Nice location. Staff was nice. The only issue is the room with no AC or plugs. When reviewing the property it appeared the property lists AC. You would assume the whole hotel has AC. Once I selected the room I should have looked closely at the AC availability. Rough night to sleep. Other than that the staff was nice and the place comfortable.

What a beautiful setting, slightly out of town so ideal if you have a car. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, free and onsite.
Room was very comfortable, extra pillows given upon request. Room was clean and bathroom was luxury- powerful and spacious shower.
Wifi in the room and a balcony to enjoy outside. Window could be left open slightly for a fresh breeze.
No fridge in the room or drinking water but an abundance of towels.
Breakfast was included and consisted of coffee and a selection of biscuits, jams and cakes. Lots of prepackaged stuff so great if you're with kids or going out for the day.
No hesitation recommending this place!

We panned to stay only 2 nights but we had so much fun we extended one more night. Thai hotel is VERY clean beautiful hardwood flooring all over, beautiful scenery all around, rooms are VERY specious, close to city and restaurants.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with a great service staff, and is usually very clean...but, there is a very unpleasant avarice, basically there is no breakfast except for some cookies and coffee that doesn't taste good. No need for bath, shampoo and body gel. There is a harsh soap with a terrible smell from the 1950s.

Nothing 'panoramic' about this hotel....the hotel description stated a terrace which doesn't exist and we were chastised when we asked for access to it and were told by staff that we shouldn't rely on third party vendors for accurate descriptions. (I have never encountered issues with Hotels.com descriptions in the past and relied heavily on them). We were a little disappointed with the condition of the hotel.....needs some TLC and perhaps a little more thought to dust control and cleanliness. Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing and had very limited options. They are totally eco-friendly so that's a positive so don't expect toiletries, plastic cups in the room or even a free bottle of water....everything is at your expense and prices were unreasonable....2.50Euro for a bottle of water!!! Would I recommend it....not likely unless some changes are made in the near future. It was not horrible but needs some loving.

Great place with fantastic and warm people at the front desk. I got the room where Internet was bad and immediately was transferred in upgrade room not paying any difference for that. Good placed with connection to all interesting places in the area. Don't miss this place it is worth of coming back again.

We have superior quardruple room for 2 nights. Room is spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor breakfast with a nice view from the hotel and from the room balcony. Location is great. It only takes 8 minutes to drive to Montepulciano center.

The hotel is really charming and the staff could not be more friendly. We received very good restaurant tips from the receptionist, all places were amazing. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. There was plenty of space for our luggage. There are plenty of parking spaces on site. The hotel is just a couple of minutes away from the city center, where is very easy to find easy and cheap parking. Very nice pool, great views and good breakfast.

We did not end up staying the night here however IMPORTANT to mention that check it is not even allowed until 330pm. As in there is no one at the desk and they won’t consider an early check in so we booked a new room somewhere else. We drove from far to get there early around 11am and they wouldn’t check us in. So we had to drive around with our luggage. Also important to note it is a difficult drive to get to this hotel.

The location of the hotel is nice. It is close to Montepulciano, and the hotel property is very nice. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is decent. This hotel is good for a night or two. Be sure to bring most of your own toiletries.

Beautiful site. Clean room. Front desk was courteous but didn’t inform me of the charge for breakfast and presented a grim demeanor. He needed to smile.
Breakfast was the most limited I was served while touring Italy. No fresh fruit, yogurt, or cereal.

Nice view of Tuscan hills. Big shower. Easy parking. Very friendly, professional staff. Good breakfast with fresh local selection of speciality jams which was very tasty to try. Good coffee.

Only suggestion is to increase the preset heating setting in winter as room was a bit cold at night.

Pros: Amazing views, very short drive to shops and restaurants.
Cons: Rude staff at check in and check out, fyi the coffee & tea set out is 1 euro although no one mentioned anything about the cost before we drank it.

We chose this hotel as a stopover before heading north. The location serves us well and hotel room is big. Front desk staff was a bit clueless. First he could not find our reservation when we checked in, and same happened again (a different staff) when we checked out. Apparently there are some issues with staff training. I gave a fair rating based on the rate and experience.

