I made this reservation and paid for it in early April for a stay in May. The day before arrival, I called the hotel to notify them about my late check-in, and the employee assured me it would not be an issue. However, while I was already three hours into my drive, I received a notification around 8:00 PM that my reservation had been canceled without my authorization or any prior communication. When I contacted the hotel, they blamed the third-party booking company (Expedia). The third-party company then informed me that the hotel was actually the one who canceled the reservation and that I had been given incorrect information and that my booking was \"in progres\" still even tho there is no rooms and i got a message aboutmy booking being canceled. The lack of communication and contradictory explanations were extremely frustrating and unprofessional. What makes this even worse is that the cancellation happened while I was already traveling, yet no one contacted me earlier in the day. I was also told there were no rooms available after my reservation was canceled, which makes little sense considering the timing. To add to the situation, one of the managers was dismissive and rude while I was trying to explain my concerns. I am now being forced to go through the refund process because of how poorly this entire situation was handled. (Expedia and their special team was very helpful with me though the process)

$150 deposit for one night stay, that’s double what the room cost… television got only ONE channel and the room had a portable a/c unit in it. The rooms look like the old hotels in Vegas, worn out and outdated. Look NOTHING like the pictures on the app, will NEVER stay at Baymont again

The property was pet friendly,,dead roaches in the restroom ,,we were a couple that ordered a single bed room . We were given a room right above the office with absolutely no privacy ,we could hear their conversations all night and all morning long ,,the walls fresh paint was not completed

We were not told the breakfast hours but we arrived in the breakfast room about 5 minutes before9 9 (We found out it closed at 9) There was nothing and no one there. Either they ran out of food or someone left early that day. There was a bowl of apples and oranges and some dry cereal but no milk. Disappointed

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean. However, the room facilities were not perfect. The two bedside lamps didn’t have power outlets, so the room felt a bit dark at night. Also, the $100 deposit has not been refunded yet after three days, which seems a little slow. I hope the deposit can be returned soon. Overall, the stay was okay and the staff was very kind.

The room was updated but still had chipping paint on door jams. The sink was clogged. There was no soap. There was VERY little food offered for breakfast. We had to wait awhile to get someone to come so we could check out.

This is a motel. Rooms were not in a reasonably condition; dirty floors, noisy refrigerator, horrible ac units that if working were unhealthy noisy and ours did not heat. Lots of gaps in the doors. In our opinion they were very close to condemned conditions. I don’t know how this got the ratings we were seeing when booking. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

Room fine and staff courteous. However we were not told that to get on wifi we had to connect thru the television.After many tries we were finally told that. No coffee pot in room which surprised us.

We booked a king room and when we got there we were told they didn’t have any… yet the place was empty. There was no WiFi when we arrived which was there excuse for not knowing if they had king rooms. No wifi also meant the TV did not work. There was a pipe on the check in counter with weed in it. We also woke up to the stench of weed in the morning. The door to the room was not sealed… you could see right outside or inside for that matter. Stay somewhere else.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was very large. Breakfast was dodgy -- it was in an adjoining restaurant, but they only had eggs & bacon. No milk or orange juice, and only powdered creamer for coffee. The woman who worked there was very sweet, so that was nice!

First room we were given was under remodeling, clearly had not been cleaned. Bathtub was full of old caulk that had been ripped out. Trash can was full of some kind of filth with no liner.

Second room we were moved to was less filthy yet also had been neglected, only one cup, and all all the appliances were jury-rigged off an extension cord, and dirty footprints on the floor.

Manager or owner \"had to check\" the second room to see if it was cleaned. It's not rocket science. Keep a list of which rooms have been cleaned our not.

Surprise $8 charge was billed to our card bill in addition to Expedia with no explanation and was not on our checkout folio. NEVER AGAIN.

The room was dirty, the TV remote did not work. The main problem was that the restroom had problems , the toilette was leaking and the shower handle fell off. The breakfast was served by employees, not by ourselves, and the waiting time took so long , the amount of food served was poor. I would not stay there again.

I got charged twice for my stay . When I asked the front desk about it they said they do that to everyone I explained it was prepaid and the lady who attended was not helpful at all. When I checked out the gentleman that did help said they were wrong in charging me again when I checked in and that he would try to refund the second charge. We asked for a non smoking room and was changed to a smoke room . Not the cleanest we could see hairs from

The remote for the tv had no batteries so we couldn’t watch tv also the mini fridge and the tv use one power outlet so either you can use the tv or the minifrdge or the microwave but only one at a time maybe invest in a power outlet for more than one appliance. Breakfast was a joke at this point why offer free breakfast

Had no housekeeping staff during day shift. When we arrived at 4:00pm, we had to wait about 2 hours for a room to be cleaned. Property looks very tired and dated, but it was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was hot and cooked to order. There is a decent Italian restaurant within easy walk.

DISPUTE!

Had booked a room for one nite for a friend but he had an emergency and was unable to stay. Called to explain situation to not run my card thru and clerk said ok. Next day my card was run thru and had to dispute with my bank causing me to close my acct. and replace my card.

Cuando llegamos, fueron muy amables al recivirnos. El cuarto en el que nos toco estaba limpio y comodo. En la mañana fuimos por nuestro desayuno gratis, era algo muy basico pero rico. El unico pero, seria que la alberca no estaba abierta. Era un hotel basico, limpio y comodo.
