Didn’t have breakfast. Room was decent but somewhat aging. The parking lot is very rough and hard for wheelchair users. Yes you must have had a dust storm. But we heard a worker spraying our window and it was loud. But come on, the dust turned to mud puddles around our car. Very nice for my shoes and floor mats. Not professional.

The room was fairly clean. Not their fault but bad wind storm blew in dust. A gap under door brought dust on the floor in front of the door and inside a bit. But room was good and shower clean. Needed a spare blanket for the bed. But overall quiet and a nice area for the dog.

First this is a motel style place, single level separate buildings like a motor lodge. This was a more pleasant stop than we expected. We drove through town after we got Blake’s Lotaburger (food was terrible) and we had our hopes dashed. It was a little run down, the town that is, and pulling in at first sight we stared at each other. Then we walked in the lobby and thought “ohhh Kay maybe this won’t be soo bad.” The guy at the desk super friendly and got us checked in quickly and we were off to our room. The room was really nice, it was clean and we appreciated the bathroom setup with the two sinks. One in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom so someone can poop and someone can get ready at the same time. Definitely a spot that’s worth staying.

I would love to give this motel one more star but they are not responding to my message.
I booked a smoking room by accident on Expedia. But it was the same cost as the non-smoking room. So when I arrived, I was told that a smoking room cost more money and I had to pay $25 to get a non-smoking room.

I stopped overnight on my long drive to Texas. I’ve stayed here before because it’s conveniently located near the highway. The rooms are standard, but they could use some remodeling. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was fantastic!

The pictures online are misleading. The room we stayed in was dirty and the chair was filthy. Walls need to be cleaned and painted. The AC unit blew cool air and luckily it was January and not July. The coffee maker at breakfast was taken apart for over an hour and we did not see anyone trying to fix it.

Rooms were great clean and nice looking! This property is what all property’s should be like this should be the standard at this price point. Who ever owns this property actually cares that’s what I saw and experienced. An owner who actually cares! There was also washer and dryers available, which I thought was absolutely wonderful. Did not use them, but would have if I needed to. I would definitely stay again!

Best room after a long trip and 5 different hotel stays. Great, cozy bedding, easy to use heat/air conditioner unit, parking in front of the rooms. This is a motor court redo but it was nicely done. Just off I-10. Good breakfast.

This is an older motel that you park in front of your room. Perfect for people on motorcycles who want to keep an eye on them. Period room I was in was spotlessly clean and recently renovated. Very nice breakfast with real scrambled eggs. I was very happy staying here

The room was ok. It was dirty the towels were stained, there was sticky stuff on the window blinds. Alot of workers use this hotel so I was woken up at 530 with diesel truck noise, people yelling at each other of the trucks and whistling to get each other's attention. They turned on the trucks around 545 and left them running. Unknown if this is normal but it continued for over an hour.

Expedia had the check in time at 1pm. When we arrived at 1pm the receptionist informed us the check in was until 3pm. They charged an additional $25 to check in at 1pm.

The room was infested with flies and the door dis not close properly.

Quick checkin, easy place to rest for a night. Right off highway tons of room to park truck trailer. Got right out in the morning. Have a dog area on middle. Needs a playground for kids and it would be perfect for families with pets

I gave it an OK rating as the AC units seem older and very very noisy. The breakfast was OK, but the scrambled egg was dry. Despite a sign for yogurt, none was available.

My only complaint was a very strong deodorizer smell in the room. It was over powering. I would stay here again. Also great coffee machine for breakfast!

I like old school motels and even better when run by a national chain, or so I thought. My key card kept acting up, to the point I was afraid I’d lock myself out, and that’s after having the clerk redo it. Very friendly at the front desk. But the room, a refrigerator that didn’t get very cold and with no freezer compartment. Not a big problem in the winter but 90 degrees in May, different story. The tv remote would not work and there was a rhythmic knocking noise in the bathroom area. No idea what causes it but it never stopped. If the tv is on or other background noise you can’t hear it but at 5:30 am when your trying to go back to sleep, there it is. So for a motel run by Best Western I was very disappointed.

I didn't actually stay there after obtaining a reservation. The
owner attempted to extort money from- changing the price of the room- I complained and canceled the reservation thru my credit card. I am glad that I didn't stay there- the reviews are horrible and the facility looks neglected. Deming is not a great place to stay. If you need to book a place choose Las Cruces- it's like night and day.

The size of the room is very nice. So is the layout. They were blood stains on one of the blankets, but they were changed out when we complained. Towels are hard/stiff. We asked to have our room cleaned every day. They cleaned it the first and second day but not the third. We ended up running out of toilet paper.

Deming NM is small town, but Walmart and Walgreens not to far from Hotel. Plenty of parking even if you have boat or trailer. Hotel had no noise from traffic or trains. Good value for the money. Not a big choice in restaurants. Did find a Chinese place

Long road trip to see family. The room had updated floors LVP and furniture was modernized BUT linens have not replaced so they are showing and feeling their age. It looks like owner on premises and in process of updating. I would recommend that they invest in all new sheets and towels. Breakfast needs to be fresher( eggs look like yesterdays) it fits for anyone keeping to budget. We were tired and location, rate and bed were good. We felt safe parking in front of our room and plenty of lights. Room has had curtains replaced by privacy and darkening modern shades. Linens are probably in the works.

Arrived to discover I'd apparently requested a smoking room on the Expedia app, I was unaware you could actually do such a thing. I don't smoke and had no desire to stay in an ashtray. The clerk refused to switch me to a non smoking room, he said because I'd booked on Expedia he could not change my room. There are probably 50 rooms in this run down motel and less than 10 were occupied that night.
Sadly the room was worse than sleeping in an ashtray, likely built in the 50's and extremely run down, the stench permeated everything. The TV didn't work, the shower handle just spun around non stop, the sheets were like sack cloth. The \"breakfast\" was laughable. You could not pay me to stay there again.

Overall, this Best Western was good/very good. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet with minimal I-10 traffic and train noised. The only negative about the room was the heating and cooling unit that was beneath the window as in so many motels. And like many of the units it was difficult to obtain a comfortable temperature that could be maintained during the evening.
The breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes plus cereal, muffins, bread, yogurt and a few other items. The dining area was small but because we were there early we did not encounter a problem in finding a place to sit.

We expected more from a Best Western property.
It was shabby and poorly maintained. Towels were stained and gray and very poor quality. Toilet ran for ten minutes after flushing. The vent in the bathroom emitted a high pitched “scream” so could not be used. Very uncomfortable bed. We did not stay for breakfast but it looked “OK”. The only reason I didn’t give it one star was the staff was great. Very pleasant and helpful.

Their staff were not engaging or friendly We stayed at a best Western in Sweetwater and it was perfect, clean, inviting and the staff were so sociable. What a difference

The manager that checked us in went above and beyond to get us into our room. I had changed the date 4 days earlier however the hotel’s virtual agend did not change the virtual card which enabled the hotel to check us in. I spent 30 minutes and 3 agents later still not resolved. The hotel manager gave me the key and said please go to your room I will take care of this. She knew my husband had just had back surgery and needed to lay down. She got it all fixed after spending another 30 minutes on the phone with Hotels. She was a God send.
