Simple, functional, calm and wonderful to be in a green treed area with shade. Five min easy bicycle ride to the town with all its liveliness and history. Staff very courteous. Restaurant very good!

Loved the bungalow feel and environment. Easy to rent bikes on site which is helpful getting around. We used there own private \"beach\" with chairs some of the days of our trip. I would have liked the room cleaned everyday ( especially if they charge extra when you check out for cleaning) instead of every other day. Also they were strict about giving you extra toliet paper and you need yo buy your own supplies for the kitchen like paper towels, soap, sponges etc. It was also unnecessary to charge to use the commual shower and towel we had to use on our last day due to a 10am check out. But overall I did enjoy the peace and comfort that the resort had. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Bella struttura immersa in una silenziosa pineta lontana dal caos del paese. Appartamenti puliti, con lenzuola e asciugamani forniti e piccolo angolo cottura. Peccato non aver trovato almeno il minimo indispensabile per lavare le stoviglie e per cucinare (sale, olio, aceto, ecc.). Nel complesso esperienza positiva.

Il residence è fantastico. Fantastica la posizione di fronte al mare con un solarium riservato. Posizione perfetta anche per visitare tutta l'isola in bici, a soli 5 minuti di bici si arriva in centro.

La struttura è immersa nel verde di una pineta molta curata. Le unità sono confortevoli, dotate di angolo cottura e di spazio esterno ad uso esclusivo di ciascuna unità. La struttura è situata in un meraviglioso parco curatissimo. I bungalow sono molto puliti, fornii dell'essenziale. I BBQ a disposizione comodi per cucinare. Ogni bungalow è dotato di un patio privato con tavolo e sdraio. Avevamo soggiornato qui nel 2016 e abbiamo ripetuto l'esperienza anche quest'anno. Ci è dispiaciuto non trovare più il ristorante perché ricordavamo con piacere gli ottimi spaghetti allo scoglio. Unica pecca di quest'anno è stato il servizio transfert dal porto, che a differenza del 2016 non è stato puntuale nonostante lo avessimo prenotato per tempo. Abbiamo atteso 20 minuti sotto il sole per un tragitto di 5 minuti. Per questo consiglio di servirsi dei taxi del porto. Per tutto il resto consiglio la struttura senza ombra di dubbio.

Siamo stati 5 giorni in questo Residence a Favignana...posto unico in mezzo alla natura, personale molto disponibile e gentile...buoni i servizi...dispiace non avere modo la mattina di fare una caretteristica colazione del posto...un bar interno c’è ma non fa parte della struttura...per il resto consiglio se visitate questa fantastica isola di fermarvi in questo residence.

Scusate ma faccio fatica a trovare difetti
Iniziamo dalla posizione: strategica a due passi a piedi dalla costa sud e 5 minuti in bicicletta dal paese (contati: 5 minuti al paese e 8 minuti nelle piazze princvipali). Siete nel centro della zona stretta dell'isola e da lì si arriva dappertutto in bici al massimo entro 40 minuti. Tutti i tempi che ho detto sono percorsi andando con pedalate blande, tutt'altro che veloci. Si tratta di una serie di bungalow immersi in un giardino tropicale verde, ombreggiato, silenzioso e fresco. Le ragazze alla reception, oltre che molto carine (il che non guasta) sono professionali, gentili e affidabili. Altra cosa da sapere: i prezzi sono allineati alle altre proposte; ad esempio: il noleggio bici costa esattamente come tutti i noleggiatori che, dallo sbarco al porto in su propongono, ovvero 5 €. un giorno e 4 €. per + giorni; oppure le escursioni facciamo finta a Levanzo costano, prenotate alla reception, come arrangiandosi da soli autonomamente. Ti prendono dal porto e ti ci riportano il giorno della partenza con un supplemente di 10 €. E' anche possibile chiedere di disporre della camera fino alle 14,30 con un supplemento che per noi è stato di 30 €. C'è anche l'uso degli sdrai, per i clienti, in un piazzale erboso fronte mare, molto piacevole e rinfrescato dalla brezza continua.

