Hotel isn't what it advertises. The breakfast is actually coupon you take up the road somewhere and get a free coffee. Also wifi is only in lobby not in the room like said. Otherwise it's a nice place and the staff are very helpful.

Gamble with rooms

Booked and paid for a family room 6 months in advance! We received a small room without window (small roof window which could not be opened). When we stayed at De Curtis 4 years ago we booked a double room which was cheaper but bigger with a huge terrace and a lovely bathroom. Will not book again with De Curtis.

Nice building, dodgy area

Since we did day trips every day, the location close to stations was good. But, the area is not nice to walk around at night. Hotel was really nice old building, but interior could use a renovation. Its was quiet though, so we had a good sleep. UNlike advertised, we did not have wi/fi in the room, only in the reception area. Receptionist was nice, but didnt speak English. Also toiletries had to be reminded to be given to us. Breakfast was a ticket to a cafe nearby. So basically one pastry and a drink.

nice pictures, but just about that

the neighborhood looks damgerous at first but it is not so actually, I didn't have any bad experience, hookers stnd on the corner though. personel didn't speak english and italian with that terrible southern accent impossible to understand. I had to pay on cash because the machine was broken, great so thats my problem now... I spent 2 nights there and none of them my room was cleaner nor tidied up. the place it is just not nice, I simply recommend you find some other place.

Close to the rail station

It is around 7 minutes walk from the rail station. Around 10 minutes from the main shopping street and 20 minutes from the main scenery. However, the way to walk back from the main location to hotel is quite dark, not feel so safe, just the feeling, we were fine. The smell in the wash room is not so good. Wifi not available at room, and only available at the receiption which make inconvenience because our room was not at the same floor.

amazing for the price.

rooms are amaizng. had a littel prolem with the the whole not speaking italian thing but got round that using google translate. roooms are absaloutly fantastic huge and really comfy (im 6\" 8 so when i say huge i really mean it) people running the place couldnt be nicer and were a great help when ever we needed anything. only real negatives was that we were at the top floor ( 6 flights of stairs) which is a long way up with a big bag. and the breakfast wasnt really up to much either. apart from taht not a bad word to say about the place.

Is it a hotel or a B and B?

It's hard to really rate this place on the scale above. We can tell you we would never stay there again. When we approached by cab, we really thought the cab driver had taken us to the wrong part of town. It wasn't a very nice area. When you enter, you walk into what used to be a stable and it still looks like one. The room was large with a nice double bathroom and a small, dirty balcony. They list themselves one place as a hotel and another as a B & B. If they were a hotel, they needed to make up the bed more than just the 1st night, provide us with more than 1 roll of toilet paper ( I suppose we could have asked for more, but we wanted to see what would happen) & empty the waste basket. If they were a B & B, they needed to provide more than a sticky coffee pot, instant coffee (no cream, sugar, etc) and 2 pre packaged rolls (the 1st day only-never replaced in the 3 days we were there.) We stayed at many hotels and B & B 's on this 28 day trip; this is the only one that is getting a bad review. We rea

Worst hotel ever been to.

Me and My daughter were staying at this hotel for 4 days and we were very disappointed. On the internet it says that thre is a daily buffet breakfast and all we got is plain croissants which were not soft at all and biscuits. We never touched the breakfast and the same things were there for four days.The sheets and the towels were never changed. There is no lift so we had to take up our luggages 3 flight of stairs and then again down. We had to check out at 10.30 in the morning otherwise we had to pay. There was not even a window were you can look out and see the street, only one in the roof which you can put ajar.
We will never go there again.

The hotel is located in a poor neighborhood, without any outer sign, 10 minutes walking from the central station of Catania. The hotel do not have any wireless connection nor internet connection but from the front desk. The room was very big and clean. Breakfast includes snacks and instant coffee for self-made at the room. Staff has willing to help, but their English is poor.

Fine for a night

IT's a clean enough, fine enough hotel for a short stay. No english with service but that's to be expected in Sicily. A little hard to find and odd layout within the building but the rooms are fine. Breakfast was pretty lame. Horrible coffee, which in Italy is just plain wrong.

Reasonable price near the center of Catania

Great for families! Room has several beds and a loft area with a bathroom and another bed. Don't be too put off by the initial perception of the neighborhood, it's safer and more central than it originally looks! Staff is friendly. Breakfast is a carb fest with lots of sugary breads (not sure if this is a plus or minus).

