Nice views and good location

Apartment like room. Nice and ample. View from the balcony was beautiful, specially at sunrise. It is close to the beach and town center. Nice pool, but didn't use it to lack of time. The property as a whole looks well. There are minor details to improve (some furnishings a bit worn out) but in general it was a nice stay.

The check in time on the web said 05:00 pm which in fact was 03:00 pm. It also said there was no onsite parking when, in fact, there was. The breakfast was ok at best. The staff were great as well as the location.

We really loved this hotel. Our room had a beautiful view and a great patio so the upgraded room is definitely worth every penny spent.
It was an easy walk into San Vito and the beach so it was really perfect! Highly recommend this town and this hotel!

Just arrived today. Have not slept yet but it's amazing. Perfect for families that just want to relax and keep kids entertained so many facilities and the guy was nice enough to say when we check out we are free to stay around at the pool and just hang out as we want for as long as we want. Amazing!

The pool area was very clean and enjoyable. The proximity to the beach and shops/nightlife was great. Parking onsite was convenient. The view outside our room was spectacular. Room itself left much to be desired, hard bed, no window and no housekeeping during our 2 night stay.

Great location by the beach.Plenty of shops nearby

The hotel is in a great location by the beach and walking distance to the local restaurants and souvenir shops. There is a bar on-site at the property and also plenty of parking. The rooms are very big with many amenities, clean and there is a guest services rep available 24/7. The shower is extremely small and property is slightly dated. But, this is a minor detail and I would gladly stay there again.

The hotel looks so much better in the pictures. The pool area is not appealing at all , there’s a DJ all day playing loud and annoying music the entire day, and the crowd seems a bit wierd as well
Overall the rooms are ok. There aren’t luxurious but the hotel is in a nice walking distance from town and the beach. The receptionist David was very nice and helpful.

Don't waste your money

We booked to stay here for 8 nights. We booked ourselves on day 6 and spent our last 2 days in Palermo city centre in a 5 star beautiful luxurious hotel (cheaper than Cala marina, by the way).
The room was filthy and the sofa bed was awful. Not worth the price we were paying so we asked for an upgrade, only for the reception staff (which seemed to never be the same) to say we were already in their highest standard room. Very hard to believe. There were ants everywhere and a horrible noise which kept awake all through the night. We complained several times and (another) reception member said it was the boiler so to turn it off at night. That didn't work! So by day 5, we were all tired, miserable and annoyed!
The upside to this place is the pool hygiene and the lifeguard is super strict. You need to wear hair caps, which you can purchase at reception for €2 or remember your own.
We came to San vito lo capo following a weeks stay in Taormina- beautiful and clean in comparison.
I'd say, if you are looking for a good, albeit very crowded, beach with calm seas and you don't mind overpaying on poor accommodation, this place is for you.
Staff at reception gave us a discount, which helped to ease our annoyance. We couldn't have stayed here longer than we did. Maybe 4-5 days tops for the beach but the overly loud music in the evenings made us feel like we were at a rave. The music by the pool in the day wasn't too bad, until they whooped up the volume and we couldn't hear each other

We enjoyed our stay, this hotel has offered us all we were looking for during our stay. The weather was great so we enjoyed the pool as much as the beach. San Vito lo Capo is a small town but has enough things to do. We wanted a relaxing holiday and that's what we had.
The apartment was cleaned every day and the towels, even the clean ones, replaced which is a bit of a shame. We loved the pool attendant who kept the pool and the sun loungers so organized. Reception staff was very helpful and accomodating.

The room was an apartment, great for families with kids. Had a kitchen, plus dishes, pots and pans etc. No dish soap to wash the dishes, nor did the maids do the dishes. They just made the bed and gave clean towels. Only two towel, which you needed to take with you to the beach or pool as well. The shower was so tiny to fit into. I am a thin women and could barley turn in it. My father in law is a large man and could not fit his entire body in the shower. The bathroom is a nice size, not sure why they have such a tiny shower stall and no tub. The blowdryer, is a vacum cleaner with the air blowing out. The staff was not very helpful. We asked if there are any fishing trips as the Marina was so close, we were told we can rent a boat for 100 euros and we would need to drive it, we asked if it has fishing poles and where to buy bait. They could not answer, they suggested we go buy fishing poles. I asked if we could book excursions to different areas and he did not know, he made a call but was very unsure of what was required One day the pool was roped off, I asked why and if we could go in and he replied yes if you want to, but the ropes remained. He seemed annoyed when I asked questions it appeared to upset him. We had a few rainy days and I asked where did he suggest we go, he said I don't know Palermo. Since we did not want to go to the city I asked for any other suggestions, his reply was very short \" Look signora it's not my fault its rainin

