The outside smells of d**th, the room had so many dead roaches everywhere. We asked for a new room, the new room smelled of bleach so we assumed it was it clean until a giant roach ran across the bathroom floor. We went to the front and explained the situation and the staff member at the front apologized but was almost shocked when we asked for a refund. They did refund us, so that’s a plus. On our next trip here, we’re skipping this area.

The property is in poor condition. My refrigerator froze my food and drinks. There is no maintenance being performed. The linens and sheets are stained. Everything is run down. The floors are dirty. Shower window lock broken. Very noisy, as walls are paper thin. Cheap, but there are no refunds if you leave early, which I did as it was so disgusting.

All the outlets are super loose and it was hard to get my electronics charged up. Had to rotate the one good outlet.
Now that being said, it was as clean as they could get the poor old rooms, I do appreciate that so I was still comfortable! All though my bathroom door didn’t close all the way, and when I was showering, I kept yelping in surprise because my water would get cold when someone else would steal it lol.
Over all, I would absolutely stay again, the staff was phenomenal, going above and beyond. And it felt clean as possible, felt safe and quiet, and allows dogs! My dogs and us slept soundly through the night and even caught some FREE breakfast and it was delicious! ❤️

The room was in poor condition. The furniture was dirty, the curtains were old and wrinkled. The paint on the bathroom walls looked old. I reserved a 2 king bed room and got a 3 double bed room. The bed skirts had holes in them. The 3rd bed was in a separate room with no heat. The exterior was run down. I was very disappointed.

Rooms was not updated like previous reviews. Had a moldy smell, bugs crawling on floor. Several construction workers stood outside our door drinking. They do not honor the pet fee price that is on Hotels.com . I was charged more per dog.

The motel key card didnt work when we got to the room. The lady from the front desk came over and opened it with another key card and gave us the new key cards. She told us that the key cards were demagnetized from having it close to my phone, etc. The room was fairly clean. hot Breakfast was ok but no toast, muffins, fruits. Staff were friendly. Our 1st time staying there. The only bad thing was a couple of people smoking outside close to our room and the smell came thru the AC vents and it stunk the room for abit. If they continued then i would complaint.
