Excellent budget hotel, located conveniently between Kamata and Keikyu-kamata train stations (slightly closer to the latter). Friendly and helpful staff, and - as you would expect in Japan - everything is spotless.

The room size is normal in Tokyo metro area.

Comfy and Convenient

We have a long overnight layover in Haneda airport. So we decided to book this hotel for our good night sleep before the long 12 hours flight the next day.

This hotel locate very close to the Keikyu Kamata station. There are some restaurants around but most of them close at 10pm. It's pretty quiet at night. There are some convenient store around so we manage to get our supper there and some 'souvenir' to bring home.

Hotel staffs are extremely nice. I didn't know that I booked a smoking room and there's no non smoking room available that night. The staff gave us an air purifier for that. To our surprise, the smoking room doesn't smell at all. Everything is clean and tidy. Bed and pillow are comfy. My hubby sleep very well that night (if he can sleep comfortably, it has to be good! He is 1 picky man when come to sleep)

I will definitely come back again!

Handy location

The location is close to Keyku Kamata which is the smaller of the 2 Kamata stations. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but it IS Japan. Aircon quite hot, \"very\" basic but overall value for money.

Great location close to Haneda airport, a few minutes walk away from the train to the airport. Check in was handled very quickly and the location is close to many great restaurants and small entertainment outlets. Rooms are small but adequate for a quick trip.

It was ok for one night. However, I have stayed in better hotels for the same price here in Tokyo. The hotel just didn't seem that clean; I felt a bit uncomfortable there. The taxi to the airport was about 3000 yen, so that was a plus. Both staff members I spoke with that day spoke English which is helpful if you're just passing through. The housekeeping lady was also very nice. Not the worst experience, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel,will be my hotl of choice when arriving late at Haneda airport,Tokyo.Short convenient train ride to a stop near the hotel.Hotel has a good location for transportation.The inn is extremely clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a bargain and I would highly reccommend it to other travelers.

Nice enough hotel. Had a brief one night stay here as we flew in late to Haneda Airport and this was reasonably close by rail and reasonably cheap.

The room was really small - but I get the impression that's pretty common in Tokyo anyway.

Close and convenient after long flight

This hotel was great for staying near the airport and very small but cozy and comfortable rooms. The only downside for me was that I came late at night and could not figure out the directions. It is hard to find at first but once you know, it is very convenient to two train lines. It was nice that the front desk staff was up late to check me in. The neighborhood is very quiet too.

If you're desperate...

If you are desperate and need a bed, then sure. Maybe for one night.

Pros: close to airport.

Cons: a double bed isn't really a double bed. It's a semi-double. Need to know if 2 people. We barely fit and were tiny people.
Rooms are tiny, low ceilings, no room for luggage.

Bathroom is a pod, felt like an airplane washroom with extremely low ceilings. Bath tub was like a large sink. If you're taller than 5'7 good luck.

Had a very nice 10-day stay here. The hotel staff is friendly and always ready to help in any way. The bed was incredibly comfortable (didn't really want to leave it in the morning!) and the room is simple, but clean. The hotel offers copy and fax services and is also located half a block from a convenience store with package pick-up as well as wide variety of printing options. The best thing is that the hotel is only a 2 minute walk from Keikyuu Kamata, one of the major stops on the Keikyuu Line. Also, from Keikyuu Kamata, Haneda Airport is a short 10 minute train ride away!

All in all, I highly recommend this place! =)

Admittedly others may want more facilities but even for 10 days I had all I needed and it was really clean.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The location was excellent if you want to visit the heart of Tokyo. It doesn't take long to get anywhere from the subway. It's very easy to get to from the west exit of Kamata station. You take a right out the station, then take a left at the nowara bank ( I can't really remember the bank name.. Something like nowara) the is across the street, and then go straight for 4-5 blocks. Chisun Inn is on the left side. The room was very small but clean and the bed was very, very comfortable.

