Splendid Hotel & Spa – Adults Only (+16) was opened in Spring 2016 as an extension of the renowned Splendid Hotel 4* Mamaia. The complex is located in the northern part of the resort, on the Lake Siutghiol shore, 200 meters from the Black Sea beach.
Rooms facilities include air-conditioning system, heating, LCD with cable channels, minibar and safe deposit box. The stylish bathrooms are equipped with bath and/ or shower, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers and bathrobe.
Most rooms have balconies, some of them offering a beautiful view of Siutghiol Lake. New!!
Hotel guests have complimentary access to the wellness center. The Wellness Center has an indoor swimming pool with whirlpool area, dry sauna, wet sauna, emotional shower, ice fountain and a relaxation area; massage services are provided with an additional cost and by appointment notice.

Room was still dirty as in not vacuumed or floors washed or countertops unclean after finding long black hair in carpet multiple times on the tile floor and on top of the countertops. Our room was incredibly spacious and meticulously clean. We were delighted to find that it offered a beautiful view of the lake, providing a serene backdrop for our morning coffee. The quiet and tranquil environment was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. A highlight of the room was definitely the bathroom, complete with a lovely jacuzzi tub – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The breakfast was a fantastic buffet with a wide variety of excellent options to choose from, catering to all tastes. The hotel's pool and spa facilities were also top-notch; clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax.
We appreciated the convenience of the free parking. Overall, a wonderful experience of peace and quiet. We can't wait to return!

The hotel is located on a busy street, so every time you get to the beach, you have to cross a six-lane road. Breakfast was good, but we ate the same thing for five days. There wasn't much variety, and the ladies kept taking their plates right out of their faces after putting down their cutlery. Unfortunately, our room was infested with ants, and we have photos to prove it.

Nice cozy hotel but needs to invest in comfort
The hotel is a bit isolated without beach access. No exterior pool but cozy inside one. Rooms silent even overlooking the road, ample room and bath. Nicely decorated. Comfort can improve if they feel the gap of two twin beds together.

Clean modern room, comfortable bed, but I wasnt wowed. Biggest con was not having control of room temperature. This is locked for the season so no AC despite some warmer days that made the room a bit stuffy. Location is great between lake and sea!

The sauna/spa was very nice, small and cozy, if you are a person that loves privacy and not much crowd this is the best season for you to visit late September.

The hotels is in excellent condition, It looks like new to me. It's an adult only hotel (no children allow which is very nice). There are a lot of amenities and great restaurants nearby. The staff are super friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

For a 4 stars hotel with spa and sauna, the laundry or the room mini bar could be free. The space were is served breakfast and lunch it is very small.

Very nice and clean hotel felt like I could have been on the strip in LA - everything very clean and the adults only thing made it a nice change from children running around....the only negative... very small pillows.. a larger softer pillow would have been great!... but everything else perfect!

Insgesamt ordentliches Hotel. New splendid heisst Zimmer nach hinten anstatt nach vorne zur lauten Strasse. Unbedint empfehlenswert. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht so schön wie gezeigt und recht schnell gut gefüllt. Im Zimmer fehlt bei der Whirl Badewanne ein Vorhang zum Duschen. Minibar durch Zimmerservice leider nicht aufgefüllt.