The hotel is disproportionately overpriced, I would be keen to find out how they got the 4 * rating in the first place. They couldn't get the basic thing right - breakfast! There is practically NONE, although our booking clearly said \"buffet breakfast\". What we got for breakfast was: a pastry (no options to choose from!) that was literally handed out to us in a napkin with NO PLATE?!, a bottled juice and a coffee - espresso was not even an option as we were just offered a \"cappuccino\" that tasted like it was made out of a packet. While we were still there we saw another group of baffled hotel guests who were enquiring about the breakfast and whether that was all on offer. They were given a slightly better treatment: the lady at the bar offered them an option of a croissant and jam and also laid out a table cloth for them, which of course didn't make it any better, but showed just how inconsistent their service is! We then complained to the lady at reception while we were checking out who couldn't answer a basic question - how on earth this hotel deserved to have the 4* and if we could have a discount, saying the manager was away etc etc. Wifi wasn't working either in our apartment. I feel very upset and frustrated, especially provided we had stayed at Palermo for the first 3 nights at a 3* B&B for half the price of Cala Mancina with excellent service, central location and delicious breakfast!

Organised incessant, very loud music from pool

Hotel experience was completely spoilt by the organised, incessant (from 10.00 to past midnight) and very loud (could hear in our room 100m away and with both inner / outer door locked) pop music. This was not a hotel but a holiday camp. Considering the price we paid for our room, the room was poor value with no balcony or private seating area (the only outside seats available were in a public corridor). Poor breakfast choice. Best thing about the holiday camp was the rather beautiful receptionist !

We have been to Calamancina many times and we plan to return. It is in close walking distance to the beach and the little town of San Vito. It is perfect for families with children. There is also entertainment for children.

The hotel has poor customer service due to lack of staff, the place was very noisy till midnight and the cafe was limited in provision and not of a high standard. A moderate 3 star accommodation that was adequate but certainly not 4-star. The location is difficult to reach (130 km from airport) and not evident in the local signs.

Nice place with pool and impeccable garden, we had a very large 2room apt with some seaview. Walking distance (around 10 min) to beach and all amenities. The place could do with a lick of paint and the furniture is a bit dated. Overall recommended.

Staff is very rood, we booked twin bed room an on arrival we were offered double bed!! We complained and member of staff said that if we don't like it we can go elsewhere and it was 9pm!

Also they don't speak much English.
Overall the hotel was ok, but no restaurant, we had to walk downtown. Tv was a size of computer desktop

Scenic beach resort with a beautiful view from the more expensive rooms of the hotel. It is a hotel for
Italian families on vacation. The view from our balcony was tremendous, however, the room itself was shabby and disappointing. The bedding was substandard. All of the blankets looked at first to be filthy, but then on closer examination we could see that they were just old and filled with shedding balls. We tried best we could to keep them under the bedspread. The maids changed the sheets every day but never for five days, did they sweep the floor or clean the sink. There were signs above the sinks telling us in English not to drink the water. The check out time was 10AM.

Great location, a couple of minor issues

The location of this place is great. It's a short walk/drive to the beach, and just a little bit further to the center of town. The 1 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed except dish soap and dish towels. The sofa bed is actually like 2 separate beds (there is a trundle underneath that lifts up to be even with the sofa), but is very comfortable. Parking is inside of a gate, so the vehicles are secure. The pool is beautiful, and the staff was friendly and efficient (they even helped me print out my car rental form). I would gladly go back to this hotel, but there were 2 disappointing things about our room: 1. I paid extra for a sea view, but only a very small sliver of sea was visible from the room (and only when standing pretty much in the doorway). We had to stand outside in front of the apartment to see the water, and even that was only a partial sea view. If we had been upstairs instead of on the ground floor, the view would have been wonderful. Next time, I will probably get the less expensive garden view room instead of paying extra for basically no reason. 2. There is a breaker in the living room where the sofa bed is. Throughout the night, every time the refrigerator kicked on, it popped the breaker and then there was another pop when it went back into place. The noise was very loud and I had trouble sleeping because of it..

Personel is amazing - lifeguard all day near the pool is looking for safety features, we coul relax when our kid was swimming.

Nice clean room, good air con and was pretty good value for the area. The kitchenette was very useful as it allowed up to keep food for packed lunches and prepare a few evening meals ourselves. We didn't use the pool or the bar but they looked as though they were good.

