The resort itself was beautiful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The property has a lot to offer, and we were looking forward to a relaxing vacation.
Unfortunately, the first three nights of our stay were anything but relaxing due to a business event being held at the resort. Our room was located above or near the ballroom, and we could hear the loud bass from the music being played during the events. The noise carried into our room late into the night and made it difficult to relax. We complained to the front desk and the first response was that they would ask the event to turn down the music. The second response was this happens a lot when events are held here. The third response was from the security staff who got us a room credit which we appreciated but it was not his job to do what management should have done.
To make matters worse, on our very first morning we were awakened at 6:30 a.m. by the same music. Throughout our stay, various event-related activities around the resort created additional disruptions that took away from the peaceful atmosphere we had expected.
While the resort and our accommodations were excellent, the noise and disturbances associated with the business event significantly impacted our experience. Guests seeking a quiet, relaxing vacation may want to inquire about scheduled conferences or large events before booking.

Beautiful property with amazing staff from start to finish. Loved the pool/beach restaurant and bar, as well as the fantastic breakfast restaurant. Excellent food, drinks, and service. Poolside staff were absolutely wonderful. The resort is in a great location, 10 minutes from the airport and close enough to Duval Street that we walked there twice (30-minutes walk) but not so close that we were part of the chaos there! Two things which didn’t really bother us but should be noted for anyone considering a stay here — the “beach” consists of lovely white sand, and the resort provides chairs, umbrellas, etc. but there is no feasible swimming in the ocean (rocks, heavy seaweed, etc). If you like lounging in the sun and feeling the sand between your toes, it’s lovely. But for getting wet you’ll need to rely on the two beautiful pools. The other thing is the walls are very thin and you will hear your neighbors at all times. Again, that didn’t bother us but some people may find it annoying/disruptive. Overall a truly fantastic experience with the perfect blend of privacy, luxury, and access to bars and nightlife when we wanted it.

This hotel is overpriced and, in my experience, engages in misleading advertising. As a local who visits the Florida Keys frequently, I have stayed at many hotels throughout the area. This was my first stay at Casa Marina, and I was genuinely excited because I had heard positive things about the property.
I booked an oceanfront king room and was extremely disappointed. I arrived around 9:00 PM and found that the room had only two small windows, one in each corner. The only view was of the pool—certainly not what I would consider an oceanfront room. Thinking there had been a mistake with my reservation, I called the front desk. After explaining the situation, the staff member told me that I couldn't see the ocean because it was nighttime and that I would see it in the morning. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The room simply did not match the oceanfront description advertised on the website.
Beyond the room issue, the hotel itself felt outdated, had an unpleasant odor, and did not live up to the expectations set by its reputation or price point. I also became ill after eating the fish tacos on the property.
One of the hotel's main selling points is its private beach, which is advertised as the largest in Key West. However, during my stay it was covered in so much seaweed that guests couldn't access the water. Overall, this stay was a complete waste of money. The staff was not particularly welcoming, the room did not match what was advertised. Would not recommend.

Casa Marina is wildly overpriced for what it is. I have stayed at rough all-inclusives in the Dominican that felt more luxurious than this — and at least there, someone was trying to hand me food and alcohol.

The “beach” is the biggest disappointment. Calling it a beach feels generous. It is ugly, underwhelming, and nobody seemed particularly interested in helping with drinks or making it feel like a resort experience.

The amenities were also something special: loud maintenance workers pressure-washing the pool area at 3:30 a.m., a broken microwave sitting outside our room when we arrived, old golf carts for rent that looked like they had survived several hurricanes, overpriced drinks from the outside bar served in what appeared to be little Dixie cups, and housekeeping that apparently only happens if you specifically ask for it.

The unexpected highlight was that, by chance, we walked by and got to hear a pretty good wedding cover band singing Journey songs. So there’s that.

I really wanted to like this place because it is Key West and the name sounds fancy. But for the price, the whole experience felt tired, sloppy, and nowhere close to what it sells itself as.

This was my second time visiting in 4 months and I will go back again. I do feel that the staff was less warm and inviting this time (my first time traveling was when it was less busy so maybe that played a part). The female presenting bar staff was not very nice and never asked me if I needed anything. Walked past me several times so there was more than one opportunity to be accommodating. Even given that, I will still return. Great place and great location.

