Unfortunately, the hotel is not designed for having a resting time at the venue. Having not air conditioning, it makes it impossible to sleep well or chill at the room for less than 5 minutes. Wi fi was not available.
After the first night, They provided with a fan that made the second night more livable.

The design of the rooms are ok but there are lot of details that could help the guest to have a comfortable stay. For example:
- place to put the soap
- deep cleaning in the showers
- repair windows to have completely black out in summer

The hotel is located in a very good area, that make it interesting if you just want to drop your bags and going out but there is still many areas of opportunities in this place

The location is excellent, and the rooms are in good condition, however there are not air conditioners. There is something that it supposed to be cooling down the room but it simply does not work, it is just a waste of electricity. A fan could be better than nothing

The place is well located but impossible to sleep in the summer. Maybe in winter is a good place until the airconds start working properly

It is not an hotel. It is more like a hostel. It is a very poor quality building with rooms that are good size but smell humid. Beds were confortable but everything is not taken good care of. The place -outside is so noisy that it is almost impossible to sleep. Overall for the price you cannot ask for more.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My family had a horrible experience at this hotel and left after only one night into a three night reservation. Dirty room, broken toilet, disgusting shower, no air conditioning, extremely noisy location made it impossible to sleep. Ruined the first day of our Italy vacation. We moved out to a better hotel and Agatha Cosy Hotel /Santuzza Hotels has refused to refund any money. So we paid for 3 nights taxes and stayed only 1 night. Expedia also has refused to help us so I'll never book through them again. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS HOTEL IS AWFUL! And don't count on Expedia to help you out if you have trouble with a hotel.

Basic, but just what we needed

Enjoyed our stay here..knew exactly what we were in for, basic, city centre bed for the night. Room was comfortable facing the front/square, so no real noise issues. Bathroom is smoked glass cube within the room, but no problems there for us. Fresh towels supplied daily (could use some hooks to hang towels on). Continental breakfast, no issue with quantity as we were always offered more. Location could not have been better. Only negatives..no safe in room and check-out was 10.00am (Hotels.com lists safe and 11.00am checkout).

Great location, all attractions within walking distance, once you find the hotel, we arrived late and it was difficult to find. Passed by couple times due to very small sign next to the main door. We had Superior double room, balcony, city view and the room was very small (luckily we stayed only overnight) and very noisy due to street (roundabout) and especially in the early morning
Very basic breakfast with coffee and a croissant

Has potential..

Managed to book this hotel at the last moment for the four of us after our flight was cancelled and we needed a hotel room one night sooner. Location is good in center of town, although you think you are next to a highway with all the traffic even during the night. Music at night stichten back of hotel is not insignificant.It is an old palace,therefore the lack of an elevator makes it somewhat problematic for us seniors to drag 2 heavy suitcases two floors up. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms lack soap, tissues.

Alla reception tutti gentili e cercavano di accontentare le richieste, infatti mi hanno cambiato stanza e piano,poi le cose sono andate bene.
è un albergo particolare diciamo che ha il suo fascino.

Il bagno era ricavato all’interno della stanza con l’uso di pareti mobili e senza ricambio di aria, tutti gli odori del bagno ristagnavano all’interno della stanza. Usciva un forte odore di fogna dallo scarico della doccia e anche questo finiva all’interno della stanza. La peggiore camera in cui abbia mai dormito.

God beliggenhed, dog obs på at der er restaurant i baggården og den lukker efter midnat.
Stedet er ikke ideelt hvis du kommer i bil, da selve stedet er svært at finde og det er svært at finde parkering.

Habitacion sucia y con bichos.El baño mas sucio aún, la ducha en en el suelo rota . La cama tercera era de sofa estaba rota y el colchon en dos trozos y habiamos pagado por tres camas.En las especificaciones y el precio era con desayuno bufé y lo que dan es en una cafetería en una esquina fuera del hotel un café y un boño o un trozo pan.
Un hotel con tres plantasy en ningun momento dicen que no tiene ascensor.

No es lo que parece

La habitación que nos tocó tenia las paredes y el techo en mal estado. El baño hacía un olor muy fuerte a tuberías procedente de la ducha. Esta habitación está situada al lado de un restaurante que ponían música hasta la 1 de la madrugada y no pudimos dormir bien ninguna de las dos noches. Lámpara estropeada, sin secador de pelo.

La camera non aveva una stanza per il bagno, ma il WC era nell'anticamera e la doccia nella camera. Il mobilio era quasi assente. La camera era sopra un ristorante che alcune sera dava musica fino a tardi

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville historique. Accueil correct. Chambre spacieuse mais très mal isolé du bruit extérieur et des bruits du restaurant qui se trouve sous nos fenêtres. Propreté de la chambre au strict minimum. Petit déjeuner servi au café attenant à l’hôtel personnel sympathique. Transfert bus à quelques mètres de l’hôtel

la posizione è perfetta. Vicinissima alla metro e alla fermata dell'ALIBUS, la linea che porta in aereoporto. Si affaccia sulla piazza Stersicoro, vivace e piacevole ed è a 2 passi da via Etnea, arteria principale della città ricca di negozi e locali. Se si arriva con maps fare attenzione perchè ti lascia sul retro della struttura, dove non c'è entrata. Colazione senza grandi pretese, camere un pò rumorose ma ottime per brevi soggiorni.