I wasn't stay in the room has good refurbish, there have insect and mosquito flying around when you sleep. the room were too dark. the breakfast were ridiculous with packing bread in supermarket, cappuccino was taste milk only. around the hotel area wasn't a good and safe area. every time walk back to hotel from the ground floor main door, you feel like you are in the horror movie the \"REC\". But only one thing good is the staff are very helpful and friendly.

If you reach Catania and you want a low-cost, but high-class hotel, try De Curtis! You will be a little bit shocked when you'll see the entrance, but inside it has great luxury and very kind employers. Very clean and classy!

Friendly and Lovely!

This B&B was wonderful; the staff were extremely helpful and patient with our limited Italian! They called affordable taxis for us for the airport when we needed them at early/late times. Everything was clean and newly renovated, and the breakfast was amazing with a great view. Broadband ethernet internet was in the rooms! It is kind of difficult to find the building (it is unmarked with signs), but once you get in there, it's a really wonderful place.

Very accomodating staff

We selected DeCurtis because it was reasonably priced and close to the airport.
We had to leave the hotel at 5am and did not think we could have the breakfast that was included. The young woman at the desk offered to prepare a breakfast and place it in our room. The breakfast was great, the help were extremely accomodating and very pleasant. We will definitely stay there the next time we are flying out of Catania.

Close to train - no sign outside

Very close to train.
Very nice hotel staff, they waited up for us, we got in very late.
It was very hard to find B&B, there is only a very small sign out by door. We asked restaurant owner who walked us over. Try not to get in too late, it's a little sketchy at night.
Lots of character. Great service.

Sevice was great! Very pleasant people. The only issue was that there was absolutely no sign of this B&B on the door or surroundings that I found weird. But the receptionist saw a taxy and came out to open the door. The restaurant recommended by the receptionist that was situated 50 metrers from the B&B, was marvelous.

The hotel was great but the neighborhood was not so great

This hotel was recently totally renovated top to bottom and is extremely nice, everyone was cordial and could not do enough to support. However the neighborhood is not so good. If we were going to do this trip again and stay on the eastern portion of Sicily we'd stay in Taormina. The good thing about Catania is you can travel north or south in about an hour either way but there were really only a couple of things to see. I'd really love to say Catania is a can't miss just because of the hotel but I can't. I don't want to give the impression that the hotel was grand it wasn't, it was clean and hospitable.

Don´t let the outside fool you

Couldn´t believe how beautiful and spaceous our room was! Two floors, beautiful staircase, lovely old tiled floor, good size double bed. We were very happy about everything in the hotel. The hotel might not suit people with walking disabilities, because the breakfast room is on the top floor and there´s no lift. Location of the hotel was great, near the city centre, the harbour and the bus/train station.

Great value hotel

I found the staff at the hotel extrememly friendly and willing to help. The rooms were large and looked newly refurbished with modern shower and plasma tv. The only issue with this hotel is the location. It is in a bit of an unsavoury area, but if you are spending most of your time in the central part of Catania or going for a Mt Etna visit it isn't a problem.

Although not a true hotel, more a very good B & B, the De Curtis met our needs as a base for the time in Catania. It was reasonably priced & located, mid way between the railway station and the centre of Catania. The staff were helpful and we found all we needed with their help. The pick up/drop off offered was hit and miss though and not to be relied on.

Not much on the outside of this B&B located 5 min from Catania's train station but once inside, nice decor and comfortable rooms. Stayed in family room which was nice size for 4. Friendly staff and simple but filling breakfast of cappuccino and toast/croissant everyday. Always greeted with friendly hello. Great bargain for family of 4 staying at this small B&B. Not in center of town but easy 10 min walk away. Surrounding neighborhood is somewhat gritty but excellent for its proximity to public transportation.

A única coisa boa foi o tamanho do quarto - enorme.
Mas o ar não funcionava direito, no terceiro dia já não me abasteceram com produtos de toalete como prometido, havia cão latindo no corredor de vez em quando.
Lances enormes de escadas e a forma grosseira de tratamento de algumas pessoas do B & B fazem-me querer distância do De Curtis como opção de hospedagem futura.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage in Catania

Wir haben von Catania aus die Ostküste Siziliens bereist, wobei dieses Hotel dafür bestens geeignet war, weil es in unmittelbarer Nähe des Busbahnhofs und (nicht benötigt) des Hauptbahnhofs liegt. Neben Catania (Fußweg zum Zentrum 10 Min) machten wir Ausflüge nach Syrakus, Enna, Taormina, auf den Ätna und sogar über Messina/Milazzo auf die Insel Vulcano. Dabei nutzten wir ausschließlich die Busverbindungen (z.B. AST, Etnabus, Interbus und Sais).