Needed a play to stay after my flight, booked this place. Was very easy to find from the train station. Had a 7-11 nearby and a lot of local eateries along the street. the staff was very friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean and neat, but cramped, more then some places I've been to in Japan, but not bad. Internet was a little slow, and the pay for tv was only for some tv channel rather then the usual \"choose your movie\" set up, which was a little disappointing. overall a nice place to stay at for a day or two.

First of all, all staffs did good greeting, and also were kind. I asked them extra jobs then they helped me correctly. In my case, I am a native Japanese Speaker so I am not sure their English level, but I would like to suggest to you when you need help, do not speak to them. Write down your request, show them. Especially, when you are in town, please try this way to high school students who wear uniform.

This hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, even the cleaning staff! Sato, one of the staff there, was especially helpful and spoke English very well. The room I stayed in was great and overlooked the city. The hotel is very conveniently located near the JR Kamata station and the Keikyukamata station with various convenience stores close by. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Japan!

Couldn't ask for better

It was perfect for what I needed it for; an overnight stay after a long flight from the UK arriving at 11:30pm.

I got a taxi from Haneda airport which took about 15mins and cost me 2000 Yen. There are trains which stop nearby but I had missed the last train leaving the airport by the time I got through customs.

The staff on the reception was lovely and smiley, had very good English and was extremely helpful.

When I got to my room after buying some water from the reception vending machines and getting the WiFi password I was so happy to relax in the comfy bed.

It's not swanky regarding the facilities but it is a lovely simple hotel; who wants to stay in the hotel on holiday anyway? I would definitely go back.

Great for an overnight stay!

I only stayed at Chisun Inn for one night on my trip back from the Tohoku area. For one night stay I thought it was very good. Though there was not restaurant inside the hotel, there were some local restaurants and a convenience store (less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel) nearby. The room was small, but quite cozy with its bed and facilities clean. Perhaps for some the disappointment may be the limited complimentary items (they provided toothbrushes with toothpaste, a razor and a hairbrush - that's it). Shampoo and body wash are provided in large dispensers (the hotel had a note that said it was to reduce waste).
For those who want a place to stay overnight that is clean, has privacy and affordable I would recommend this hotel.

This is a basic, no frills, business man's overnight stop over. Prices are very reasonable. There is no food offered. The rooms are small but have all the basics. TV, kettle, hair dryer, air con and trouser press. There is not much in the immediate vicinity but the area around nearby Kamata station has lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment. The most outstanding feature of this hotel was the staff. Extremely helpful and friendly.

The night clerk understood English, which I was not expecting, so a plus there. It's a hotel in Japan so it was small, but I had no problem with it. I asked about a time table for the nearby train and they had a print out of the different time for that day which you could take with you.

Had to stay a night, hotel is located right next to the kyushuu kamata station, which cost around 330 yen to get there from haneda airport by train.

Hotel itself is tidy and check in was swift. Room is a bit small but well within comfort zone.

The stay was pleasant. There were 3 of us but all staying in separate rooms. The rooms has the basic necessities needed. Spacious enough for the luggage. Pretty similar to other hotels in Japan. There was both wireless and wired internet access in the rooms. The staff was also very helpful and are able to converse in English. It is very close to Haneda airport. There are convenience store nearby. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location, Location, Location - only 3-4 train stops to airport and hotel is two blocks from station. Good selection of food within four or five blocks. Hotel has standard sized rooms but may be small for some. All i cared about was a solid night's rest, a good meal, and being close to Haneda airport for an early flight. Definitely recommend.

Staying at chosen inn is a great choice if you are looking to travel out of haneda airport. The rooms are clean, the area is quiet, and the abundance of nearby restaurants is amazing (3-5 min walk). I normally use chisun because most of the rooms are pretty spacious for one to two people and I can get a good nights rest. But access to central Tokyo is perfect with two train lines (kikuyu kamata, jr kamata) within 3-10 minutes walk. If you are looking for a convenient place a little outside of Tokyo then this is the place!