Un oasi di pace davanti a un mare fantastico
Abbiamo trovato un delizioso appartamento fornito di tutto e immerso in una fantastica pineta circondato da piante e fiori bellissimi. Tutto è molto curato e pulito. I collaboratori della Sig.a Giulia e del Sig. Antonio tutti gentilissimi e disponibili. Comodissima la dislocazione vicino al paese ma anche a pochi minuti di bicicletta (consiglio il noleggio al residence) dalle spiagge e cale più belle di Favignana.

le persone che lavorano in reception sono molto cortesi e disponibili. La struttura è molto bella. Piacevolissimo sostare sul terrazzo al di fuori delle camere poiché si gode di relax, silenzio e privacy. Inoltre la possibilità di avere l'accesso al mare di fronte il residence è davvero comodo. La camera è funzionale ed ha ogni confort. gradevole residence nella macchia mediterranea
Siamo stati ospiti della struttura per 7 giorni. Devo dire che durante questo periodo abbiamo maturato un'esperienza complessivamente molto soddisfacente.
L'albergo è situato a poco meno di 1km dal centro del paese. In una posizione tranquilla, immerso nella tipica macchia mediterranea. Sufficientemente lontano dal centro del paese per godere della tranquillità che l'isola può offrire.
La struttura è ubicata pressochè al centro dell'isola, quindi è equidistante dalla varie spiagge dell'isola alcune delle quali sono più facilmente raggiungibili con lo scooter (che abbiamo noleggiato all'esterno della struttura).
Agli ospiti è consentito di accedere gratuitamente alla spiaggia (scogliera) privata attrezzata.
La struttura non è forse nuovissima ma è tenuta molto bene. Le camere sono dotate di quasi ogni confort, compresa l'aria condizionata (che è a pagamento, ma che in verità non ci è stata fatta pagare).
Una nota particolare va fatta allo staff (quasi tutto al femminile) sempre cortese e disponibile.
Ogni due giorni veniva fatto il cambio della biancheria da bagno ed una volta nel corso della settimana di quella della camera da letto.
La struttura offre anche il servizio noleggio bici e trasporto da/per il porto.

Residence bello a due passi dal mare e dal centro
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence 6 notti. Il residence è immerso nel verde , a due passi dal centro e con accesso diretto alla spiaggeta di fronte. Il personale è cordiale, la colazione ottima, le camere pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort. Viene effettuato dal personale dell'hotel il servizio di transfert al porto e noleggio bici/motorini elettrici. Lo consiglio.

La posizione è buona, ben ventilata. Il residence è una bella struttura, avevamo un appartamento per 2 persone, ma c'era anche un lettino con sotto un altro materasso. Per 4 lo considero piccolo, ma per due andava più che bene. La doccia è molto comoda. In 5 notti le asciugamani sono state cambiate una volta e mai le lenzuola! Questo non mi è piaciuto affatto! L'acqua della doccia è uscita fredda per 2 giorni e abbiamo potuto reclamare solo al 3^ giorno in quanto tornavamo la sera verso le 19 e la reception già era chiusa! Quando abbiamo reclamato ci è stato detto che siccome avevano i pannelli solari (l'avevamo visto) dipendeva dal sole, ma abbiamo fatto notare che sicuramente era un problema di resistenza, in quanto quel sistema lo conosciamo bene! Conclusione..abbiamo fatto doccia calda solo l'ultimo giorno! In più aggiungerei che con qualche sorriso in più in reception la struttura ne guadagnerebbe! Una freddezza impressionante..peccato, perchè la struttura è bella!

Un buon residence in un'isola meraviglios
Ottimo residence,immerso nel verde ma vicino al centro(anche se andarci a piedi è impossibile visto che la strada per il paese è totalmente priva di illuminazione).
Consigliatissimo il giro in barca, sconsiglio invece di noleggiare le bici tramite il noleggio che propone il residence(bici mal funzionanti e personale scadente)