Polveroso ma gentili

Camera grande con terrazzo e doccia enorme. Il letto e il divano era pieno di polvere, le lenzuola non arrivavano a coprire tutto il materasso e la coperta era piccola, corta e striminzita. Il bagno era pulito. Il ragazzo e' stato gentile ma si e' scordato di dirci gli orari della colazione e quindi abbiamo perso il cornetto e caffe al bar (questa e' la colazione offerta). In compenso e' stato molto gentile e ci ha lasciato le chiavi del portone centrale per riprendere le valigie in autonomia. Giudizio finale.. beh se pulissero meglio e rifacessero il letto con lenzuola e coperte adeguate lo consiglierei! E...mettete almeno due rotoli di carta igienica!!!!!

Il quartiere nel quale si trova l'hotel non è proprio dei migliori visto un diffuso degrado degli edifici e l'ingresso del palazzo nel quale si trova l'hotel, così come un po' tutto il palazzo risuolta abbastanza fatiscente, ma va detto che le stanze dell'hotel sono state ristrutturate da poco e risultano abbastanza comode.
Nella camera a noi assegnata non c'erano armadi o cassettiere dove riporre le nostre cose. L'unico oggetto destinato all'uso era un attaccapanni da guardaroba provvisorio.
Ho preso alcune foto una delle quali mostra un asciugamano chizzato di scuro e fornito come \"appena uscito dalla lavanderia\".
Il televisore doveva essere stato recuperato da qualche scarto di magazzino e la sua accensione era un quiz continuo visto il malfunzionamento del telecomando.
Il wifi gratuito non esisteva. A tal proposito l'impiegato ha raccontato di un guasto dovuto ad un fulmine ma dopo quattro giorni ancora non era stato riparato.
La colazione era servita in un bar poco lontano e le paste erano sicuramente buone ma definire \"colazione a buffet\" una pasta e un capuccino mi pare quanto meno esagerato. Oltre al fatto che il bar non disponeva di tavolini al coperto e, considerate le temperature, non era certo piacevole sedersi all'aperto.
Mi assumo la responsabilità di non avere esaminato a fondo i commenti reperibili su vari siti ma, se fosi in voi, sconsiglerei la scelta ai vostri futuri clienti.

Komische Gegend. B&B renovierungsbedürftig.

Hilfsbereites und sympathisches Personal, aber die Gegend ist voller Männer die den ganzen Tag auf der Straße einfach herumstehen...
Abends kam ich nur mit Taxi zurück ins Hotel. Die Zimmer müssen renoviert werden. Kein Internet im Zimmer, nur unten im Lobby.

Leuk hotel vlakbij trein- en busstation

Het hotel is prima gelegen in het centrum van de stad, vlakbij het treinstation en de vertrekplaats van de belangrijke buslijnen van Interbus en ATS. Onze hotelkamer had alleen een elektrisch te openen dakraam dat niet verduisterd kon worden. Hierdoor werden we elke ochtend vrij vroeg wakker. Het tweepersoonsbed was prima, net als de airco en de badkamer, de laatste uitgerust met bidet en stortdouche. Het hotel heeft geen lift, dus mensen die moeilijk ter been zijn kunnen beter een ander verblijf kiezen. Van de buitenkant is bijna niet zichtbaar dat het om een hotel gaat. Wij kregen een 'bos' sleutels en een keycard om alle deuren die we door moesten om naar onze kamer te komen te trotseren. De straat waarin het hotel is gelegen oogt ietwat duister, maar wie een beetje van deze tijd is kijkt vrij eenvoudig door het aantal migranten en tippelaars heen en constateert dat het duistere imago reuze meevalt. Het personeel is bijzonder aardig en de hotelkamer wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt. Iedere ochtend krijg je een tegoedbon voor een heerlijk Italiaans ontbijt bij de in de buurt gelegen pattiserie, waar je een kop koffie en een brioche kan nuttigen tussen de lokale bevolking. Prima verblijf voor een vakantie in en om de bruisende stad Catania.