Modern affordable comfortable hotel with fabulous views. Every room has a standard or larger balcony. Beautiful routes for walking my dog. Only negative is food and bar service. Breakfast was so bad that it wasn’t even worth the 5€. Bar didn’t have tonic. Go to paticeria 2k away for coffee. BYOB - they have ice. There are tables outside where you can bring a picnic dinner and bottle of wine. There are good restaurants nearby. Need a car.

We checked in to an, as advertised on hotels.com. room. We found the WiFi to work inconsistently if at all after trying all of their links and had to go to the lobby for WiFi. Also the bedroom lights didn't work at all without plugging them in elsewhere, thought the hallway and bathroom lights did work.
When we brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk, likely the owner, he responded by saying he didn't know why they had been having problems with the lights in this room. An offer was made for a much lessor un-remodeled room without a chair or fridge which we declined and plugged the table table lamps into the hall socket and another floor socket to receive some lighting. The wall sconces, being the main lighting didn't work at all.
In the morning I mentioned the light issue to the front desk clerk, likely the owners wife, she was extremely defensive and added that we were offered another room, though not the room type we booked on hotels.com.
We are quite non confrontational and easy going people just looking for an apology for knowingly renting us a room without lights, never the less WiFi. and would have stayed another night but all we received was argument from the morning clerk. It was very insulting.

Great view but...

The location is fantastic but the woman checking us in was rude and unhelpful. The next day the front office person was very nice but it didn't make up for the day before.

The room is very basic but I think that's expected for the very reasonable price. Parking is easy also.

Lovely hotel. Our room was huge! We were lucky enough to have a duel aspect room with two small balconies. The whole family enjoyed the pool and surrounding grounds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Would recommend.

Nice enough but could be so much better

We chose this hotel because of the high ratings and the proximity to Montepulciano and the knowledge that they had a shuttle to town. The woman that checked us in was not helpful nor friendly at all. She told us that the driver was in an accident so there was no shuttle to town. When I asked if there would be someone else to replace him, she said I TOLD YOU, NO MADAM!

It's an extremely dark, rocky road to the hotel so we planned to get back before dark every night. (which would have been ok if they had a restaurant but they don't) They were nice enough to fix us a plate of cheese one night.

Panoramic Hotel- nice but \"be careful\" of extra $

Modern Hotel nice location close to Montepulciano. Hotel only; services offered are minimal and breakfast was perhaps the worse of our 3 weeks in Italy. More of a desert tray!!! And they charge extra for the breakfast when you checkout!
No mention of that fact on checkin!

Absolutely fabulous

Nicest hotel we stayed in during our month in Italy. All new, modern, high tech and very spacious. And super reasonable. I booked 2 rooms, breakfast included. Room my wife and I had was over 400 sq ft. My sons room a little smaller but his balcony was 18 ft sq. Unfortunately it wasn't warm enough to use the pool but we did stroll through the olive groves and around the 10+ acre property. We didn't want to leave.
Panoramic view doesn't adequately describe the beautiful view. On a hill overlooking St Albino on one side and up at Montepulciano on the other. We took numerous side trips for vineyard tours and tastings plus day trips to Orvieto, Arezzo, Chianciano and Chiusi. Train from Chiusi takes you right to Rome Termini.
This hotel should be classes as 5 star, definitely not 3.

Wow!!!

This Hotel a few kilometers away from Montepulciano was renovated 5 years ago to the top high tech standards you can find in North America. The breakfast buffet was not included but proved to be of very good quality for 5 euros per person. The staff was very friendly and this is truly an amazing place to stay for that lovely part of Tuscany where you can find the best Brunello and Rosso red wine

Fabulous Hotel!