The room was clean the first day. But everyone was complaining about their rooms not being cleaned the whole day and they didn't clean up the next day. Even more we had to call every day. And housekeeping half clean everytime they came We were asked to pay for the daybed. Things that should have been complementary, wasn't. Things that should have been done wasn't. And when they were done they half did it. Parking we had to pay for it as well. Hand towels had hair in them.

We arrived to the property, the room we originally booked which was the ocean front room was not available. They placed us in a different room that was supposed to be complimentary to the room we booked for the first night and it was not. We were told the oceanfront room would be ready the next day by 1:00 and it wasn’t ready till after 5:00. I wish I could say it got better after this but it didn’t. The ocean front room ended up having flooding problems from the room above it and soaked our clothes. We were told there’s a laundromat down the road that we could wash our clothes at. I’m sorry but the last thing we were going to be doing on our honeymoon was laundry..

Also, be prepared to spend $40 a person for a continental breakfast. Go eat at local places not at the resort. You won’t regret the extra walking.

The guest services at this resort are far from superb. We weren't the only guests with problems. It’s one thing for the front desk to know you for enjoying the stay. It’s another thing for them to know you because of the constant problems. For this being a Hilton resort it sure felt like we stayed at a motel 6. $500 in hotel credits is nothing compared to the thousands we spent staying here.

10/10 recommend staying somewhere else.

Stayed at Casa Marina in Key West and overall had a great experience. The property itself is very nice, well maintained, and definitely one of the better resorts on the island. The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and it really felt like the hotel has a renewed focus on customer service. Staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure guests were taken care of.

The resort is a little overpriced, but that tends to come with the territory in Key West and for the quality/location it was still worth it.

One thing to be aware of is the seagrass season. The seagrass buildup did impact swimming at the beach during our stay, so it’s worth checking the time of year before booking if beach swimming is important to you.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely consider coming back.

Casa Marina is beautiful. The beach is stunning, the views are breathtaking and the room we stayed in was so nice. We had an ocean front with a balcony and it was so peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. Room service came each day and provided fresh linens and we never had to call for anything. The breakfast was good, the food at the pool restaurant was good, and service everywhere was very good. I also loved the store at the resort, they had very cute stuff. All the staff I encountered were very nice. Only thing this place is missing is robes to wear in the room! I will definitely be back!

Place was as expected. Nice, clean and front end staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. The only issue I experience was a lack of sufficient staff for pool service. We would arrive at the pool and sit there for at least 30 mins and see 1 person pop in and out but not pass by us, so I went to the bar to order drinks myself. After the we sat down with the 1st drinks, we had the server come up to us about 30 mins later to take an order for a 2nd round but after that round we watched him run around but seemed overwhelmed. We waited to see if we could get his attention and after failing, the 3rd round was on me again. At this point we just decided to leave. Great place but do not expect a well catered to staff outside.

It was centrally located. I wish the beach was more maintained for being advertised as the largest private beach in all of key west. The staff was helpful, but wasn’t extraordinary. The pools were very nice. The outdoor bar was okay. The gift shop was very nice. The rooms were mostly clean. There was a lot of dust and dirt as well as sand in corners of the room, especially in the bathroom. Room service only came when we called to request which was odd. The Florida Resort tax should’ve been made more clear, as well as the mandatory $800 card hold they charge the tax out of per night.

Upon check in, I was told the room that was reserved for me did not have a working air conditioner so they were trying to find me a different room. When I didn't like the room they gave me they put me in the original room saying the air conditioner was fixed. We checked in and got ready went to dinner came back to a room with no working AC. Its Worth Staying Here….
been going for a few years now and its very awesome especially with multiple weddings going on, you can swim in ocean, and drive your golf cart to shop and. dine on Duval etc, how can you go wrong ? it’s the place to be in awesome Key West, it still has the beauty of the past, sadly none of the flavor or the prices, but now it’s safe for you to bring your kids.