comodissimo, a due passi da via etnea, esci dal portone e a sinistra dopo una passeggiata di 5 minuti arrivi a piazza stesicoro a metà di via etnea.
non ascoltate tutte le recensioni sulla zona terribile, sulle lucciole etc etc........ si è vero,ci sono, ma non fanno male a nessuno, sono piu' attive di giorno quando incontrano i cliento neri giovani, e i vecchietti . sono folkloristiche e non danno assolutamente fastidio. la sera non ho visto mai nessuna situazione di pericolo, certe persone qui scrivono cose esagerate sulla pericolosità della zona. assoluatmente non vera.
la camera è confortevole, bagno nuovissimo. solo una lucernario invece della finsetranella mia. ma se avete la fortuna di capitare al piano di sotto sono piu' belle e caratteritiche. sembrano stanze d'epoca .
i due proprietari sono gentilissimi, e ti aiutano e consogliano molto bene.
non dimenticate di andare alla trattoria del cavaliere. vicino piazza stesicoro. prezzi buonissimi e cibo da paura. non a caso è piena di catanesi. carne buonissima a prezzi inferiori del primo piatto....una pasta 6 euro..e la carne a 3,50. pazzesco. buonissimo.

Il portone viene Usato come deposito. Le scale non venivano pulite da anni. In camer cerano scarafaggi che camminavano sulle parete. I bagni erano sporchi, abbiamo dormito vestiti appena fatto giorno siamo andati via. Neanche in Africa si trovano hotel di questo genere. Quando ci siamo lamentati dicendo che non era lo stesso hotel che abbiamo visto le foto sul internet ci hanno detto che questo e quello che offrono.

Les palaces ne sont plus ce que c'était!!!!

J'ai réservé 5 nuits dans cet établissement qui se veut être un palace superior (cf la carte de visite). Or, tout au plus, on peut parler d'un modeste Bed and Breakfast. Le quartier est l'un des plus mal famé de Catane (quartier de la prostitution), la façade est décrépie, le personnel ne parle qu'italien (impossible de tenir une conversation), la télé ne marchait pas, le lavabo était bouché, la douche hydro-massante....ben, il faudra repasser, tout comme pour le sauna ou la terrasse panoramique. Absence de wi-fi dans les chambres et s'agissant du petit-déjeuner (ben oui, c'est un palace superior qui s'est converti dans le bed and breakfast!!), on pourrait s'attendre à un pti déj' convenable, continental et bien non!! on nous donne des tickets pour aller dans un café fréquenté par les catanais avec au menu un café et un croissant!! et ne vous aventurez pas à demander un chocolat chaud ou un thé à la place du café!! c'est niet!!!
Bref, passez votre chemin et merci à voyages sncf de bien vouloir procéder à des vérifications élémentaires avant de mettre en vente ce genre d'établissement.

Todellisuudessa saimme ranskalaisen parvekkeen vilkkaalle kadulle ja muka luksusta oli suihku jossa muka jokin hieronta. Todellisuudessa lämmintä vettä riitti kun kävi aamuvarhain suihkussa. nettes zentrales kleines Hotel.rezeptionist mit grosser brille spricht nur italienisch ist immer dort,war sehr nett und ehrlich.die 5 zimmer überforderten ihn schon,mal blieb der schlüssel stecken,mal wurde der Service ganz vergessen,er schaute lieber fussball .war aber lustig.
4 - 5 Sterne trotzdem ,bei dem preis lag es über den Erwartungen,deutsche massstäbe darf man nicht ansetzen,freundlichkeit macht vieles weg.
Hotel liegt direkt am ,,gelblichtviertel,, wie paris um 1850.(strassenstrich)

Una bufala!!!

Situato nel centro storico di catania, ma nel quartiere dove alcune donne esercitano il mestiere più vecchio del mondo.

Questo B&B, perché non è un hotel a tre stelle, si trova all'interno di un fatiscente palazzo con garage privati e scala interna comune in condizioni pietosa.

Le camere sono dislocate in diversi piani ed arredate in uno stile che non riesco a descrivere.

La colazione, molto povera, viene servita in camera con dei vassoi assortiti di cibo preconfezionato.

Una delusione totale.