I Loved it here and so did my teenagers, can't recommend it enough. Lovely pool area and plenty of sun beds and chairs for everyone, if not by the pool then in the adjoining garden. Good Continental buffet breakfast - but nothing hot. No restaurant but we prefer to go out anyway. You were allowed to bring your own food in if you wanted to eat by the pool or use one of the outside tables, I think I saw pizza delivery too. There is a small bar and drinks machine with soft drinks, wine and beer. best if you have a car as it is a little way out of town and up a windy lane, but there is a shuttle service provided if you need a lift anywhere. The room I booked was a superior quadruple which said one king sized bed and two single, but the singles were actually one sofa bed and one rollaway so was a little disappointed with that as my children are older. If I'd realised this I would probably have booked a suite or two separate rooms, so you might want to check this out if you are four adults. Large bathroom and roomy shower cubicle, could have done with a shelf above the sink for toiletries. Hotel and furniture was in excellent condition. Plenty of free car parking space and Wi fi was excellent.

We only stayed for one night and arrived quite late. The porter was really nice and handled our check-in within a couple of minutes. In the morning we enjoyed the grand view over the valleys and continued our journey with a visit of the nearby town of Montepulciano which was stunning.

Incredible views, felt luxious

One of the highlights of two week trip... Sorry too late in the season to use the pool and grounds but really enjoyed the setting, the room and esp. spacious bathroom and separate balcony. Has good wfi. Great October pricing. All round treat. Can't imagine more perfect place in the area. Drive up to San Giovanni d'Asso to il bosco della ragnaia (google it)...indescribable hidden gem of a sculpture garden.

Fantastic Hotel!

Hotel Panoramic has it all. Gorgeous settings, a huge pool, outdoor space, spacious rooms that are clean with a balcony and they are a LEED (forgot what European equivalent is) certified hotel. Location is just 2 KM from the main city. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was very nice! The room we got was very spacious and nice. Within the room there were a lot of high tech solutions which were very useful and cool. I had only one problem with our room, that the airconditioning did not want to blow warm air and it was quite cold in our room.

Awesome location !

They didn't call it Panoramic for nothing ! The location is awesome with fantastic views all around the hotel. The tennis court at the back reminded me the film \"A good year\" (\"Un bon cru\" in French) ! Room was minimal but clean. The mattress was too firm however. Free buffet breakfast is served in a gorgeous room with lots of windows that makes you feel you are going to have an excellent day. The buffet does not offer warm food and no cold milk which is uncommon in North America. But everything I tasted was very good. Swimming pool is large and surrounded with lots of spaces to relax. This hotel is at 5 minutes from Montepulciano which is awesome to visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

Truly panoramic gem nested in beautiful Tuscany!!

Excellent hotel with large modern clean rooms with luxury bathroom/shower. Our room had attached balcany that provided a panoromic vista of beatiful Tuscany countryside which was simple breathtaking. The hotel is stone throwaway outside of old town Montepulciano ( about 5 min drive to closest entrance of the town). Couple of good restaurants nearby offering excellent food/wine choices.

Great location but lacked soul.

We were stopping off to break the journey and so booked this rather last minute as many places were full.
It was clean and our room was very large, which was a positive. The view was good and the proximity to Montepulciano was the reason for staying. The staff however were rather subdued and the whole hotel lacked soul. Breakfast was a bit non-descript and rather a shame, you would have thought that being in tuscany it would be less of the dry packeted biscuits and budget cereals and more about fresh produce.
We left feeling grateful not to be spending our holiday there.

Stunning hotel in a beautiful location

Warm welcome from friendly english speaking staff. The room was very spacious with a luxurious bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the tuscan hills. The hotel is very modern and high-tech but not lacking in comfort - superb value for money. The pool area was very inviting as were the terraces with plenty of seating and areas to relax.
Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices served in the dining room. I would have liked to eat outside - I expect this is possible later in the season.
The hotel is a few minutes drive from Montepulciano but there is a lovely family run restaurant/wine producer's estate within easy walking distance - recommended for those who like traditional tuscan food.
We would love to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was a bit outdated. Felt like the pictures have been taken a long time ago.

The shower corner wasn’t waterproof so using the shower the bathroom flooded water.
AC didn’t work properly (didn’t let change the temperature) so there was quite warm in the room.

