Room was very clean, and very basic as a place to sleep after lots of sightseeing. One staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, and one was so aloof, I need to find a another word. Very close to Termini station, which was convenient, and 15-20 minute walk to many sights. Both nights were a bit noisy in the corridor, which woke both me and my children. So very basic, but clean, if you’re on a budget.

The highlight of this property is its location.3-4 minutes to/from Termini station is the part. There is a small elevator makes moving luggage up and down a lot easier. The 24 hour front desk was also a plus. The only downside is the room suite door keeps hitting the floor making loud sound.

Our room seemed clean at first, but upon closer inspection we found some very unsanitary stains.
As well, the front desk staff seemed helpful at first- until you asked a simple question. Two were quite abrupt and rude- with one raising his voice and becoming hostile.

Horrible hotel. The only plus is that Roma Termini is nearby. I complained multiple times about an “emergency” light in the hallway in my room that is on 24/7 it is a bright LED light that illuminates the whole room. I called and complained to reception. They came up the first night and were able to turn off the breaker leading to that light. The second night it came back on and stayed on the entire night. I called again, and the guy told me he was going to come. He said he already showed how to turn the breaker off I told him I tried that and it’s not working. Finally came up and realized that and it was not working. He told me there was nothing that he could do about it. There was no other vacant rooms that he could switch me too. He said he had to deal with it we were unable to sleep for the six nights, so we stay in the hotel due to this bright light sea images to see that illuminate the whole room and points directly at the bed. The bed is super uncomfortable for like a hard cardboard material. The only thing I can say is good iss that the housekeeper is very sweet and thorough and cleaning the rooms. They’re very clean. Never recommending this Hotel.

Very basic the website give a false impression. The entrance is quite depressing and I can see where there would be any place to eat breakfast. Reception is untidy although the gentleman was friendly. The wardrobe door did not fit the wardrobe and the shower squirted out all over the place. Luckily we only went in to sleep and didn’t have to spend very long there. Towels and bedding were clean and room was serviced each day. It is in a good location

I was at this hotel with my wife 2 nights, Sept 24th & 25th 2024. This hotel is very close the the main train station on a quiet street. The room was very nice and clean. It is a family run hotel and had several interactions with the father and especially the son who helped and solved any issues very quickly. I recommend eating at their restaurant attached as food was very good at a reasonable price. The owner and tall waiter were funny and entertaining. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Have no negative comments and will stay here again if I ever go back to Rome.

I would not recommend this property especially for the price. Our room was clean, but the listing says sound proof walls and we can hear everything from reception laughing, their phones ringing, talking at late hours of night and talking at early hours in the day. It was really exhausting waking up to people talking or laughing when we are so tired for traveling and just want a quiet sleep. The surrounding area is very unsafe and extremely dirty. We saw two physical altercations next to the property that made us very afraid to sleep there. They do have a lock to enter the hotel but that side of the city is not safe for tourists and I would strongly recommend staying at other parts of the city near tourists sights. Almost nothing is walking distance we had to take a bus or metro for everything with felt a little misleading in the description. Although the room was clean there was hardly any amenities for us to use besides a blow dryer. They also require you to pay the city tax in cash, which is crazy considering how high the tax is, you would think you can pay in card but they don’t make exceptions. In other parts of Italy they had no problem accepting a card payment for the city tax for even smaller payments. Overall, I did not enjoy my time at the hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The price is far too high for what you get. I will like to flag that there was a really nice man at reception while we were there and he was always kind.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station and we were only in Rome for 2 nights. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an unsavoury neighborhood. The hotel itself was secure with a keyed gate for entry, but a disappointment compared to the photos. Common area windows were taped shut. There was no basic amenities in room (kettle, coffee/tea). There was no safe in the room. Showerhead sprayed the whole bathroom. Very noisy at all hours of night and walls/doors not soundproof at all. I would recommend spending a little more to go to a better area with at least basic amenities.