Leider hatten wir kein Zimmer bekommen mit zwei Doppelbetten. Diese haben wir extra dazu gebucht. Es gab kein Kontinentalfrühstück! Auf Nachfrage wurden Käse, Salami und gekochter Schinken auf einen Pappteller geklatscht. Diese standen zwei Stunden unabgedeckt herum. Und das im Hochsommer!!! Bedauerlicherweise gab es nur Teller und Becher aus Plastik bzw. Pappe. Soviel zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit! Der Zustand des Frühstückbuffets ist aus hygienischer Sicht mangelhaft. Es war kaum Auswahl! Das was es gab, war nicht frisch und nicht lecker bzw. appetitlich angerichtet. Das Zimmer war extrem laut, stickig und muffig. (Lag wohl an den alten Leitungen des Badezimmers) Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, ebenso der Kühlschrank kühlte nicht ausreichend. Die Badezimmertür ging nur halb auf, da dann schon das Waschbecken im Weg war. Der Boden der Duschkabine war an den Abdichtungen sehr verdreckt. Die Fotos, machen mit denen das Hotel Agatha im Internet wirbt, stimmen in keinster Weise mit der Realität überein. Zur angepriesene Dachterrasse war der Zugang ständig verschlossen.

Dla mało wymagających ok.

Byliśmy grupą w 5 małżeństw. Pokoje oczywiście były różne pod względem wielkości. Czystość w porządku, pokoje codziennie sprzątane, ręczniki zmieniane, żel i szampon codziennie w małych saszetkach po 10 ml. Śniadanie typowo włoskie i dosyć słabe. Kawa z ekspresu, którą podaje pani z obsługi. Do tego po rogaliku/croassancie. Internet to wielka fikcja. W niektórych pokojach czasami działał. W naszym pokoju praktycznie nie działał! Hotel w centrum miasta i wieczorem bardzo głośno do późnych godzin nocnych. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale faktycznie było bardzo głośno. Z minusów brak mebli. Praktycznie żadnej szafy z półkami. U nas była wnęka z drążkiem i dwie małe szafki nocne plus jedna mała półka, którą adaptowalismy jako stolik! Ubrania musiały być w torbie!

Entrée bizarre Porte sans indication difficile a trouver comme l'entrée d'un appartement.
A l'intérieur un grand escalier qui arrive sur un couloir et un petit bureau une jeune femme gentille nous a donnée les clés des chambres.
Notre chambre sans tapisserie avec l'impression d'être en travaux peu de chauffage pas de chauffage dans la douche une odeur de moisi, le sol en carrelage tout sale plein de taches de peinture pas d'armoire juste une penderie avec 3 étagères table de nuit et petit meuble plein de poussière et des ronds de verre ...
Je pensais que le petit déjeuner serait mieux et non pas de choix dès qu'il manque quelque chose on ne le remplace pas cafetière en panne un jour personne pour aider
Beaucoup de bruit mais cela ce n'est pas leur faute restaurant très bruyant sous les chambres ( resto AL VICOLO sympa et très copieux avec une music très forte jusqu'a 1 heure du matin ensuite pendant peu près une heure de plus pour le rangement et enfin plus de bruit)
Uniquement jusqu'a 7 h car on est réveillé par les travaux de l'hôtel coup de marteaux ...
Enfin en résumé juste l'emplacement est sympa centre-ville
Pour que ce soit bien il faut que les travaux soient fini
Que le personnel 3 ou 4 personnes maxi soient plus organisés
Ils n'ont aucune méthode et ne connaissent pas du tout le fonctionnement de l'hôtellerie (pas de produit toilette ou au compte goutte)
Ils sont justes gentils, et ne se donnent aucun moyen pour avoir de bonnes prestations

Molto al di sotto delle aspettative.

L'hotel si trova, seppur in piazza Stesicoro e proprio difronte al teatro romano, in un edificio storico ma decadente che verrà, a detta dei gestori, ristrutturato entro breve tempo e per quel che si può visti i vincoli della Sopraintendenza.
La vista dalla stanza assegnata era fantastica per godere dell'intera visuale sulla piazza sottostante.
Abbiamo però trovato inaccettabile: il dormire in un letto matrimoniale derivante da uno scomodo divano letto; il bagno in camera con soffitto aperto nella camera stessa per cui ogni rumore privato diventa di dominio pubblico; la possibilità di accesso da parte di estranei nella stanza tramite la porta divisoria con la sala colazione; l'aver trovato il mini-frigo non acceso; il personale addetto alla colazione non preparato professionalmente nè vestito adeguatamente per lavorare in un hotel e gestiore di questo importante inizio di giornata; il vedere ammassate dietro il tavolo della colazione tutte le forniture di bevande ed altro.
Putroppo dalle foto del sito tutto questo viene sapientemente celato.
Fortuna ha voluto che alla girata dell'hotel c'è una bella pizzeria, anche da asporto, che propone delle pizze buonissime, molto grandi ed al giusto prezzo.

La chambre donnait sur un restaurant ambiance \"boite de nuit\" : impossible de se reposer entre 19H00 et 2H du matin.... Pas d eau chaude la 1ère nuit, pas de consignes à bagages, pas vu la terrasse... Les finitions des chambres sont à revoir : les fenêtres ne ferment pas correctement, prises mal fixées...
A éviter absolument!