The hotel was called “panoramic”, but there was a lot trees, not so much panorama.

The breakfast was pre-packed and tasteless.

Rezeption nur Vormittags besetzt.
Frühstück nur auf dem Zimmer, kein Buffet, keine Auswahl möglich.
Zimmer: geräumig und sauber.
Zufahrt zum Hotel gleicht im letzten Abschnitt einem Feldweg. Abzweigung der Hotelzufahrt von Hauptstraße ist gefährlich, da in einer Kurve.

Struttura posizionata poco fuori il centro storico di Montepulciano. Camere abbastanza nuove. Unica pecca la mancanza di riscaldamento che non poteva essere attivato a fine ottobre( legge regione Toscana) e di conseguenza la stanza era fredda

Fantastisch ontbijt. S morgens kunnen buiten eten met prachtig uitzicht. Hotel is gelegen op groot terrein net buiten de drukte van t plaatsje montepulciano. Hotelkamers zijn ruim.

Das Hotel macht seinem Namen alle Ehre, man hat von hier eine wirklich tolle Aussicht in alle Richtungen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und es war sehr sauber. Der Service ist sehr gut und hilft bei allen Fragen weiter.
Leider wird nur Frühstück angeboten, fürs Abendessen muss man entweder in der Gegend ein Restaurant suchen oder man besorgt sich Brotzeit. Am besten ist man mit dem Auto unterwegs, zu Fuß müsste man an der Schnellstraße gehen.
Der Pool und die Umgebung sind sehr schön, um den Pool sind Liegen weitläufig verteilt. Es gibt zudem sowohl Sonnenschirme als auch genug Bäume die Schatten spenden. Eine Tischtennisplatte ist auch vorhanden.
Nach dem Check-out durften wir den Pool sogar noch nutzen.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Melhor opção na região!

Hotel de campo em cima de um morro com excelente vista do campo e arredores. Estrutura nova com quartos espaçosos e bem mobiliados. Banheiro igualmente espaçoso.

Fica fora do centro de Montepulciano sendo o acesos melhor de carro.

O café da amanhã é simples mas fenomenal com muitas opções de geléias e diversas opções de mel (!?).

스태프들은 친절한 편은 아니고 숙소 방이 좀 추웠어요. 이불도 좀 얇구요. 그렇지만 뷰가 좋았습니다. 참 그리고 밤에 도착하시는 분들은 숙소 입구 찾기가 약간 어려울 수 있어요

Molto confortevole

Struttura buona, camere molto spaziose e ben climatizzate, bagno ampio e letto grande. Comodo il parcheggio. Non posso esprimere un'opinione sul servizio in quanto ho avuto contatto con il personale praticamente solo per il check-in (veloce) e il check-out. Posso solo dire che l'albergo era praticamente vuoto e quindi sicuramente il personale era ridotto ai minimi termini, e di conseguenza anche eventuali servizi. In ogni caso non mi è mancato niente e l'hotel è stato molto comodo. In altre situazioni di bassa stagione ho avuto esperienze molto negative, ma in questo caso sono stato comunque bene. Non ho usufruito della colazione perchè sono dovuta andare via presto.

Débito no Cartão c/ Opção Pagto no Hotel!

Internet NÃO funciona! Se você chegar a noite... o Hotel NĀO tem restaurante e NENHUM serviço de quarto! Aliás pra nada... apesar de dizer que o serviço é 24h! Péssima Recepção no Check In e durante a estadia! Quarto decepcionante! Contratei quarto familiar Quadruplo pra 3 pois dizia 1 Cama King e 2 camas de Solteiro! Quarto apertado e cama extra terrível! Fez frio e não tinha coberta extra! A única coisa que salva o hotel é a deslumbrante paisagem que está situado! Reservei com a opção de Pagamento no Hotel na Moeda Local em Euros porém o Hotel debitou 30% no cartão de crédito que havia fornecido para Garantia da Reserva Um erro grave de segurança e confiabilidade! Jamais o recomendaria...
