I’ve stayed here several times before but this time was shocking. I believe I was given a room where transients rent! The bathroom had MOLD Shower curtain and non slip mat.The furniture was horrible very dirty the mattress had stains bed was not made up properly parking lot too small. I was concerned that there might be bedbugs thankfully I think we got lucky this place use to be great I used it many times before but it’s going down I have pictures owner if you need them you have my number!! The property was in bad shape. From the outside of the property you could tell that this was going to be a bad experience. I completely paid for my stay in advance but the check in experience took a long time anyway. The staff was very rude and angry. Not at all welcoming. The room was in disrepair and the bed was very uncomfortable. The property is in no way handicapped accessible, which I asked for at the time of booking. Very unsafe accommodations with babies crying We called for housekeeping so we could get the bed made, clean towels and the trash removed. We also left a nice tip. When we returned the only thing that was cleaned up was the tip. This property should be removed from the Expedia list.

The room smelled like cigarettes, dead bugs on the floor, & a spiders web with a sack touching the floor from the coffee table.The manager switched us to a double bed room which was better but not what we really was wanting. The breakfast was horrible, vending machine not working, & the front desk morning person had a attitude.

My towels had someone else's hair on them we only got one body towel. The breakfast muffins were expired they had to be expired lol. But the night staff and morning staff for check in check out were so nice easy process very polite. But the rooms man even my pillows only had one case on them and two were like yellow sweat stained and from smoking rooms I think because even though it was a non smoking room that didn't smell the pillows inside smelled.

The staff was friendly. The room itself was older but clean and tidy. HOWEVER, the mattress was the worst, most worn-out thing I have ever tried to sleep on. It was like sleeping in a spoon--higher on every edge than in the middle. My wife and I laid down and literally rolled into each other, and our heads and feet were higher than the rest of us too. If we found a comfortable way to lie, we were afraid to move again! We scheduled the stop partway into our trip for a good night's sleep, and didn't get it.

We were in the area for a function and needed to spend two nights. Made reservations; when we saw the inside of the room we should have gone someplace else but I was afraid I would never get my money back. When we arrived the floor was filthy...obviously had not been swept in days and probably mopped in many weeks! Someone had obviously allowed a child (at least I hope it wasn't a grown-up) to write on the LVP flooring with a magic marker - looked like there had been no effort to clean it up!!! When we left after the first night we asked that someone sweep and mop the floor - upon our return many hours later - the room looked just as it did in the morning. The sofa in the room was so nasty it had black stains and felt hard to the touch. We got a blanket out of our car and put over it before we sat down. The bed was very very old and just worn out...the cheap mattress cover slid off one corner the mattress had bad blood and urine stains!! The breakfast was a joke...nothing as advertised and the towels were as thin as sheets; we were left two...it took three to dry off. In the advertising the photos looked pretty good...lots of traffic coming and going...last time I will even consider this chain!! On a positive, the check in was easy and the young lady was very nice. I will be much more careful in the future. Expedia really needs to get this motel off their listings...makes them look very bad.

Pay attention to reviews and make wise choices!

We arrived late. The atmosphere felt less than safe. We were going to stay somewhere else, but free cancellation had expired, and other locations were full, so we made the best of it. Things that were a big disappointment:
No smoke alarm in the room
Very low water pressure in the shower
Dirty towel on rack
Dirty toilet
Chewed pieces of gum in the bathtub and sink
Dirty floors
Dirty garbage can w/no bag
The bed squeaked with every little movement.
No pool and no breakfast as advertised on site. Sorry, but Covid has been here for over two years. Remove information from the list of amenities if you aren’t going to offer them.
The staff was kind, but the cleaning crew needs some re-training and monitoring. I see now that there is a place for photos. I wish I had taken some.

There was no breakfast as was advertised, room service was non-existent for 3 weeks, aerator was missing off sink faucet; gushed everywhere when turned on. Bathtub drain stopper did not work. Parking lot was narrow and if you did not back in you could not get out.

For the price the rooms were very nice and spacious. Beds are a little outdated but again for the price its definitely worth it. Close to the Interstate, wal mart right up the road, and a really good BBQ spot right across the street. We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect for us.

The refrigerator wasn’t clean. The microwave wasn’t clean either. It still had food in it from a previous stay. The WiFi didn’t work. I had stayed here a week previously and the WiFi connected to my phone but I couldn’t get onto anything I figured maybe it was just a bad week but when it did it again I knew the WiFi was horrible. My toilet stopped working the first night I called the office the lady told me that the maintenance man would be in the next morning for 9:00 a.m. I called the next day at 9:40 a.m. the front office stated that the maintenance man hadn’t made it in yet. Around 11:00 a.m. I called again he still hadn’t came. So around 11:30 a.m. I went to the office and asked for another room so they had the housekeeper to come and look at the toilet and had her to fix it. Overall it’s okay for a cheap hotel but they really need to get it together!!!!

Check in was easy, glad there was someone at the desk. BUT! There was a roach in my bath room in the morning and check out was clearly at 11am but whoever the front desk agent was there called my room at 10:25AM to see if i was going to leave. Yea AT CHECKOUT I thought that was so RUDE. I would understand if it was after 11, but it wasn’t. The roach was nasty cause I wonder how many of them are really there.

DEPLORABLE STAY AWAY!!

Horrible! After we checked in we dropped off our bags to get something to eat. At first glance the room seemed fine. When we came back to the room we were meet with huge roaches and other bugs as well as stains under the covers. We went to the front desk because we wanted to leave and get our money back. the front desk offered us to see another room which of course was just as disgusting. We were charged for the first night despite being in the room for a whole 10 minutes because it was after 4 pm. They also held the whole amount of our 3 night stay for 2 rooms for 5 days leaving us without those funds on our trip. Once they finally released that money THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. leaving us in New Orleans without money again. Everytime I called to get reimbursed no one there could help me. This company should be ashamed for running a \"business\" like this and corporate wasn't any more help because they're a franchise. Spend the extra $30 at the hotel down the street you won't regret it.

This hotel was terrible!! The cigarette smell was so bad it hurt my nose. If we hadn’t booked 3 rooms we would have turned around and left. Was afraid we wouldn’t be able to find 3 more rooms. Dirty, musty old nasty rooms. Worst hotel experience ever. We wouldn’t even stay for the little bit of dry breakfast food they had out. GROSS!!! I will say the staff were nice & gave us some spray to use to mask the smoke smell.
