Staff were super nice . Breakfast was good. Room was a little outdated but very clean. Bed was comfortable. There wasn’t a microwave or USB ports . Not too far from the casino and they have a shuttle that runs every half hour until 3am. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a motel, breakfast is choices of make your own pancakes, bagels, assorted bread, cereals, and blueberry muffins.

The cleanliness appeared ok, until I found long strands of hair on 4 of the 5 pillows (2 queen beds) and in the bathtub.

We had to book there at the last minute when the Hilton down the street messed up our reservations and weren't making any efforts to help us. The property was only an extra 6 minutes away from the casino but a $100 less in price. The staff were very reasonable. We loved the cleanliness of the property. This is our new favorite place when visiting the Foxwoods area.

The key cards would not work. The front desk person didnt rushed us at check in and did not give any info about breakfast, shuttle or anything- just told us where to park. The beds were really hard and AC was very loud. It was okay for the price and convenience being close to Foxwoods.

The room was clean, but skimpy. In the morning after bringing coffee back to the room, a staff member entered our room as the door was left unlocked. That wasn’t funny. when we arrived, they were unable to find our reservation. At first it turns out the inputting of my name was done incorrectly on site. It was resolved with the manager who happened to be by. It was very unsettling to us that she was Haily insulting to the young man in our presence. We were embarrassed for him.

Room was clean, bring your own toilet paper what they have is very very cheap. There is no smoking in the room which is not a problem but for all of us who do smoke have a place to dispose of the butts. Because everyone just throws them on the ground.

The receptionist was having trouble with check in due to Wi-fi connection but was pleasant and helpful even under stress. The following morning we had cold water in the shower. The new receptionist informed us to run the tub, bathroom and and shower on at the same time as the were booked and many people were using hot water, which helped.

The room was very dated, and dirt., smelled extremely musty.The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, the bathroom ceiling was disgusting. I found a plastic cap in the bed in the morning which was not ours which makes me think the linens were never changed. We did not speak to the desk about this as I am following up in writing. The gentlemen working at the front desk was not a very helpful person. The mini cooler/frig was warm, obviously not working. The parking lot was littered with garbage. I would not recommend this motel at all. Especially for the price it is absolutely absurd.

The toilet stopped up the first time I used it. I told the front desk that I didn't want housekeeping since it didn't overflow and i took care of it with the plunger provided. I also told them that I didn't want housekeeping each day (3 nights) . Nevertheless, they were in my room each day and I especially do not like that and requested such.

This is a very nice facility, very friendly staff. The room is large. Very quiet, comfortable mattress and pillow. Easy access to the road. Free shuttle service to Foxwoods. We are happy with our stay.

Headliner is, worth the money adding you get what you pay for. Friendly staff, clean, worth the price. Flip side : definitely dated, grounds were a bit in disrepair, on the bed had a sheet heavier sheet and no blanket? bed and pillows were a bit stiff, van was in bad need of shocks and was concerned on the way back, if it was full and would we have to wait another 45 minutes to go back?
Overall, B- and would stay there again.

Breakfast food looked fresh. I only had coffee out of a coffee brew machine. I also had a cranberry juice out of a juicer machine. Both tasted like it. Parkind was well lit and safe. I was awaken at 7:30am to a knock at the door from house cleaning. room was dated outlets were worn out and didn't work. Bed was comfortable. Shower was ok but showerhead was scaled over.

Check-in was fast. Our room was very outdated, wallpaper peeling off, cracked bathroom tiles. However, the room seemed pretty clean. The heat worked too good and we had to change over to AC because we felt like a sauna even after turning the heat down. The toilet ran randomly throughout the night. In the morning, another room must've turned on their shower and it made a loud cranking sound in our room. Very strange. This was a decent motel room and the price was reasonable for that. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast. We just needed an inexpensive place to sleep near Foxwoods due to an event we were attending. This was good for that purpose.

We booked a suite which according to definition consists of “typically” more than one room connected such as separate living area and bedroom. This suite consisted of a bedroom and a bathroom with the shower being super small. Most hotel rinks have a bureau to put your clothes away- this one didn’t. Check-in was awkward. Young girl was training and the person who was training her was rude to her in front of us. Again super awkward. Huge potholes in driveway and parking lot. Definitely NOT WORTH the $$ we paid. Very disappointing

Upon checking in there was an older woman on the phone who was very angry, and swearing. She finally stated to us that she would be right with us. She then proceeded to be annoyed with the other girl behind the counter who was training. I felt so bad for her.
The day prior I had called the hotel to ask if they can accommodate my room next to another friend who was also staying there. She not only yelled at me, but stated how dare I call during her busy time and ask for this.
Upon checking out there was a man at the front. He also seemed a bit rude when I asked for a receipt, and also asked for the name of the woman who checked me in. He asked me in a rude as to why, and I stated for a google review. I did tell me her name was Candace. Not sure if it’s right, but due to the awful staff here, and the smells of the room, and how outdated it is, and breakfast being horrible I will NEVER stay here again!

Very fortunate to have met an onboard Amtrak traveler to New London whereby we ride shared an Uber known to the traveler. The Uber driver became my shuttle throughout our venture. The shuttle from the inn to Foxwoods casino is only available Friday & Saturday.