We stayed in this property for three nights in the middle of July. The hotel is in a good location near the Termini station and lots of shops/restaurants nearby. But neither of the main tourist attractions are walkable, You need either the metro or the bus. We used the bus and avoided metro (to avoid pickpocketing). Contrary to the other reviews, we found the areas safe and walkable even at night. We were dining out around 10/11 in nearby restaurants and never felt unsafe or encountered any issue. Couple of comments on the property: the elevator is quite outdated and quite small, It does not fit more than three person without any luggage. Second, the hotel does not have any option to get iron even on request. They do have laundry service but is quite expensive. The room (triple) was spacious. But it lacked basic amenities (like facial tissues or small bottled body wash or shampoo/conditioner, plastic glass or regular glass for drinking water) that you normally get in north American hotels. I would consider it as a 2-star hotels, not a 3-start ones as claimed.

The room was too small, the room assigned with the number 301 but in the door had a label with \"living room\", so I felt cheated.

Very good location. Easy transportation between airport and Termini station on the shuttle. Also convenient to use the metro and to walk to sites.

The staff was very nice at checkin and so helpful. I really appreciated the map he gave us and he marked all the main tourist/historical sights and how to get there. I can honestly say without that advice we would have been overwhelmed trying to figure everything out. I referenced the map so many times.

The triple room is spacious but the bathroom is very small. Housekeeping made our beds and supplied us with fresh towels. I also appreciated that there were extra blankets available.

Restaurants and souvenir shopping close by.

To start with - HOTEL HAS NO AC ! Extremely hot and humid outside, making the room an oven, worse that the interior of a car left in the sun.The air has no movement so it was impossible to sleep. The hotel has AC but all the dials were removed so the guests can NOT adjust the AC. The shower is \"European style\" with no curtain, with a tiny rotating window that does NOTHING to stop the water splash so we ended up with a pool inside the bathroom. The vanity and shower faucets are defective. You turn the hot water on and instead of the water coming out through the spout, it comes out through the cold water faucet. The rooms are on the first floor and facing an extremely busy street. If you stand outside on the street, or inside the room with the windows closed, the noise level is the same. There is absolutely no difference and because it faces a very busy street with restaurants, bars, running busses and lots of traffic, there is NO quiet time. The rooms look NOTHING like you see in the photos, they are extremely small, crowded, hot, smelly, basically a \"no rest\" area. THE INTERNET DOES NOT WORK ! The ONLY reason I gave this hotel a 2 star rating is because the staff is OUTSTANDING ! Extremely helpful, nice, professional, kinda trying to make up in what the hotel is lacking. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money so you can rest. The whole downtown is full of hotels, door to door from one another so, if you do the walk, you need the rest. You will not get any here.

The hotel is ok. It is very clean. We had issues with the A/C almost every night simply because they turn it off. We had to look for someone to turn it back on. One night we were sweating bullets because there was no one to help us.Late at night the water was tepid but not hot. The Restaurant next door is very good (its the same owners)
It is located in a super centric area.
There is no lobby or common area. BEWARE at TERMINI STATION it is very UNSAFE. Lots of pick pocketers. Have your purses and bags totally closed and always in front of you.

The hotel is smaller than anticipated. Entry was difficult to find with little signage. Room was tiny and bathroom was barely large enough for my husband to move around in. Would say the largest benefit was the proximity to the central train station (esp. if you have luggage to carry with you to the hotel). This hotel was a great location one block from termini station and 30 min walk to coliseum Spanish steps piazza Navona etc… The front desk staff seems to be all family and they treat you that way. The room service was done every day and they cleaned the rooms quite well. If you are coming to Rome please consider this hotel as it will check all your boxes. Luca his father and mother I assume, were all excellent hosts. If you have a chance eat next door at the family Italian restaurant.

It is in an ideal location near termini Station. The toilet sink was a little too small & i wish the toilet door had a lock on it. There is no telephone in the room ir any notification if checkout time. Atleast a basic Breakfast of orange juice coffee & brioche should have been included. It has a nice fat screen, It has a nice thermostat heater for winter months and it is clean. Not bad, but not great either.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Room was always clean. Very convenient location for walking and for the Metro and train. A very bustling area. Good value for the money.

Spacious and well lit room. Staff was very accommodating. The adjoining restaurant, where the included continental breakfast was served, was excellent for dinner. Convenient location.