Super B&B-Hotel

Das Hotel liegt unweit vom Zentrum von Catania entfernt. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Es gibt 2,3 Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Restaurant Elena ist jedoch nicht zu empfehlen, da man schon mal 40 Minuten auf einen Teler Pasta wartet, was sonst überall 10 Minuten maximal dauert.
Parkplätze sind in näheren Umgebung für den Mietwagen immer vorhanden. (Achtung die blau markierten muss man bezahlen, die anderen sind kostenfrei)
Obwohl Sie sich mitten in Catania befinden, sind die Straßen um das Hotel herum eher ärmlich und ein wenig heruntergekommen, was aber an sich nicht stört. 100m weiter ist das Bild ein völlig anderes.
Es ist ein nettes, kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Angestellten. Haben so um die 12 Apartments, Frühstück wird auf das Zimmer gebracht (hier sollte man keine Wunder erwarten: Croissants, Marmelade, Cappucciono, Zwieback, ab und zu ein paar kleinere Überraschungen; wer mehr Vielfalt will: im Supermarkt kann man sich für den Minikühlschrank ja die Auswahl slebst verfielfältigen) , W-Lan gibt es im Bereich der Rezeption.
Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr.10, was sehr zu empfehlen ist, da es eine Terrasse hat, die so groß wie das Zimmer ist (Andere Zimmer haben nur einen normalen Balkon) und zudem sind WC mit Spiegel und Waschbecken sowie Dusche getrennt, sodass ein gleichzeitiges \"Zurechtmachen\" jederzeit möglich ist. Zudem ist die Dusche quasi ein begehbarer Raum, sehr angenehm.

Es waren tolle 12 Tage und wir würden es jederzeit wieder so machen!

Catania merita sempre una visita!

ottima la posizione centrale e facilmente raggiungibile perchè vicina alla stazione, il personale è molto disponibile e cortese sono da migliorare le pulizie camera che peraltro è confortevole, ben disposta e spaziosa. Da migliorare anche la colazione magari con monodosi di marmellata e burro e visto che si è in una città dove il cibo è cultura preferirei prodotti freschi prodotti da forno o qualche biscotto. Certo in Italia siamo abituati a standard qualitativi di accoglienza superiori, mentre il De Curtis all'estero avrebbe sicuramente una stella in più. Comunque non si viaggia per stare in albergo ma per stare in giro e quindi va bene anche così.

Leider ist es weder Hotel noch ein B&B (nur Bett). Die Top-Lage am Bahnhof (Zug und Bus) bringt auch die Begleiterscheiniungen (zB sichtbare und nachts hörbare Prostitution) mit sich. Das Zimmer ist grosszügig, leider fehlen viele kleine Details (zB WC-Papierhalter). Erschwerend ist die Tatsache, dass es schwer zu finden ist, da keine Beschriftung angebracht ist.

Bilder sind nicht alles

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, denn das Hotel mit tollen Bildern entpuppte sich als billiges B&B, welches ich nicht gebucht hätte, wenn ich alles vorher gewusst hätte:Einige Bilder entsprechen zu 0% der Wirklichkeit, kein Frühstücksbuffet, kein Frühstücksraum, keine Dachterrasse, das Frühstück muss man im Zimmer einnehmen und besteht aus 2 Hörnchen in Plastik eingeschweisst und löslichem Kaffee (es waren genau 2 Löffel im Glas), den man sich selbst mit einem Wasserkocher, der höchstens 35°C erreicht zubereiten muss. Toilettenpapier war gänzlich nicht vorhanden. Das Entree ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sehr alt und baufällig. Das LAN-Kabel reichte gerade mal 20 cm und man musste seinen Laptop in der Hand halten. Das Etablissement verdient höchstens einen Stern und das wäre schon geschmeichelt. Alles in allem eine für mich negative Erfahrung, da unter anderem die veröffentlichten Bilder sehr viel mehr versprechen als die Wirklichkeit ist. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nie mehr wieder buchen.

Carino, gentile il personale.zona centrale

La zona e' comoda, anche se un po' malfamata a detta dei catanesi, se non fossi stata con il mio ragazzo non sarei andata in giro tranquilla. Sicuramente non è' un hotel, un b&b, carino, particolare, da fuori nn si vede non c 'e' neanche l insegna. Il personale gentile e disponibile, anche perché ho dovuto chiedere tutti i gg gli asciugamani e le cose per la colazione perché non hanno mai pulito a stanza ma non so se era perché' uscivamo sempre troppo tardi la mattina o perché ti lasciano le chiavi della stanza e quindi non possono entrare. Cmq a ogni nostra richiesta non hanno battuto ciglio.

Расположен близко от автовокзала и исторической части города. Быстрое заселение в номер и выписка из гостиницы, итало-англо- и франкоговорящий персонал. В номера можно пройти минуя ресепшэн.Уборка в номерах ежедневная. Завтрак приносят в номер. В номере: телевизор, холодильник, кофеварка, большая душевая комната, фен. Умывальник отдельный. Есть бесплатный Wi-Fi. Помогут взять машину напрокат. Парковка авто под окнами. Вход в отель с улицы. В отеле нет лифта и российского ТВ.

