Room was clean and comfortable. The toilet in the room was a very low profile and very hard for my handicap wife to get off of. Breakfast could use some improvement. No meats , biscuits were very hard and they only brought 1 small glass of orange juice. Never asked if I wanted anymore.

The room was super clean.. the guy at the front was more worried about chatting with the girl coming in then communicate with us. The pool was dirty and that was the reason we booked hotel so we had to clean it ourselves with skimmer. We eventually just swam somewhere else. The breakfast was delicious and the lady attending was super kind. Overall not horrible but not great…

I will not stay there again. There was black hair on the bathroom floor. The toilet had brown stains inside and ran all night long. The breakfast was nothing like the picture shows and there was no meat nor coffee pots you had to ask out of napkins. Landscaping horrible, rundown, nothing but weeds and dirt big holes where they were repairing outdoor plumbing in the courtyard. Need to spray for tons and tons of crickets crawling all over the sidewalks. The whole outside is rundown looking

We stayed for 3 nights. Upon arrival to our room later in the evening we noticed the valve for the toilet was shut off. When we turned it on, the toilet continued to run and dripped water from the valve onto the floor. We shut it off and immediately notified the staff the next morning. We were told the issue would be resolved. Upon arriving back to our room late the next evening, the room had been cleaned but the issue was still unresolved. We told the staff again the next morning, only to be told it would be resolved. That evening we returned to the room around 10 pm, again, issue not resolved. The room had been cleaned but no fresh towels, and only one towel in the room. The staff brought new towels to the room, and said, if they would have known about the issue they would have moved us into another room. The person telling me this was the first person I told we had the issue. It was just frustrating, and unsanitary that we had to deal with that after spending around $400 at their facility. We did utilize the restaurant while we were there and the staff at the restaurant and bar were excellent. Housekeeping was great but just didn’t replenish the items when they took them out. It was the most affordable place at the time and there was a big event where the hotel was booked, but they should have either given some type of comp, resolved the issue, or had us move into another room.

All employees were very nice and polite. We arrived very late and were still attended with much respect. The breakfast was very delicious, and the staff was very nice and interacted with us and my daughter. The room was exactly what we needed. They canceled our reservations last minute we were there and they claimed that my credit card didn’t go through when I had the receipt and I could show them my bank app that was paid so they said they had to refund it and I wouldn’t be getting a room yet other people were walking up and they were giving out rooms like the one I had reserved three times as much due to a concert for BTS in El Paso horrible horrible service and they were so rude. Hotels.com called them and try to help us and they wouldn’t even speak to them.

We were just passing through New Mexico and needed an inexpensive but clean and safe place to stay. This hotel did the trick. Our room was clean and room/property were well maintained for the age of the property. Staff were friendly and price was reasonable.

Unfortunately we woke up to a toilet that did not flush and was ready to overflow !! No maintenance on site til 8am. They asked if we wanted a plunger .... told them I wasn't a plumber. Girl at front desk finally found an air plunger and came to our room to try to fix it. We left soon afterwards!!! Will not stay here ever again. Old and worn out hotel!

Room was clean, staff front desk young lady was very helpful and understanding and breakfast attendant is very nice and communicative. Pool could be better maintained and cleaned due to bugs. It was too cold to swim in, maybe a heated pool would be nice in future? Otherwise my family especially with my baby, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice hotel for an overnight stay. The room was clean and the area we stayed in was very quiet. Mary, the lady who serves in the breakfast area, was particularly helpful. My husband I stayed here on the way to Wickenburg AZ from Texas and several days later on the way back to Texas.

The last time we stayed at this property the noise from the ice machine kept us awake. Thankfully, our room was not near the ice machine and we slept well.

This was an average hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. The shower curtain was musty, there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the tub drain was clogged with hair (didn’t notice until after I was in the shower!) I did let the front desk know. Breakfast was good and the attendant was super!

Fue una parada de un viaje familiar, y el hotel nos gustó mucho en general, la habitación limpia, las camas y las almohadas demasiado cómodas, nunca cambien las almohadas por favor jaja. El desayuno estuvo rico, el comedor acogedor y espacioso, si acaso le encuentro algún pero es que no había tocino cuando fuimos, lo demás cumple bien, en especial el café. Room as usual clean, we stop here as we are driving to visit family every 1-2months. Breakfast no coffee and food was cold. I had to go ask reception for help to get more coffee made. A guest was serving herself from the wrong side of food service, no sneeze guard, hair everywhere and no gloves. Guest claimed was told ok to pack her own to go food from opposite side. Tables were not cleaned promptly, so I sat at clean BIG round table and then people pored in and I got the side eye. Had to ask again for coffee to be made and she was bothered I asked. Then bussed tables but I didn’t move to smaller table as the 2 of us had already used/dirtied our table. But normally it not the case here. It was very busy I believe due to holiday travel.

This is the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in years. It was safe and even though right off the freeway it was pretty soundless. They have a restaurant/bar with typical bar food that was actually very tasty. The staff was attentive and friendly. Definitely well worth a stay and if our travels bring us back this way we will absolutely stop here again.

The room had and odd odor, almost like cat pee. The shower controls were very confusing. if you turn the knob to the left, you either get cold or kind of warm. if tourn it to the right, past the off position, you get scolding hot. The chairs with the table in the room had huge stains.

Would not recommend staying there again, the room layout made zero sence, the microwave did not function properly. The room was dirty. There was no working ice machine. We called ahead because we wanted to stay somewhere to swim. We were advised the pool was open when we got there. The pool was green. There was dead Beatles in the room. Beer cans all over the parking lot. The refrigerator didn’t even keep anything cold and the AC was more of a fan than air conditioned air

Bugs everywhere even woke up to a bug in bed, huge spiderwebs in curtains even had a spider fall onto the table under where we had food, bed spread looked like it had blood on it, looked like a finger/nail on floor so it looked like room hadn’t even been vacuumed. Called to speak with manager and to let them know we would not be staying the 2nd night and he was busy and the girls said he would call back we waited a bit called back again and front desk said he would call me back when he wasn’t busy again and I said we were packed up checking out either way and I was just going up to the front desk, so got charged for second night because it was 20 minutes after check in but I had called the front desk way before check-in and you could even see the time stamp of the video I took while walking out of the room which was clearly before check in time. Had I not waited for the manager to call me back we would’ve been out of there before check-in time so I feel like he purposely didn’t call me back so he can have that excuse that we didn’t check out until after check-in time. Manager even offered us drinks and food to apologize but when it came to disputing the charge with Expedia he changed his tune.