We had a great time. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The beach and two pools are perfectly located. A easy walk to Duval st. The rooms are nice but not much storage or closet space for clothing. The showers could use some shelving for personal shower products. The food and drinks are outrageously expensive, so you may wa t to think about dinner and drinks elsewhere. Overall we really loved the place. The staff was amazing. We will come back next year.

The staff was always very kind and helpful. Daily room cleaning if you wish to have it done that often. Hotel in general was very clean. It was really nice to have the option of the pool or the beach to use. Loved the activities the hotel did for the kids - we can Easter weekend so the egg hunt and poolside popsicles were hit.
We stayed in a room that did not have a balcony/patio so the ONLY possible complaint I have is that there wasn't much to use in the room to hang wet bathing suits/towels with 4 people. But we had a great time and would highly recommend Casa Marina.

We recently stayed at Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton and overall had a very enjoyable experience, with a few areas that could use improvement.

The resort itself is beautiful and the location is fantastic—close enough to walk to the energy of Duval Street, yet far enough to feel like a relaxing escape. One of the biggest highlights was the beach, which is rare in Key West. There was plenty of space and good chair availability, and having food and drink service right on the beach and by the pools made it even better.

We also really appreciated the amenities: two pools (one adults-only and one family-friendly), a well-equipped gym, and convenient on-site rentals for bikes and golf carts to explore the island. The concierge team(Cassy) was especially helpful and always available when we needed assistance.

That said, the room fell a bit short of expectations for the price point. We stayed in Room 254, which was listed as a street view but was actually more of a rooftop view of the resort. The mattress was quite uncomfortable and definitely needs replacing. The sheers and window treatments also felt dated and due for an update. Additionally, the carpeting in the hallway leading to our room could use a more frequent cleaning.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay.

We had an outstanding stay at Casa Marina in Key West. The property itself is absolutely beautiful — the grounds are meticulously maintained, everything is spotless, and the overall atmosphere just feels polished and relaxing from the moment you arrive.
The pool setup is excellent, especially having both a family pool and an adults-only option. It never felt overcrowded, and there was always a great place to relax. The beach access and views just add to the experience.
What really stood out was the service. The staff here runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was getting towels, setting up chairs, or ordering food and drinks, they were always right there and on top of everything without being intrusive.
The gym was another highlight — I used it almost every day. It’s well-equipped with a good mix of weights and cardio machines, which made it easy to keep up with a routine while traveling.
We also booked a jet ski tour right from the hotel, which was super convenient and a lot of fun — a great added bonus.
Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about. This place delivers across the board. If you’re heading to Key West and want a clean, well-run, beautiful resort with great service, Casa Marina is a fantastic choice.

what a disappointment to stay in a hotel with such great potential but obvious neglect.
From the cold, unwelcoming staff to the dirty, dated rooms to the old ugly dining areas with big heavy curtains and dark scratched floors-the hotel is clearly mismanaged.
The entire place needs a good scrubbing, fresh coat of paint, and new furniture in the rooms as well as the dining areas! (looks like 1970’s card tables from walmart)

While there were 2 pools (one was adult-only), we spent our time on the private beach. We were there during the week (not weekend) and there were plenty of chairs/tables/umbrellas for us.

Our stay at Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton was truly wonderful. This resort is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located right by the ocean.

The rooms are elegant, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entire property is stunning — especially the outdoor areas. The landscaping, palm trees, and ocean views create such a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere.

One of our favorite parts was the outdoor restaurant by the ocean. Dining there in the evening with the sea breeze, live music, and a warm tropical atmosphere was simply magical. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

The resort also offers many amenities and activities, including a lovely spa where you can fully relax and recharge.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. If you are looking for a beautiful oceanfront resort in Key West with great atmosphere, excellent food, and wonderful service, Casa Marina is a perfect choice. We would absolutely love to return again.

Beautiful oceanfront property with amazing views. The room was clean, staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere felt peaceful and relaxing. Perfect place to enjoy the natural beauty of Key West. I loved capturing the scenery and tropical surroundings during my stay.

The hotel was nice, but not five star. Some bartenders were great, others needed to be told how to make a basic drink. The food in the restaurants was adequate but nothing great. Walking distance to town.