L'organizzazione mi è sembrata più da b and b che da hotel . La colazione era di quelle confezionate e disponibili già dalla sera prima nella stanza (il che mi ha salvata perché sono arrivata tardi e non avevo Né voglia Né tempo di cercare qualcosa da mangiare ) ; c'era anche un bollitore . Non c'era una reception da albergo , c'era il personale che mi ha Gentilmente Aspettata . La palazzina era ' antica ' e senza ascensore. La camera molto molto ampia così come il bagno , c'era anche una bella terrazza. Disponibile l'aria condizionata, tv e la biancheria era bella profumata .

Pessima sistemazione!

La struttura, nonostante la logistica favorevole (a soli 5 min. di passeggio dalla stazione centrale, altrettanti dalla passeggiata vicino al porto di Catania) ha offerto un pessimo servizio. Asciugamani bucati e con macchie di ruggine, pulizia di stanza e bagno approssimativi, doccia con idromassaggi non funzionanti e fatiscenti. Per quest'ultimo che era intasato (dopo una doccia, residui di sapone e peli rimanevano tutti li in bella vista), ho chiesto più volte alle persone che presiedevano la reception, di ovviare al problema o quanto meno cambiare stanza, ma hanno fatto sfacciatamente finta di nulla. Una sola raccomandazione: DA EVITARE!

Esperienza brutta, gli asciugamani tutti strappati, grigi e duri come raspa. la colazione consiste in due brioches acquistate nei discount, un succo di frutta nel tetrapac monoporzione anche questo non di marca ed una brocca per far scaldare l'acqua del te arrugginita, io che prendo il cappuccino ho dovuto andare in un bar. L'interno dei cuscini #per intenderci l'anima che contiene l'imbottitura# era giallo lurido da far schifo. IN ultimo via De Curtis è la continuazione di una via piena piena di prostitute che la sera espongono la merce...... SCONSIGLIATO SCONSIGLIATO SCONSIGLIATO A CHIUNQUE ANCHE SE VUOI SPENDERE POCO CERCA ALTROVE!!!!

Et sjarmerede hotell som kan anbefales

Hotellet har store flotte rom, rent og pent. Noe shabby nabolag og kanskje litt vanskelig å finne. Men vi følte oss trygge i området. Hotellet var også behjelpelig med å anbefale trygg parkering, som befinner seg like ved. Personalet er meget hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Svært rene rom. Noe dårlig frokost, kun kaker, men god kaffe. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

Cheap is cheap

Das De Curtis hat seine Vor- und Nachteile. Diese zusammengerechnet erhält man eine recht nüchterne mittelmäßige Bewertung.

Vorteile:
+ Die Lage. 5min vom Zug- und Busbahnhof. So kann man auch noch schnell frühstücken, bevor man den 8:15 Bus zum Ätna erwischen will. Zum Zentrum, also Dom und Via Etna ist es auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.
+ Die Zimmer machen einen eigentlich guten Eindruck. Die Betten sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Matratzen bequem. Die Möbel recht neu und nicht abgenutzt.
+ Die Chefin spricht gutes Englisch und war immer sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
+ Wi-Fi Internet kostenlos auch im Zimmer.

Nachteile:
- 5min vom Bahnhof heißt leider auch, dass in der Straße alle 15m einschlägige Damen vor den Häusern sitzen und auf Kundschaft warten. Was bei Tag egal ist, wird nach Mitternacht bei offener Balkontür zu einem Horror, da die Damen sehr gesprächig und öfter nicht einer Meinung sind.
- Süßes Frühstück ist an sich nichts Schlechtes, aber das was geboten wird, ist völlig ungenügend. Die Highlights: Marmelade aus Supermarktgläsern inklusive Brotkrumen und Butter der vorherigen Gäste. Der zuständige Mitarbeiter bereitet den Kaffee zu, indem er Löskaffeepulver in eine Filterkaffeemaschine ohne Filter füllt.
- Im gesamten Hotelzimmer gibt es keinen Handtuchhalter, um die benutzten Handtücher aufzuhängen.
- Geputzt wird zwar, aber nicht gewischt und die Duschkabine wurde dabei ausgelassen. Die Handtücher werden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt.
