Had a very nice room with super comfortable bed and pillows. View of cityscape was also lovely. I was surprised at being told there was a charge to keep our luggage (2 hours before checkin) and actually I refused to pay it. A lovely staff member made concessions and kept our luggage at no cost and then actually took our bags to our room for us. I think the room rate charge should include holding a few pieces of luggage for customers, without any additional fees. Apart from that, shuttle to airport was a bonus and much appreciated.

I always come here when I have an early morning or late arrival at HND, it’s super close to a train that goes right there, and I can walk to the sushi train spot that’s delicious and open late!

Please beware, Although this is a dog-friendly hotel, the extra charge for a dog-designated room is more than the price of the actual hotel room. Therefore, they doubled our rate. I've never stayed in a smellier dog friendly room. It was worse than going to a farm. Also, the shuttle service only runs for guests going one direction to the airport from 4 am to 9 am. Very limited service. The staff were all very kind and courteous.

The good: easily accessible from off the Keikyu line, which makes coming/ leaving for Haneda easy (15 -20 mins give or take).

I heard the breakfast was good and a good deal. But I wasn't able to take advantage since I don't eat breakfast.

Room is nice size that doesn't feel cramped like in city center.

The bad: check-out is 1 hour earlier than most places at 10 am.

I checked in two hours earlier and just need a place to get changed; paid ¥4000 which essentially half what the room cost lol.

Shuttle is not frequent and only runs half day. But not a major issue given how close by the airport Express is; taxi doesn't cost much either

The room was very clean, and the blanket’s sheets are super comfortable because it was made by best quality cotton. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful in providing us many information about where to go and find the Japanese foods to eat for our dinner. The location is great as it is very close to Haneda Airport. The transportation is great and easy to get to the hotel.

The basic job of a hotel is to provide somewhere to sleep for the night; this one fails on that simple score. My room had a fan running constantly in the bathroom, which could be heard in the bedroom, making it very difficult to sleep. According to the front desk staff, all rooms are the same here. I am astonished that anyone designing or running a hotel would think that this is acceptable. If you value a good night's sleep, my advice is to find somewhere else to stay.

It was very convenient and safe. I didn’t eat breakfast but it look very simple. But you’re better off going to 7/11. The staff were great I love them !! They gave me wrap for my luggage items and held my luggage after check out so I can continue touring. The room is very small and the bathroom was even smaller. So don’t expect much.

Nice and cosy hotel near station, modern and clean. Hotel breakfast was good too. Safety focused and they are strict with having no outside guest in room. Staff are helpful and friendly. There are nice Japanese restaurants close by too, convenient for both near airport stay and to visit Tokyo.

The room was great. Got the hollywood twin which is basically a king+. Room was spaciois and had plenty of room for two huge bags. Im 6'4 and had no problem. Very close to airport. Direct train right across the street of the hotel. Ive come here at the beginning of 3 trips now because of its location and convenience. They offer a breakfast for an extra cost. I have not tried but it looked ok. Maybe next time. Thank you very much.

The standard twin room was really small and difficult for two people to move around, however, it was clean and in good condition. Hotel one block in from Main Street in quiet neighborhood. Great for relaxing after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, and before taking a flight home. Airport shuttle for a.m. only until 9:40am. Checkout is 10:00am, however you can pay per hour for late check out.

We only stayed here due to having a super early flight. It was close to the airport line and the shuttle was helpful but you need to check in super early to get a spot in the 5:10/6:10 shuttles. We ended up just catching the train which was fine.

This was a solid no frills mid market Japanese hotel experience.

The location was convenient and close to both the train and the airport.

The only issue was had was the fact that the front desk staff refused to refund unused breakfast vouchers we had purchase the night before but never got the chance to use in the morning.

Heading home and I returned after two weeks for my last night. I got an unexpected free room upgraded, had the most amazing hot bath, pijamas provided, comfortable bed and the staff so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel, very close to Otori train station which is three stops away from Haneda Terminal 3. Wow, I will miss Japan so much!

I love how the staff were friendly and mostly accommodating for English speakers. The location is close enough to the train station/airport and a small walk between convenience stores/markets. The only downside to my stay was my room had small drill holes/scratches on the wall due to remodeling. But other than that everything was fine 10/10. Would stay again.

I would most definitely stay here again! The hotel was always clean, staff always kind and helpful, and the laundry facilities are a plus. The hotel is right next to the Otorii station which makes getting on and off the train easy. There’s lots of cafes, restaurants, and convenient stores nearby. The hotel and the area it is in is very quiet and peaceful! Not a crowded area at all!

I forgot my portable battery in the apartment, and so far no one has contacted me to inform me whether it was found or not. Other than that, I found the cost to be high for a hotel, especially considering that breakfast was not included in the daily rate. They could also provide a transfer to the hotel during the night.

I stay at this hotel whenever my flight is going to land quite late, or my outgoing is going to be quite early. For early flights, they have an airport shuttle and if the flight is late, the taxi fare is very reasonable. The property is clean and quiet. Love that they have some snacks for purchase in the lobby, a vending machine for drinks, and a laundry! I can walk to 2 different convenience stores in less than 2 minutes and a train station is also about 3 minutes away. Rooms are small and cozy - the bathroom products are a nice quality and their internet is stable for those that need to work while there.

The room was very small. We only needed a hotel close to the airport as we were leaving Japan. We arrived late morning and only needed the room until 8pm for a quick shower. Even knowing this there was no way the reception was going to let us into the room before 3pm. Strange when I was told the room was ready but couldn’t use. Not the customer service I expected from Japan. We only picked this hotel as the large print said free airport shuttle. The fine print was that it was only in the morning. Deceptive.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Walkable to many restaurants near by and really close to the train station! A plus is that it offers free airport rides with reservations. I didn't get a chance to try their breakfast but it looked delicious! The staff greeted me each time entered and left. They were great! Very convenient with location, amenities, food, and transportation. I recommend it to anyone! Will stay again!

It’s a quiet and cozy hotel, staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating (especially under the circumstances of language barriers). My only complaint is that the hotel is kind of hidden from view within an alleyway and you have to find it by looking for its billboard. Other than that, was certainly a satisfied customer.