The view from our room was like a post card and made for some long nights on the balcony soaking it all in. The staff were very helpful and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the main beach and main bars/restaurants making the location ideal for days on the beach and nights on the town.

Admittedly it was low season (mid-April) and the weather was great, but we couldn't have had a better place for a restful, post_easter break. Confortable appartment with every necessary convenience, peaceful location (apart from a couple of noisy dogs!) an easy walk from beach and town, great pool for liunging by and some wonderful places to explore by car. Definitely go again.

Lovely place. We had a flat with sea view which is recommended. 5 mins from beach and restaurants. Only minus is pool is closed between 1 pm and 4 pm where its most hot. We were there in mid October and restaurant was closed, seems every thing closed down slowly. But still a fantastic place and great main street by the beach for food and shopping. Highly recommend.

Il monolocale che mi hanno assegnato era pulito ,con angolo cottura fornito di suppellettili ,frigo, e forno.Sito a piano terra , con spazio esterno con tavolo sedie e ombrellone. Comodo Il parcheggio proprio davanti il monolocale. Nel villaggio c' è una piscina.Personale cortese e disponibile.La posizione del villaggio è a pochi passi dal porto e alla spiaggia di San Vito e si può raggiungere a piedi.

Solo il letto matrimoniale scomodo, perche era composto da due singoli 👎 e il lettino del piccolo nemmeno con le lenzuola, piatto doccia piccolo.

Eine schöne Ferienanlage mit hauptsächlich italienischen Gästen. Unser Appartement war sehr sauber und sehr geräumig mit Handtuchwechsel. Pool war mit Salzwasser, Bademützenpflicht. Es gibt Liegen und Sonnenschirme an einem abgegrenzten Strandbereich. Dies haben wir nicht genutzt, da der Strand maßlos überfüllt war. Ganztägig sehr laute Animation am Pool. Der Ortskern mit Restaurants und Geschäften ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Dies war für uns ein großer Pluspunkt.

Immaginavo che la struttura non fosse nuovissima, ma non avrei mai pensato che fosse così trascurata l'igiene in ogni suo aspetto: acqua della piscina sporca, bagni adiacenti alla piscina molto sporchi, tanta spazzatura nei cassonetti trasbordanti localizzati vicino ai parcheggi in un punto in cui si passava più volte al giorno, ma soprattutto vergognoso è stato trovare in camera ragnatele e strati di polvere sugli infissi e nei vari angoli del bilocale e biancheria (tovaglie da bagno, lenzuola, guanciali) macchiati e dall'odore nauseabondo. Viaggiando con tre bambini c'è voluto davvero stomaco di ferro e coraggio per fare la doccia, abbiamo usato le ciabatte e i teli mare nostri puliti per asciugarci...fortuna che siamo rimasti solo una notte. Al check out siamo andati via immediatamente anche avendo la possibilità di potere utilizzare i servizi esterni del villaggio. Tremendo spero possiate migliorarvi.

Soggiorno meraviglioso.
Struttura un po datata, ma compensa la grandissima professionalità e cordialità a partire dal barista agli animatori, dai responsabili di reception ai grandissimi e velocissimi manutentori che hanno risolto un problemino in meno di 10 minuti.
Inoltre piscina molto grande e fruibile da tutti.
Una mensione speciale per l'eccellente pulizia dei locali e della piscina.
Ottimo anche il parcheggio gratuito all'interno della struttura.
Siamo stati coccolati da tutti.
Inoltre da non sottovalutare che ci si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla via principale di San Vito e dalla spiaggia.
Insomma ritorneremo sicuramente!

Struttura in posizione strategica.

Struttura carina e in posizione strategica. A pochi metri dalla spiaggia principale di San Vito e dalle strade della movida. Ideale per famiglie e per chi vuole girare a piedi la cittadina. necessiterebbe di un rinnovo nelle facciate. Per il resto ve bene.

Wollten zuerst in ein etwas teureres Hotel, haben uns dann aber gkücklicherweise für dieses Objekt entschieden.
Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden - und freuen uns auf einen nächsten Aufenthalt.

Eigentlich würde ich mindestens 4,5 Sterne geben.
Schöne Anlage, nette Leute, toller Pool, perfekte Lage.
Das Schlafsofa (wir waren zu viert), war eine Katastrophe. Auch nachdem die Matratze dort ausgetauscht wurde.
Jetzt kommt aber das nervigste. Ab 22 Uhr startete die Animation ein extrem lautes Musikprogramm. Teilweise ohne!!! Gäste.
Es war echt die Hölle. Es waren viele Familien da, wo die Kinder wieder wach wurden.
Vielleicht angemessen in der Hauptsaison aber sicherlich zu 90 Prozent nicht gewertschatzt in unserer Reisezeit. Deshalb der Punktabzug, nicht für Familien zu empfehlen

The property is at the edge of the village. So much more calm and further away of the touristique center. Still in walking distance of the beach and the restaurants. The hotel is placed on a little hill and offers a fantastic view to the sea and the mountain. The appartment was spacious and very clean. What I didn‘t like was the loud music around the pool area. I felt like being in a club.

