation is that earplugs are necessary at night (a quick trip to Donki & Silencia earplugs can fix that) for those who are sensitive to noise. The property quickly responded to any inquiries I had and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Other than that, I loved my time here. Check out their flyers for nearby places to eat! Highly recommended to stay here!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We loved the free coffee and breakfast. Our shower was excellent. I have allergies and it would have been nice to have been offered a non-feather duvet and pillows. Instead, we got a small blanket in a duvet cover which ended up scrunched up, and small cushions which weren't very comfortable. It was a last minute request but maybe buy some alternatives for the next allergic guest?

I stayed here for two nights, and by \"stayed here\" I mean that I stayed here for one night then got another hotel for the second night. I was in room 103, right near the lobby. And I heard EVERYTHING that happened in the lobby -- every voice, everything being moved around, every new trash bag being opened, EVERYTHING. And when I tried to sleep, my sinuses started to close. Turns out, there was mold in the shower -- mold on the shower door and mold on the ceiling.

Given this hotel's high-ish rating, I can only imagine how much better it must be on a non-ground floor. But if I can't ensure that I'll be away from the ground floor, I won't be risking it again. This hotel just lost a customer for life.

We booked a room with twin beds for 3 nights as we were travelling to different places in Japan. The hotel was conveniently close to a train station, lots of bars and restaurants and a few supermarkets. The room was adequate for our needs with a good shower and nice size bathroom, nice toilet, clean towels, comfortable beds. You could have your room cleaned daily if you wanted it. In the reception there was an area where a simple do it yourself breakfast was available in the morning, coffee, orange juice etc also a microwave. The housekeeping and reception staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Over all, was happy about my stay there.
A few things to point out.
1. Some details in the bathroom was not very clean. A little dirty at the edge of bathtub under the sink. Just a little more attention would improve the cleanliness.
2. My too was on the ground floor. At night, sound of doors from neighbors made me difficult to fall asleep.

The room was nice but very small, would not have wanted to stay there for more than a day. I am 5’10” (178 cm) and I could not stand up straight in the shower and barely fit through the doors. Not too far from Kamata station or a variety of convenience stores, and definitely walkable. The window did not latch, which wasn’t too much of a problem as we were on the fourth floor, but the smell of cigarette smoke came in from the street and the room definitely smelled. The pillows were quite hard and a bit difficult to sleep on.

Very convenient location. Close to the Kamata Station and easy access to anywhere in Tokyo. Lot’s of restaurants around the hotel. And this hotel has free continental breakfast which is very rare at hotels in Japan and really nice service. Breads, fresh juice, onion soup, yogurt, coffee, tea and milk. Nice and friendly staff. The room and bathtub are little small but it was enough. Reasonable price to stay.