Établissement pas au niveau

Il s’agit d’un village vacances avec animation. Les bâtiments sont défraîchis et mériterait un très gros entretien (le béton s’effrite par endroit). Concernant la piscine, les horaires d’ouverture sont très limités (fermeture entre 12h30 et 15h puis à 19h le soir) et le port du bonnet de bain est obligatoire.
Nous étions situé à proximité de la piscine et il y a beaucoup de musique forte toute la journée et jusqu’à minuit les animations sont très bruyantes (ah le karaoke…). Pas au niveau du nombre d’étoiles…
Seul point positif, la résidence est à proximité du centre de san Vito et des plages, donc on peut y aller à pied facilement.

Struttura 4 stelle ma non tenuta bene, arredi usurati e datati, doccia davvero piccola, persiane in legno completamente rovinate e rotte....davvero un peccato perchè se tenuta sarebbe un gioiellino...noi avevamo solo pernottamento quindi non abbiamo avuto modo di provare la colazione. All'arrivo trovi due bottigliette d'acqua e due bibite nel frigo, non c'è scritto nulla quindi pensi sia offerto dalla struttura ed invece no!! Quando vai via te le fanno pagare......peccato....visto anche quello che si paga fuori stagione.

Schmutzige Bettwäsche, Bette bei der Ankunft nicht vorbereitet. In dem Gebäude kann man jedes kleinste Geräusch aus den Nachbarzimmern mithören. Extrem laute Musik am Pool. Verständigung war nur mit Schreien möglich. Im Zimmer war die Musik so laut, dass man sich auch um 0:30 nachts nicht in normaler Lautstärke unterhalten konnte. Wir haben den Urlaub am Dienstag abgebrochen.

Personale simpatico ma struttura tremenda. Dal lavandino tutto pieno di crepe alla doccia che non si chiude bene e con un sifone del primo dopoguerra. I vicini rumorosissimi già dalle 7 del mattino; cosa di cui non ci si può lamentare con la reception visto che manca il telefono in camera. In tutto “l’appartamento” non c’era neanche una presa shucko, se non tramite una tripla nascosta dietro al microonde. Personale gradevole ma struttura davvero nauseabonda.

Lontano dal centro non molto pulito la possibilità di fare la doccia dopo il check out consiste nelle docce della piscina. La sera del nostro arrivo eravamo in 3 il terzo letto abbiamo dovuto farlo noi. La camera era caldissima e sporca. Una ragazza alla reception ci ha fatto girare con le valige perché non sapeva dove fosse la camera. Nel cambio lenziola si sono dimenticati di mettere il lenzuolo sopra. San vito bellissima la struttura è datata. Le foto probabilmente sono vecchie.

Breakfast totally disappointing, WLAN as well often interrupted or poor connection). Rooms are ok and clean. Some parts of the hotel needs a general maintenance.

rien a dire : Magnifique , personnel et réceptionniste impeccable et très disponible ! appartement très propre et spacieux ( juste la douche un peut trop petite ) , piscine et animation au top ! Bar excellent avec leurs cocktails. J'y retournerai sur et certain....

Ok.. Pulizia ok.. Pomelli dei mobili che si toglievano sempre specialmente aprendo il frigo... In piscina serve la cuffia cosa che non ha specificato nessuno neanche chiamando prima la struttura, infatti le ho dovute comprare a 2euro cad.... Prezzi bar un po cari per i gelati e birre.. Miniclub inesistente

Villaggio ideale per bambini.

Il padrone e lo staff di animazione sono molto gentili e si impegnano per far sentire bene i propri ospiti. I bambini si sono divertirti. La musica è un pochino troppo alta di volume. Camere spaziose con veranda. L’arredo un po’ datato (divano letto e doccia spaziosa ma con il pannello rotto). Non ho trovato molto bello il fatto di dover comperare a 2eur a persona la cuffia (che credo non ne valga più di 0.30) o non potevamo fare il bagno in piscina, sarebbe stato meno scocciante aggiungerla di base al prezzo della camera e farcela trovare con gli asciugamani. Breve camminata in centro.
